Installed new valves waste and overflow, and faucet the the master bathroom clawfoot bathtub, Could not install the ½" hard supply lines and ordered new lines which will be installed next week. Temporarily connected flex lines, pressurized, filled the tub and let drain to test. Installed new quarter turn ball valve for the ,ain shut off.

Today I did a diagnosis on the garage outlet circuit. Upon arrival, the circuit had a dead short, instantly tripping the breaker. Upon diagnosis, I found an improperly wired, GFI that had gone bad, on the right hand wall towards the back behind a workbench. I replaced that GFI with a new one. I also installed a dedicated 20 amp circuit, dual function protected from the breaker. The outlet is located below the panel. The new outlet is circuit number two.

Performed a Homecare maintenance inspection on both HVAC systems in the home (upstairs and main floor). Tested heating and cooling from both thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of each system. Checked the 4” air filters. Reported findings to the customer. Replaced the AprilAire 413 (16x25x4) air filters on both HVAC systems.

Customer chose to have new kitchen faucet handle, facing forward, so that handle does not hit kitchen window trim. Tested all work completed for leaks and proper functionality. Cleaned up work area.

I had a list of 5 items I needed. The first 4 were done well. The fifth, installing a nest thermostat, was poorly done. No testing to see if the heat or AC would come on. The heat was not set up properly. And I had to go back and rewrite it myself.
