Completed 2 system home care. Both filters need correct media filter cabinets sizes. Checked blower wheels they are clean. Cleaned flame sensors. Checked condenser, coils capacitor, Contactor, refrigerant levels. Checked amp draws on inducer motors, fan motors, and compressors. Checked humidifier and water panel. Tested heat and cool from thermostat. Both furnaces are operating properly. Flushed drain lines. Drain lines are draining properly.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Upstairs system not working due to a bad thermostat. Thermostat not sending power to the board. Replaced thermostat and tested system, on cool and heat, with no other issue. Customer denied signing for home care or any other recommendation at this time. System is 3 years old and in good working condition.

Performed 1 system homecare. Check and changed filters, check and tested electrical components components, check safeties, filter was 20x25x1 recommend high allergen filtre 3000

Full system changeout for upstairs. Plenums and flue pipe.

Home care inspection on two systems. Both systems are 3 years old and working properly. Replaced both filters (20/29/1 and 16/25/1), cleared drain lines, inspected both systems. Main level system, outside disconnect box is bypassed straight to the breaker panel and broken. It needs to be fixed. Customer will have the company that installed system to fix it. Also, there is only one safety food protection installed, and recommend to install a wet switch, for extra protection, in case of drain lines get clogged. Also, recommend to install uv light blue tube system, to give better air quality to the house, and to protect equipment.

Performed camera inspection of main sewer line through basement cleanout. Observed scaling and deteriorating cast iron under slab and under ground in front yard. Backwater valve located in front yard. Unable to move camera past backwater valve. Main sewer line in fair condition.

Use auger to clear blockage isolated in the toilet, cleared blockage and verified flow, backup due to usage with the water supply off, I recommend not using the toilet until the water is back on to confirm proper flow, older toilets like these need high flow to work properly. Left keys in lockbox and locked front door.

For this job, I did a pressure test on the gas system I pumped 15 psi into the system to test for leaks. After I tested everything I noticed multiple leaks in the system after the test. We are going to re pipe the gas system to take care of issues.

For this job, I replaced the entire gas system. I removed all old galvanized and copper supply lines, I ran a 1” line all the way to the hvac unit in crawl space then transitioned over to 3/4” all the way to water heater. I added 3 new shut off valves one for the water heater one for the hvac unit, and one for the fire place in the master bedroom. I then pressurized the system to 15 psi and waited to see if there was any drop in pressure, there was no pressure change. I then cleaned up and removed all old material in crawl space.

Troubleshoot circuit that was tripping and replaced breaker

Troubleshoot and replace flush mount light fixture

Replace water heater with new 50 gallon electric with new expansion tank shut off and trap primer. Replace main shut off and PRV as well as replace toilet due to it being cracked and replace shower cartridge for the guest bathroom because it will not turn off all the way. Master bathroom, replaced both lavatory faucets with brand new supply lines due age and corrosion. Tested and checked for leaks.

I was called out to Kristen’s house for a Homecare maintenance. Kristen has lived here for 4 years so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered that the system is from 2009 making it past normal life expectancy, the system is low on refrigerant, the liquid service valve is leaking refrigerant, the coil is badly rusted and leaking refrigerant and has growth, there isn’t any flood protection on the system to prevent water damage to the system or house, the whip to the hp is indoor wire, the no needs cleaned, the wheel needs cleaned, the ductwork in the crawl space is very old, outdated, and the insulation is falling apart, and the flue pipe for the furnace is ran improperly causing the system to badly corrode which has likely been repaired already once. Due to the cost of potential repairs, advanced age, and improper installation replacement is a viable option.

Performed customer home care maintenance 2 systems. Changed AprilAire model 413 (16x20x4) system filter Checked over all operations for upstairs system, everything nice and clean inside cabinet, cleaned flame sensor, made sure pressure switch tube port was clear, cleaned drain line, added drain pan tables to condensation pump. Advised customer that Uv bulb was ready to be changed, customer approved to have done today, next time to change bulb will be 3/3/27. Advised customer that there was a lot of insulation inside drain pan, customer stated she had insulation blown into attic last Thursday. Recommended cleaning emergency drain pan, customer approved to have done today. With customer having the Uv bulb inside system recommended add iwave purifier to the return plenum, customer approved to have done today. Checked over outdoor system, capacitor and contactor tested good with no issues. Amps on compressors and fan motor were a little high due to condenser coil being very clogged. Recomm

installed a 15A arc fault breaker it hold all the circuits after going to several boxes to make proper connections in boxes and outlets/switches.
