Very happy. Tech worked really hard and communicated everything he was doing.

Arrived on site to look over and repair items found on a home inspection. We separated grounds and neutrals in the existing main electrical panel. We also installed arc fault and ground fault protection for all kitchen and garage outlets. This includes all kitchen countertop outlets, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, fridge, range, and all garage outlets. We did this by installing arc fault and ground fault breakers at the panel. We also installed gfci outlets at the receptacle below the kitchen switches, and at the washing machine. We replaced the damaged gfci outlet in the garage. This outlet controls the garage gfci, bathroom outlets, and outdoor outlets. We also installed proper bushings in the panel. The pool panel did not have a neutral wire installed so we installed a new 30 amp rated wire from the main electrical panel to the pool panel. This wire has the proper neutral wire. This will ensure that we can separate grounds and neutrals at the pool panel. We had to dig a trench, i

Replaced filter home owner provided. Cleaned drain. Noticed drain moves around a lot in wall. Most likely have a broken drain inside wall. Arrived on site to install two new Moen shower valves and trim kits. I installed a shower valve in the upstairs hallway bathroom and in the master standup shower, I went ahead, cut and removed drywall and the master bathroom to install valve for the hallway, tub and shower. I also cut and removed drywall in the wall behind the standup shower in the master bathroom. When I exposed both shower valves I noticed there was gray poly and copper tying into the existing shower valve. I informed customer that tying into the existing gray Polly could lead to issues down the road, such as leaks, and that I cannot warranty the existing gray poly connection leak were to occur. After making all my connections for both shower valve, I turned the water back on and checked for leaks. And they stand up shower I noticed a drip occurring at the drop ear 90, where the shower head connection was. I went ahead and formed a customer that there was an issue with the existing drop ear 90 and that I would need

Customer called us out because he was experiencing a slow draining sink issue in basement bathroom. Upon arrival I could not recreate blockage. Tested thoroughly to make sure there was no mainline blockage. Water was flowing fine, never saw a sign of a blockage. Ejector pump in utility room turned on fine and was holding proper amount of water.

Replaced 50 gallon gas Rheem water heater with new thermal expansion tank and warranty upgrade kit. We found issues with the gas system and gave estimates to address these issues. Issues include wrong placement of shutoff valves, improper gas repairs and an undersized gas line. The customer is going to address these issues with the company who recently installed the furnace who worked on these items. If water heater fails inspection due to these items, it will be the customers responsibility to have them repaired.

Replace PRV in garage, seal water main penetration

No cool on the only system due to a bad dual capacitor. Replaced capacitor, but compressor but start. Cooled down compressor and it started. System was low on Freon. Added Freon, to bring pressures back to normal. System is current working, but compressor is running in high amperage of (14.9 amps, shouldn’t be higher than 29 amps, by the label). System is working as best spas it can.

Homeowner is in the process of selling the property. During the inspection there were a few items that were mentioned. The pressure regulator was replaced and set to 65psi. The thermal expansion tank had gone bad and needed to be mounted per code requirements. The master toilet was pulled and reset. During this the flange was replaced due to it being broken. The lavatory in the master the accordion drain was removed and a smooth wall trap was installed. This was also done in the secondary bathroom as well. The shower cartridge was replaced and sealed around trim plate with silicone. The front hose bibb was leaking from the packing nut when turned on. I tightened and did not observe any leaking from the bibb. All repairs were completed and tested for proper operation. Sending quote for gas work.

Replace faucets for kitchen and main level powder room, install new prv and emergency shut off. Customer agreed to option. Turn the water off to the home and drained down and replaced prv, and installed new emergency shut off. Afterwards, replaced kitchen faucet that we supplied as well as a customer supplied lavatory. Faucet on the main level powder room. After installation, turn water back on to the home and slowly prime the air out of the lines. And checked for leaks as well as obstructions, at any of the fixtures. No issues at this time.Thank you for choosing and trusting te with your plumbing needs

Install new ceiling fan boxes

Replaced check valve with quiet check valve/ball valve combo. Tested for leaks and function. Quoted water heater options due to age.

For this job, I installed a whole home surge protector.

Homeowner has Gerber toilet in hallway bathroom that the flush seal needed to be replaced. The thermal expansion tank bladder had to be replaced due to the air bladder had failed. The new tank was mounted per code requirements. While testing the toilet found that the fill valve was not functioning properly. This was replaced at no additional cost to the homeowner. I did recommend replacing the water heater due to age. The single wall venting will need to be replaced with double wall. In addition a recirculation pump will need to be installed to meet code requirements as well. Everything was tested for proper operation.

Upon arrival, the homeowner stated that system stopped cooling yesterday. Also, the homeowner shared that the system had tripped the breaker in the past. I started my diagnosis by activating the cooling system from the thermostat. Checked the 2007 American Standard system and discovered the compressor isn’t operating due to a failed capacitor. The homeowner wanted to have the capacitor replaced. The compressor started to perform, but isn’t functioning well and confirmed with a megaohmeter showing close to failure. The system uses R 22 refrigerant which has phase out since 2020. The compressor is performing, but can fail at any moment. A lead has been set for Monday 8/16/25 to discuss options for an updated system. The homeowner will receive credit of 392,00 from today towards an updated system if a decision is made to update the system.
David and Andrew were great! They spent a lot of time explaining what was going to happen and everything went exactly the way they said. The bonus was that both of them had a fun sense of humor. We called in TE Certified Electricians to correct some electrical issues that we had found during our kitchen remodeling. The electrician showed up on time, did fabulous work and explained everything that he was correcting. After the work was completed, he thoroughly cleaned up the areas where he worked and left it spotless. Now our kitchen remodeling project can restart now that the electrical issues were resolved.
Jason’s first job here was perfect, so we asked for him by-name this time too. When a company with 300 trucks providing services agrees to send the same Tech as last time, you know you have a company you want to stick with. And, Jason and his partner Chad again amazed us with how fast, how clean, how professional they were in fixing two vexing electrical issues for us…at a price that also gave us value. We will stay with TE and will hope to see Jason again if we have electrical needs. A great company’s a great Tech!
