Diagnosed with a gallon water heater found it was a bad heating sensor bought one replaced it.

Replaced handle trim in master bath tub due to broken handle rebuilt toilet in master bathroom to include a new fill valve and flapper and replaced on garbage disposal under the kitchen sink with a badger 5XP three-quarter horse model.

Clear blockage in kitchen sink Customer was experiencing a blockage in the basement bathroom group affecting room sink. Upon arrival I tested the bathroom groups to ensure we weren’t having a bigger issue. While running water in the kitchen sink, I noticed the basement bathroom sink was filling up. I ran cable machine through the kitchen sink to attempt to clear the blockage. After various attempts we were successful in restoring flow. I tested the kitchen sink and the basement bathroom sink for any backups and leaks, after running water we were successful and restored proper flow.

Troubleshooting main breaker tripping

Pull toilet to auger from other end to clear blockage Customer was experiencing a blockage in the hallway toilet. Upon arrival we tested for a main line issue, and after running water in sink for a long period of time only the toilet was being affected. We attempted to use auger and we’re not successful. We had to pull the toilet to auger from other end to clear blockage and we’re successful. We set toilet on a new wax ring and supply line. We tested to ensure we had proper flow and for any leaks.

Replaced toilet, flange and faucet in women’s restroom. Also replaced flapper in daycare bathroom.

Replaced flange on slab/concrete for powder room toilet. Pulled new kohler toilet, removed old flange, set new toilet with new braided supply line. Caulked, tested fixture, no leaks. Also, quoted for whole house filtration systems.

Changed out water heater and prv

We provide & install replace older toilet Customer had a 12 year old toilet, dual flapper setup that was allowing water to seep through and have a running toilet. Toilet was also rocking. Customer then proceeded with replacing the whole toilet. Upon removing toilet, we noticed that flanged was badly cracked causing the rocking motion to the toilet. We temporarily set toilet without connecting toilet to water supply per customers request. We have service coming out Saturday 9-11 to replace flange.

Removed water heater from garage will return tomorrow to install a new one

Troubleshot loss of power to outdoor outlets. Tripped breaker was found in the panel and the homeowner did not know and did not reset it. The two outdoor outlets were replaced with new gfcis and bubble covers. Neutrals in the panel were separated and a surge protector was installed

4 ton system on a dual zone setup. System can not properly regulate temperatures between zones with the way it is setup. Scheduled comfort advisor to come out and quote upgrading ductwork and system.

Customer has newly installed Goodman heat pump system that operates for whole house. Air handler located in attic. System was not running upon arrival due to matched set/room temperature. System runs until room temperature passes set temperature on thermostat. Explained to customer the operation of thermostat. Made consideration of thermostat replacement for simpler operation. Noticed that system has inadequate return for system size. Water protection is deemed poor. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent biological growth. Replaced 16x20x1 filter. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are clean. System is currently working.
