Upon arrival, the homeowner requested their tankless water heater be serviced and flushed. During initial inspection, I found a few incorrect installations with the tankless. I flushed the and serviced the tankless, as well as replaced the condensate line from pex to cpvc, capped the recirc line from the tankless which was tied into the cold line and installed the correct expansion tank for a tankless. I also installed an inline Halo water conditioner to inhibit and dissolve future scaling within the tankless. All work was tested and checked for leaks
Ran two dedicated circuits to kitchen and added dual function breakers. Relocated one outlet and box. Blanked off hole.
Navien tankless water heater was leaking condensation from the exhaust vent pipe. I checked the fittings on the exhaust and found a coupling installed without glue and almost completely separated. The collar on the top of the heater was also not secured. I removed the reducer fitting and the pipe from the top of the water heater. I installed a new reducer and a new piece of pipe secured to the collar on the heater. I ran the unit after I completed my work and found no leaks or faults. The unit is currently operating normally and without issue. I dried up all water on and in the unit and cleaned it as well as I could. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Upon arrival we met with the customer. They expressed an issue with 2 non flushing toilets on the first floor. They also had a slow draining shower drain in the master bathroom. We took a look at the toilets flushed them several times and ran water to test. We also inspected the outside clean out. The only issue was the shower drain. We wrote up estimates for the customer to perform work on shower drain. We received approval to clear the shower drain and start work. The shower is draining properly at this time and the customer is satisfied. Perform draining clearing on tub or shower drain trap. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. For today’s visit, we were called out to inspect high-pressure in the home. Upon inspection found that the pressure was approximately 90 to 100 psi. Advised the homeowner that the pressure is way too high for what the fixtures in the home can handle and would highly recommend replacement of the PRV. Homeowner agreed on replacement of the PRV bundle in with replacing the main shut off to get rid of the multiturn gate valve that was currently in place. Begin work by shutting off water to the home and removing the old PRV and gate valve and installing a new quarter turn ball valve with new door chambered all brass PRV. After all work was complete re-introduced water to the system and checked for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly at this time. Pressure in the home was set at 65. Also gave the homeowner options for replacement of the water heater due to it being almost 10 years old. Homeowner will be reviewing the estimate and will schedule when read
For the seller conducted leak detection service for homeowner, the investigation. I introduced compressed air on the plumbing system at a regulated constant at 50 psi. I then employed ground penetrating sonar along the Watermain service and located the leak about 4 feet off the house underneath the hydrangea tree. Area has been marked with
Installed chandeliers
Could I have hung 4 ceiling fans and added another outlet to my kitchen island myself? Yes, but having TE do the work meant it was done quickly and cleanly and I didn’t have multiple trips to Home Depot. The price seemed reasonable but I didn’t shop around and I’ve not hired anyone for these things in years. I’m glad I used your company as the work is done, it was done well and my home is all the better for it.
Replaced switches on main floor
Installed whole home surge protector
We’ve been called out here because Clark’s water heater pilot light went out and also notices an odor smell of gas. The gas company did come out to see if there was any gas leaks anywhere in the house, but they were not able to find any on their visit. I was able to find out where the gas leak was coming from a failed log lighter valve for the fireplace. I was able to isolate that valve that had a secondary one that was outside of the house to stop the gas leak. I recommended to Clark that he should have a fireplace company to come out and work on the fireplace to replace the valve. I got the water heater re-lit and ran through a full cycle and have no issues with the water heater relighting again for another cycle. Water heater (not installed by the) is still under warranty until 2029.
The customer went to turn the lights on in the pool and found that the lights and the motors were not working. The main panel is located in the garage and at the bottom left is a 2p40 QO breaker that is feeding the pool pump panel. I used my meter to test for voltage and the readings were correct for the equipment. I also went to the pool pump panel and checked voltage at the lugs and found proper voltage to ground/neutral are also good. I noticed a single pole 15 amp GFCI breaker located on #2 of the panel board was in the off position so I turned it on and the control board came back on, the pumps started working with the lights. I put the panel into service mode and went to the blower, turned it on and the breaker immediately tripped so I disconnected it and used my meter to test for continuity between the wires and go nothing. The customer requested to leave the blower off the circuit breaker. I made them aware that the wire feeding the pool panel has an 8/3 indoor rated wire insta
Customer had a loud noise coming from fill valve of new toilet. Replaced fill valve and the noise was eliminated. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.
