Came out and completed all sold work. We ran the system in heat and cool for 30 minutes. The system is working according to specifications.

Upon arrival customer stated that system for home heating the home. Gas furnace is 21 years old, ac and coil is 21 years old. Did full evaluation of system, activated both thermostat and spent call for heat. Went into attic noticed inducer draft motor was running but furnace never started. Unit gave an error code of issues within the inducer draft motor and pressure switch. Found inducer port very clogged causing system not to start. Cleared clog and unit started up, unit only ran for 10 minutes and then shut down again. There is a lot of corrosion and rust inside system causing unit to have intermittent issues. I cleaned again and unit did start up. The inducer draft motor is pulling high amps so and failing. The flame sensor is very dirty, Ignitor is very corroded, burners are very rusted, the flue pipe going to roof you can see daylight where it’s not sealed properly. Customer stated they had a leaking water heater upon arrival found that the t&p was continuously running, upon approval from the homeowner replaced a TMP as well as the expansion tank pumped the expansion tank up to 70 psi. And secured the expansion tank.

Came out today to complete two system HVAC home care. Upon inspection of the main floor system found York package unit from 2017 3 ton. The system is a heat pump. Replace the filter located in the laundry room closet, this is a 20x25x1. Upon full inspection of the system, found the evaporator coil to be clean, the blower will have minimal buildup, the condenser coil had minimal buildup, there is no UV protection for the system. At this time, checked the system and both heat and cool and found system working properly. Upon inspection for the upstairs system found 2 ton Goodman heat pump/air handler from 2015. Upon connecting gauges found refrigerant was leaking at valve. Upon for evaluation of system, found the outdoor capacitor to be bad, the compressor is over amping on startup, the condenser coil had minimal buildup, inside the attic found no TE standard flood protection, replaced 18x20x1 filter, there is currently biological growth in the system, the contactor is burnt/pitted, the

Basement Bathroom – Shower Valve Repair & Water Heater Evaluation Arrived on site and met with the homeowner, who directed me to the basement bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a single tub/shower combination that has two separate shower valves installed. Upon inspection, the left-side shower valve was found to be constantly dripping from the showerhead, indicating that the cartridge was no longer properly shutting off the water supply. Discussed repair options with the homeowner and explained that, due to both shower valves being approximately the same age, there is a possibility that the second valve could experience similar issues. Recommended servicing both shower valves at the same time to restore proper operation and help prevent another service call for the second valve. Replaced both Shower heads as well. Removed the existing Price Pfister shower cartridges from both valves and installed new replacement cartridges. After completing the repairs, tested the shower valves

Today I did a electrical inspection and discovered the following: double tapped neutrals, no whole home surge protector and a non UL listed breaker for the Seimens panel

Replacing 2 chandeliers. 16+ foot ceiling,
