As I arrived here today, I was shown a light fixture that needed to be installed. I was also shown a small oven that needed to be installed. I’m going to leave an estimate for the oven to be installed in the future. I installed a round slider box in the ceiling and ran a wire from that box over to the existing ceiling box. Once that was done, I installed the new customer supplied light on the new slider box. I made all connections and put a cover on the existing box. The light worked properly. Performed diagnostic On 7yr old main floor unit, upon arrival customer stated unit wasn’t heating , checked tstat, cycled to heat mode, upon going in basement i can hear unit starting up but never came on, noticed he knob was off, turned to in position and unit started up, let heat run for 10min no issues, spoke with customer about age of basket unit and explained it’s probably time to start looking to update, customer is aware, also spoke with customer about homecare, customer signed up for 3 system homecare today monthly and is aware $35.95 will be pulled monthly unless she pays in full, customer will call in to schedule homecare

Replaced 40 gallon gas water heater and brought up to code. Also replaced pressure reducing valve due to 120 psi. Installed anode upgrade kit for an extra 4 years of manufacture warranty. Tested and inspected, all is working properly with no leaks. Ready for inspection.

Repaired leak on water service line right in front of porch, turn water back on to pressurize system and found that there is another leak somewhere else in the front yard underground with no signs of water anywhere. Due to the age of the waterline I will be returning next week to replace the service line. Gave estimate to repair or replace water service line due to leaking right at front porch underground. Returning tomorrow to dig up and make repair.

Attempted to reset and repair hallway toilet that was loose and leaking from tank to bowl connections. Found that flange was cracked, and any temporary repair would not be advisable as toilet drain has been incorrectly installed at a 9” rough in as opposed to 10” or 12”. If toilet drain had been installed in between 10”-12”, repair would be possible without offsetting drain. Because of this, the best way to repair toilet going forward is going to be to remove tile and cut out concrete to access main drain line. Drain line will need to be cut and reworked so that the toilet drain comes up within the 10”-12” required off of the wall. Once work is completed, flange can be installed and tile put back by a tiling contractor and toilet and can be installed at a later date.

Called out to unclog toilet so that service tech can come back and complete work. Ran sewer cable through the toilet and tested with multiple flushes both with paper and without paper. Toilet is now draining properly. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

He was extremely thorough, professional, and knowledgeable, taking the time to carefully inspect the entire system and make sure everything was operating properly. He explained what he was checking and answered all of my questions without rushing. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the care he put into the inspection. Its refreshing to have someone who takes pride in doing the job right and genuinely looks out for the customer. I had a great experience with Marc. He was very kind and courteous. He was able to give me a quote rather quickly. He was very familiar with the faucet and water filter that I had ordered. The initial quote was a little out of my budget but he was able to work with me to get it in my budget. He did a great job and was able to install everything before I had to leave for work. This is the 3rd time I’ve used TE certified and the first time I’ve used their plumbing. I would definitely use them again.

Our water heater began leaking, we called on Saturday and were able to get an appt for Monday. Martin called and gave us his ETA and arrived exactly when he said he would. He was kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The job was completed at a rate significantly cheaper than quoted by other providers faster than anticipated.
