Performed 1 system diagnostic. Found failed run cap and failed dual cap, growth in ah and blower, no te flood protection, dirty condenser. Due to age of unit cost of repairs Customer would like estimate for replacement however went with bandaid repairs to get temporary cooling. Run closet auger to clear blockage. Customer was experiencing a clogged toilet on 2nd floor hallway bathroom. Tested for a mainline blockage by running water throughout house. Toilet was only fixture being affected. Ran closet auger to clear blockage. Did not pull anything back on cable. Tested toilet by flushing multiple times with and without toilet paper. Clearing successful.

Performed 1 system diagnostic for whole home system.found breaker tripped for outdoor unit. Found dirty condenser coil, dirty evap coil, dirty blower, no te flood protection, blower motor drawing high mos, contactor was pitted, capacitor wiring was damaged and high voltage was grounded to the outdoor unit. Units is R22 and 23 years old. Due to age of unit and nature of failures recommended replacing full system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Troubleshot outlets around the exterior of the house not working. Outlets stopped working after a recent storm rolled through. 4 weather resistant gfcis, 1 weather resistant outlet, and 4 new bubble covers were installed. Devices were checked and are all working properly

Verified customers concern of leaky faucet faucets are from 1967 and parts are not likely to be available. Customer plans on remodeling the bathroom in the future. At that time we will replace the shower valves during my evaluation. I found the pressure on the house to be 155 psi Which I informed the customer was likely the entire reason that the faucets were leaking to begin with we found the main shut off valve and I informed the customer that typically a PRV is near that valve after cutting drywall and inspecting I could see that there was no PRV and due to the age of the house. It is very likely that there never was a PRV due to the way the waterline was plumbed in installing a PRV inside would be very difficult and require reworking several lines so that way everything in the house is regulated so I recommended to the customer that we put a box in the front yard and install the PRV in the front yard that way everything is regulated down to a safe 60 to 65 psi flat air from the lin

Performed one system diagnostic for the upstairs unit. Found blown fuse. Also found unit with improper electrical connections, no clean out for the condensate drain line, drain line had growth and had no pitch to properly drain, inside of unit there was “on electrical wiring, and blower wheel, the coil was dirty. Also found two return runs torn and fixed with duct tape and zip ties. Supply had a 2 inch hole in it and covered up with tape. Due to age of unit cost of repairs and condition of unit would recommend replacing the upstairs system as well as the main level unit. Both systems are installed by a warranty company. Would also recommend customer to join home care and have us maintain their system. Unit is not operational at this time.

Installed the wet switch. Observed breaker size is 5 A over what the max overcurrent protection is for the outdoor condenser. Recommended homeowner reach out to the company that installed to take care of this. Video of wet switch being functional provided.

Heat pump iced over upon arrival. Found low on refrigerant and oil on underside of evaporator coil. Air handler was not properly levels and water is sitting inside of coil pan not completely draining. Found kink on suction line as it exits wall on outside of home. If upgrading system I would consider replacing copper line. Also plenum is too short for an air handler heat pump system. If possible and measurements work, it is better to install vertical and rebuild supply and return plenums. Install supervisor scheduled to come today and provide estimate of repair. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Diagnosed with a gallon water heater found it was a bad heating sensor bought one replaced it.

Replaced handle trim in master bath tub due to broken handle rebuilt toilet in master bathroom to include a new fill valve and flapper and replaced on garbage disposal under the kitchen sink with a badger 5XP three-quarter horse model.
