Replace condensate pump with tubing
Customer called us out for a clogged toilet and kitchen sink. On arrival the customer already had the toilet pulled and there was water sitting in it. I recommended running a cable machine down the drain and resetting the toilet. Customer agreed. I ran the machine down and successfully cleared the line. I did pull wipes back. I then ran the kitchen and bathroom sinks while I cleaned up and set the toilet. Tested toilet 5 times.
Called out to address low pressure in the home. Found that the pressure was at 50 psi on the static test but when you ran multiple fixtures, the pressure would drop to 20 psi. Advised the homeowner that the prv has failed and would need to be replaced. Homeowner agreed on price and work was started. Began by shutting off water to the home and draining the system. Cut out old prv and replaced with a new all brass dual chamber prv. Once work was complete, reintroduced water to the system and tested for leaks and functionality. No leaks and everything is functioning properly. Set water pressure to 65. Advised the homeowner that the water is very old and would highly recommend replacement. Gave multiple options for water replacement. Homeowner will review and schedule when ready to move forward. Thank you for trusting TE Certified!
Homeowner experienced a leak within the concrete slab. Leak detection services were engaged and identified the precise location of the leak within a hall closet. The technician then jackhammered the slab, discovering a pinhole leak in the hot water line. The leak was successfully repaired, and system functionality was verified. Following the repair, the technician compacted the excavated area, installed a vapor barrier, and patched the concrete.
Replaced smoke detector batteries and outlet’s
Replaced leaking pressure reducing valve. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good.

Diagnosed tankless water heater with error code 10; manufacturer confirmed issue is soot buildup in the heat exchanger. Recommended repair is removal and cleaning of the heat exchanger using approximately 120 PSI compressed air. Will be returning April 21st.
Please job rendered leak detection services for tenant on site. The landlord was not on site today for investigation. During our investigation, we did observe a leak on the main service in the front yard right at the corner of the intersection of the left side of the driveway and the right bottom side of the sidewalk. We did excavate the area and did witness the leak on the pipe video has been included in this invoice. Throughout our investigation, we did also notice that the water heater is also leaking. It is leaking at the bottom and appears to be coming from inside the heater itself.
For this job, I installed a motion sensor kit on an existing light
Arrived at the customer’s home to complete quoted repairs. Shut off power to the outdoor unit. Took it apart and removed dirt and debris from the inside of the condenser. Rinsed off the unit with water. Soaked the unit in condenser coil cleaner for a few minutes and rinsed it off with water once more. Put the unit back together and turned the power back on. Reported results to the customer.
Excellent service from Jason. Repaired the issue professionally
No cool visit. Technician discovered that the outside unit wasn’t working because the capacitor is out of tolerance for the outside fan motor. Also, noticed that the contactor has a burnt mark which indicates arching meaning that the contactor isn’t making a 100% electrical connection. The refrigerant is low on charge. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
Got out quick
Homeowner had a failed copper pipe in the basement ceiling. Shut water off and removed section of copper piping. Cleaned copper and installed new section. Turned water on and purged air from the system. Checked for leaks and everything is working properly at this time.
Customer called us out for a whole home back up. The main floor bathroom was leaking into the unfinished basement. There were chemicals in the tub. I recommended having a septic company come out and take a look before we run any machines. Customer also had a clog in the master bathroom. I ran the auger and had no change on it. I want to see if clearing the septic will help before moving forward. Customer did want a bottle of Endure.
No Cool- 2015 Thermal Zone System- Landlord/Tenant - We were called by the Tenant and the Tenant paid the bill. Found failed outdoor capacitor causing system not to cool. Did a thorough inspection and found the contactor in poor shape, filter, blower wheel and compartment very dirty and need cleaned. Flue pipe is rusted out and needs replaced. Outdoor coil is in poor shape and also needs cleaned. System needs a proper filter rack as the current setup allows dust and dirt to bypass the filter and enter the system. This will cause expensive repairs at some point. System also lack proper water safety devices to prevent drain blockage issue. After the tenant agreed to the capacitor replacement, I replaced the capacitor and started system. According to the numbers of my equipment, the system is also low on refrigerant. The tenant is the contact info on the account. Invoice, estimates and pictures will be sent there.
Great service. Everything was explained very well and I didn’t feel pressured about which service/option to purchase. Very personable, courteous, and respectful.
Redeviced dining room ,replaced non UL listed breaker in panel and installed surge protection to main electrical panel.
Noise complaint. Customer had a concern about the noise coming from the condensate pump. I inspected the pump and found the pump struggling to remove water. It took longer than normal. Verified line was clear. Opened pump and found it was full of algae. Recommended pump replacement. Customer agreed to pump replacement and HomeCare plan for one system. Pump was tested after installation. I added pan tabs as well.

Run a new circuit to the outside sauna, and hook up the sauna heater. This option includes for you as the homeowner to dig the trench 18 to 20 inches deep.
Installed landscape lighting
No cool for the upstairs system due to a bad blower motor. Will need to replace the motor, in order to do a complete diagnostic. Also, heat exchanger is cracked. System is 13 years old. Gave estimate to replace motor only (not recommend). At this age and condition (cracked heat exchanger), best option would be to upgrade the system, with 10 years warranty and WiFi thermostat. Set a lead to quote upgrading for today.
Install new lighting in the office. Includes smart dimmer with remote, wiring and installation of (3) wall lights and (2) ceiling lights.
