Homeowner had two leaks in the front yard off the meter. The irrigation ball valve connection was leaking and the blue PE pipe fo the main water line to the home had a pinhole leak. Dug up section of dirt and replaced section of pvc piping and 1 inch ball valve for the irrigation shut off. Dug further down and located the pinhole leak off the main water line cut out section of piping and replaced. Turned water on and insured no leaks occurred. Backfilled and set dirt to grade.
Return to install customer supplied bathroom broom. Fawcett for upstairs, Jack and Jill bathroom. The customer decided to only replace one as well as the hot and cold stop valves and supply lines for that fucet. Started by turning off the water at the meter and partially draining down the house. And then cutting out the old stop valves and supply lines. I then replaced the customer supplied fawcett and pop up assembly and installed some new supply lines. After the stop, valves were glued in place and headset.Allowed for the glue to drive for over an hour. And then slowly pressurize the house and test it for leaks. No leaks, thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
Tech was out for quote for cleaning the evaporator coil and checked system. While checking system tech did notice . Evaporator coil has debris buildup. This would need to be vacuumed out. Recommend drain line being cleared. Wet switch installed at the emergency drain pan. However you do have a safeguard. This will only shut the system off when drain pan is full of water. Tech also seen electrical wire laying on the ground of attic that was bare. Used wire nuts for safety. Outdoor unit is a little low on refrigerant tech checked and did not find any leaks inside or outside. Customer stated that they did have a maintenance done by another company. The company has been servicing it since install. Please note that any work that TE provides on this equipment if there is a labor warranty. This voids the labor warranty and any warranty that they give you ….. if TE performs any work on the equipment. Customer is aware and understands. Gave customer quotes.
Service Summary Our technician arrived today to complete the installation of the safety devices that were recommended during the previous visit. This included the installation of two wet switches and one SS1 safety switch on your HVAC system. After installation, the technician thoroughly tested each safety switch and verified proper operation to ensure they are functioning as designed. These safety devices help protect your HVAC equipment by shutting the system down if abnormal condensate water levels or unsafe operating conditions are detected, reducing the risk of water damage and helping to prevent potential system issues. Following testing, all installed safety switches were confirmed to be operating properly, and the HVAC system was running as expected at the time of departure.
Upstairs System - Not Cooling 16 year old Goodman builder grade equipment not cooling due to multiple age related issues. The system is low on refrigerant due to the rusty evaporator coil is leaking in multiple places. The compressor is over amping and has blow by on the valves, the electromagnetic contactor is burnt and pitted, the condenser fan motor has lost most of its oil and is over amping and running hot. The dual starter is weak and the system is pulling LRA Locked Rotor Amps. The property owner opted to add refrigerant to the system as a temporary solution and knows there is no warranty on refrigerant for a leaking system. Due to the age, condition, refrigerant type, and cost of repairs. I recommended updating the system.Scheduled for install supervisor to come out and go over updating the equipment. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!
Arrived to complete work that was quoted 07/28/2026. After getting signature approval I began work at the toilet. Shut off water to the home at the meter since the stop valve did not fully turn off. Removed toilet and set to the side. Cut riser pipe underneath floor accessible from laundry room drop ceiling. Installed 3” coupling and new 3” riser pipe. Installed new Oatey twist and set flange to fit inside 3” riser. Flange sealed properly and is at the correct height. Secured flange to floor with wood screws. Set new wax ring, closet bolts, and stainless steel supply line. Reset toilet and returned water. Bled air from the lines and then flushed toilet several times. Toilet is no longer leaking underneath and is flushing correctly. Applied fresh caulk around base of toilet and began work on the sink drain. Removed previous p trap and drain piping that was installed. Cut out and removed corroded 3” sanitary tee from the 3” stack where it was leaking at the sink connection. Secured vent
Homeowner had the water company come out due to a leak of the main water line. Dug up near the meter and located the irrigation box and shut off valve. Shut irrigation off and meter was still running. Dug up near meter and located the main line and tee for the irrigation. Did not locate any leak. Recommend a water leak detection company to locate the leak and we will come out and make the repair at the location. Left rough estimates.
Homeowner had a leak near the meter. Dug up dirt to locate the leak. The main gate valve and nipple had corroded and caused the leak. Shut meter off. Meter connects to 1 inch PVC piping. Cut out section of piping. Adapted PVC To 3/4 copper. Installed a new meter nipple and dual check valve. Let glue cure and turned water on and purged air from the system. Backfilled and set to grade. Completed repairs for the upstairs heating and cooling equipment. Replaced the high-pressure and low-pressure switches at the outdoor unit and installed a new refrigerant filter drier. Recovered the existing R-410A refrigerant and pressurized the refrigeration circuit for testing. Evacuated the circuit and recharged the equipment with new R-410A refrigerant. Restarted the equipment, flushed the condensate drain line, and completed operational testing. Air-temperature and static-pressure readings were taken to evaluate cooling performance and airflow. The equipment was operating in cooling mode when service was completed.
Customer had a leak in ceiling. On arrival the leaki has stopped above the area is the master bathroom. I ran each fixture separately to recreate the leak. At this time no leave was found told customer to keep an eye on it and if it continues. While I was leaving the Leak started again. With customer approval I cut the dry wall and found water running down two 1/2 pipes. I cut but section of pipe out and replace the hot and cold going to master shower after turning the water. For this job, the customer stated they had a leak in the yard. They found out they had one by a high water bill. They already had leak detection come out to locate the leak. The customer opted to just have the repair done, we dug up the area leak detection located and found pex in the ground. I cut out the leaking section and replaced it with hdpe. We will warranty the hdpe pipe in the ground, but not the connection I made this aware to the homeowner before the work began. Once complete I isolated the water main to check for leaks. No other issues are underground. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
Outdoor unit not operational. Diagnostic revealed a failed capacitor. Replaced with approval. Noticed filter to be very dark from burning candles/incense. Recommend better filtration and an air scrubber to prevent potential future damages. Inadequate water safeties on the system as well. Unit otherwise cooling properly. Also advised homeowner that the system was never registered upon installation, and the warranty has expired. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
Replace one damaged looking outlet in bedroom. Damage looks to be caused by space heater. Due to age and condition of installation of outlets room redevice is recommended. Whole house will be needed ultimately. Warranty is on single outlet only.
Cut open drywall behind shower head and replace drop ear 90 and secure. Install new customer supplied shower head and shower arm.
Troubleshoot a yard outlet that was not working. Traced it to another outlet that had no feeder and next to it was another outlet that went to a timer that had power. We removed both of those outlets and spliced the wires together in a box in a post outside. I redid the outdoor outlet because it was improperly done. I bypassed the timer so the outlet would always be on On the pool porch there was an outlet that use to be covered by a tv. The TV got mounted higher and so we moved the outlet higher and behind the TV. Trouble shot the Google nest doorbell, not ringing the chain. Tested that the chime indeed worked. Went into the customers app settings and enabled the chime through their app. That we checked and tested is working properly
Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with her regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and stated that both upstairs bathrooms are affected by a blockage and they backed up. Causing water to leak onto the basement ceiling below due to the backup. I confirmed that this is affecting both bathrooms and the outside cleanout is not holding water. Presented the customer with an option to pull the toilet and clear the line. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval I began work. Disconnected closet bolts and supply line and removed toilet. Ran k400 machine and made multiple passes downstream. I cleared the blockage inside but pushed it further downstream and the outside cleanout began to backup. I then continued running the machine while running water from the tub and fully cleared the line 60-70’ downstream from the toilet. Ran water for ten to twenty minutes afterwards from the tub and toilet supply line. Sewer did not back up again. Reset toilet with new wax ring, s
I installed 2 outlets for the bar where the customer had already run the wire and had the boxes. I also replaced a breaker with a twin breaker and added a dual function breaker for that new circuit.

