On arrival, client explained the disposal was leaking into the cabinet and they need it replaced. Client has a new Insinkerator disposal on arrival. Client would like a price to install their disposal. Installed the disposal and tested with no leaks. Made client aware the warranty on the work is labor only since client provided all parts. Perform inspection on the water heater and the water pressure. As I was checking the pressure I realize water was running slowly. The client and I walked through the house and noticed all three toilets are running water constantly. Client currently does not want to do anything to repair the toilet so I will leave estimates to repair the toilets or replaced with a client provided product. Documented all work with pictures.

Preformed Diagnostic on Whole system customer noticed her ceiling shaking was strongly. We found a bad blower motor with the wheel assembly and Duel run cap 15mfd to big for the system needs to be a 10mfd. 🚨Offered customer a couple quotes I’ve recommended replacement for new unit due to the AGE of the system is pasted 10 yrs no longer under warranty.Customer decided to go with option A immediate repair will return when parts have arrived.
