Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed 2 system inspection. Found upstairs unit not installed correctly, did not have a filter, electrical and gas are not up to code, flue vent also was also incorrectly installed. Was held together by tape, ac coil for upstairs is 33 years old. Will G quoted ac coil and repairs for upstairs. Main level is original to the home, burners rusted, incorrect flue connection. Failed run cap, pitted contactor,dirty blower and dirty condenser. Due to ages of the systems and cost of repairs had will quote replacement for min level unit while on site as well. Both systems are operational hoe Wasn’t not up to code and not operating efficiently.

for this job, I completed a one system, home care maintenance. I tested the unit in heat and cool to make sure everything was functioning properly. I cleaned the flame sensor, inspected the blower wheel and burners. I cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water. I then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and all its electrical components. In my findings, I noticed that there were no proper flood protections as well as the indoor blower motor Capacitor was out of tolerance and the outdoor unit contactor was pitted. The indoor coil was also rusty and had signs of oxidation. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates.

Gas leak on fire pit. Advised homeowner if we were to do the repair to be prepared for us to have to take out entire fire pit to replace black iron that is in dirt or reach out to fireplace company.

Upon arrival customer stated that her upstairs unit was not cooling properly. After inspection of system found that system was only reading 15psi of refrigerant, this primarily was just air left in line and unit close to be empty. Customer advised me she had new siding placed on house last week. Checked indoor unit and noticed a lot of refrigerant oil on line set. Advised customer that this unit can be leaking in more than one place and recommended performing a nitrogen leak search. Due to cost of repairs of what all would have to be done for system recommended replacing the ac and coil and also the line set of system. Customer wants to speak with our install supervisor before making any repairs on equipment. Called office to schedule. Unit currently not working at this time.

Completed installation of a 22kW Generac whole home generator for a family in Lawrenceville today. Job involved coordinating with gas company for proper line sizing and connection. Set generator on concrete pad with proper clearances from windows and combustibles. Installed transfer switch and integrated with home's electrical panel, ensuring critical circuits receive priority power during outages. Had to upgrade several elements of the home's electrical system to meet current code requirements. Performed multiple load tests to verify proper operation and automatic transfer timing. System successfully powers entire home including HVAC. Provided detailed walkthrough of maintenance schedule and operation procedures. Replaced fill valve on previous visit. Flappers also bad. Decided to replace entire toilet, with Kohler Elmbrook. Deducted fill valve price from new toilet install.

Performed work

Customer renewed HomeCare Membership. Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 1 y/o Rheem system that operates for whole house. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Replace customer supplied 16x25x4 media filter. Safeties are good. Condensate drain pump operational. Recommend iWave-R Air Ionizer to purify air and system. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are good. System is currently working.

50 gallon gas

Toilet rocking & running. Replaced fill valve & flange. Replaced old 40gal water heater with new 50gal water heater.

Did a Homecare inspection and installed a whole house surge protector.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Removed bad inducer motor and ignitor harness. Installed new inducer motor and ignitor harness. Cycled unit on. Unit now operating.

Replace laundry box on first floor

For this job, we installed a customer provided Hubble Nema 14-50R below the electrical panel with a 50A GFCI breaker for an ev charger.

Tested water heater. Found elements and thermostats are not performing properly. Provided estimate for repairs. Tested water pressure and got a high reading at 80psi. Replaced pressure valve, pressure is now 60psi.

Changed out water heater

Move box in dining room over 2 feet. And install new box and cap wires off.

Found dryer vent, not connected. And dryer vent going straight into crawlspace. Also wrong material used for vent had plastic vent. Ran new single wall flue vent. Connected to existing exterior wall vent.

Furnace

Run dedicated line to oven. Install multiple recessed wafer lights in kitchen and entry hall. Run wires for wafer lights. Troubleshoot double oven. Add dimmer switches. Add remote switch to mechanical room. Relocate switch in mechanical room.
