Install new outlet for EV Charger in garage approximately 150ft from attic main panel(due to clearance and load constraints present in laundry room main panel). 50a circuit with 6awg wire to be installed from attic to the EV Charger location in garage. Install 50a outlet/box in garage. Wiring to be installed around corner of garage in 1” PVC conduit. GFCI breaker to be installed in main panel for charger. Install whole home surge protector.

Tech arrived to problem call for downstairs system. Downstairs system is approximately 7 years old. Homeowner had expressed that the downstairs heat pump system was making a loud grinding noise on outdoor unit. System was heating properly on arrival with just a noise complaint. Troubleshooted and found that the bearings inside condenser fan motor were starting to fail. Also noticed that the indoor unit lacks adequate flood protection. Everything else was operational. Brought homeowner recommendations. Homeowner agreed to replace condenser fan motor only. Tech went to parts house and gathered materials. Changed out condenser fan motor and verified operations. Noise level has decreased and confirmed with homeowner problem has gone away. Made note of flood protection. Thank you for letting TE CERTIFIED service your home.

The daycare had a bathroom and explore room one that was given them issues with the toilet that wasn’t flushing and overflowed, upon arrival I diagnosed it was a soft blockage in the toilet and gave the option to run a cable and have to run the cable. I was able to get the water to drain down and after thoroughly testing the water drain down normally again. Told the customer if he do have issues with that toilet again, I would recommend replacing it with a newer toilet or a pressure assist toilet to prevent soft blockages from happening as frequently

During our visit, the customer mentioned he was having issues with his tankless water heater. After quickly trying to troubleshoot the unit, I was unable to figure out what was going on. I informed the customer that we would have to do a diagnostic check to provide solutions on fixing the unit. A full troubleshoot was completed with a Rheem tech. I found that the unit was experiencing low flow issues. Also the unit would occasionally show code 29, indicating a condensation issue. Considering the known codes, I made the customer aware that we would need to do a full service on the unit. We are scheduled to come back out tomorrow to flush the unit.

Reset diposal Manually moved blades on moen garbage diposal to get unjammed. diposal is only one month old. Successfully cleared blockage and now sink has proper flow. Leaving estimate to replace diposal for future work.

Installed new Customer supplied Kohler kitchen faucet and customer supplied Glacier Bay fixture in laundry room sink. Removed old fixtures and hauled away for disposal at clients request. Mounted new fixtures and secured to sink/countertop with included hardware. Reconnected water lines and tested for leaks.

I was called out to Tim’s house for a heating issue. During our evaluation we discovered the heat strips had broken because a damper had fallen from above. We removed the damper, replaced the heat strips, and replaced a leaking Schrader core in the air handler and the system began working normally.

We replace two bad balance in the light fixture a regular ballast and an emergency ballast got it back on working

We install three big light fixtures, in the living room, the closet area and the basement pool table light.

For this job, we preformed a troubleshoot on a main electrical panel. Replaced a defective breaker.

Arrived on site to replace a customer provided smart thermostat. We safely removed the old one, installed the new thermostat and ensured it was secured with wall anchors and installed the new thermostat. We tested the system in heating and cooling to ensure normal operation. We offered to setup the WiFi and set the schedules but he has experience with these thermostats and assured us he could take care of it. He thanked us for coming by to install it, we collected payment and uploaded call details. Call complete.

For this job, I trouble shot two breakers that randomly trip

Replace GFCI outlet in basement. This outlet protects outdoor outlets, this repair will not fix tripping issues due to cords outside in inclement weather.

I did an electrical troubleshoot for an emergency ballast that was making so much noise left estimate for future repairs.

For this job, I came out for a leaking toilet around the base went ahead and did a thorough evaluation. I went ahead pulled and reset toilet. Also did a minor rebuild on the flush tower gasket. Went ahead and flushed a couple times to test work no leaks, so went ahead and silicone. Cleaned up work area

For this job I did a full toilet rebuild in the upstairs guest bathroom, I removed all the components of the tank and replaced the, with all new parts, reason for work was because the fill valve was leaking. I also replaced the stop valve to the toilet that would not close. I tested and left work area clean.

I did a troubleshoot with no repairs at the moment left open estimates for future work.

Installed new customer supplied Moen kitchen faucet. Removed and disposed of old faucet and mounted the new faucet to the countertop. Replaced existing push-pull service valves to accomodate the new faucet as the existing valves as built in supply lines that would not work. Also replaced the toilet in the main floor powder room that was severely rocking. Client commented how the old toilet was too short for most people and stuck out too far into the already cramped space. We provided and installed a round bowl Kohler Highline Arc toilet that is comfort height. Replaced existing broken flange with new one and set new toilet with wax ring and new mounting hardware. Also replaced service valve for the toilet. Tested everything for leaks and verified proper function of the system.

I install two new GFI one in the back side of the porch for a TV outlet and one in the garage for a security screen.

Replaced bad smoke detector on the main floor

This will be TE supplied burner assembly and thermocouple. This will includes parts and labors. Installing these require shutting off the gas and draining the whole water heater down
