Job Locations and Reviews
For this job, I install an ev wall connector
installed 1 smoke detector at the bottom of the stairs on the main floor, 1 customer provided 4” recessed can light, and 1 GFCI outlet. Also took a look inside customers main electrical panel. All repairs done for sellers’ agreement. Customer is selling home.
Arrived on site to troubleshoot AC working intermittently. The homeowner stated that the HVAC department of TE was out to look at the AC unit and realized that there was an issue with the electrical breaker. Upon arrival, we realize that when we would move the meter main cover the AC will turn on and off. Once we remove the panel cover, we realized that the breaker was not seated into place correctly. We removed the breaker and noticed a damaged part on the breaker. We also noticed damage to the busing in the outdoor disconnect. We informed the homeowner of these issues. For today, we replaced the 40 amp ac breaker and relocated breaker on buss bar so as not to use damaged buss bar. We also installed breaker blanks in the location of the hold panel. We made new connections for the A/ C unit as well. We discussed installing whole home service protection at the main panel with the homeowner. He did not want to move forward with that at this time. Everything for today has been completed.
For this job the customer stated they detected a gas leak underneath the stove. Further inspection showed a small gas leak located at the regulator. I also noticed the water pressure to the home was low and the customer stated they see a significant pressure drop when multiple fixtures were being ran. I gave the customer multiple options and they decided to replace the pressure regulator and fix the minor gas leak. All work was thoroughly tested for leaks and proper function.
Installed customer supplied Tesla charger next to panel.
Installed a customer supplied capacitor as a one time courtesy. This part has no warranty in anyway with TE Certified
Hot water line on the outlet of the water heater had a pinhole leak. Removed female adapter on hot water outlet and removed a section of pipe. Installed a brass female adapter and 24” of copper pipe. Turned the water back on and checked all fittings. Lit the pilot light and set the temperature to 120 degrees. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Inspection System has high superheat and low subcooling, indicating that the evaporator coil is starved of refrigerant. I performed a courtesy, electronic leak check without success. The equipment also has a 14 to 15° temperature drop which makes it struggle on high demand days. Both the condenser coil and blower will need to be cleaned. The system has poor flood protection. Due to the condition of the equipment and the lack of maintenance, it would be a good idea to look into options to replace rather than repair. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Replace ceiling fans and box in upstairs bedroom
Arrived at customers home due to complaint of water on the floor. Upon further inspection, found water damage in sheet rock in basement below. Upon further inspection, also found that the thermal expansion valve has failed resulting in water, running nonstop outside. Water damage cause appears to be from a connection from the valve supply to kitchen sprayer head, which had come loose. Advised customer, I simply re-seated the connection and everything is working at this time. Also recommended a customer installing a replacement kitchen faucet. Customer has kitchen faucet on order and will advise us when it is available. Fixed kitchen faucet has a courtesy. ( no warranty) Removed faulty, thermal expansion valve and capped half inch line as there is already a thermal expansion tank installed. Performed a leak search to identify and determine cause of water damage in ceiling below. There are no plumbing issues at this time. Everything is in working order. Patch boys

Excellent service
We provide and install a 3/4hp Customer called us out for a leak under the kitchen sink. Upon arrival the customer expressed to me how they noticed a leak under the garbage disposal. The customer stated this is the first time they are experiencing this issue. We took a look underneath the kitchen sink and noticed some water and we inspected the bottom of the disposal and noticed water dripping. We then tested the other side to ensure there was not a blockage present further down the line and there were no signs. We ran a little of water on the disposal side and we noticed the water dripping right away. We let our customer know the disposal has failed and would need replacement. The customer is aware that the bottom of the cabinet has some damage to it. We gave our customer a few options and they decided to move forward with the replacement. We removed the old mounting bracket and disposal , and we installed a new mounting bracket along with the new garbage disposal. We connected the m
For this call, we came out to inspect a back flow valve for the sewage line that was in the home. Due to its location, there really wasn’t any viable option to remove it so that the home owner could put flooring over tin without a panel or access point. If was to be removed, it would fail by code, so the only other option for that would be to bust concrete and redo the drains going towards the utility room and add a sewage ejector pump. While we were here, homeowner mentioned water pressure issues in the home so we also inspected pressure, expansion tank and the heater to which was around 15 years old. We recommended replacement to be proactive and while here we would change out the PRV as well as a new expansion tank included with heater replacement. After removing old heater and PRV, we installed new heater, and set the new PRV to 65 PSI and expansion tank to 70 PSI. We added an anode rod to the heater to give it a 10 year warranty life as well. After turning water back on, and testi
The customer lost power to the work bench along with the post lights and the GFCI outback for the fountain. I found a faulty GFCI located on the left work bench that had signs of over heating and a failure. This circuit is being controlled by #10 in the right panel. After replacing the device power was restored. At the fountain I removed the old GFCI, installed a bonding screw for the box, a new weather resistant duplex outlet with a new in use bubble cover. I made the homeowner aware of double tapped neutrals inside both panels and left an estimate for the repairs.

