400a service upgrade with new 200a (42 space) panel that will be a non-backed up loads panel, and transfer large circuits to non-backed up loads panel. -Complete grounding system -New charger circuit directly to gateway -Transfer high amperage circuits to new non-backed up panel. -Install gateway, and run new 60a circuit to new charger

Tech installed 20 amp dedicated circuit from panel to a new receptacle under the sink bay for dishwasher. Tech also installed a Dual Function Safety breaker which provides protection against electrical fires (Signs of Arcing) and electrocution by ground faults. Tech also installed the whip (Plug) for the dishwasher. Outlet and breaker were tested and showed adequate voltage and properly working.

Tech found that there was no power going to both outlets in attic and visually traced the wire to make sure no wires where showing signs of damage that could’ve caused the issue. Tech followed the wire to where it went back into the wall and checked the Den’s front door switches and outlet. Tech checked the outlet for any signs of damage or disconnect and found that a switch next to the front door was controlling the outlet. Tech checked voltage and found adequate voltage in all the outlets after the switch was put in the on position. The switch was in the off position which cause the rest of the outlets to turn off. Tech informed homeowner that the switch in the den next to the front door controls outlets and that the switch should remain in the on position in order to receive power.

Replaced 18” flex gas hose and a high limit switch on furnace. Replaced air filter. Tested system operation. Everything running good at this time. Set thermostat from Celsius to Fahrenheit, but do recommend changing thermostat due to age. System needs a maintenance.

For this job did a leak troubleshoot for homeowner. He has a slab leak on the cold side. There’s water coming up through his carpet however it is nowhere near any of the plumbing groups in his home. I relate to the homeowner that for me to continue with the leak detection, he would need to pull the carpets up and remove some of the flooring and then we could move forward with the leak detection. I did however, isolate his Watermain service to rule that out and multiple other shut offs in the home and attempt to isolate the area.

For this job I came to quote and completed some fixture replacements and fans I also performed a trouble shoot for the front door outdoor sconces

Our client reached out to us in reference to have any garbage disposal that had electrical issues as well as internal leaks and has separated from the kitchen sink. A client also had high water pressure with a rating of 110 psi along with a 10-year-old water heater. All items mentioned were quoted however, our client only accepted the estimate for the kitchen and pressure issue. Those items have been replaced and tested leaks and no leaks were found. New water pressure reading is 60 psi. A follow would be conducted in reference to the water heater in a couple of weeks.

Replaced disconnected vent pipe in attic

Customer had a mainline blockage that was making sewage come up through the basement toilet and shower so I gave the option to run a snake that ran a snake. I was able to get the water to drop and water to flow. Customer do have a septic tank that’s very close have cast-iron as well but the septic tank was pumped in 2022 and only two people living in the house. The clean out outside is not tied into the basement bathroom that is original to the house so camera from the basement bathroom to locate where that line runs and see what the issue was.

Auger toilet to attempt to clear blockage Clear blockage in bathroom sink Customer was experiencing a clogged toilet. We ran water in other fixtures to test for bigger issue, but after running water for a long period of time only the toilet was being affected. We augured toilet to clear blockage and we were successful. Upon inspection we noticed the bathroom sink had a slow draining, we took apart pTrap assembly and cleared blockage. We ran water to test for leaks and everything is good.
