On average you'll spend between $3,500-$12,000 for HVAC replacement services from local HVAC contractors near Lawrenceville, GA. The cost of an HVAC unit in your home can vary depending on several factors, including the brand and type of the HVAC system you’re installing, the size of the house, ductwork length, and the new unit's efficiency rating.
When an AC system becomes clogged with debris such as grass, dirt, and other contaminants, it can lead to an inability of your AC system to cool the home. To keep your cooling running smoothly, make sure you check that the AC coils remain clear of any blockages. Also, check your air filter. Dirty air filters cause your AC unit to operate at a lower efficiency which means it does not cool your house as well as it should.
The typical cost of a whole-home generator installation ranges from $2,000 to $6,500. This includes both the cost of the generator itself and the cost of installation. Of course, the exact cost will vary depending on factors such as the size of your home and the type of generator you are looking to install.

There are a few ways to fix an underground water line near Lawrenceville, depending on the specific issue. Some common methods include:
- Trenchless repair involves using a small hole to access the damaged pipe and then inserting a new pipe into the existing one. This method is recommended because it is less invasive and can be completed quickly.
- Pipe bursting involves breaking the damaged pipe and pulling a new one through the existing hole.
- Open trench repair involves digging up the damaged pipe and replacing it with a new one. This method is more invasive and time-consuming but may be necessary for severe damage.
Fixing an underground water line should always be done by a professional plumber or plumbing contractor with experience in underground pipe repair.

System had a clogged up drain line that got clogged at the ss1 switch. Completely cleaned drain line and removed the clog under warranty since we were just here a couple months ago. I also re-pitched the drain outside to allow better drainage. Customer renewed the HC plan today.

Water heater located in the basement of the home. I discovered that the gas to the water heater was off. I turned on the gas and lit the water heater. The unit is heating properly upon inspection.

For this job, we installed a 2 ton Goodman system with a supply plenum. Reattached all the ducts and return plenum. Replaced the gas, drain and flue with all new piping. Replaced the flue pipes for both HVAC systems. Changed the electrical whip and disconnect to the outdoor unit. Replaced the vibration pad, brazed, leak tested, vacuumed and charged to manufacturer specifications. Tested that both heating and cooling modes work as intended and completed the walkthrough with the customer.

Performed 1 system diagnostic for system that is zoned for main and upstairs. Found rusted evap coil, R22 unit, unit is 21 years old, dirty blower wheel, disconnect is broken and melted. Unit is off due to melted disconnect, contactor is pitted compressor is operational however refrigerant is burnt out from the compressor. Due to age of unit and type of failures recommend replacement of full zoned system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replace bar sink pump with Liberty 404 pump. Create new vent by penetrating exterior wall.

Customer had leak coming out of wall in garage. Opened wall up to find that customer had screwed their bike racks into the main drain line cut out section of pipe that had the holes in it and replaced with new PVC. All work was tested and documented with pictures.
Elvis and his associate did a very good job. There are a couple of concerns outstanding with the equipment (not with Elvis). The furnace filter tray is damaged, making a filter change extremely difficult. Elvis said he would add getting a replacement tray to his notes. There are sections on the AC unit where the cooling fins are bent/dented.

Replace All Ductwork
Nathan and his assistant were very professional and easy to work with. They did a great job in a timely fashion. I would recommend Nathan to handle any plumbing job.

Kitchen faucet leaking into under cabinet, replaced with hot and cold supply stops.

System was not cooling due to a burnt out/pitted contactor. The compressor windings are in poor condition based on my megohm readings. The unit is struggling to transfer heat from inside the home and is not putting out a good Delta temperature which will cause the unit struggle. This failure is related to age and based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Installed thermal expansion tank

Looked at the system that was not cooling for the whole house. Found a battery powered only thermostat that was not turning on even with new batteries. Jumped the system out with a jumper wire and tested the Delta temperatures. No diagnostics rain on the system and today I replaced the failed thermostat with a basic thermostat. Informed the customer that since the AC unit is from 07’ it may be time to think about replacing. Customer declined a quote for replacement at this time.

House is 8yrs old. Leak originates from the air bleed off valve on the builders pump. Gave homeowner several options. Homeowner elected to remove pump entirely. Noted that the water pressure is high, 85-90psi. Recommend replaced prv

Tested system not cooling for the whole home. Found the unit leaking refrigerant and extremely low. System had a very evident leak inside the evaporator coil that you could hear as soon as you opened up the coil door. The outdoor condenser coil was also dirty, contactor was pitted, System is zoned and missing a bypass damper, and subpar flood protection installed. I attempted to order the evaporator coil with Lennox, but they said that it was on backorder with no lead time to obtain the coil. This unit is also not under warranty anymore and due to this, it may be time to think about replacing the system.

Upon arrival customer stated that outdoor unit was making a very loud noise and that unit hasn’t been on in a couple days. After inspection of 24 year old gas package unit found that unit has a failing compressor that’s causing the noise, the windings inside compressor are failing and compressor is pulling high amps, Unit has a bad outdoor capacitor and contactor. Condenser fan motor is also pulling high amps close to failure. Unit has a bad heat exchanger noticed several small holes on outside of chamber, heavy rust build up inside the chamber and all around the heating compartment. Running system with a failed heat exchanger will allow carbon monoxide to vent into the home, do not recommend running this unit in heat mode. Disconnect is by passed to main breaker, unit needs a new disconnect. Gave customer repair options for new 4 ton compressor if part is available due to refrigerant no longer being manufactured for this equipment. A drop in refrigerant of 407c would be added for the