For this job we installed a new 28Kw whole home generator in the right hand side of the home. Installed generator on a concrete pad. Installed a 200 amp transfer switch with breaker space to the right hand side of the meter to feed the two ac units coming out of the meter main combo. Gas line is completed and inspector will come back tomorrow to inspect it. I will be back after that to complete start up and perform QC visit along with complete transfer procedure.
Customer called us out for disposal jam. Manually unjammed disposal and all is functioning now. Customer also mentioned high pressure in home, 100psi to be exact and will likely call us out soon for replacement.
Today we came out for the only system not cooling 2014 trane 3.5 ton ac single stage. Client has replaced capacitor on this unit not too long ago. Cycled equipment from thermostat and checked operations. Inspected all electrical components and connections found failed duel motor starter serving compressor. With part failing compressor has been compromised. Made band aid repair and scheduled install supervisor for Saturday. Left all equipment operational.
Today we replaced the customers leaking water heater with a standard Rheem 50 gallon gas water heater. This included a new expansion tank strapped to the wall for support, a new quarter turn ball valve for the cold and hot sides on the water heater, a new whole home main shut off, and a pan and water leak alarm. We also insulated the water lines with fiber glass insulation and added valve tags. The tmp was ran outside in grey poly piping so we ran a whole new line outside in cpvc as a courtesy for the customer.
Great work as always. Austin did a great job with the repairs and answering any of my questions.
Sam, thank you for the 5-star review and kind words. We’re thrilled to hear Austin handled your repairs and questions so well. We appreciate your continued trust in TE Certified.
Water service line was leaking just past the water meter. I dug down to find a cracked elbow fitting on the PVC water line. I cut past all of the fittings and glued a PEX adapter onto the house side of the pipe. I used pex pipe and stainless steel fittings to reconnect to the water meter. I pressurized the line and monitored the meter for 15 minutes before burying the repair to check for leaks. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Removed toilet in downstairs powder room. Reinstalled after flooring repair from leaking flange seal. Leak tested all work. Caulked around toilet. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. ServiceTitan Invoice Summary Service Visit Summary: Technician arrived to diagnose a no-cooling issue with the 2021 Rheem furnace, air conditioning system, and coil. During diagnosis, the no-cooling condition was found to be caused by a failed outdoor control board. The control board was replaced and the system was tested to verify proper operation. During the inspection, the technician also identified several areas that would benefit from additional attention. The system has had limited maintenance, the bypass ductwork is missing proper insulation, and improvements to the home’s indoor air quality were recommended. Proper floor protection around the equipment was also noted as an area needing attention. Recommended Options Option 1 – Repair / Restore Operation Replace the failed outdoor control board and verify system operation. This addresses the immediate no-cooling issue and restores the system’s ability to operat
Water leaking in kitchen ceiling. Checked both drain lines (min and secondary drain lines) and both drain lines are clear. Possible not hvac related. Water heater is coated on the second floor. Inspected system. Heat exchanger is very rusted and compromised, flue pipe not fully connected to furnace, compressor has high amperage of 15.56 amps ( shouldn’t be higher than 19.9 amps, by the label) and head pressure too high (424 psig). Furnace is 21 years old and ac 9 years old. Highly recommend to upgrade the furnace, for safety and comfort issues. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the system, for today. Couldn’t precise where this leaking is coming from. Told customer that kitchen ceiling will need to be cut, to expose where the leak is located. System is cooling and draining properly at this visit,
On today’s visit I spoke with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a mainline clog. I ran water to confirm it was a Mainline clog. I wrote estimates to perform work and received approval. I ran my cable and was able to clear the blockage. I ran water after running my cable to confirm restoration of flow. I reset the toilet and gave it some flushes. I also did a super cleanup after work was completed. Shut off water supply to fixture, remove all fluid from fixture, remove china caps and bolts from fixture, pull water closet from base, clean flange and inspect for damage, perform drain clearing operation using specialty drain clearing equipment specifically designed for task, set new wax gasket on flange, new bolts and new supply. Fill and test, clean up work area.
