Unable to install items at kitchen sink and half bath sink due to clearances under cabinet. Customer is having cabinet company come out and create more access. Installed two customer provided faucets in upstairs jack and Jill bathroom. Connected drain pipe to sink. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.

Install new 60a 240v circuit for Tesla from basement to the garage. Install customer supplied Tesla charger in garage. Install new 20a 120v circuit in bathroom for bidet. Install wiring from panel in basement to bathroom. Install gfi outlet and box in bathroom. Install arc fault breaker on circuit. Install (3) additional outlets in master bedroom closet off of existing circuit. Install new 20a circuit for refrigerator in the garage. Install wiring from panel in basement to the garage. Install pvc conduit in garage to the front corner. Install breaker on circuit.

Tested system not cooling for the upstairs area of the home. Found the system very low on refrigerant and is causing the system to not cool properly. Found the unit leaking in the evaporator coil with detector. The outdoor unit is also dirty and the starting components are failing. System also has subpar flood protections. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. - Customer also mentioned a loud startup from the main level. I tested the system for main and it is a 2022 daikin. Found compressor is struggling to start despite the starting components being in good working order. Today we installed a hard start kit to help startup of the compressor.

I replace the breaker for the outdoor unit. I installed a new capacitor and contactor. I removed the old compressor and installed a new compressor. I replaced the bi-flow filter drier with a new one. I pressure tested the system over 250 psi for an extended period of time. I pulled a deep vacuum; well below 500 microns. I weighted in 80 percent of the refrigerant needed and ran the system and gradually fed in the remaining refrigerant. Checked voltage to the outdoor unit. I checked amps on the compressor and condenser fan motor. The AC system was operating at the end of service call. Approx 10.2 degrees of sun-cooling. I tested the condensation pump and flushed the drain line and primed the p-trap with water. The system was operating at the end of service call.

Arrived on site to troubleshoot the mini split in the room above the garage not cooling well. Upon arrival I spoke with clients who have been through a lot with this unit and are eager to get the issues resolved once and for all. The unit doesn’t put out a ton of heat or cooling and going on previous visits we had a hunch it had a compromised refrigerant circuit. I gushed up to it while it was running and confirmed it was low. During my inspection I discovered the drain line was buried and condensation began running down the wall, damaging the carpet a bit. I let clients know my findings and we spoke about short term, bandaid and long term solutions and they approved me doing a leak search to better identify where it was leaking to update our plan of action. I added 500psi of nitrogen to the system and found the evaporator coil was leaking at the head unit. Unfortunately this is one of the spots we cannot repair and we condemned then head unit. For this job, I attempted to locate the source of a gas leak on the line going from the meter to the pool heater. I pressurized the line to 25 psi and the line would not maintain pressure for more than just a minute or so. I located the leak in the junction box where the two lines meet.

Maintenance on tankless water heater includes flushing heat exchanger per manufacturer’s specifications, cleaning inline water supply filter and cleaning combustion air intake. We also completed a repair on the condensate drain line for the tankless, running it outside and to the ground. The heater was tested for proper operation. Everything is working as should

Customer called us out for multiple toilet issues. The toilet located near the bowling area is not properly filling or flushing. I will have to perform a minor toilet repair in the toilet tank. The toilet located in the indoor gym is not properly filling. I will have to perform a minor repair replacing the fill valve and adjusting the parts inside the toilet tank. I was successfully able to remove stoppage and restore proper drainage to the toilet. I also was successfully able to perform the necessary repairs to the two toilets. Everything is filling flushing and draining properly at this time. **** The manager on duty asked me to look at a few more bathrooms that were experiencing some issues. There are two separate toilets that need the toilet tank tower replaced to prevent water from constantly running. We scheduled for a service technician to come tomorrow between 8 AM and 10 AM to take a look at the issue. ******

Cut in T with hose spigot on pool gas line to do an exterior leak detect on pool gas line. Relight both 75 gallon natural gas hot water containment systems.

Install new outlet for tv and bidet

I ran RG6 line from outdoor panels to closet, terminate ends and left future estimates for additional tv outlet and Cat6 lines.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Upon arrival condensate pump was defective on arrival .. Water overflowed in to furnace closet on the floor ..provided option to replace pump to verify system operations …changed filter ..checked indoor coil for biological growth found some in bottom corner on supply plenum and on coil pan …with inspection camera ..furnace is 2004 carrier and 2017 Trane AC and indoor coil …system has refrigerant doesn’t look to be ideal due to current temperatures …provided additional options to clean outdoor unit to verify official charge * and add if necessary….did also provide options to clean indoor coil and add germicidal lamp as a result of my findings …* client will go over such options with his wife in regards to…unit is operating …as always thank you for choosing TE certified …

3 system homecare completed …changed all filters , flushed all drainages ..all units are under 5 , around 6 years of age …master bedroom 2024* ..checked blower assemblies …renovations were done to master bedroom, blower for main level could benefit from a pull and clean of wheel and assembly …client says thermostat are acting fuzzy from time to time ..saw nothing out the ordinary ..used duct thermometer for accuracy..checked charge outside …upstairs and min level condensers are dirty …provided option to clean blower wheel and both outdoor coils as needed…client agreed to do main level condenser cleaning …cleaned coil as it should be with before and after photos …after repair ..unit was operating as it should ..all 3 units are operating as a matter of fact…as always thank you for choosing TE certified..

Replace all air filters. Completed HC inspections, equipment could use duct cleanings and iWaves installed to help preserve indoor air quality of the home.

We installed a new system for the upstairs floor

Kitchen ceiling leak. Customers ran there master bathroom tub for the first time in a month. Leak started when the tub was being filled. Today I opened the ceiling to diagnose. Stated by pulling the faucet and reconnecting, then I ran the tub for about 30 minutes and no leak occurred, I then filled the tub up to the over flow and again no leaks. We then released the tub to drain and it never leaked. I believe the leak occurred due to the spray hose leaking onto the floor. Customer will monitor and reach out if anything changes.

Breaker, circuit, outlet

Run three new circuits for the new equipment in the building. While we are doing this, we will also help fish the airlines that are needed; however, we are not responsible for the air connections or functionality.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Today we came out for second level not cooling Lennox 2011 3.5 ton heat pump split. Cycled equipment from thermostat checked complete system found heat pump in low pressure lock out. Checked refrigerant levels found no refrigerant in circuit. Performed electronic leak search found leaks in evaporator coil manufacture warranty has expired. With equipment being almost 14 years old need to update equipment. Scheduled install supervisor to give options.

Install fan remote and install junction boxes in attic, whole home surge protection, and replace led bulbs

Troubleshoot no power

Found failed capacitor on outdoor unit and replaced it with the homeowners permission (Hoa). I checked the blower motor, condenser fan motor and compressor. I flushed the drain line with 2 gallons of water (see photos and video) and refrigerant pressures and the thermostatic. The AC system was operating at the end of service call.

We completed a full panel restoration with safety breakers, installed whole home surge protection, updated the homes grounding system, and completed a few courtesy tasks for a nice lady in Milton.