Troubleshoot bedroom, hall and attic breaker tripping as well as warm ac breaker that tripped.
I troubleshot and replaced 2 switches and 1 outlet in the upstairs hall and 1 switch in the living room.
Basement system. 11 years old. Outdoor compressor not coming on. Verified that the compressor is not grounded, the windings are fine and the crank case heater is good. Capacitor fine, contactor is sending the voltage and the coil is clean. Compressor is locked up internally, meaning the compressor has failed. Project manager scheduled to discuss replacement options. Outdoor disconnect left off. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
Leeann did a great job assessing our system and helping us with next steps.
Tech was out for no cooling checked system and found the following. System is new and just installed with another company. Attic is a very tight space , attic was just recently sprayed foamed. Code for a spray foam attic you would need a fresh air intake , to bring outside air into the home. A supply air vent needs to be added in attic. Emergency drain pan still has water sitting , this will trap moisture into the attic. System is needing to be tilted for water to drain properly. Drain line is needing to be corrected. System is not able to push water out of P-trap water is being sucked back into the air handler causing water in emergency drain pan. No safety switch on drain line or evaporator coil. Return Plenum is not sealed properly. Ductwork in attic some are smooshed and laying on the attic floor. This needs to be properly secure to rafters. Ductwork going to dehumidifier is needing to be replaced due to ductwork smooshed as well. Dehumidifier wiring is needing to be cleaned up.Al

We bought a beautiful 1980s home that had all sorts of electrical issues. Nate came in and rewired both electrical panels and installed dual surge protectors that have insured that our house will be safe and secure for years to come. Nate’s team also installed dimmers in our kitchen that will help us set a nice mood. We love the lifetime guarantee too!

Jeremy took the time to educate me so I could make informed decisions and understand the process better. All key elements for homeownership. I have requested him specifically on other occasions for this very reason.
Jeremy was such a pro I thought he might be the owner. It’s those subtle mannerisms that cannot be taught but acquired with years of skill and aptitude. Very knowledgeable, personable and reassuring that everything would be addressed properly.

I am very impressed with TE, and their employees. I especially wanna comment on Cory, who has now worked for me twice. He is such a true professional. The second time he’s back because I requested him. He is a true professional and every sense of the phrase. Courteous, thoughtful, can explain things i. plain layman’s language that you understand, not trying to “sell you anything not trying to overprice you.” Meaning, he’s not pushy. This is about as a square deal as I can get. I highly recommend the company TE and I highly recommend Corey. I do say I have had other Technicians other than Corey & I’ve never had a bad Technician come out from TE. But I wanna go back to tell you again Cory is exceptional.

She installed a new return vent to help make my upstairs more efficient and fixed ductwork my builder was too shoddy to fix and install correctly on my new build.
