Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the upstairs master bathroom. On arrival I tested the toilet and it backed up immediately. I ran the shower to check for any deeper issues and it was fine. Customer also had an issue with the washer box bubbling over. The line and the box were very dirty. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to have the washer line cleared and the toilet angered. I ran the auger down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I then removed and cleaned the washer discharge hose and ran a flex shaft down the line. I then tested the washer and toilet. Washer was good and toilet flushed well. I cleaned up throughly.

I completed a full service on 1yr old 50 gallon gas water heater. Service included flushing the tank, vacuuming the air intake screen, checking the thermal expansion tank and checking gas connections for leaks. Once completed air was removed from the lines, the whole house water pressure was checked and the recirculation pump was powered back on.

Arrived on site and customer stated the shower in the upstairs bathroom that was not turning on. I found that the cartridge was no longer functioning , and needed to be replaced. Customer also stated that a toilet on the main floor was not filling up, and offered to rebuild the toilet due to a failing flush valve and fill valve . I replaced the cartridge in the upstairs bathroom, as well as rebuild the toilet on the main floor. Once cartridge was replaced, I turned the water back on to the house, and tested the shower to ensure no issue . Lastly, I rebuilt the toilet on the main floor. Once rebuild was completed, I tested the toilet to ensure it was flushing and filling properly.
Great service!
For this job, I worked on installing a new floor outlet and replacing a mix match breaker in the main panel
Initial observations of ML system revealed water on the floor. Client stated the system condensate pump was leaking water so they put the pvc drain in a bucket but it eventually overflowed as the system ran. Cleared the pump port and tested the pump to be expelling water properly at this time. Ran pump multiple times. There was excessive rust in the bucket from the evaporator coil and upon inspection of the coil, it is rusted out and was also frozen. Temperature/pressure correlation of refrigerant revealed it is very low suggesting a leak. Leak test confirmed evaporator coil leaking. Lennox coils typically leak once they rust out and due to age and condition replacement of this system is recommended. UL 413 filter requires replacement today.
For this job I arrived to install a warranty condenser fan motor and capacitor. Replaced both parts and ran the system for 20 minutes. Checked pressures with charging chart and pressures are within range, delta t of 20 at the plenums. Checked all electrical components, made sure all connections were tight. System is working great. Thank you for choosing TE Certified. If you were happy with today’s service leave a review and share your experience with my service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Customer called us out for a clogged bathroom in the second story hallway. On arrival I tested the toilet and shower and it backed up quickly. I have the customer multiple estimates and they chose to have the toilet pilled and cable machine ran down the line. I removed the toilet and ran the cable machine down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I then tested the line using the shower while I cleaned up and reset the toilet.
For this job, I worked on replacing chandelier to the new chandelier that customer provided
Arrived for a reported no-cooling issue affecting the upstairs system. The homeowner stated that the system was not cooling yesterday, so he turned the thermostat off overnight. Upon restarting the system this morning, it successfully cooled the upstairs area to the desired setpoint of 72°F. Performed a comprehensive system evaluation. Inspected accessible electrical components and wiring connections for looseness, damage, overheating, or abnormal operation. Checked the outdoor electrical components, refrigerant operating pressures, system airflow/static pressure, thermostat operation, and condensate safety devices. No flood safety devices were found triggered, and no abnormal electrical, refrigerant, airflow, or drainage conditions were present at the time of service. The air filter was found slightly dirty and was replaced. Cycled the system off and on four times to verify consistent startup, shutdown, and cooling operation. The system responded properly during each cycle, and the
Replaced shower diverter for handheld and shower head
I came out to investigate an issue with the Tesla charger having a GFCI trip warning. After diagnosing the problem, I found that inside the panel probably due to just long-term heat and that stranded six gauge wire. The connections on the breaker were very loose for one of the wires. I tightened it down as well as the other wires in your panel just to make sure there were no other issues. This would definitely cause this problem and doing these repairs seems to have fixed it. You’re wiring looks good and breaker looks good so if this continues to happen, you may have to replace the charger but I think this actually completely fixed it. Thank you for using TE certified electrical! Veaya
Troubleshooting a Tesla charger and fixing it
Customer called me in regards to system not cooling. Observed indoor air handler was running and operational. proceeded to the outdoor unit, followed the capacitor was bubbled out. Homeowner approved replacement capacitor, system is operational at this time. The service fee was waived for today. We can only warranty the capacitor, we cannot warrantee any other issues with the remaining system. System is single stage zoning. Homeowner is aware that his system may have issues in the future due to single stage zoning. Homeowner did not want to sign up for the home care or upgrade the flood protection on the system.
Hub drain over flowing due to condensation build up , I ran my cable and cleared the hub drain and after testing everything the drain is back flowing normally
Replace evaporator coil and reconfigured drain p-trap to code for UL system and tested for proper operation at this time. I also replaced 16x25x5 box filter for both systems today. The dual capacitor for the outdoor unit is still below tolerance and may fail soon. Replacement of this part is recommended at your earliest opportunity to reduce the risk of further system failures. **Feel free to contact me when you would like to schedule a system replacement estimate free of charge.** Wayne Daniels - service technician: 678-995-1773

