Called out to replace water service line from meter to the house gave estimate performed work. No leaks at this time tested

Replaced evap coil under manufacture warranty. Vaccines system down below 635 microns. Charged up with 410a and system is now cooling with 18 degree temp split. Flushed drain line. Drain terminates into washer stack. Wet switch in the pan. Coil still under warranty until 2028 part wise.

Electrical inspection

Came out for HVAC inspection, however, upon giving quotes customer let us know he did not want system check, specifically requested coil cleaning only. Removed coil casing and conducted full chemical condenser cleaning. Cleared off all leaves dirt and debris. Placed coil casing back and ensured system came on.

Homeowner had us out today because she was concerned about the system making a noise. Upon arrival we noticed that there is a five-year-old system inside of the home. We turned the system on and found that the compressor was over at 12.1 and the max is 13. We found a 45/5 capacitor that was completely dead on both sides, along with a super Booster connected which is the only reason the system is even starting. Explain to the customer that running the system like that will lead to a compressor failure and has likely damaged the compressor while it has ran. We also recommended the Apco X for biological growth inside of the unit. Homeowner has a home warranty and wants to reach out to them first and further schedule. Any repairs needed at a later date. We emailed over financing application and also left estimate and business cards.

came out to a no cool. After performing a thorough diagnostic check. I found that the system had frozen over due to a restricted filter. I also found that the blower motor was making a loud sound that was shaking the entire system in the attic. The system does not have TE Certified flood protection. I also notice biological growth starting to build up in the system. I recommended a uv light, wet switch ceiling saver and a blower motor replacement. I returned same day and made all necessary repairs. I changed out the filter and continue checking the system. I checked my temperature split and it was bad. I checked my AC pressures and they were bad. I explained to the customer that she has a refrigerant leak. We will need to do a leak search but the leak is typically at the evaporator coil. I topped off the refrigerant for the customer complementary and gave options to repair the leak. I flushed the drain line from inside the house using my mighty pump and wet vac. I ran the system for 30

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Home owner had us out today because his system is not cooling. Upon arrival, homeowner informed us that he’s noticed that when he turns on the air conditioner, the indoor blower motor does not run and he does not feel any air through the vents. We found a furnace that is from 2002 and noticed that the 15 MFD capacitor has failed and needed to be replaced. We temporarily replaced the capacitor and checked all other electrical components and noticed that the blower motor is worn out and will need to be replaced. We also check refrigerant pressures, which were extremely low. We recommended to perform a leak search and outdoor cleaning. Homeowner opted to just replaced capacitor at this time. We did inform Customer that the system may not cool extremely well due to refrigerant pressure
