Arrived on site for a new car cool. Couldn’t check in with customer cause no one was home. They left door unlocked for me. Checked thermostat for power and functionality. No power at thermostat took off. Make sure wires were connected right to clicked back on thermostat. Turned on showed a E298 error code. Went into attic to look at heat pump, noticed a lot of water in the drip pan got vacuum and vacuumed out all water, as soon as I took out water and reset wet switch system turned on. Looked inside heat pump and found 3. 1 inch filters. Took two of them out checked the rest of the system. All Ok at this time

Identify gasket on wall and replace to resolve leak on toilet. If carrier is damaged in the wall, TE will quote for further repairs needed to repair issue. Was not able to repair issue since parts are out of production. Quoted for permanent solution.

Replaced flush tower, fill valve, flapper, and supply line to glacier bay toilet.

Reroute the upstairs PVC drain for bathrooms to other vertical stack drain pipe. This will eliminate the belly in the sewer line that is located under the concrete slab of basement. INSTALLATION:Capped off the 3” PVC line going into slab of basement and rerouted it through the basement ceiling to the other side of basement and tied into the 3” pvc drain leaving the basement.Installed new 3”pvc with proper slope and strapped up with j-hooks.

The house is on septic system, but they had their tank pumped six months ago. I pulled toilet in master bathroom to clear mainline. Blockage was before the septic tank and it was affecting two restrooms. This is the second time in one year that the house clogs up. When removing toilet we noticed a broken flange, we went ahead and replaced flange drain. Sewer supervisor scheduled for Monday to come out and provide permanent solutions clearing successful.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the smart thermostat he replaced himself and after that unit stop working. After complete troubleshooting I found the low voltage wiring at thermostat was not done properly and creates low voltage short. After repair low voltage and install Again the thermostat system start working on cooling test refrigerant pressure are ok check condenser coil is highly impacted air handler at thermostat attic don’t have TE FLOOD PROTECTION I recommend Condenser coil cleaning plus add flood protection package and routine Maintenance. The basic thermostat goggle is not compatible with this System recommend to upgrade thermostat for latest NEST GENERATION. HOMEOWNER IS AWARE OF THE CONDITIONS OF THE SYSTEM. Performed 1 system diagnostic. Found failed run cap and failed dual cap, growth in ah and blower, no te flood protection, dirty condenser. Due to age of unit cost of repairs Customer would like estimate for replacement however went with bandaid repairs to get temporary cooling. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Run closet auger to clear blockage. Customer was experiencing a clogged toilet on 2nd floor hallway bathroom. Tested for a mainline blockage by running water throughout house. Toilet was only fixture being affected. Ran closet auger to clear blockage. Did not pull anything back on cable. Tested toilet by flushing multiple times with and without toilet paper. Clearing successful.

Performed 1 system diagnostic for whole home system.found breaker tripped for outdoor unit. Found dirty condenser coil, dirty evap coil, dirty blower, no te flood protection, blower motor drawing high mos, contactor was pitted, capacitor wiring was damaged and high voltage was grounded to the outdoor unit. Units is R22 and 23 years old. Due to age of unit and nature of failures recommended replacing full system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Troubleshot outlets around the exterior of the house not working. Outlets stopped working after a recent storm rolled through. 4 weather resistant gfcis, 1 weather resistant outlet, and 4 new bubble covers were installed. Devices were checked and are all working properly

Verified customers concern of leaky faucet faucets are from 1967 and parts are not likely to be available. Customer plans on remodeling the bathroom in the future. At that time we will replace the shower valves during my evaluation. I found the pressure on the house to be 155 psi Which I informed the customer was likely the entire reason that the faucets were leaking to begin with we found the main shut off valve and I informed the customer that typically a PRV is near that valve after cutting drywall and inspecting I could see that there was no PRV and due to the age of the house. It is very likely that there never was a PRV due to the way the waterline was plumbed in installing a PRV inside would be very difficult and require reworking several lines so that way everything in the house is regulated so I recommended to the customer that we put a box in the front yard and install the PRV in the front yard that way everything is regulated down to a safe 60 to 65 psi flat air from the lin