For this job I arrived to a no cool. Found water in the drain pan. Cap off of the primary drain pan had came loose, no glue was used. Glued cap onto the port. Verified water was flowing properly. Checked air filter, filter was replaced today. System was not cooling main floor. Verified the dampers were working properly. Very long duct run, as well as 3 distribution boxes are feeding the main area. Supervisor and Technician will return back to spec out duct work.
Came out and performed well water quality test and plumbing inspection, test vials are being sent to be tested. Conducted plumbing inspection left homeowner with some options.
Technician drained and removed existing water heater due to pilot no longer functioning and age of the water heater. Old water heater was removed and new one was installed into the existing hot and cold stub outs. Expansion tank was secured to the wall. Recirculation pump also connected back into the system with new check valves.

Home care 3 systems. The main level unit is in poor condition would be recommended to replace system . Numerous parts are failing. The furnace vent elbow is busted I taped up the vent . A new system would be more efficient, better comfort and less worry about eventual breakdown. Tested all units in heating and cooling. At this time everything is functional and operating. Customer wanted to try just replacing capacitor and get a quote on a system.
Customer stated that they are only getting Luke warm water. I noticed that the recirculation pump was not plugged in. He stated that it hasn’t been plugged in since they purchased the home. I tested the pump to find that it was siezed. I also suspected that the 1/2” swing check valve was stuck open. Installed new Grundfos Alpha recirculation pump. Installed new spring check valves on the return line and cold water inlet. Added bracing from the pump to the water heater to support the weight of the pipe. Tested the water in the house and was getting consistent hot water. Thank you for choosing TE Certified and congratulations on getting married!

Install ceiling fans and install new outlet
Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics: found the outdoor unit has a failed capacitor. The capacitor has already been replaced. With the homeowners permission I installed a new capacitor and got the unit running. I checked the refrigerant pressures. I checked amps and voltage. I checked the air filter. I found the refrigerant pressures are ok but the compressor sounds horrible. It appears that the previous company installed a bad compressor or installed the compressor with contaminated refrigerant. System operates on R410a which is now obsolete. The system is temporarily running; homeowner may want to consider replacing the AC and coil (furnace is new). I advised the homeowner that if she purchases a new system within 5 days from today from TE certified that we will roll the money spent today (397$) towards to costs of the new unit. Homeowner setup a time with an install supervisor.
Very Professional and Did a great job . We are grateful and thankful for the great job he did!
I called and was able to schedule an estimate for the same day. They arrived on time, provided the estimate and completed the work in an hour. The quoted price was much lower than other bids I had received.
Every TE Certified Tech for Electrical, Plumbing and HVAC that we have met have all been kind, courteous, knowledgeable and did an excellent job! Pricing cost may seem high, but you get what you pay for and peace of mind knowing job is done correctly!
Our insurance company wanted me to hire a plumber to find the source of our slow leak in the kitchen. The dispatcher worked hard to help me with my schedule to find same day service since I had standing water. I was grateful for that. The plumbers found the leaking from my refrigerator helping me to get immediate mitigation started. I’m very impressed with the company and the plumbers that they sent.
Terrific!
I just bought a 4 year old house and you would think everything would be alright. Well, there are issues and I am thankful that Rusty found things I wasn't aware of. Obviously the previous owners didn't use TE Certified. I used them at my last house and was always very happy with the service.
Great job. Friendly, had all the parts and fixed the issue on Saturday before I have to go out of town. Will be using this company from now on.
Agustin and his associate Alex arrived exactly on schedule to perform hardware remodeling and replacement work in our main bath. All the work was completed beautifully in the timeframe quoted. We cannot say enough about how friendly, efficient and knowledgeable Agustin was to work with. We can be a bit picky about design features but this project was a breeze. Agustin totally understood the hardware design we were looking for. He researched, found lovely coordinating hardware for each of the three installation sights. In addition , both gentlemen were so very careful to protect the property as they moved through the project. This was a really excellent experience.
Everything from a seasonal check to the seasonal maintenance needs and extended coil. Cleaning has been outstanding.
Excellent service
Agustin addressed our issue with expert knowledge and efficiency. The experience was seemless. He was knowledgeable and experienced with this problem and worked with us so efficiently to make decisions required to proceed with the necessary repairs. We need to add that his friendly persona makes him a joy to work with.
Jr Dean was here for my annual plumbing inspection. While he was doing that, he discovered that a toilet was loose, which it had been for a long time. He was able to fix the problem that no other plumber could fix in 11 years!
