Replace Old Meter for New Meter
Men let me tell you, this is the customer service we need everywhere ,this gentleman when above and beyond for us to get us running the same day. Ps i need more stars to rate him 5 is not enough. Is a DIAMOND Service

Single system home. Blower motor failed and they have been without AC for a week due to previous company not following up. Went to pick up blower motor and replaced. System is cooling well.

Leak locate

Disposal leaking when water is ran. Discovered that the disposal is not properly installed. Pulled the disposal and reset. Tested with no further leaks.

Upon arrival customer stated that the upstairs drain pan had filled with water and pan switch never did activate. After inspection of system found that system had a very clogged drain line. Due to us doing maintenance in March, cleared drain line and removed clog under warranty. Checked over system after clog was removed. Everything in attic checked out good replaced (16x25x1) system filter. Checked outdoor system found unit had a bad outdoor capacitor. Contactor checked out good, condenser coils were clean. The drain pan for system is bent on the left side due to plenum sitting on it. Refrigerant pressures tested good. Recommended adding a new wet pan switch, in line float switch, new outdoor capacitor and re building drain line to give more elevation to drain properly. Customer only wanted to have wet pan switch and outdoor capacitor installed today. Made repairs for system and tested and everything back up and cooling with no other issues at this time.

Water heater replacement in laundry room

Service visit on Generac 22ke standby generator

Tested the system that was not cooling for the whole home. Found that the condenser fan motor was not starting up on the outdoor system. This was due to a failed motor. I also checked the windings of the compressor and found that they were in poor condition. Customer also stated that they have had to fill the system with R22 refrigerant in the past. In order to test the system further we would have to replace the condenser fan motor first that way we can accurately check all the other functions of the system. Due to the age and based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Found and repaired leak, replaced prv

Install tesla charger

Arrived checked one unit. Checked all electrical and amperage. No in-line safety or wet switch. Found dirty evaporator coil. Blower wheel is good. Found bad outdoor capacitor. Pitted contactor. Also deteriorating condenser pad and platform. Compressor rated 9.8 at 8.4. Unit R 22 2003 system. Office to call owner and schedule quote for system replacement. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Light and fan replacement

Install two new exterior hose bibs/content removal and 1/4 bathroom in vanity cabinet to access plumbing/new mainline ball valve installation in winterization valve at rear of property adjacent to the garage

Removed toilet to inspect flange. Reset toilet with new wax seal, shims and clear drying caulk. Removed existing bidet and installed new supply line. Flushed toilet several times to test for proper operations, found small chip on the right hand side of the toilet. Supplied and installed new kohler Kingston. Flushed toilet to check for proper operations and leaks.

For this job, I came to perform a one system home care. I tested the unit and all its functions to ensure that everything was working. I cleaned the flame sensor, inspected the blower wheel and burners. Then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and all its electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates.
Ron was as the lead tech explained my opinions well and was upfront about what to expect. He was very through and understanding as I had to leave the house multiple times while he and other tech was making repairs. Would definitely recommend!!!

Installed Customer Supplied Smoke/Carbon Detectors

Replace 7 outside scones lights ,front, back and side of home by garage. Replace 6 outlets with homeowner supplied USB outlets, in kitchen left of the fridge, living room bookshelf right side of tv, two in master bathroom, last two in upstairs guest rooms, one right of the bed, the other bedroom left of the bed. Replace receptacles one by door that leads to the back porch, one on the other side of that wall by the window, and one in foyer left of stairwell. Install homeowner supplied timer switch for garage scones lights in laundry room. Rewire switch for timer. Install toggle switch on opposed end of three way. Replace dual function breaker for study.

Customer has 13 y/o Grandaire furnace matched with 11 y/o Tempstar AC that operates for whole house. System was not cooling due to failed dual capacitor. Replaced 60/5 MFD dual capacitor. Replaced 10 MFD run capacitor. Added wet switch for water protection. Installed 16x20x1 filter. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Gas line installed incorrectly. Flue venting is incorrect. Duct cleaning needed. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Pressure levels were normal. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.

Upon arrival, I spoke to the customer about a recent event where an outlet add-on device was attempted to be pulled off the wall without removing the screw which caused damage to the outlet. Recently, the customer noticed and had an electrical event where the wire and outlet started smoking. The customer turned off the breaker and left it at that state. We spoke briefly about whole home device or devising out the room and at this time the customer is interested in having the single receptacle replaced. I proceeded with the work by disassembling the existing receptacle, finding it to be backstabbed with all the wires loose. After disassembling, I reassembled using a pigtail method and the terminal screws on the new receptacle. After remounting, I went to the panel to return power and found that the customer had a stab lok panel. I talked to the customer about the safety issues with these panels and the amount of fires and recalls that they have had. Please take the time and look up Fed

New circuit for dryer

Shower is continuously dripping. Checked the water pressure and discovered that the pressure is high. Shut off the water and drained the system. Removed and replaced the pressure regulator and the shut off valves for I Kthe home. Turned on the water and pressurized the system. Tested with no leaks.

Toilet upstairs clogged used auger to clear line . Blockage soft tissue. Tested and flowing properly.

Panel replacement

Customer flushed 2016 water heater for the first time about 6 months ago. Since then, sediment has been clogging up faucets, only on the hot side. Replaced hot water heater. Replaced stop valve in upstairs hall way bathroom, because debris was stuck in supply line which was permanently connected to stop valve. Cut open wall to access shower valve. Cut open water line to flush out debris.
