Job Locations and Reviews
Brandon was nice and explained everything I needed to know about my problem. He was helpful and performed the work in a timely manner. I will return once if I need anything else.
Installed generator inlet (50a) on a 50a breaker. Still need to return to install the interlock kit.
Homeowner stated that downstairs temperature would not get above 73 degrees, upon checking filter filter was very dirty, replaced 2-16x25x1 filters, customer has not replaced filter in 3 years, downstairs unit was going out in main limit, recommended cleaning blower wheel to get better airflow across heat exchanger, also performed homecare service on both furnaces, cleaned flame sensors, checked amp draw of inducer motor as well as blower motor, temperature rise looks good on upstairs system, however downstairs system is still going out in main limit, customer did not was to move forward with any repairs at this time, we did perform first homecare fall visit, units also have aquaguard float switched, recommended wet switch to prevent any water damage that may occur due to a clogged drain line, also recommended UV protection for both system as there is no UV protection installed.
Troubleshoot for lights and outlets led me to a broken switch and bad GFCI, customer opted to repair the broken items.
Came out today to perform one system HVAC service call. Upon arrival, customer stated that they had no heat. Upon inspection of the system found the door to be left off from where a previous company had been out. Upon inspection of the system found error code with three flashes, indicating the pressure switch was stuck open. Upon diagnosing. The error code found that the inducer motor had failed. Upon further inspection found the blower will to be dirty, the indoor coil had built up, the blower capacitor had gone bad, there was no secondary flood protection, and there was no UV protection for the system. Upon speaking with customer, customer elected to have an install supervisor come out and give a quote to replace the system without a home care membership. At this time, system is not running due to the failed inducer motor. See estimate for any further concerns.
Came out because the customer was concerned about her heat working only some of time. After performing a full diagnostic check of the system. We found that the 2017 package unit had a bad crankcase sensor as well as a bad ambient temperature sensor. The solenoid on the reversing valve is also bad so the reversing valve e will need replaced. We disabled for now so that the customer can get some heat in the house. We will need to replace these parts to get the system working to specifications. the part need to be ordered. According to the York office it will take 7 to 10 business days to arrive.
Met with customer and spoke with them regarding their issue. Customer showed us inside and to the kitchen where their garbage disposal was leaking from the bracket. Customer is selling the home and the inspector pointed out the leak. Customer had already purchased a new disposal so we presented him with an estimate to install a customer supplied disposal. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Unplugged old disposal and disconnected the dishwasher drain and p-trap. Removed the old disposal and the old bracket. Installed new American Standard disposal and tested thoroughly after install was completed. Filled sink with water and allowed it to drain. Ran disposal. No leaks. Disposal is functioning properly at this time and customer is satisfied. Customer paid for today’s service with a card.
Called out for backed up toilet on bottom floor, object in the line, ran cable to clear out downstairs toilet, blockage was unknown, tested with paper and water multiple times, line is open and flowing at this time
Performed diagnostic on ameristar 8yr old heat pump, upon arrival customer stated heat wasn’t coming on at all, checked tstst, already in heat mode, upon going inside attic, found unit not running, checked voltage, no 240v, checked disconnect, no voltage, went to basement to check main breaker, found 50amp breaker with no voltage, can hear breaker chattering, recommend replacing breaker to continue diagnostic to see if anything else is having issues with unit, customer declined, stated heat wasn’t coming will replace breaker himself, unit still not working at time, recommend homecare for both units, also spoke about better indoor air quality, left brochure
For this job, I did a leak troubleshoot for homeowner discovered no leaks on the water main service or inside the home. Homeowner showed me his bill and revealed that the only time he has any water loss is in the middle of the night I checked his pressure it was over 100 psi. Homeowner has a failed PRV and I have quoted him to replace the one he has.
He was professional and proficient and did and excellent job and explained everything that he did in a manner that i understood. Thank you

Today was the second occasion I had to require the services of TE Certified. I contacted the company concerning a different matter based on the outstanding service I received from their technician, Mike Pharr, who made several plumbing repairs for me recently. He returned today to fix a different issue and I couldn’t be happier with the work he performed. I highly recommend TE Certified.
I had a leak spring up under my bathroom sink & needed a “reputable” plumbing company. TE Certified came highly recommended & I was able to schedule service quickly to work around my crazy schedule. Not only was Mike very polite & knowledgeable, he pointed out some other problematic areas of my sink with recommendations as to how to repair them. I did not believe he was upcharging me as I could quickly verify from the internet the veracity of his claim. I highly recommend this company & have added their contact information to my speed dial.
Hi Kimberly! We’re so glad to hear Mike delivered the kind of honest, knowledgeable service we’re proud of. Thanks for putting your trust in us, and for making us a speed dial favorite!
Dalton was courteous, and informative .
