Flush both tankless water heaters, replace customer supplied moen flow whole home automatic shut off valve

Install new 15a 120v circuit for garbage disposal. Install wiring from under sink in kitchen to sub panel in basement. Install new outlet and switch under sink with new boxes recessed in the cabinets. Conduit to be installed to get wiring to location under sink. Install dual function breaker on circuit.

Replaced hot and cold fixture supply stops in the main bathroom sink. Also replaced the supply stops in the master bathroom sink.

For this job, we pulled an ethernet cable through a pipe that was already in the wall from the fireplace to the bottom right cabinet. We also installed 3 Lutron Caseta switches in the foyer area. We also installed an outlet in the foyer area and did a back to back and came off an outlet in the foyer that was already there. We made up new Ethernet connections in the cable box in the attic and made new Ethernet connections on the main floor in 3 different spots, one connection in the living room inside right cabinet, bedroom behind living room and another connection in another bedroom by foyer.

Customer called us out for two toilets that are clogged. I will first attempt to remove stoppage by using the toilet auger. If this is unsuccessful I will have to pull and remove toilet. I was successfully able to remove stoppages in both toilets. Too many paper towels were in the drain line and I recommended a sign to be posted so that nothing but toilet paper go down the toilet drain. I tested thoroughly by flushing several times and also pouring buckets full of water down the toilet drains. Everything is draining and flushing properly at this time. I also provided the customer with our ENDURE drain maintenance product. Customer is very satisfied.
Troubleshooting microwave tripping breaker

Customers Wilkins pressure reducing valve failed and was leaking from the adjustment bolt. Replaced failed PRV with a watts 25 aub and set the home pressure to 60psi. Walked the house and tested to ensure all fixtures function properly.

On arrival I spoke to the customer about a need for a replacement of a bad ceiling fan on the screened in porch. After looking at the fan I gave the customer an estimate in which they accepted. I started the work by removing the old fan and ensuring the wiring and box was in good condition. After verifying, I proceeded with installing the new fan. After building, I returned power and tested. The fan tested perfectly. I removed the old fan and the trash from the new fan from the home at the customers request. Thank you for choosing TE certified. We work hard to give all of our customers a five star experience every time. It would personally mean a lot to me if you could take the time and fill out the attached survey and or leave a Google review, mentioning me by name. It is the best way to let the office know how I’m performing in the field. Thank you again for the opportunity to help you today. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions or if there’s anything else I can

Installed a fernco clean-out cap on unused 2” pvc line.

System was cooling upon arrival. Drain pan had residual water from absorption from insulation. It looks as if ptrap was clogged. Removed drain to flush outside and installed union for easy clean out access. Went over complete system and the only mechanical concern would be the value of the outdoor capacitor. If the capacitor gets below 37 mfd , the system is going to work harder until the capacitor just fails. I did test the pump with 5 gallons of water and found no cracks in the coil drain pan.

Today we came out for water leak caused by dirty air filter, flushed drain line out with mighty pump. Gas lines going to furnaces in attic are not up to current code. Furnaces in attic are almost 25 years old and need to be updated usually around 20 years is when they tend to become unsafe

Full system Flue pipe Patched duct
Met and exceeded my expectations, and was able to add some other work. Would gladly hire again.
The plumber was professional did a great job communicated well through the entire job.

Replaced shower valve and poly pipe with pex pipe from shower valve to under subfloor in the crawlspace

No cool main floor. Found 19 year old Lennox ac with failed dual capacitor. Upon replacing the capacitor the compressor hit locked rotor amps and would not start. Advised customer of this and let them know a hard start kit at get unit running but it was a hospice like situation for the compressor. Installed hard start and compressor started. Finished inspecting unit finding high amp draw on compressor, internal motor damage to condensing fan motor as it wasn’t starting and overheating due to capacitor failure. Also found dirty ac, high amp draw on blower motor and cracked heat exchanger. Unit has minimal flood protection. Customer is getting quote to replace equipment. Informed customer of holes in heat exchanger, advised against using main floor heating for safety concerns and left thermostat in non heating position. Repairs completed today have no warranty as equipment is beyond life expectancy and they are all that could be done without major repairs to get system operation

Replied gasoline for stove and reset master toilet

We installed a outlet on the back deck, a whole home surge protector, and a new doorbell

Replaced sewer ejector pump, sewer basin lid and installed high water alarm. In addition, as a courtesy, I reset the toilet that another plumbing company had pulled but put back with no wax ring. Toilet flange was in good shape and toilet is working properly.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Service no cool upstairs system…defective capacitor for outdoor AC …on both herms and fan ….minimal flood protection prior to my arrival for upstairs system …noticed armaflex insulation on suction line severely worn..provided multiple options as a result …client opted to replace run capacitor for AC , add flood protection and replace armaflex insulation for outside unit …unit is operational post repair .. 86 degree as well will take some time to cool upstairs as a result …very hot outside and in ATTIC ..as always THANK YOU for choosing TE certified ..

Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on a 2104 Lennox unit. I found that the system was tripping out on high pressure switch. Upon further evaluation I found that someone had either added way to much refrigerant or they added something else into the system to sabotage the system. The homeowner advised me that another company had been out to work on the system and advised him that he a refrigerant leak in the evaporator coil. The system was non functional upon my arrival and I can’t perform complete diagnostics. The system is over 10 years old and is out of warranty and has possibly been damaged due to being over charged or sabotaged. I will email an estimate to perform a leak search of the homeowner does want me to find the leak and provide system repair options. The homeowner has also setup a time with an install supervisor to get an estimate for a new hvac system.

For this job I replaced to stop valve in the upstairs hall bathroom toilet. Tested everything and cleaned

Provide and install qo 40 amp 2 pole breaker

Rep,ace gfci and flood ligh

I’m here replacing outdoor outlet and flood light

Homeowner had an old PRV, the pressure was sitting around 80 psi and after the faucet was turned on, the pressure will drop to 40 psi. I replaced and relocated the main shut off for the house and the PRV and made sure that the pressure for the house was set at 70 psi. I also replaced the expansion tank on the water heater because the old one was not strapped and was full of water. I informed homeowner that there is no warranty for the expansion tank due to the age of the water heater.
