Both bathrooms, kitchenette, and laundry room are roughed in with drains and water. When we return for the Halos on Monday we will shut the system down to install Halo bypass and tie in basement water all at once. Will finish insulating water lines and move shower drains (possibly).
I came back to check TV not working they had set a white board behind cutting of switch in the TV. We got it back working
We ran a new data line for a screen board in the hallway of the farm, we also install an outlet GFI for this circuit. We mount the TV and set it up with hardwire Ethernet connection.
Upon arrival spoke with customer about two wide spread faucets in the master bathroom that were improperly installed by a contractor and allowing water into the cabinet below. Took apart faucets, realigned and tightened all of the components. Sealed around the valves and neck of the faucet.

This estimate includes replacing all arc fault and ground fault breakers located in customers electrical panel that are generation two or older. Eden did not send all the breakers that were requested. We provided three 20 amp, dual function breakers and installed them as a courtesy for the customer.
Arrived to repair leaking tub overflow. Ceiling had been cut open upon arrival. The tub drain went up into the subfloor. The bottom of the tee for the overflow was right at the subfloor. Accessibility behind the tub was only through a laundry sink cabinet. We began cutting out the subfloor to expose the overflow drain and piping. Once exposed we cut the overflow pipe and reconnected with a coupling. Measured and set new overflow properly in place. Tightened it securely against the tub. Installed new cover plate. Once installation was completed we filled the tub and tested for leaks. No leaks found and overflow is draining properly at this time. We placed down mats before beginning work. After finishing we cleaned the work area thoroughly. Customer is satisfied.
Client had failed 50 gallon eggs water heater in the basement that was leaking. Cut out the heater and installed new 75 gallon gas heater as required by code for proper hot water capacity. New heater is installed in a drip pan, reworked all water, exhaust and gas piping to accomodate the new install and tested for leaks and proper function. New expansion is mounted to structure and pumped up to 65 psi.
Professional and knowledgeable team ! I would highly recommend them.
Remove two 50 gallon gas water heaters and install a new Navien npe 240 A2 tankless water heater. With the new tankless water a new gas line, water lines, and venting. A halo ion 6 water ionizer will also be installed on the cold inlet side of the tankless water heater. After installation everything was checked for functionality and hot water was tested to see how quickly it was getting to every fixture.
Flapper, fill valve, and supply line replacement on the upstairs jack and Jill bathroom. Replace the supply line to the toilet and confirm there are no leaks. Replace stop valve and supply line as a courtesy
No cool on the upstairs system due to bad dual capacitor, bad condenser fan motor and outside condenser very dirty. Will need to replace these parts, in order to finish a complete inspection. Compressor was working but on high amperage of 10.8 (shouldn’t be higher than 15 amps, by the label). System is 12 years old and not cooling. At this age and conditions, even after replace parts, some other issues can happen. The best option would be to upgrade the ac system, with 10 years warranty and WiFi thermostat., before spend this amount of money on repairs. Set a lead to quote upgrading for today. We should credit 98,00 back if customer decide to upgrade the system.
Roughed in water and drains for one of two bathrooms in the basement. Will return next Tuesday for remainder of work in separate quote.
Patch and sand 12x12
Install a customer supplied kitchen faucet, connect to the existing hot and cold connections and check for leaks, verify proper operation and clean workspace. I gave options to replace the 4 compression stops under the kitchen sink with CPVC stops. Compression stops cannot be used for plastic pipe. Customer will address this when he gets the Streamlabs installed Faucet is a Kräus Oletto single handle pull down faucet kpf-2820mbsfsb Water heater is from 2019 Water pressure is at 45PSI
Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on all 3 HVAC systems in the home (upstairs, main floor and basement). Tested heating, cooling and auxillary heating from the thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked and replaced the 1” air filters. Reported findings to the customer. Customer approved work to be done today. Replaced the weak run capacitor for the upstairs system. Installed a brand new wet switch on the basement system. Tested operation and reported results to the customer.
We did a troubleshoot for an outlet GFI to make sure that it was working customer did not want to have it replace. Old outlets installed in the dog area.
Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: microwave, disposal, and kitchen outlet circuits tripping intermittently LOCATION: kitchen FINDINGS: all circuits are installed with copper clad aluminum wiring. Microwave circuit: I performed a Meg test on the insulation of the circuit and found no issues. I removed and inspected both outlets on the circuit. The outlet for the gas oven had a screw that was stripped out causing a loose connection. The outlet at the microwave had connections I was able to tighten. Disposal: I removed the switch and outlet to inspect. When I removed the switch, I noticed a severe nick on the white conductor of the cable. This nick was so deep it exposed the aluminum of the copper clad wire. It had damaged the wire enough that the wire broke with me moving it around. After fixing the wire, I performed a Meg test on the circuit and it found no issues with the insulation of the circuit. Kitchen outlets: I removed and inspected all of the outlets on the circuit. Upo
Replaced switches, dimmers and bulbs throughout home
Monthly maintenance and monitoring for liquid cooled generator, final payment for install, and 10yr extended warranty. Thank you for your business!
We install two switch legs for the under decking, lights and fans. We only ran the switch legs and the under decking company will run the rest of the wiring and install the fixtures. The wiring for these fixtures is complete in the switch box. We put dummy switches in place for now until the smart switches are installed. We installed a TV outlet in the basement outside. We also installed two whole home, surge protectors in the main and sub panel.
When I arrived, there was water on the floor around the base of the water heater. I checked inside of the jacket of the water heater and the insulation was wet. I checked all connections on the water heater and saw no signs of leaking. This points to a leak coming from the tank itself. Installed new Rheem 50 gallon natural gas water heater. Installed new expansion tank, check valves, pop off connection with drip 90, drip pan, stand, leak alarm, gas flex connector, and sediment trap. We purged air from the hot line at all fixtures before powering on the recirculation pump. Water heater is set to 120 degrees. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
My client was experiencing an issue with a leak in the ceiling. This leak is above a free standing tub that my client had trouble with the new construction plumbers installing. They did not caulk the base of this tub; allowing it to shift and let water to seep under it. I cut open the drywall and ran several tests on this tub to confirm there was no other drain or supply related issues, I taped up the hole I made. We do in house drywall repairs. Homeowner is unhappy with the tank type water heater as they constantly run out of hot water and are interested in tankless. Given we were a bit low on time and my client had to leave, we decided that I will come back out to deliver a proper estimate.
Install 40 KW generator. Install two transfer switches. Replaced inlet with RV outlet. Moved pool, AC and gate power to transfer switch panel.
Upon arrival a new emergency disconnect lapel was applied to correct previous mistake. Label is now appropriate to meet regulation requirements.
We replaced a dimmer in the dining room and left estimates for repairs inside the electrical panel
