Job Locations and Reviews
System was not heating due to a very dirty filter that was causing it to over heat. Replaced dirty filter. Replaced defective float switch and added a ss1 to system. System is operating properly at this moment.
Tesla Charger
Replace gas valve for the upstairs system and did a leak test on all the gas fittings and found no leak at this time. Made sure everything was sealed properly and tested the equipment and everything is running as it should at this time.

Ran top gun down the shower to unclear blockage, and reset garbage disposal to get drain flowing again
Prv Powder bathroom
Install whole home surge protector. Run dedicated one from the basement to the garage( center wall). Everything tested and working properly.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed 1 system diagnostic on main unit that was zoned with basement. Found furnace to be 23 years old. Burnt zone board and failed control board. Also found failed run capacitor and dirty blower wheel. Condenser was also compacted end with lint. Recommended replacing furnace he zone board and dampers due to cost of repairs. Unit is non operational at this time. Coil and condenser to unit is 2023.
Drain assembly on bar sink leaking. Replaced the drain pipe and p-trap to the sink. Tested with no leaks.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed 1 system diagnostic on upstairs system. Found high limit switch failed due to a dirty filter. Filter was not changed over 3 years. Due to lack of maintenance multiple other issues were found including failed run capacitor, failed dual run capacitor, high blower motor amp draw, failed OFm, and compressor drawing high amps. Units also did not have TE standard flood protections. Customer also asked about IAQ so recommendations were included . Unit is non operational at this time. Offer to system homecare as well. Schedule free estimate for replacement due to age of unit and major issues found.
Check systems for inspection and found the upstairs system had no wet switch or safety switch for better flood protection also that the blower needs to be cleaned and The coil is very corroded and needs to be replaced and recommend indoor air quality products to help the system and air cleaner for the main floor switch or safety switch for better flood protection and that the blower wheel needs to be cleaned and also the indoor coil is very corroded and needs to be replaced and the bypass on the system doesn’t have a damper and it is making the system go into high limit and breaker for the outdoor system isn’t the correct size and the system is sitting on brick, which is making it unbalanced and it is rocking back-and-forth and recommend indoor air quality products for the system to help keep the system and air cleaner.
Customer was having noice issues from kitchen sink. We tested fixture for blockage and found no signs of a blockage. Concluded that studor vent was malfunctioning. Replaced and tested
Performed 1 system heating diagnostics on a new rheem heatpump/air handler. I found that the nest thermostat was programmed improperly. I fixed the thermostats settings and verified that the strip heat was operating and that the outdoor was operating properly.
Installed new foyer and dining room fixture
Check system for no heat and found that the gas valve isn’t opening up to allow the gas to flow properly it needs to be replaced and found no flood protection for upstairs other than a secondary drain also found growth happening on the system and recommend UV light to help keep the system and air cleaner.
Tested system that was intermittently not heating. Turned on the thermostat and the system started right up. The thermostat was also satisfied when I arrived to the home. Completely tested all the components and did not find any immediate issues that would cause the unit to cycle on. Tested for carbon monoxide inside the home due to the age and condition of the furnace. Up to 5P out of the vents on the main level. Advise the customer it is not safe to run at this time and the best option is replacement. Customer has to talk to his landlord and make a decision.

Ran all the auger down toilet to Clear blockage
Cleared blockage affecting the 2 master sink sinks, guest bathroom sink and tub, customer notified me that the toilet in the guest bathroom upstairs leaks into the dining room and garage below as well. Pulled and checked toilet to find the flange was broken. Ran chain cable machine through cleanout behind the toilet. Cleared the blockage and camera tech came by as I was still at the home and scoped the line. Due to the condition of the flange, the toilet was set slightly tilted to keep it sealed to the best of my abilities, customer knows this and some solutions were provided by camera tech. See photos.
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed diagnostic diagnostics for upstairs unit found inducer cracked dirty blower wheel, failed run cap, failed dual cap, no te stand water protection, and dirty condenser coil. Main level was briefly visually inspected and found same issues. Due to age of units and cost of repairs recommended replacement.

Cleared tub drain blockage with tub gun, pulled out hair from the crosshair and reassembled everything, disinfected and cleaned tub. Tested fixtures for 15 minutes with no issues found at this time.
Upon arrival, i inspected the laundry room and basement of the home. I tested the gas line for leaks. No leaks detected. Found that the flue vent was improperly installed on the water heater. Properly attached the flue vent to the unit. Advised the client about a carbon monoxide detector for the basement area.
