Arrived on site for a 1 system inspection. It’s a single stage, 2.5 ton Lennox split system with 4 zones. This is already a major design flaw. Single stage equipment is not meant to be zoned, especially into 4 zones. The home is 2800 sq ft and the furnace is 44k btu furnace. They lamented high electrical bills and the top floor is always overcooking despite a high set point. We did discovered the blower dirty, filter was from January and the condenser coil outside had never been cleaned. These will all affect effectiveness and efficiency of the system. Long term solutions is to size and design the system properly, but that project will be on hold. For now they agreed to have us deep clean the condenser coil and scheduled us to come back for the blower next Tuesday at 9am after our meeting. System is fully operational despite, sizing and design flaws. Call complete, pending Tuesday's follow up.

Pull upstairs hall toilet to replace Flange on existing toilet. Chip and clear away existing flange and debris from drain pipe. Install new flange, secure to floor, and extend new pvc down. Remove damaged section of interior cast iron drain line 3"-4", replace section of pipe 10'-15', install structural supports, level and ensure proper fall for adequate drainage, test to ensure repair is free of leaks and functions properly. Customer is aware due to the condition and age, the cast iron could continue to split as we cut and we will need to replace more piping.

Wire in a new outdoor gfci outlet along with box and bubble cover for the front gate. I came off the existing 120v power source from the motor control to power the GFCI. I installed liquid tight conduit, straps, bell box and thwn wiring into the box which is mounted on the post the gate rides along I installed the customer supplied camera to the top where he requested it and made me aware that he may have to call his IT guy out to extend the WiFi signal. After completing I tested the work that was completed.

Today we replaced 2 stop valves, 2 escutcheons, reinstalled a hub drain with an appropriate transition fitting per management (Paid Plumbing Warranty) and did some minor courtesy work (attach band iron to a 4” drain 90 per customer request, removed band iron from PRV and attached talon clamp. Turned water back on, purged air out of lines, and tested everything, customer is happy with the end result. Water pressure is at 60 PSI Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

We troubleshot the garage outlets, not working

Customer has 4 y/o Rheem heat pump system that operates for whole house. Air handler located in attic. System has low pressure levels indicating loss of refrigerant. Performed nitrogen leak search. Found bad evaporator coil. Water protection is poor as well. Customer decided to replace evaporator coil under warranty, however, coil is on back order according to shop. System is not operable.

We will add new can trims throughout the home. And install new bathroom fans

Today we came out for front ac not cooling 2013 carrier 3 ton with matching furnace. Evaluated complete system found condenser fan motor energized but compressor did not. Checked for proper voltage and tested duel capacitor. After further evaluation of equipment found locked up compressor. In addition client doesn’t

Returned to complete work as per estimate. Pulled two toilets and inspected underlying flanges. Found both flanges to be in great condition and at the proper height. Determined that the wobble each toilet portrayed was likely due to poor general installation (improper shims, not tightened enough, no caulking) rather than an underlying plumbing issue. Cleaned area underneath each toilet, set new wax rings and bolts in place, and set toilet back on. Shimmed each unit before tightening bolts down, and tested to confirm new level of security. Installed new supply lines and china caps. Restored water to unit and tested rigorously for leaks. Found no issues at this time. Finally, applied new (white) hygienic seal around base so as to add minor additional reinforcement and preserve general cleanliness. Advised homeowner not to use toilets for 24hr period to allow caulking to properly cure. Cleaned work area(s) and disposed of waste materials prior to departure. Removed ‘Toilet

Install a hardwired EV charger on the right hand, garage wall near the basement

On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a washing machine line. I wrote estimates to perform work and received approval. I started by running my cable machine into the line first. I then ran my hydro jetter into the line after cabling it. I poured a dose of endure into the drain and did a super clean up as well. The homeowner is satisfied with the work completed at this time.

I removed the existing led tape from the living room book shelves. I wired in all new wiring to each location and installed new led tape track, 2700k along with a diffuser. I took all these home runs over to the right hand side of the book shelves and into the far right cabinet and installed the transformer. I installed a new switch leg down into that cabinet due to the previous one being too short. After installation I tested the fixtures and had to make minor adjustments.

Attempt to clear shower blockage on 4th floor Customer called us out for a shower backing up. Upon arrival I met with the homeowner and they explained to me that their shower on the 4th floor was experiencing a slow drain. We first started by testing the bathroom group to ensure there was not a bigger issue going on, and after running water for a long period of time only the shower was being affected. We ensured proper flow in the individual drains. We ran some water in the shower and noticed it start to back up. We recommended to the customer to attempt to restore flow and they agreed. We took off the drain cover and noticed buildup, we ran our cable machine through the drain multiple times and we were successful in restoring proper flow. HomeCare Inspection Installed a proper junction box and blank plate for open wire in attic.

Homeowner called us out to replaced crack toilet in nursery bathroom. We replaced the toilet with a Kohler Highline Arc. All work was tested and checked for leaks.

Customer called us out for a clogged shower drain in the master bathroom. On arrival I tested the drain and examined the pipe. It had a lot of lime scale covering the drain. I then tested water pressure and it was good but the outdoor shower above it had a handle that was coming off. I gave the customer multiple estimates and they chose to have the handle installed and the shower cleared. I removed the filter and cleaned it, then scraped the edges of the pipe and ran a flex shaft down the line. I then cleaned up and tested the shower. I then installed the handle for the outdoor shower and tested it throughly. Everything worked well.

Returned to complete work as per original project invoice. Removed “universal” flush valve assembly from both toilets and replaced with model-specific drylock compatible flush towers for the Kohler Bancroft. Adjusted fill valves to proper height so as to ensure optimal flushing power. Tested thoroughly for leaks and proper function. No issues found at this time. While on site, homeowner requested that we review three other toilets in the upper floors of the home. Found one to be in seemingly excellent condition, while the other two were notably rocky and unstable. Advised homeowner that the issue was likely the same as one of our preceding toilets: a broken and/or improperly set flange underneath. Prepared quote to pull, fix, and reset (2) toilets. Cleaned work area(s) to best of ability and disposed of waste materials prior to departure. Water in drain pan and in the attic floor. Filter was very dirty and drain line was clogged. Also, bottom of the return plenum, I the insulation was very wet and dripping outside of the drain pan, on the attic floor. Replaced filter and cleared drain line. Also, cut the bottom of the return plenum insulation and dry it . Turned ac on cool , let it run for a while with no more water dripping or water in drain pan. Recommend to replace filter every three months, at least. Return plenum doesn’t require to be insulated. No other issue, system is working properly at this visit.
