Homeowner called us out to replace kitchen faucet due to original faucet spray hose leak leaking. Replaced kitchen faucet. Tested and checked for leaks

Troubleshoot disposal and dishwasher not working

Installed (3x) ceiling fans/ ceiling fan rated boxes, (1x) fan wall control, (1x) back to back outdoor outlet and troubleshoot outlet not working.

Completed one system maintenance verified and changed filters checked all safety components set gas pressures to 3.2 checked heating and cooling while maintaining the system. Tech noticed that there is no safety switches on the evaporator coil or the drain pan. Outdoor condenser is needing a chemical cleaning, spoke with customer about all repairs that need to be done. Customer went ahead and went with option B tech added to safety switches on the indoor unit cleaned outdoor condenser tested all equipment at this time system is operating.

Today I came out to the home to troubleshoot power loss issues and install a whip for the garbage disposal, while diagnosing power loss I discovered that the outlet where the hot feed was coming in was back stabbed and had broken off flush with the outlet causing a power loss to the rest of the living room outlets and back porch. I rewired the connections at both outlets on that same wall and restored power to that area and the back porch. I also was able to finish installing the whip for the garbage disposal and tested it and everything was working properly.

Today I installed a customer supplied “Sense” electrical monitoring system

The homeowner wanted to proactively replace his 14-year-old water heater, so I installed a new 50-gallon water heater. Additionally, the recirculating pump was leaking, so I replaced it with a new Grundfos Alpha pump. I also installed check valves and a shut-off valve for both the water heater and the recirculating line. Furthermore, I replaced the single-wall and Wye combo for the water heater with new double-wall piping. After completing the installation, I insulated everything and thoroughly tested the system for leaks.

Came to residence today for breaker for fridge tripping, megged the circuit to make sure wiring was completely safe and not the problem. We also changed the breaker to a gfci breaker to try and help with the issue. If problem continues then the issue is the fridge itself.

For this job, I did a troubleshoot for a microwave outlet not working findings corroded neutral I redid the connections. Everything was tested and is working properly. Provided quote to replace panel. Panel is a Wadsworth.

For this job , I came out met with the homeowner, there is a leak coming from the master bathroom shower. After performing thorough diagnostic I concluded that the leak was coming from the top of the shower drain due to a build up of hair causing pooling of water. I removed and replaced shower gasket and applied new layer of dope and plumbers putty and resealed the shower drain. I recommended customer to have our drain department come out monthly or every 3 months to come out and snake out shower drain to prevent build of gunk and hair which can cause a back up. I also let the customer know that if the repair did not work we will need to replace the shower drain entirely & that I will courtesy the price that she paid today off the next repair in case we needed to replace the shower drain entirely.

Toilet rebuild on downstairs half bath and upstairs master bath. Tested for leaks and function. No issues. Quoted toilet replacements as well.

Today I installed a new safety breaker for the kitchen circuit and fridge and I Installed a new switch location for the garbage disposal.

Homeowner was having issues with the sewer ejector. Upon arrival we found that the contractor had installed a sump pump instead of a sewer ejector pump. During our walkthrough the thermal expansion tank was not properly mounted and under sized for a 75 gallon water heater. The water pressure regulator was a builder grade quality and needed to be replaced. Options were given and a grinder pump was installed along with the 2” pressure line that we were able to access in the mechanical room. Once all repairs were completed we tested everything. Verified completion with homeowner.

Customers left side of kitchen sink was leaking from basket strainer. Customer agreed to have the basket strainer replaced. Removed old basket strainer, install deep well basket strainer after cleaning sink. Cleaned up and reinstalled drain to strainer and tested fir leaks. No leaks. Customer had a leaking toilet that leaned into basement when flushed. After further inspection I noticed it must be a failed wax ring. After pulling the toilet up I noticed that the flange had been glued into another flange. Not only restricting flow but it was loose and causing water to leak out. I cut the pipe below and replaced the flange and 1 foot section of pipe. I installed the flange at the correct height and tightened down with new bolts. This was a new customer supplied toilet so I used the wax ring included in the box. As a courtesy I replaced the angle stop and supply line as well. I tested toilet multiple times and checked below to make sure it wasn’t leaking. I then caulked the toilet and cleaned up. No issues when I left.

Replaced section of grey poly piping with pinhole in it. Tested for leaks. No warranty on grey poly connections.

Installed new lights in attic and new circuit in basement

Replaced customer supplied garbage disposal. Tested for function and leaks. No issues. Quoted replacement of water heater due to age. As well as bathroom trim at customer request.

We came out to the home and walked through the project and went forward with Installing several new flush mount light fixtures in the hall and bathroom and a new ceiling fan in Sydneys bedroom.

Arrived on site to complete quoted repairs. We replaced the return plenum, added an electrostatic filter, installed an I wave, cleaned the blower wheel, the evaporator coil and the condenser coils, we replaced the lineset insulation, and added a new pan switch to add some additional flood protection. This deep cleaning will significantly help system performance, and will keep the guts of the system nice and clean. The system is fully operational after the lengthy repairs today. Call complete.

The section of piping in the hallway when you walk in to the right where patients bathroom and doctors bathroom tie in is causing build up and back ups due to sanitary tee not properly installed. Will remove flooring, concrete, and dirt to expose piping. Remove defective section and install new wye connections for proper flow downstream. Will cover area back and pour concrete. CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY FLOORING, MOLDING, AND SHEETROCK IF NECESSARY.
