Troubleshoot wiring issues in the home Replace bad 3 way switch upstairs.
Completed condenser coil cleaning today. Removed fan and all side panels to remove debris and dirt build up. Chemically washed condenser coil after remove if leaves and dirt from bottom of condenser. Informed homeowner mud, dirt, leafs all debris is washing into coil from erosion. Condenser pad currently sits underneath dirt on one side. Tested system operation, system is fully operational at time of service.
We replaced a gen 2 breaker with a new gen 6 to fix the nuisance tripping.
Replaced two chandeliers, installed two smokes, and courtesied an outlet replace
Called out for a not working disposal. Upon inspection found it was jammed we then removed object from disposal and unjammed tested thoroughly with water and soap line is open and flowing at this time. Disposal is working properly. Thank you for choosing TE certified.
Replace light on front porch.
Auger toilet to attempt to clear blockage Customer was experiencing a blockage in the master toilet on the 2nd floor. Upon arrival I noticed the toilet backed up and slowly draining. I tested the bathroom group for a mainline issue and after running water only the toilet was being affected. I used the auger to attempt to clear the blockage and after multiple attempts we were successful. I tested the toilet by flushing with toilet paper and without and it is working properly.
Upon arrival, customer informed us that his air dehumidifier was causing the circuits in the basement to trip, no matter where he moved them. The circuits in the basement are 15 A non-dedicated. He also informed us the HVAC system tripped as well when he had it on the circuit. So we are going to give him an option to run a dedicated circuit from the panel over to the location specified that he would like his air dehumidifier. Customer also informed us that there is a chandelier in the dining room room. He would like replaced. Customer has new replacement chandelier on site. Customer also informed us he has an outlet in the upstairs bedroom, not working. If customer goes with top option we will troubleshoot that outlet as a courtesy. we also noticed the customer does not have any surge protection in either panel, so we will write him an option to get that installed as well. Customer did not have all the components required for the chandelier to be properly installed. Customer will need
No cool. Only system (3 zones). Blower motor not working. Replaced motor and system works. Inspected system with no other issue. System is working properly in heating and cooling mode.
3 zone system inspection. Tested heating and cooling no issues were found. The filter was a 16x25x4 and it did not need changing. The refrigerant was to proper levels and temp difference was good.
Provide and install basic smoke/carbon monoxide combination detectors in the existing locations and add hardwired smoke only detectors in the bedrooms to code.

Excellent Service
Install streamlabs water monitoring system in the basement where the water penetration comes into the home. Advised to Steven that it is not recommended to get power source from the light adapter that connects to a can light and prefer for a dedicated outlet for the streamlabs. Steven is aware and and said he will have someone at a later time to install an outlet for the streamlabs device. Check for operations of the water monitoring device to ensure that the functionality is good and performed a walk-through of the set up for the stream labs and how it works. Everything is good and we are all set here.
Installed customer supplied 1/2 hp garbage disposal. Tested and inspected, working properly
While onsite today we performed a homecare inspection. We found few issues. We found a very rusted gas line to a gas grill that is not in use. We removed the gas line and capped it off at the meter. We painted the section of gas piping that we capped off. We then relit the water heater and gas fireplace. We set the water heater back at the very hot setting, which is where the customer had it set when we arrived. We generally recommend having the water heater set at no higher than the “A” setting to avoid scalding. While onsite we adjusted the customer’s comfort pump timer (installed by TE) so that it only runs from 6am to 9pm as requested by the customer.
Estimate
Replaced old water heater with a new 10 year manufacturers warranty 50 gallon water heater. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
Opened ceiling to gain access to water and drain to bar. Capped water and drain. Removed disposal, old filter, and old stop and supply line combos from the kitchen sink. Capped drain to ensure new sink fits. Replaced all stop and supply line combos to all faucets. Not responsible for drywall repair. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Called out to address a sump pump alarm beeping every 2 to 3 minutes. Upon arrival homeowner showed me to the crawlspace where the sump pump is located. After inspecting the sump pump box, found that the fuse on the charging system was blown. Advise the homeowner that I could replace the fuse and see if it allows for the battery to charge. Homeowner agreed and fuse was replaced. Back up battery box states that it could take up to two days to charge the battery. Advised homeowner that we will wait till Monday to see if by replacing the fuse it allowed for the battery to charge. If the issue continues, then we will need to move forward with replacing the back up battery. Sent the homeowner estimates for battery replacement and also for replacement of the sump pump in case it needs to be replaced due to the back up battery failing. While out at the home we demoed the 2 countertop outlets, the wet bar light, and turned the disposal and dishwasher breaker off for the plumber to remove the disposal and water piping under the cabinet. We also provided other estimates to make the home fully safe for years to come. Thank us for your time today and congratulations on the soon coming baby!
Pulled and reset toilet due to movement. Replaced cracked toilet flange. Reinstalled with new wax ring. Sealed, tested and checked for leaks.
Upon arrival, customer notified us that the master bathroom heated floor is not operating as intended. Customer has conducted his own diagnosis and is almost certain that the controller/thermostat is the reason why it’s not operating as intended. We will conduct a voltage test and om’s test to determine what the issue is and provide that information to the customer. Customer also mentioned that the can light on the far left side in the middle is flickering and intermittently going out. The light is only putting out approximately half of the output of the other fixtures. Customer stated that he has replaced the bulb multiple times and it has not seem to fix the issue. We will conduct a diagnosis to determine why this light fixture is intermittently working and provide the customer with an option to ensure that it operates long-term.
1 System HomeCare Maintenance. Checked outdoor unit electrical and refrigerant pressures. Checked indoor unit gas pressures and safeties. Checked zoning controls and adjusted gas pressures. Flushed drain with water and enzymes. Changed Aprilaire 413 filter. System has no issues at this time.
Single system inspection. Maintenance reminder popped up on customer thermostat and wanted in maintained. Filter was new and clean, left new one with customer as it is included in inspection. Cleaned flame sensor, visually inspected equipment for cleanliness. Inspected heat exchanger, checked amp draw on all electrical motors. Checked system in heat and cool however to cold to operate air conditioner at this time. Verified refrigerant in system. Checked electrical components and safeties. System operating beautifully at this time with no suggested repairs.
Install 2 sconce lights from scratch. We installed a new 3 gang box, dimmer switch, new switch legs, light boxes and customer supplied lights
Today we came out to the home to meet with the Sandy Springs inspector. We passed the final inspection. While out we collected the remaining installation costs, set up our generator maintenance plan, and the homeowner purchased an extended warranty. Thank you for your business!
