Tested system that is not heating for the main level of the home. Found a short in the wiring going to the thermostat that was caused by crushed wires in the attic. The condenser coil outside is also dirty and there is no wet switch installed in the pan in attic for best flood protection. System could also benefit from adding UV light to help prevent biological growth inside the unit and improve overall air quality. Today I repaired the wires and tested the system, fully and heating and cooling to ensure for a proper operation. No failures at this time.

Original pressure to home reading 138 psi, replaced prv and pressure to home set to 65psi. Cut out expansion valve below master bath sink to cap water lines, went ahead and flushed 2 year old water heater and replaced expansion tank with proper strapping. Water turned on to home to test and ensure proper function of al repairs.
