Customer called us out for a toilet clogged. I will attempt to remove stoppage by using the toilet auger. If this is unsuccessful, I will have to remove the toilet and use the snake machine. I was successfully able to remove stoppage using the toilet auger. The customer is very happy.

R22 equipment. Evap drain pan was backed up due to internal debris within the air handler. Equipment is not cooling well Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

For this job, I worked on replacing the evaporator coil installing a new Apco XUV bulb adding two new flood protection devices as well as cleaning the outdoor condensing unit. At this time, the system is cooling properly.

Inspected for leak. Found that the condensation from the attic furnace is running into the washing machine box causing dripping sound. There is no issue found in the wash room. Tested water pressure. Pressure was at 115 psi. This is extremely high pressure. Tested the thermal expansion tank. The tank was failed and also causing high pressure. Replaced the failed PRV and expansion tank, repiped as needed. Tightened handles on lavatory faucets in the master and upstairs hall bath at no additional charge. No warranty on handle tightening. Removed existing 40 gallon gas short water heater with a new 50 gallon short. 4 year extended warranty with the installation of the new anode rod. Installed and mounted a new thermal expansion tank and connected to the existing drain line for the temperature and pressure relief valve. After install we cleaned the area and allowed the homeowner to inspect for a satisfaction approval. No issues are present at this time.

Customer's pressure was at forty two p s I upstairs, master bathroom three handle shower valve slowly dripping from cold side customer agreed to have the valve's replaced. Turned water off to the residence and yeah, partially drained down and then replaced the valves after trimming back some of the fiberglass to expose the valves just a little bit better. After replacing valves turned the water back on and primed, all of the air out of the lines again. No leaks and no further dripping. Found sewage ejection pump to be intermittently working. Recommend replacement of pump. Shower cartridge failed allowing water to drip from shower head constantly and hot water to take 1 minute. Replaced shower cartridge. Water getting hot in 20 seconds and drip stopped. Checked and tested for leaks.

Checked filter and all operations. Surprised system is still running. Bad capacitors and stopped up condensor coil. Head pressure is very high. This can cause serious problems. Compressor and motors can over heat and go bad at anytime. Can lose ac at anytime. Both supply dampers are stuck opened and will not close. This will cause main floor and second floor to be too hot or too cold. System is old and in rough shape. Best to have an install manager come out and get a quote on replacing system and zone controls.

Customers pressure regulating valve squealing loudly for the past year. Anytime you turn a fixture on. As well, they had a leaking stop valve underneath the kitchen, sink customer agreed to our option of replacing the p. Rv and emergency shut off valve as well as the stop valve underneath the kitchen sank, drained the house down and replaced all items stated and allowed glued to dry. For an hour and 30 minutes afterwards, slowly primed the house and pressurized test for leaks. No leaks, thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs

Tech was out for no cooling. Furnace is not in good condition. Heat exchanger has hot spots and stress marks. Checked system and found system low on Freon. Also cap is failing as well. Contactor needs to be replaced. Performed a leak search and found leak in evaporator coil. Tech verified warranty on evaporator coil. Warranty expires 8/25/2025. Called good man. To see if they have a coil. Good man is looking and will call tech back. Estimated time to receive a call back is 24-48 hrs. Let customer know that we will be reaching back out once has confirmed if Goodman has some type of replacement option. Tech spoke with customer about options. Customer has declined and is waiting to hear for Goodman on what they are going to do. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Tech was out for no cooling . Found cap failed. Tech put cap on to test complete system. Indoor portion there is no safety switches. If system ever gets backed up with water, the safety switch is supposed to turn off furnace so that way the crawlspace will not flood. Also, there is no drain pan under the system. Purpose of a drain pan is so that the system if it ever does freeze up and water is being collected or the drain line back up and water is being collected in the drain pan there’s a safety switch that will be sitting in there to cut the system off. Condensate pump is filthy. This would need to be cleaned but due to corrosion if cleaned condensate pump may stop working. There is no arm flex on the suction line so water is dripping in the crawlspace. Section line needs to be covered with arm flex to prevent prevent any water condensating off the suction line. Return Plenum was completely detached from furnace. This is sucking air from under the crawl and not pulling any from the
