Customer stated that the vacuum breakers on the exterior hose bibs were spraying out when hose would turn on. He stated a Tech was out here previously and recommended replacing them both. Customer was ready for breakers to be replaced, which I quoted and did. I removed and replaced two exterior hose bib vacuum breakers on the left and right side of the home. Once replaced I tested both breakers to ensure they worked without any issues.

Upon arrival I was pointed to the kitchen sink, which had recently been installed, and it was time for set out. The customer supplied a garbage disposal and a new basket strainer for the separate compartment. We had previously discussed replacing the pressure regulator and installing two new ball valves for the main Shut off to the house and the front hose bib. And included in that would be the proper bricing to prevent the pressure regulator and shut offs from moving. Upon approval, I got started and completed the work setting the pressure regulator to 65 psi and installing the customer supplied garbage disposal and basket strainer. I set the expansion tank to 70 psi and confirm proper function. Upon the customers request, we drilled a hole in the side of the cabinet for the dishwasher supply line and waist line that is to be installed tomorrow. Tested everything for leaks and proper function.

The bare minimum basic repairs for the second floor unit to get the system running today. Found defective capacitor, recommended replacing cap and adding a hard start kit. Once parts were replaced started and tested system. Noticed pressures were slightly low topped system off and cleared drain line as a curtesy. System is now cooling at this time.

Remove drywall in garage to expose drain in wall. Once damaged pipe is found, quote proper repair. Repair drain line in garage There was a hole in the drain line due to a finishing nail from the wall trim. We cut said section out and replaced it with new pipe.

Installed new PRV (pressure reducing valve), installed new thermal expansion tank. Pressurized the system, checked for leaks and tested all fixtures with no issues

Performed a home care plumbing safety check and flushed the one-year-old water heater installed by TE.

Replaced thermal expansion tank due to a fracture fault. Mounted new tank to the structure and reconnected at heater.

Troubleshoot, front porch, GFCI and existing ring doorbell. Replaced GFCI and doorbell kit.

Quoted price to install 50 gallon short water heater with the 4 year warranty upgrade kit. Price does include water pressure modification if necessary. Estimate was given over 30 days and at time of service the water pressure was perfect.

Today we came out for 2 Lennox system Home Care. At the outdoor units we inspected all electrical components, coils, and refrigerant levels. We found the compressor for the AC Lennox was over amping causing a lot of of stress each time it starts up. Both coils have dirt and debris built up on them causing system to not adequately pull in air efficiently. Both the furnace and air handler are located in the attic. We checked all electrical components, coils, blower wheels, duct work, static pressure, gas pressures, cleared drain lines, and changed filters. The inducer motor for the main level furnace is over amping itself. After going over all options, Mr. Tom has agreed to clean the condenser coil and add a compressor saver for the Main level condenser. We have completed all work and verified both systems are operating at time of departure. It was a pleasure to meet you both today and we hope y’all have a great week!

Customer called me out for a sink that was backing up. I tested the sink with the homeowner present and it did back up. I used my cable machine to clear the blockage and tested the sink extensively with water and filling one side up and then the other. Sink drains and works as intended. Customer satisfied.

Completed scheduled home care. No issues at this time. I flushed the drain line. I tested the heating system and the cooling system and the components on both. The hvac system was operating at the end of service call. I cleaned the condenser coil with the homeowners permission and retested the system and verified that it was operating before I left.

Cut open garage ceiling to diagnose. Toilet was leaking from wax seal that was depleted.

I was called out to Sai’s house for a Homecare maintenance. Sai has owned this house since it was built in 2016 so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered that the secondary drain lines are shared between the two systems, the wheels need cleaned, the flood protection needs updating, and the systems/house can benefit from IAQ products.

Repaired water service pipe at meter. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Suggest replacement of water service pipe. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Removed drywall to uncover 1/2 pex line with steady water drip, suspected expansion valve stuck open discovered expansion valve stuck open, house has an expansion tank installed on the water heater so I deleted the expansion and capped off the line to correct the issue.

Called out for a backed up kitchen sink. Ran cable throughout line to clear blockage. Tested thoroughly line is open and flowing at this time.

Replaced fill valve, flapper, supply line, and service valve on master bath toilet. Tested and verified no leaks and proper function of the toilet. Also installed customer supplied shower head in upstairs hall bath as a courtesy.

Customer stated that the showerhead in the master bathroom was leaking customer optioned to replace the shower cartridge only in the master shower. Once the cartridge was replaced. We turned the water back on and tested our work area showerhead no longer leaks, and it works without any issues.

Run new 60@ circuit, install Tesla sync and Tesla charger.

For this job customer stated that four outlets in the basement were not working. After inspection we determined that there was a loose tap in an existing box feeding a fan. Re made the tap and everything functions as it should. I left estimates to install whole home surge protection in the main panel, separate neutral wires, and also upgrade the wire to install tesla Charger on a 60 amp breaker.

Today I performed a troubleshoot on a buzzing contactor. I determined the issue to be a loose connection and the part needs to be replaced.