Service Visit Summary Technician arrived to evaluate the 2020 Lennox 4-ton furnace, air conditioner, and coil serving the attic/main-floor system. The system was experiencing a no-cooling condition caused by improper zone operation, which resulted in the evaporator coil freezing. The coil was thawed and the system was evaluated. During the inspection, the technician also identified a noise concern coming from the compressor. The noise appears consistent with wear and tear that can occur as the compressor operates, particularly with the demands placed on the equipment by the zoned system. An airflow concern was also noted, with the existing ductwork design and layout contributing to restricted or less-than-ideal airflow. The system is currently functional, but the inspection identified several areas that could improve reliability, airflow, and overall system performance. Recommended Options Option 1 – Maintain the Existing System The system is currently operational, so no immediate

He had the replacement part that we needed, on his vehicle. So he fixed our ac in one trip. He called back immediately when I had questions about pictures he had taken of readouts on our ac unit. He tried to be very patient and kind in answering my detailed questions.
He arrived right on time, explained how he would remove our Tesla charger and safely finish the wiring. He gave us a reasonable quote upfront and completed the entire job in about 30 minutes. Professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. Would recommend.
I can’t say enough about our experience with TE. We thought we had an HVAC issue, so we called them based on their outstanding reviews—and they absolutely lived up to them. From the very beginning, communication was excellent. They had an HVAC technician at our home the very next day. He performed a thorough inspection, diagnosed the issue, and determined we actually needed a plumber. Instead of leaving us to figure it out, he contacted the office and arranged for a plumber to come later that same day. Both technicians called when they were on their way and arrived exactly when scheduled. Jake quickly assessed the situation, clearly explained three repair options, and helped us choose the one that made the most sense for our needs. He was able to schedule the repair for the very next afternoon, and I immediately received a confirmation text. Jake arrived right on time the next day and got straight to work. He was efficient, professional, clean, and meticulous throughout the repair. When he finished, he thoroughly tested everything, walked me through the completed work, and made sure I understood exactly what had been done before I signed off. I am beyond impressed with the level of professionalism, communication, and customer service we received from start to finish. We already have future projects planned, and without a doubt, we’ll be calling TE again. Highly recommend!
Fe-Darren Hutcherson was so knowledgable on our plumbing issues and a true professional. He asked excellent questions about our water main line break. We appreciated the time he took to explain and show the steps needed to fix our plumbing issues. We highly recommend Fe-Darren for your plumbing needs.
Thorough and informative
You can be very proud of the employees that are representing your company.
Everyone that has been involved in this repair has been very polite, knowledgeable and a great representative of your company.
Joachin was super efficient and knowledgeable…he answered all our questions and was so professional and kind! He fixed all our electrical problems expertly!!! A+++++ Thank you!!!
Excellent service
A/C went out late Friday evening in mid-July. After calling many places without much success, TE returned my call and was so courteous that I cancelled another appt I had with another company. Tech was here in less than 2 hours. Turns out the condenser had a couple of fried connectors from a power surge, likely from a recent thunderstorm and power outage. Resolution was reasonably priced IMO. I will use TE Certified again.
Morty is very professional, efficient, and knowledgeable about electrical services. He’s also quite respectful and enjoyable to work with. Highly recommend Morty!
Great experience start to finish.

Prompt service. All options explained. Fair price and work done quickly and to satisfaction.
TE dispatched their technician Jeffrey Phung within 30 minutes of an emergency phone call. He completed his troubleshooting and made his recommendations. He discovered some additional underlying issues that could have resulted in significant damage to our home from fire. We would never have known until it was too late. Jeff documented the repair plan, gave us several options, and discussed the benefits of each option. Once we approved the work Jeff worked nonstop for 12 hours to complete the job. He is knowledgeable and a consummate professional. We will use TE in the future and request Jeff to do the work.
Great service. The 2 guys that have been to my house could not have been any nicer. Very personable.
Blake worked very hard to figure out where the mysterious leak was coming from. And he gave me options on how to take care of it.
