I am very happy with the service I received. The technicians responded within an hour the day after Christmas. I had two gas leaks and Atlanta Gas Light had shut the gas off, but I was grateful that TE Certified was able to come out so quickly to make the repairs. Matthew and Luke were very professional. Matthew answered all of my questions and explained everything to me. That was greatly appreciated. I will definitely use this company in the future.

Enrique arrived at the time he said he would. He gave me a very detailed explanation of what would be needed to get my lights working. He presented various options and I am beyond satisfied with the results. If you want things done right Enrique is your guy!!

Carlos Garcia has completed several electrical projects at our home. All have been completed well, as requested and he leaves the area very clean. We will call for him again for any future electrical needs.

Great work from David (+ his son) and Nick with the numerous projects in our new house. Took the time to walk with us through each of our wants, give us solutions, explain them and execute them without issue. They were able to work around us while one was working from home and not need hand holding while being communicative through out the process. Quick, efficient, competent work from these guys. We are already discussing specifically using them for future projects.

Jay was very personable, polite and explained everything to be before, during and after his repairs. His "helper", Joaquin (?) was also very businesslike and polite. I would recommend them both. The price was higher than expected, but thankfully I could pay it and the plumbing problems have been solved

Elijah was professional, polite and prompt, quickly assessed the issues, expertly fixed the issues and did not over charge or add unnecessary work. He indicated techniques to try before taking measures like toilet replacements. To the extent I need to swap the toilet, I will definitely call TE and can hopefully work with Elijah again!
