There is a leak on 1 inch uponor or hot water line in basement right at an expansion joint. Cut out section on each side of elbow and replaced with pex B. Re-pressurize system and tested. No other leaks at this time. Gave estimate to replace all pex A with pex B.

Troubleshot outdoor outlets not working and Installed a new GFCI outlet in the basement where the previous one failed.

Replaced both tub shower valves with new moen posi temps both with Matte black trim, added backing, removed all visible sharkbite fittings and replaced with pex fittings.

Replace timer for regular toggle switch

Performed diagnostic on 10yr old carrier heat pump, upon arrival customer stated unit not heating or cooling properly,stated it’s been like that for about a month, he noticed heat wasn’t reaching desired temp, customer also stated he has been in the home 3yrs and blower motor has never shut off, checked tstat, upon going to basement checked air handler, pulled speed taps from blower no 24v but motor still running, failed module, recommend replacing blower motor, upon checking outdoor unit found condenser fan running but not compressor, checked capacitor, checked great, compressor ohms reading normal as well, tried to install hard start to see if compressor would start up, compressor started up for a sec and shut back out, recommend replacing compressor, explained other parts can start failing as well highly recommend install supervisor due to age and cost of repairs, customer chose option c , schedule for install supervisor for Monday morning due to we are booked up for today, spoke wi

Met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer is experiencing a slow draining sink in the master bathroom on the main level of the home.(one level home). The sink on the left side is slow and the right side is draining fine. Home is four years old. We presented the customer with options to clear the sink drain and also recommended Endure for their septic system. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Removed tubular and removed clicker drain stopper. Clog was due to hair buildup around the clicker drain stopper and we cleaned everything thoroughly and then reinstalled all parts. Tested sink by filling with water multiple times and checked for leaks. No leaks. Sink is draining properly at this time. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.

Repair busted water line for outside eye wash station and remove old water heater and install new shutoff valves on hot/cold water lines.

Replaced two faulty outlets along with a breaker that had started showing signs of wearing out after 23 years of use

Removed and unjammed garbage disposal. Tested and inspected, working properly.

Called out to replace two toilets one in hallway bathroom one in master bathroom gave estimate customer agreed removed both toilets installed repair flanges on both toilet flanges as a courtesy,installed new customer supplied toilets tested both toilets no leaking and working properly at this time.

Today we replaced the frost free Silcock on the front of the home due to internal components failing

Busted block wall open in the men’s bathroom around the busted 1/2” copper water. Cut out bad section, replaced with new copper stubbing out of wall, installed tee with 2 new straight stops, connecting to the toilet and lavatory faucet with new supply lines. Patched hole in block wall with hydraulic cement. Tested and inspected, working properly with no leaks.

Customer called us out because they were experiencing a clogged kitchen sink.i inspected the kitchen sink and it backed up after about 2 minutes. It is also missing a washer and a nut causing leak into cabinet. I inspected the piping from the basement and everything looked good. I left customer quotes for work but they were not ready to do anything today.

Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival, customer stated that the thermostat was not sending a signal to cool to the unit. Upon inspection of the system found that the thermostat was set to emergency heat after setting the thermostat to cool unit kicked on and was working properly. After speaking with customer Customer wanted to sign up for the home care maintenance plan. After performing the home care maintenance plan found that the disconnect for the indoor unit was burnt due to a loose connected wire. After explaining to customer the risk of leaving the disconnect on customer elected to replace the disconnect. After replacing disconnect tested the system, and everything was working properly there was no flood protection made customer aware of the dangers of not having any type of flood protection on the system. At this time, the system is up and running properly, and there are no further concerns.

Replaced busted supply line for tub faucet.

customer called us out for a leak in one of their facilities on the golf course. Found a half-inch waterline that was supplying an old water fountain leaking. The water fountain has been removed and the customer would just like the line cap for now. Quoted customer on repair and they agreed. Capped off the waterline and restored water to check for leaks. Found no leaks at this time, but then checked the pressure and found that it was at 40 psi

Installed new ball valve to isolate the recirculating line to stop future leaks, customer is aware this will slow how fast the water gets hot

For this job I came out and conducted a spot repair on a half inch pipe on bottom of home. That was leaking from a shark bite connection I cut out 3 shark bite fittings and conducted a repair on the pipe. Let customer know due to lack of insulation pipes are prone to freezing . Tested and checked for leaks.

Tech arrived on site located PRV within access panel of basement wall. Tech removed existing PRV and newly installed watts 3/4” pressure reduction valve. A new 3/4” PP ball valve was newly installed on main supply line before PRV, replacing old existing gate valve. All connections are tightened and secured and have been properly tested for no leaks and proper functioning, w/ water pressure at 65psi. All ok at this time with customer satisfaction.

Performed fall tune up on 3 year old Goodman furnace, flushed drain line, changed 1-16x25x1 filter, checked capacitor for inducer motor, checked amp draw of blower motor as well as inducer motor, inspected burners, flame sensor was a little dirty, cleaned flame sensor, checked temperature rise on furnace, recommended coil cleaning on outdoor unit due to vines and dirt build up in condenser coil, also recommended UV protection as well as wet switch to prevent any water damage that may occur due to a clogged drain line, all units and electrical components working properly at this time. No gas or carbon monoxide detected

Installed new circuit for car charger to side of home. Replaced all mismatched breakers in main panel.

Found leak in basement area on hot side. Hot line had pin hole. Tested and checked for leaks

For this job, I installed a 30 amp generator inlet. I ran a 30 amp circuit from panel to outside and installed an interlock system.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Came out for system only running in Aux heat. Found the capacitor to be bad not turning on heat pump. Replaced cap and system is now heating properly in heat mode and Aux heat. Recommend installing iaq and cleaning outdoor coil along with HC sign up.
