Completeld diagnostic of tripping * breaker

Arrived on site and Customer was experiencing dripping kitchen faucet and a dripping shower/ tub . I found the house had high pressure of 85psi , so I had to replace the failed 1” PRV in the basement. I also installed a new ball valve whole house shut off . I also replaced the kitchen faucet, as well as installed a Replacment shower cartridge in the upstairs bathroom. Customer also decided to have a new heater installed as the expansion tank and T&p was dripping . Once all repairs were completed we tested our work area. Heater is back on and set to 120 degrees.

Improper airflow upstairs. Previously replaced zone damper for upstairs 6 weeks ago. Found zone board faulty and not sending voltage to damper to close. Gave option of replacing board or moving wiring to empty keg on board. Landlord chose to move wiring. Moved wiring. Tested system. System and dampers functioning as designed. Quoted additional repairs not taken care of 6 weeks ago including replacing zone system with EWC.

I was called out to Prabhu’s house to perform repairs. Today we repaired the flue pipe, installed flood protection, replaced the return plenum,added a return run, cleaned the wheel, and installed an iWave on the upstairs system, and on the main system we replaced both capacitors and upgraded the filter rack to use the modern AprilAire filter.

Today we performed a full trim out of the basement. We installed all the outlets, switches and plates. We also installed 21 customer supplied wafer lights. We also fully wired in the new subpanel and installed surge protection. We also installed one smoke/carbon monoxide detector and one smoke detector.

Troubleshoot tripping breaker, breaker holds under load. Electric golf cart is causing the tripping due to an internal fault. Suggested getting a technician for the cart.

Auger toilet with closet auger Cleared a blockage in a toilet with closet auger. Did not pull anything back on snake. Tested toilet by flushing toilet with and without toilet paper. Also shimmed toilet so it would not rock back and forth. Clearing successful.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Both systems slightly low on refrigerant. Several other potential issues noticed due to age. The overall systems are fully operational. Discussed further findings and presented options. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Replace existing shower valve with customer-furnished assembly. Shut off the water supply, drain home, cut out and remove existing valve assembly, install the new shower valve, reconnect trim, tighten handles, check for smooth operation, test and clean up the work area

Today I performed a room re-device in the family room

Called out to complete sold work for roughing in a new bathroom in the attic. Began by stubbing, up a drain line, for the toilet, and for the vanity. Also stopped up three water lines, one for the toilet, and one for the hot and cold on a vanity. Set a new customer supplied tub with a new solvent waste and overflow assembly. Also installed a new shower valve with new tub, spout, and showerhead. I’ll work was tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly. Once permit inspection is complete and the rest of the bathroom is finished. Customer will call us back out to complete the trim out. Thank you for trusting TE certified with all your plumbing needs

Arrived on site to install tesla charger. We installed a new 40A circuit for EV charger. We provided and installed a new Tesla wall connector charger. This will not change as fast as a 60A wall connector charger. We installed a new 40 amp breaker for this circuit. We informed the homeowner about double tapped neutrals and while home surge protection. Everything is working upon completion.

For this job, the customer had a hose Bibb in the front yard, which was not working, and to low to the ground. The customer opted to install a straight hose Bibb out of the same location instead of moving the hose Bibb up. We made it so it would be easily replaced in the future with a new shut off inside as well. We performed work, tested everything, and cleaned up. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Customer called us out for a toilet that wouldn’t flush in the 119 building’s warehouse. I tested the toilet and it immediately backed up with lots of shredded toilet paper. I recommended running the closet auger down the line. Customer agreed. I ran the closet auger down and successfully cleared the blockage. I tested the line multiple times and had no issues.

Troubleshoot garbage disposal

We replaced the flush valve in the master toilet. We replaced the hot and cold stop valves under the hallway bathroom sink because they were leaking. The expansion tank was water logged and unsupported so we installed a new expansion tank and strapped it to the heater.

Diagnose/ troubleshoot water heater failure, verify the age of the unit and the condition of the unit, check error code history, shut off the water supply to the water heater, remove the filter and clean, check the condition of the heat exchanger, pressurize the system, check for leaks. De-scale tankless hot water heater. Shut off water supply to water heater, drain and flush, remove filter and clean, check condition of heat exchanger, circulate ph balanced cleaning solution through system, pressurize system, check for leaks, and clean up work area.

Due to the recent storm the power pole had fell down pulling the service cable out of the meter base and onto the ground. We were able to to remove the old meter base due to damages and install a new one. We was also able to install a new SEU cable down the wall, install a new weather head and a new eyebolt. The inspector will be out tomorrow to so the inspection.

Replaced 14 yr old water heater and main shut off valve. Installed new electric water heater with new thermal expansion tank, new safety pan, new leak alarm, new shut off valve, all new piping, new drain 90 for relief line, power disconnect and new electrical whip. Replaced old main gate valve to the house with a new easy to use ball valve. While we were here we also removed the old water filtration system that was no in use.

Changed out the kitchen recessed light to a new junction box and installed a chandelier with a dimmer and put in a new ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom.

Installed a new outlet below sink in apartment with new 20 amp circuit and dual function breaker.

Repair damaged section of the main water line in front yard next to water meter, add required check valve at meter, also add courtesy valve in a new box next to water meter, (this will eliminate all shark bite fittings at meter box) reconnect irrigation to water main, replace shut off valve in meter box that is next to the retaining wall to eliminate to shark bite fittings.
