Came in today because system was not cooling properly. When inspecting system found electrical components that there was and airflow issues due to lack of maintenance and blower wheel for furnace is on his way out along with bio growth spreading through system. Let costumer know about this issues and presented options, costumer de died to proceed with cleaning only. Costumer understands that system is pretty old and could need other repairs in the future, also let costumer know that blower wheel is no longer in production by manufacture. We hand dug around where the sewer exited the foundation into the backyard. We found two sections where the ABS was broken and had to cut back farther to find viable pipe. We installed a new section of PVC, installed a cleanout and backfilled. We ran the trailer jetter to the septic to remove the remaining debris. In the basement, we cut the failed fernco on the sewage ejector discharge. Piped in new PVC, ran the pump and confirmed no leaks or errors. Dig/excavate exposing piping system, shut off water supply, create connections for the new line, install new cleanout, cover, pack, test and clean up work area. Perform main sewer line cleaning using hydro jetter through exterior cleanout. If an exterior cleanout is not installed, a new clean out will need need to be installed at an additional charge. Does not include repairs. No warranty on drain cleaning.

For this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling properly upstairs. Once I arrived, I proceeded to check all the electrical components as well as get pressure and temperature readings. In my findings, I noticed that the system is low on return ( about 300 cfm ) , Low on refrigerant, Does not have the proper up-to-date water safeties, And is a zoned system single stage which is not recommended. I proceeded to open up the indoor coil and did find a leak in the Schrader valve, but explained that they can likely be another leak inside that coil. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. For today, the customer agreed to have the Schrader valve replaced and the refrigerant added. I explained that there’s no warranty for this repair since this can leak out. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

Removed and replaced the customer-supplied under-cabinet light fixture. The new fixture was securely mounted, connected to the existing electrical wiring, and tested upon completion to verify proper operation. The existing wiring and installation location were found to be in serviceable condition, and no additional electrical repairs or wiring modifications were required. The installation was completed successfully, and the fixture was confirmed to be operating as intended.

Replaced leaking AO smith water heater with new Rheem 8 year warranty water heater installed with secondary anode rods to increase the warranty to a 12 year warranty.

A comprehensive inspection was performed on the upstairs HVAC system following a reported high-voltage electrical surge. Based on the inspection and diagnostic testing, the system has sustained extensive electrical and mechanical damage consistent with a high-voltage event. The existing equipment consists of a 15-year-old gas furnace and a 15-year-old air conditioning system with matching evaporator coil. The indoor HVAC equipment has sustained catastrophic damage and is not considered repairable. Multiple low-voltage and high-voltage electrical components have failed as a result of the power surge. Damaged components include, but are not limited to: Thermostat (defective) Thermostat wiring (failed) Indoor control board Blower motor Blower motor capacitor Transformer Wiring harness Pressure switch Inducer draft motor Safety switches Gas valve High-limit switch The outdoor condensing unit was also inspected and has sustained significant damage from the same electrical event. Arrived to appointment only did a visual inspection. Noticed pan was full of water and drain line is clogged. Cleaned out the drain pan and also cleaned out the condensate line. Used a mighty pump and poured two gallons of water with five pan treatment tablets. System turned on after evacuating eight gallons of water. System is running at this time collected payment and signatures.

Replaced washing machine box with new washer box. Tested and ensured washer box is functioning correctly. Cleaned work area

Customer is having issues with both her systems not cooling. Noticed upstairs system is low on refrigerant, has a defective TXV, and does not have proper TE water safeties. Main floor is low on refrigerant and does not have proper water safeties on it. Customer approved to add refrigerant to main floor system. Customer stated she will want her systems replaced next year.

Installed new customer supplied kitchen faucet and 4th hole cover plate. Installed 2 new straight stops for hot and cold to faucet. Turned water on and tested all work for proper operations and leaks.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Completing service call found the system low on refrigerant Perform a refrigerant leak surge Client asked to recharge the system until it gets replaced.

Customer is having issues with her upstairs vents sweating. Noticed boots weren’t insulated properly. Also noticed the system is a 3.5 ton system which requires 1400 cfm, but only has 1080 cfm of return (10/10/12 ducts). Supply is only 1155 cfm (10/10/12/6 ducts). System is low on supply by 245 cfm and low on return by 320cfm. Recommend speaking to an install supervisor to determine if the upstairs system is the correct tonnage and check if we can add extra ductwork. Customer wants to get quote 07/29 at 11-2.
