Removed broken water line. Replaced the line with up to date piping, repiped the prv and added a new shut off valve. Checked the water pressure to the home and got a reading of 100psi. Water pressure should be in the range of 50-80psi. Having pressure higher than 80psi can cause leaks and interfere with most plumbing warranties since the fixtures and parts are not rated for such high pressures.

This job I rendered leak detection services for TGL for original technician. Taj discovered no leak in the yard on the water main service. My conclusion is that the leak is under the slab.

Came out for high water bill found toilet fill valve not working properly gave estimate customer agreed over the phone took out old fill valve and supplied line replaced fill valve and supply line tested everything seems to be working properly at this time. Customer is aware no warranty on minor toilet repair.

Came out after gas company refilled LP tank to test furnace heat. Upon arriving to furnace customer let me know she just refilled LP tank about a month ago so she's suspecting a gas leak. Used gas sniffer and soap bubbles to confirm leak. Found big leak out of shutoff valve for furnace. Gave price to replace ball valve as well as copper gas line which is no longer up to code. Customer agreed. Replaced shutoff ball valve for furnace and added black iron pipe as well as flex gas line to go to sediment trap. Tested for leaks with soap bubbles after repair. No leaks found, ran furnace over 20 minutes no issues. System now heating properly at this time

Came out for leak found shower cartridge dripping and stall drain leaking gave estimate customer agreed replaced cartridge and reputty stall drain tested no failure at this time.