Came out today for a leak in the main water service line located near the end of the driveway, approximately 300 feet from the home. The customer was presented with repair options and chose to proceed with a spot repair. During excavation and while locating the water service leak, the neighboring propertys Wi-Fi/communication line was accidentally nicked. I immediately contacted 811 and AT&T to report the damage and request an emergency utility locate. The report ticket number is 260817-005636, and the emergency ticket number is 260817-005680. They advised that a technician/locator will be coming out sometime today to locate the power and communication lines and address the damaged line. The water service leak was successfully located and repaired. Once the repair was completed, the water service was restored and the repaired area was checked. Since the homeowner was not available to provide access inside the home, I was only able to purge air from the water lines using the exterior ho
12 years parts warranty. 2 years labor warranty ( up to 12 years with Homecare).
Upon arrival we met with the homeowner. Complaint of water backing up in bathtub and toilet on lower level when using the laundry machine on the upper level. We opened the mainline cleanout in the driveway, water began pouring out of it. We removed the cap on the tap approx. 15 feet away and it was dry. We cleared the drain and upon pulling the cable back we found roots wrapped around cable. Water drained, we tested drain by running the bath tub on the lower level. Water was no longer backing up at this time. Supervisor scheduled to visit between 11-2 tomorrow Aug 18, 2026. Use large drain machine to clear line from the exterior accessible cleanout, and locate source of drain issue with sewer camera. Includes drain machine and inspection camera (no additional fee). Does not include digging, replacing lines, or repairs. Cleared lines may clog again without a permanent repair. TE offers one free return visit for all mainlines within the 12 months if camera inspection is performed.
Customer is experiencing an issue with a leaky tub shower. The home is 4 years old. A different plumbing company had replaced the shower cartridge, which alleviated the drip for a while. The shower drips on and off periodically and has for the past 4 years. I performed a static and dynamic pressure test. Confirmed the water heater, expansion tank, and PRV were functioning correctly. Given the information and my findings, I am leaning on a shower valve needing to be replaced. I gave an option to try the cartridge again and to replace the shower valve. We opted to replace the cartridge for now. Given the work needed to replace the shower valve, it did not seem worthwhile for a shower that is rarely used. The dripping did stop with a cartridge replacement. I inspected and cleaned up the valve body and did not notice any dead giveaways of this valve being compromised. I reinstalled and caulked the tub spout. Customer would like to install the handle trim himself. Water pressure is at
Shut water off at Luna and drain down system. Remove section of 1 1/2” copper and install main shutoff valve with new copper and connect back to existing piping. Pressurize and test for test leaks. 8-27-26 Found that both restaurants waterlines are tied into together. We were able to install valves in Campania in order to shut off water without having access to Luna, however the new valves in Campania also shut off certain fixtures in Tres Luna. Work at Campania can be scheduled after hours to not inconvenience the adjoining restaurant.
I troubleshooted a high water bill. After an extensive troubleshoot, I found that there were 2 separate toilets that were running intermittently. I replaced both flappers and tested thoroughly to ensure there were no further issues
I had a leak in the main water line to my house. The first company I called wanted to dig up my yard to replace the whole line. Brandon and Xavier came out from TE, found the leak, and completed the exact fix needed for a fifth of the price. And, they kept a great sense of humor despite standing for hours in a deep muddy hole in 100 degree temperatures! One of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had.
Returned to complete work as per estimate. Turned water off to the home and drained down system. While finalizing excavation, discovered that the pipe between meter and old PRV was galvanized. Though not in our original scope of work, on-site technician elected to work all the way back to the meter to remove this compromised piping. Installed new Watts Dual Check valve, new courtesy cutoff valve, and removed all (4) visible “push-to-connect” fittings. Fabricated new lines and completed all connections. Turned water back on to the home and bled system of air and dirty water. Advised homeowner that PRV may be necessary on the irrigation line itself, and left quote for installation of this and an additional valve box. For now, restored water to irrigation system and tested sprinklers per homeowner request. Found no issues at this time. We cut out old PRV and ball valve in the basement and replaced both with a new Watts 3/4” PRV and a new brass ball valve. Tested for leaks and
SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the first floor system Is not working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the heat pump system Amanda 5 years old failed due to Bad Condensate pump and failed safety switch. By customer request Replace and install new condensate pump and new wet switch test system After final inspection is working ok at this time. Thanks for choosing T e certified.
Arrived to appointment upstairs system was not cooling. Indoor unit was running and thermostat did have power. Went outside and condenser was not on. Took cover off and capacitor was bubbled up. Homeowner approved of a capacitor and to sign up for a three system Homecare. There was no full system diagnostic only quoted the capacitor. System is cooling now at departure. Collected pay and signatures and also confirmed email.
