Installed new hose bib outside. Drilled through foundation to install new water line to hose bib. Installed code required vacuum breaker. Sealed old hose bib hole with hydraulic cement 1/4 inch before finished wall to allow for a professional finish above. No leaks.

Upon arrival customer stated that ac unit was not working when it was turned on. Gas furnace is 5 years old, ac and coil is 5 years old. AprilAire model 413 media filter was very clogged last changed in 2023. After inspection of system, found that system was low on r410a refrigerant. This was causing unit to go into a low pressure lockout. Advised customer of issues recommended doing a refrigerant leak search customer approved to have done. Did full search on system and could not find a leak on equipment. Shredder core was not tight at evaporator coil I screwed down tighter, leaked search again and meter read 0. Recommended adding refrigerant to system, cleaning outdoor condenser coils, adding Uv light, iwave ionizer. Customer approved to have leak search done, condenser coils clean, media filter replaced, and 4lbs r410a to system. Made all repairs to system and unit is back up and cooling. Customer declined recommendations for Uv light, and iwave ionizer. Made sure heat started back

Pulled and reset hall bath toilet.
