Run auger Customer called out because he was experiencing a slow draining toilet. Upon arrival we tested for a mainline blockage by running water inside bathtub and sink. Did not see any signs of a mainline blockage, toilet was only fixture affected. We first attempted by running closet auger, but we’re unsuccessful with clearing. I felt resistance inside the toilet. Customer went with option to pull toilet and auger from other end. We pulled out a children’s toy from toilet. After setting toilet, we tested for leaks and flushed multiple times. Toilet now has proper flush. Tested with and without toilet paper. clearing successful. Thank you for choosing TE certified plumbing!

Replaced pressure reducing valve, main water shut off valve, and performed leak repair on cpvc water line.

Replace Breakers

Customer had a main line issue only affecting the toilet downstairs, I tried to run a auger first because it didn’t look like a main line issue, but the auger didn’t work after pulling the toilet. The toilet flange was holding water so I ran my drain cable down the line to clear the blockage. the blockage was before the outside cleanout. Recommend having a camera inspection due to multiple blockages within two weeks and the same bathroom. Customer had a pitch issue at the septic tank. The septic tank was replaced and re-pitched. Camera is gonna come out to run a Camera to inspect the main line. After testing, the water is flowing properly with no leaks and no backups present. The flange was too high. Upon arrival with the customer had many shims under the toilet. I did informed the customer that the flange is a little high but the customer just wanted the toilet to be shimmed how it was when I pulled it, after setting the toilet back the toilet is flushing properly with no rocks and

Troubleshoot

Repaired leaking water line at water meter. Replaced water meter connection, and dual check valve. Tested for 20+ minutes. No leaks.

Upon arrival customer stated that downstairs system was not cooling properly and no air flow was coming through vents, unit was freezing and leaking water. Air handler is 10 years old, heat pump is 10 years old. Found that system is very low on refrigerant and after 5 minutes run time system is freezing. Blower wheel very dirty, blower motor capacitor is bad, inside system is very dirty and a lot of growth build up is inside unit. Evaporator coil is very dirty. System does not have the proper flood protection. Thermostat room temperature number is fading, thermostat is failing. Outdoor capacitor is good, contactor is very pitted, condenser coils are very dirt. Gave customer estimates for repairs advised customer that refrigerant leak search would need to be performed due to how much refrigerant system has lost. Supply and Install 1/2HP garbage Disposal. Customer called us out for a sink not draining connected to garbage disposal. Right side sink did not have a problem draining. Kitchen sink was only fixture being affected. Customer went with option to replace 8 yr old unit. Installed 1/2HP garbage disposal. Tested all connections for leaks. Vacuum breakers on both hose bib had failed Checked pressure and was 105 psi, PRV has also failed Replaced Wilkins PRV and both vacuum breakers Screwed hose bibs to wall to support them Whole house is piped in cpvc, we highly recommend a whole home repipe to get rid of the failing/brittle cpvc piping as catastrophic flooding can occur when pipes fail. Estimate attached Also let homeowner know of the potential for leaks to occur after maintenance, such as today’s work, close to or in other parts of home after our work is completed

Performed 1 system diagnostic on upstairs unit. Found unit was tripped from SS1 , drain pan was cleared by customer, no te flood protection ,dirty blower, dirty evaporator coil, growth in air handler. Unit is 23’. Customer selected no option at this time will reach out to us at a later date.

Rebuild toilets in both bathrooms and rebuild both faucets in the bathrooms.

Performed service diagnostic. System does not keep up in the summer hot days. 3 TON system the relative humidity is 70% in the home. Missing a return duct. Pressures looked good but the delta T is low at the moment. Attic did not have much insulation as well. Homeowner has been having problems with the system for years now not keeping up and can’t find a solution. Recommended a free quote to have a load calc on the house. Set up lead for next Thursday at 8AM.

Replaced both of the vacuum breakers on the hose bibbs

Homeowner called in regards to a breaker that kept tripping. Found water inside the furnace cabinet where the door switch was. I dried out the area and replaced the spade terminals on the door switch. Unit turned on. Breaker did not continue tripping. Added water safeties to the upstairs furnace. Found pressures for upstairs to be very lop-sided. Looks like a rusty evaporator coil and possibly leaky coil. This was scheduled to get quoted on Monday.

50 gallon electric water heater change

I’m on site for no cool call. Checked in with customer and also checked thermostat for power and functionality. Look a baby frog. Went to thermostat and set it for call for cool cooling came on went outside to condenser check capacitor contactor, and pressures all over OK. Was talking with the tenant and she asked me to change out her filters, there are three filters in the return fence all 14 x 14 by ones. There is also a filter at the air handler, a 20 x 20 by one. There are four filters on the system for some reason, and also the coil on the condenser is extremely dirty. Took out 3 out of 4 filters, leaving only the filter in the air handler in place. Recommending a coil cleaning. 6-3-26 Arrived on site for quoted coil cleaning. Checked in with customer and also turned power off at the thermostat. Went outside to condenser turned power off at the disconnect. Took unit apart sprayed down to get all the loose grass and everything that was on the unit. Sprayed my chemical cleaner on i

Arrived on site for a new car cool. Couldn’t check in with customer cause no one was home. They left door unlocked for me. Checked thermostat for power and functionality. No power at thermostat took off. Make sure wires were connected right to clicked back on thermostat. Turned on showed a E298 error code. Went into attic to look at heat pump, noticed a lot of water in the drip pan got vacuum and vacuumed out all water, as soon as I took out water and reset wet switch system turned on. Looked inside heat pump and found 3. 1 inch filters. Took two of them out checked the rest of the system. All Ok at this time

Identify gasket on wall and replace to resolve leak on toilet. If carrier is damaged in the wall, TE will quote for further repairs needed to repair issue. Was not able to repair issue since parts are out of production. Quoted for permanent solution.

Replaced flush tower, fill valve, flapper, and supply line to glacier bay toilet.

Reroute the upstairs PVC drain for bathrooms to other vertical stack drain pipe. This will eliminate the belly in the sewer line that is located under the concrete slab of basement. INSTALLATION:Capped off the 3” PVC line going into slab of basement and rerouted it through the basement ceiling to the other side of basement and tied into the 3” pvc drain leaving the basement.Installed new 3”pvc with proper slope and strapped up with j-hooks.
