Called out for toilet leaking. Found leak coming from the tank. We gave estimate to do a major rebuild on it and the customer agreed. We removed the tank and replaced bolts, gaskets, fill valve, flapper overflow tube and supply line. put everything back together tested no leaks at this time. and working properly.

Arrived at the customer’s home to install a customer-supplied 3/4 HP Badger garbage disposal, per the quote provided on May 29, 2026. Installed the new disposal and leak-tested all drain connections, verifying proper operation with no leaks present. While on site, I inspected the garage and noted that the home has two water heaters, both less than three years old. The homeowner expressed interest in having both units flushed at a later date. I also checked the home’s water pressure, which measured 73 PSI, within an acceptable operating range. Upon completion of the work, I thoroughly cleaned the work area and confirmed the installation was functioning properly before departing.

Performed diagnostic on 8yr old Carrier unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t cooling at all, checked both tstst, already in ac mode, but no air coming from vents, went to attic to inspect unit, found evap coil completely frozen all the way outside to condenser unit, pulled disconnect on outdoor system, went back to attic to checked blower motor, blower motor was very hot, checked control board to make sure was getting a call for fan, 120v verified, tried to straight wire motor to see if it would start up and motor just started humming, failed blower motor, recommend replacing blower motor and capacitor, explained to customer unit has to completely thaw out before we can continue repairs, also explained there could be other issues once unit is up and running properly, recommended TE standard flood protection such as wet switch to prevent water damage to ceiling, also spoke with customer about better indoor air quality such as blue tube and apcox, went over all options , custom

Full system zoned for whole house. Upsized a 6 inch supply to an 8 inch and added a 6 inch return.

Left side lavatory hot supply line busted where it connects to the bottom of the faucet causing water damage below. Replaced supply line and supply stop.

Arrived at customers home and found evidence of water leaking into garage from new bathroom addition, there appears to be multiple leaks coming from various places. All shower valve connections including shower valve cartridge are incorrectly installed and are leaking at EVERY Connection. We also noted tub drain is not properly installed. Customer states work was not performed by a licensed plumber and is unsure if work was done correctly to begin with. In order to properly asses and fix apparent issues we will need to demo tub and tile as needed in order to locate and find leaks on drain and water piping. Power has been off for a year, electrical inspection conducted The following repairs will need to be done before we can pull the permit to have your power restored, replace bubble cover on outdoor outlet on front porch, rewire doorbell chime, replace duplex cover on outlet in upstairs bedroom, junction box and cover for exposed wire in attic, and rewire outlet in attic to removed open spliced wires

For this job, I installed four customer supplied landscape lights. I also installed the transformer that was customer supplied and a new outlet pulling off the crawlspace circuit.

Called out to install bathtub and shower surround gave estimate. Customer agreed we installed bathtub with drain overflow and shoe install installed new shower surround customer supplied with tub spout, and shower valve handle. Also installed the showerhead tested everything no leaks working properly at this time. unable to access water heater customer works for TE and said no access.

Upon arrival, we met with the owner. The toilet on the main level recently clogged and nothing else is affected. We were able to auger and clear the blockage. We throughly tested the toilet with paper and confirmed no leaks or errors at this time. Perform draining clearing on toilet. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.

Installed a new floor outlet in the living room on its own breaker.

Called out for High water bill, wanting us to check it out. Customer found and addressed the problem before we arrived it had to do with the sprinkler system. Checked over system just in case everything looked good. No leaks charged trip fee.

Replace thermostats

There is a leak on 1 inch uponor or hot water line in basement right at an expansion joint. Cut out section on each side of elbow and replaced with pex B. Re-pressurize system and tested. No other leaks at this time. Gave estimate to replace all pex A with pex B.

Troubleshot outdoor outlets not working and Installed a new GFCI outlet in the basement where the previous one failed.

Replaced both tub shower valves with new moen posi temps both with Matte black trim, added backing, removed all visible sharkbite fittings and replaced with pex fittings.

Performed diagnostic on 10yr old carrier heat pump, upon arrival customer stated unit not heating or cooling properly,stated it’s been like that for about a month, he noticed heat wasn’t reaching desired temp, customer also stated he has been in the home 3yrs and blower motor has never shut off, checked tstat, upon going to basement checked air handler, pulled speed taps from blower no 24v but motor still running, failed module, recommend replacing blower motor, upon checking outdoor unit found condenser fan running but not compressor, checked capacitor, checked great, compressor ohms reading normal as well, tried to install hard start to see if compressor would start up, compressor started up for a sec and shut back out, recommend replacing compressor, explained other parts can start failing as well highly recommend install supervisor due to age and cost of repairs, customer chose option c , schedule for install supervisor for Monday morning due to we are booked up for today, spoke wi

Met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer is experiencing a slow draining sink in the master bathroom on the main level of the home.(one level home). The sink on the left side is slow and the right side is draining fine. Home is four years old. We presented the customer with options to clear the sink drain and also recommended Endure for their septic system. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Removed tubular and removed clicker drain stopper. Clog was due to hair buildup around the clicker drain stopper and we cleaned everything thoroughly and then reinstalled all parts. Tested sink by filling with water multiple times and checked for leaks. No leaks. Sink is draining properly at this time. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.

Repair busted water line for outside eye wash station and remove old water heater and install new shutoff valves on hot/cold water lines.

Replaced two faulty outlets along with a breaker that had started showing signs of wearing out after 23 years of use
