Job Locations and Reviews

I was called out to Brittany‘s house for a Homecare maintenance. Brittany has lived here for about 8 years so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered that the system is original to the house from 2005, it uses R-22 refrigerant which is no longer made, the coil is leaking and severely rusted, the service valve has a large leak that refrigerant was bubbling out of, the flood protection needs updating, the flood pan is badly rusted, and the heat exchanger has significant rust that may be or will lead to penetrations that will make it unsafe to use. Due to the advanced age, the inability to perform important repairs, and efficiency loss replacement is a viable option.

Tankless was showing an error code 10. Did a diagnostic and called Rinnai support and figured out what was wrong. Error code 10 is when unit has blockages in the vents like dust and bugs, Rinnai recommended to use air compressor of 100 Ibs or more of pressure to clean. Took off cover for tankless and cleaned the insides with air compressor of 100 Ibs. Tested it and checked for leaks and everything was working good. Replaced Moen shower cartridge in upstairs bathroom and is working properly now.
Trevor was great! Would highly recommend!

Replaced filter. Cleaned drain and panel. Checked all operations. Installing DAS next visit. Discharge air sensor.

Installed ceiling fan in master bedroom. And replaced switch. Ceiling fan has rattling coming from motor housing customer is returning fan and we will come back an re-install

Replace hose bib on the left side of the home. We must cut the Sheetrock behind the stove to access the hose bib. We do not repair Sheetrock. The hose bib appears to be installed at the edge between the stove and countertop. If we cut Sheetrock and the bib is not accessible we will have to explore other options.

Arrived on site to troubleshoot a few issues around the home. Upon inspection, I noticed a faulty three way switch for the upstairs hall lights. I also noticed the outdoor gfci outlets were getting power but would not reset. These outlets were not weather rated. I tested the breaker for the garbage disposal and noticed the breaker was faulty. I replaced the faulty switch for hall lights. I alo installed two new weather rated gfci outlets with new outdoor rated bubble covers. I installed a new box, outlet, and appliance cord for the garbage disposal. I also installed a gfci breaker for the disposal. I tested everything and it is working as it should.

We replaced all of the kidde smoke/carbon monoxide detectors with new BRK smoke/carbon monoxide detectors.

No cool, on a 9 years old system with 2 zones. Low voltage fuse was blown. Contactor was shorted. Replaced contactor and circuit board shorted. Circuit board and contactor needs to be replaced, in order to complete the diagnostic. Other parts may have been affected, since circuit board it the brain of the system. Due to the age and conditions of the system, Highly recommend to upgrade system, instead of try to repair. Set a lead to quote upgrading for today between 12-3.

For this job we installed two bath fans and replaced a smoke detector, a light, and two switches.

Customer had low water pressure. We found that the water meter stop valve was barely open. We opened it and restored flow to the home. We performed several code upgrades on one electric water heater and replaced the other water heater.

Replace all breakers inside of the main panel and make sure all connections are tight

We restored the main panel of the home and replaced smoke detectors

Removed 6inch return in hallway and added 12 inch return in its place. Capped the end of the split were the 6inch return connected. Strapped and hung the flex for new 12inch duct.

We installed a Tesla wall connector right next to the panel in the garage

Turned off water and drained system. Removed the old pressure regulator and replaced it with a new pressure regulator.

Replaced old water heater with a new 6 year warranty water heater. Replaced main shut off valve and pressure reducing valve. Made them both more accessible. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Installed a stand alone 60 pint per day dehumidifier in the basement. Ran the drain line to the outside and tested the dehumidifier.

Air handler install

Upstairs hallway bath fixtures run fine, no clogs. Main bath drains fine. Downstairs half bath drains fine, ran cable in cleanout for special. Supervisor visit scheduled on follow up

Cut Sheetrock to find source of water leak in basement. We found that the pressure reducing valve had a steady stream of water coming from the adjustment screw. We replaced the PRV, removed a redundant shutoff valve, replaced the right side hose bib shutoff and the shutoff valve for this hose bib. We made piping modifications in order to replace these items. Tested with no leaks. We set the pressure at 60 psi

The reason for today’s call was switches were not working proper with the living room ceiling fan light kit and the sun rooms ceiling fan. This is what was found: -Living Room- A 4g switch box is located by the master bedroom from left to right the switches are as followed (1) 3way foyer light (1) s/p fan (1) 3way light kit (1) dummy I used my toner and found that a single gang box holding a dead end 3way near the kitchen was apart of the 4g switch box and this would have been for the light kit. I that wire in the 4g switch box was not wired properly and after correcting this the light still did not come on. I used a ladder and dropped the light kit and found new led lamps so I used my meter and did not find any power. I made the homeowner aware that a bigger ladder would be needed to get to the canopy at the ceiling to check the connections. I also suggested to have the fan swapped out if the internal wiring is bad. -Sun Room- There is a 2g switch box by the living room that only

Properly Performed spring/fall maintenance 3 systems. Replaced all filters checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensors, cleared inducer ports, tested hot surface igniters, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations. The basement system is at 22 refrigerant, both capacitors are weak, the air filter is dirty. The upstairs system air filter is dirty and the main floor system. Air filter is also dirty. Replaced the upstairs and main floor filters. Put a temporary air filter on basement while waiting on the correct size of 20x25x5

Customer called us out for a toilet that is not operating properly. Customer was very troubled because she has constantly had all types of issues with this toilet. This toilet is a builders grade Gerber toilet and customer is aware of this. I recommended several options to provide a more permanent solution for the customer. Customer wanted to move forward with replacing current toilet with a new kohler toilet. Customer still had a clog in the toilet branch drain line, but I was successfully able to remove stoppage. I was successfully able to remove old toilet and install new toilet. I tested for leaks and verify that everything is flushing and operating properly at this time. I also did a demonstration of the new toilet and it’s operation in the presence of the customer. Customer is very satisfied everything is operating properly at this time.

Upon arrival, met with homeowner and did a walk-through inspection with them. They explained that system was simply not getting down to desire temperature. After walk-through inspection gave customer a quote to do a full inspection and they agreed. Perform full inspection on heating and air system. Inspection of the furnace shows this furnace is in very poor condition. It is a 2006 Ameristar/trane furnace. It has a failed/crack heat exchanger. The blower assembly is very dirty. The evaporator coil is also very dirty as well as being frozen solid currently. The blower capacitor is failing. The filter was very dirty. This was replaced at no charge while on site. The return Plenum is also very dirty. Visible mildew on the outside of ductwork. Ductwork is more than likely original to the home and simply ready to be replaced. Inspection of the air conditioner shows it is low refrigerant. This is an R 22 system the outside air conditioners from 2006. The system also has a leaking trader valv

Had a furnace inspection. Tech showed up on time and noticed issues with the exhaust vent that 3 other inspectors missed that were a safety issue. He drove back to the warehouse to get the parts and repaired it. The blower had apparently never been cleaned. The tech cleaned the blower until I couldn’t tell that it was not brand new. He was professional and curteous and paid attention to every last detail. I couldn’t have asked for better if I had tried.
Electrical Service
Had both HVAC and electrical out today. Love the guys. Very professional and they go above and beyond.
