Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with him regarding the issue they are experiencing. Customer showed us inside and to the main level master bathroom. Customer states their shower often clogs and then drains out slowly. Customer also stated that the sinks were a little slow to drain as well. We inspected the shower and sinks. The shower has a lot of buildup around the pipe and only a small hole allowing water to go through. The left side sink is also draining very slow. We also inspected the customer’s water heater which is eleven years old. We advised the customer that the water heater is nearing the end of its lifespan. Customer is interested in whole home water filtration and a technician will be out on 2/9/2026 2-5PM to speak with the customer about water filtration. We presented the customer with estimates to clear the sink and shower drains. The customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Removed old 50 gallon gas water heater and installed new Navivan NPE – 240A2 tankless water heater. Installed all code compliant upgrades, including dielectric fittings valve kit check valves and ball valves. Installed new watts 25AUB PRV. Install new stream labs whole home shut off system. Calibrated system and downloaded on customer phone. Checked and tested for leaks. Technician collected $7700. The rest will be collected once construction team comes out and fixes brick.

Stopped up filter caused main floor furnace to turn off on high limit. Home owner joined home care. Replaced filters. Cleaned drains. Checked all operations. Noticed thermostat wire is falling apart and can short out anytime. Weak capacitor, dirty blower wheels, no TE flood protection.

Charged a trip fee today. Customer had a leak under their kitchen sink. Upon troubleshooting I determined the nut holding the vegetable sprayer head had loosened. I tightened the. It and no leaks were present. No other issues were found during this time.

We replace a customer supply light fixture in the training baseball area. Customer supplied light fixture

Upon arrival and approval, we began previously quoted work of replacing the Roman tub faucet. The customer was not able to get a hold of the trim for the Roman tub faucet but he was able to locate the faucet rough. The faucet rough was the component of the faucet that had failed. In order to gain access to the necessary plumbing, we cut out the side of the cabinet next to the tub and were able to gain access to the plumbing through there. We installed to isolation valves underneath the tub surround so the Roman tub faucet could be isolated if needed. After installing the new rough and reinstalling the trim, we tested everything for leaks and proper function. No further issues at this time

Arrived at a landlord, tenant property for a basement toilet that was constantly running. During my inspection, I found the float was completely detached from the fill valve stem, preventing the toilet from shutting off properly. I also observed that the fill valve and tank-to-bowl gasket was severely deteriorated And nearly nonexistent, which could have resulted in a leak if not addressed. I contacted the property manager, Toni, explained my findings and concerns, and reviewed the recommended repairs. Toni approved moving forward with a full toilet tank rebuild, along with replacement of the toilet supply stop to ensure reliable shut off and safe Operation. All work was completed, the toilet was tested, and it is now functioning properly with no leaks present.

Run new conduit/wire in pre dug trench and install (2) new outlets.

For this job I came to inspect a pipe that had busted. After inspecting failed area I found that the pipe going into the cpvc adaptor going to the shower valve was never glued in with any glue. I reworked section of piping to connect back into the valve using cpvc fittings and approved glue. After waiting cure time on glue I opened water back up and confirmed there were no more leaks. I also replaced a cpvc main ball valve and a ball valve going to the outside spigot in garage. I installed copper fittings to make new connections.

I replaced a 1 inch prv and the main shutoff. I tested thoroughly to ensure there were no leaks and I set the pressure to 65 psi

New garage outlets and troubleshoot kitchen dual function breaker

American standard toilet was refilling due to a leaking flush valve seal. This seal was installed by another company, but was not installed correctly. Removed the seal and installed a new one. Tested the toilet to make sure no water was lost. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Client has a shower handle where the Allen key has broken off into the set screw after they attempted to access the shower cartridge. After several attempts of trying to drill out the Allen key and find alternative ways of removal, I managed to wiggle the handle off and disassemble the shower furniture. I picked up and replaced the cartridge for the master bathroom shower valve. Tested for leaks from the cartridge, reassembled the shower handle and verified it functioned smoothly. The cartridge is a P1 pressure balancing cartridge for 1/2” rite temp valves (GP800881) Water heaters are from 2019 Water pressure is 65 PSI

Work performed: Adjusted the location of the toilet drain forward, away from the wall. This involved replacing a portion of the drain in the storage room ceiling, cutting the subflooring to accommodate the new location, replacing the flange, and raising the flange to the proper height. We moved the water supply for the toilet roughly 5 inches to the left to accommodate the new toilet. We installed new pex piping and a new toilet shutoff valve. We installed a customer supplied smart toilet/bidet as per manufacturer instructions, and caulked toilet to the floor. We tested for proper function. Thank you !

3 zone system in townhome. Blower motor was failed. System is improperly zoned and pressures are extremely high when two zones out of the three are closed. Strongly recommend replacing with variable speed system. System is 10 years old, the average lifespan of a heat pump is about 8 to 12 years under the conditions that it is under with zoning. Witnessed pressures over 500 psi with two zones closed. Clear drain line, however, drain line was very bad and there is no wet switch on system so this may be a flood risk.

Chelsee Called us out today because they are adding a bidet toilet in the master bathroom. She also expressed her concern about the bathroom outlets tripping if both outlets are being used. So today we separated the bathroom outlets and installed a dedicated circuit for the outlet near the vanity and for the bidet. We also replaced the bath fan.

Clear shower blockage Customer was experiencing slow draining on 2nd floor hallway shower. We ran water for a long period of time to test for mainline. Upon inspection, the shower was only being affected. We ran k45 cable machine to clear blockage, and we were successful.

During our visit, the customers Rheem tankless water heater received a full maintenance. All aerators and filers were cleaned orf debris. The unit was flushed with cooking grade, white distilled vinegar for 1 hour. Previously Rheem tech support recommended to flush the unit to resolve the P1 code. After fully servicing the unit, the code was still present. Considering the lack of maintenance over the 9 years the unit has been in use, I recommend that unit gets replaced.
