Called out to attempt to clear a whole home backup through a crawlspace clean out before our supervisor comes out to run a camera. Upon arrival today, technician removed clean out cap and observed water and paper holding in the pipe. Ran a K60 sewer machine through the clean out about 4 1/2 cable links and suddenly heard the water drop out and observed it all flowing towards the sewer. Did not pull anything back on the cable, but once the cable was fully retrieved, technician observed that the line was clear. Sewer supervisor is scheduled to come out today from 11 to 2 to run a camera and give the customer options for a more permanent solution. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Upon arrival, we performed the approved slab repair on the hot water line per the customers accepted estimate. The affected area of the concrete slab was carefully opened to access the leaking hot water piping. The damaged section of piping was removed and replaced using approved plumbing materials and fittings. All connections were properly installed and secured. The repaired hot water line was pressure tested and inspected for leaks to verify the repair was holding properly. The system was then placed back into service, and the hot water piping was tested under normal operating conditions. After confirming the repair was successful and no additional leaks were present in the repaired area, the excavation was properly backfilled and compacted. The concrete slab was then reinstalled over the repaired area. Everything was tested and is operating properly at this time. No active leaks were observed following completion of the repair.

Arrived at home so evaluate plumbing of the upstairs bathroom drains. pull the toilet in the master was able to send the camera down flange and made it to about 50 feet which ends up in the living room floor. The line was made of PVC had quite a few turns, but there was no obvious indication on why this line backed up at this time. Homeowner suspects that his family is using too much toilet paper at once which caused it to back up. I recommended a replacement to improve the pitch and have better flow to prevent this from happening again.

Called out for master bathroom upstairs backed up. Master bathroom shower is holding water and when running water in the sinks, the toilet begins to gurgle. When running water and the jack and Jill upstairs bathroom all of the water that was backed up drained out. The toilet and the jack and Jill bathroom has a leak underneath. There is also a sink in the jack and Jill bathroom and a sink in the master bathroom that are slow draining. Pull the toilet in the jack and Jill bathroom to replace the wax seal. Also cleared out both sink traps and underneath the stoppers and both of the sinks that were slow draining. Sinks are now draining properly. Sewer supervisor is scheduled to come out from 2 to 5 today to run a camera inspection through the main line drain upstairs to assess the issue further because of the reoccurring backup. Customer would also like the high water pressure looked at as well as a leak that comes from a light fixture in a downstairs shower below an upstairs tub. Thank y

Arrived at no cool. Upon inspection I first found that the blower motor had gone bad. It was receiving a call and power and wasn’t operating. Secondly while I was checking that I noticed that the power to board was going in and out and during my inspection of the blower motor the power on the board when out completely. I then followed the chain of power to the board and found that the board was in fact faulty and not receiving the power. My current recommendations would be to replace both the board and the blower motor. I will have to call the supply house to get info on part availability and pick it up for repair this will have to be rescheduled.
