Homeowner called us out due to broken toilet handle and toilet being unable to flush. I ended up replacing the handle and adjusting the flush. The homeowners also brought me to a tub that would make a strange noise when draining but we were unable to recreate the noise.

Upon arrival, customer notified me that the outlets in the garage are not working as intended. The outlets that are not working, controlled the hot water heater and also control the receptacle feeding the freezer. We are going to determine where power has been dropped and restore power back to this location. Arrived spoke with customer said he woke up this morning and upstairs was warmer than usual. Checked in indoor air handler. Checked blower wheel and evaporator coil. Checked electrical and amperage. Found bacteria growth inside air handler cabinet. Found no in-line safety or wet switch. Checked outdoor unit. Found bad capacitor and the contactor. Customer approved Band-Aid option. Installed new capacitor and contactor. Cycled system on. Checked amperage and pressures. System now cooling. Undersized breaker for outdoor heat pump. Recommend electrician to upsize breaker. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Came in for a no cooling call. When testing system found outdoor electrical components had failed due to system over working for lack of maintenance and air flow issue due to bio logical growth in evaporator. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options. Costumer decided to. I’ve forward with repairs. Work was done and tested, system is now up and running. Troubleshooting microwave tripping breaker

Provide surge protection to entire home with Eaton warranty, replaced burnt outlet in kitchen

Installed two dedicated circuits, two surge protectors and replaced two wrong branded breakers. Accidentally arced bus bar and will be replacing guts ASAP. Will contact customer with eta of part in the morning.

Replace old water heater that is leaking from the bottom that was manufactured in 2019. Placed water heater into a new pan with a leak alarm sitting inside of it. Brand new waterlines on both the hot and cold connected to the water heater with a new service valve and a tag on it. Replace old pressure regulator that was no longer functioning and was sitting at a stagnant pressure of 120 psi and brought back down to 70 psi also with a new main service valve with a tag on it. Set water temperature to 120°. That is as high as we can set it, but the homeowner can adjust the temperature higher but at risk of scolding if set higher than 120°. New water heater has a 12 year warranty manufacturer parts, not including labor. Added insulation to the hot and cold lines and tested temperature of hot water that is sufficient enough for the plumbing system and checked for leaks. Dedicated circuit for bidet

We removed 4 circle light boxes and installed 4 - 6inch recess cans with square trims in the garage. We also wired the garage lights up to a 3 way system. We also installed a quad outlet on the ceiling next to the garage door opener to operate that. We replaced a 3 way switch in the kitchen for a dimmer and also found the cause of the power outage in the kitchen lights. We also removed a trim that was hardwired into a switch leg with a 6 inch wafer light on the stairs.

Customers garbage disposal was not working and her faucet was leaking into the cabinet. We replaced the faucet with a Moen and installed a new 1/2 hp badger garbage disposal. We tested everything and left the area clean. Attached copy of receipt to invoice along with giving the physical copy to tenant.

Customer was getting sewer smells coming from her island sink. We looked underneath the sink and noticed there was no Studor vent. We installed the Studor vent and the smell was gone.

The work completed included replacing the attic fan due to failure and improper operation, wiring and installing a thermostat for automatic temperature control and improved ventilation efficiency, installing a new switch and running a switch leg to provide proper control of the attic fan, and replacing a broken switch that was no longer operating safely or reliably. Additional electrical work included installing a whole-home surge protector below the main panel and a surge protector for the sub panel to help protect the electrical system and connected equipment from voltage surges, replacing three worn and unreliable standard breakers in the sub panel, and replacing one faulty safety breaker in the sub panel to restore proper circuit protection and improve overall electrical safety. All work was completed, tested, and verified for proper operation and safety.

Arrived to inspect problematic toilet per homeowner request. Toilet tank had overflowed from tank lever hole twice in recent history. Assessed and determined that fill valve has begun to fail, and that the overflow flow tube was higher than the tank lever hole. Combined, when the fill valve had failed to stop the incoming water supply, and the overflow tube was higher than the tank lever hole, the water was able to escape through the latter causing unmitigated damage to the floor and ceiling below. After explaining the situation and discussing options (including replacement of the toilet entirely) to the homeowner, we agreed to proceed with a complete toilet tank rebuild. Turned water off to the unit via newly installed local stop valve. Flushed toilet to remove tank contents and then vacuumed out the remnants.
