Arrived on site and customer stated they were not getting hot water from their tankless water heater . I ran a diagnostics on the heater and found the heater was locked out as well as not igniting . I found the gas valve was turned off and the inlet to the heater was isolated . Once I reset the unit and got the heater back I was able to get the hot water up and running . Customer temp is set to 120. I also took a reading of the water pressure and found the pressure was 110. Customer decided to decline to replace pressure regulator at this time , customer was informed that this could cause failures within the plumbing system of the home .

Homeowner was having issues with upstairs not cooling. Found a them zoned system. I Replaced failing damper motor for the upstairs zone after getting the homeowners permission. I verified that the blower motor, compressor and condenser fan motor were all operating. I checked refrigerant pressures. I tested the new zone damper and verified that it was operating at the end of service call. The AC system was operating when I left. Air filter was not dirty.

Arrived to find breaker tripped for upstairs condenser. Reset breaker and it tripped immediately. Amp draws on compressor were up to 12 amps of 13. The compressor pressures and temperatures are showing an obstruction in the refrigerant loop and valves in the compressor are not able to run as designed. Maintenance performed in January reviews potentially compromised heat exchanger eyelets . I am quoting to replace compressor and piston metering device and the outdoor starting components . I also recommend considering replacement options due to age and future break downs. Homeowner will call when he can coordinate with tenants on scheduling an install supervisor.

Did a home electrical inspection

For this job I repaired leak on water main where it ties into the irrigation. Replaced 3 ft section and tied back into the meter, irrigation and water main going to the home. Customer did the digging prior to arriving and back filling of dirt after work was completed amd tested. I discounted $600 doe digging being done. I noticed corrosion happening at water heater, spoke with customer about it and left him quote on replacing.

For this job, I was able to sign the customer up for a home care plan and perform her homecare maintenance today. I began by testing the unit and all of its functions to ensure that everything was working. I cleaned the flame sensor, inspected the blower wheel and burners. I cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water and vinegar. I then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. It’s Important to note that the customer has paid for her Homecare for the full year.

1984 natural draft furnace. 165;000 btu on 3.5 ton ac also 1984. Old dial mercury thermostat. Heat exchangers are compromised. Pictures are attached from scope camera. R22 AC. Electronic components are bad. Contactor is pitted and capacitors for fan and compressor are corroded. The refrigerant is showing an obstruction in the loop. Amp draws for fan are above manufacturer specifications and compressor is 19 of 23 amps. It is my recommendations is to schedule a TE install supervisor to go over replacement options that would fit your needs.

Arrived for noise for AC and found the unit not working. And gauges on found compressor not working. Tested capacitor with customer by my side. Found the 40/5 dual capacitor completely dead on compressor side with 20% out of tolerance on fan side. Changed dual capacitor and turned system on. Compressor started working and fan as well. Refrigeration numbers are good now and compressor running.

Client has leaking R410a indoor coil / provided estimates ** for replacement ** 3ton AC and coil ** out warranty verified with Lennox parts** SYSTEM NOT COOLING ** UPSTAIRS * / piston coil ..no flood protection ** ..took pictures with inspection camera rusting all along the coils up and down side of A frame coil ..had multiple discussions about what’s best going forward , client has been in home for 3 years he says ..client has no flood protection on drainage ** instructed client not to use AC until issue is addressed ** Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Complete rebuild of guest bath toilet Remove and replace vacuum breaker on back hose bib

TE certified will be performing a slab leak water repair. We will need to remove the wood for or tile in the areas where we are working in the customer understands we will not be responsible for the reconstruction of the wood floor or tile. We will first saw cut and jackhammer out the concrete, then We will need to excavate the dirt the piping, repair the defective section of piping, then put back the dirt and pour back the concrete. In addition, we will also be doing a thermal expansion tank. The singular repair made by TE certified will come with a lifetime workmanship warranty.

Called out for a back up in upstairs hall bath. Also provided a bottle of endure for drain maintenance Ran cable throughout upstairs bath and put drain back to Blockage was buildup. Left estimate to replace customer supplied toilets. All lines open and flowing thanks for choosing TE Certified.

For this job I replaced 2 hosebibs, one in front of home and the other in the back of home. I installed 2 aquor flush mount hosebibs. I access plumbing to make connections by installing access panels behind the wall of each hosebibs. I also installed new shut off valves for each hosebib. I also replaced the standing hosebib in the pool. I tested and left all work areas clean.

Today we came out for the second level not cooling 2021 trane heat pump split 5 ton. Found thermostat blank due to backed up drain line. Gave client options and they agreed to do immediate repairs. Cleared water from emergency drain pan, installed tee 3/4”pvc, flushed and treated drain line. Started system up checked refrigerant levels and all operations. Left all equipment operational, recommend signing up for home care plan.

For this job, I repaired the damaged ac electrical system

No cool main level 2022 Payne 2 ton ac with matching furnace Today we came out for main level not cooling found blower running but ac was not. Checked for power found no power at ac unit. Upon further evaluation of equipment found tripped breaker serving compressor. Reset breaker and checked all amp draws compressor pulling lock rotor amp on start up 221. Found mouse nest behind electrical panel on condenser. Left quote for hard start kit, new whip, breaker and low voltage repair. While onsite observed flue piping not up to code single wall piping must be double wall and gas line not up to code. Both systems were installed poorly minimal flood protection, need to spray round up all around all three units. On basement system someone has hit low voltage wires with weed eater

Troubleshooting and repair

I installed a 1/2 inch gas line to a range, installed a garbage disposal with an air switch, and ran a water line for a new ice maker box. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no leaks.
