For this job, it was required me to replace a defective PRV that was causing the water pressure to pulsate when multiple fixtures were in use in home. Prior to replacement the water pressure 60 psi which was throwing things off. But the defective valve has been replaced as well as an old gate valve. Two ball valves have been installed on the system all workers document with photos. All items for leaks and no leaks were found. Water pressure after valve replacement was 60 psi and our client is very happy!

System is sweating due to it not having enough duct work. Customer needs 1600 cfm for their system, but only has 1000 cfm. I also noticed that there’s no ss1 on drain, recommend wet switch to ensure no water issues, system is leaking airflow and needs to be sealed, blower wheel is dirty, flue pipe is not up to code, and condenser coil is dirty. Heat exchanger has some rust build up on it, but no cracks at this moment.

For this job, I completed a one system full inspection. I tested the unit in both heat and cool to ensure that everything was working. I inspected the coil, blower wheel, and burners and measured all of its electrical components. I then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and all its electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all of my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. What’s important to note is that the unit is from 1995 way over its life expectancy.
