The average cost to install a new AC unit near Roswell is around $7,500. The range is from $3,500 to $12,500 and that depends on several factors, including the brand you choose to install, the square footage of your home and size of the unit needed, the units SEER level and if duct work needs to be repaired or replaced.
The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. It can accumulate on the inside of your pipes, growing thicker over time until the drain hole is completely blocked - rendering your plumbing useless! Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Job Locations and Reviews
Allen and Victor did an outstanding job installing two new water heaters in my home. From start to finish, they were incredibly meticulous, punctual, and organized. Their attention to detail really showed — not only was the installation done beautifully, but they made sure the work area was spotless when they left. It’s rare to find professionals who take such pride in their work and treat your home with care and respect. I couldn’t be happier with the results, and I highly recommend Allen, Victor, and the company to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality plumbing services. Thank you again for the excellent work!

Upon arrival customer stated system for upstairs was not working after he cleaned the outdoor coils it worked then went out. After inspection of system found that unit was took apart, put everything back together and began the troubleshooting process. Found that thermostat was calling for ac but was not coming on at the outdoor system, checked wire at tstat and noticed that there was only 18 volts on the yellow wire for ac going all the way to outdoor unit. Isolated system and took all wire apart and tested voltage and found that 3 wires had 18 volts while the other had 27 volts. Both indoor and outdoor thermostat wires have failed. Indoor blower wheel is very dirty, evaporator coils is very rusted out and rust is built up in the evaporator coil drain pan and falling into primary drain line. Outdoor capacitor is bad. Gave customer estimate on repairs for system, recommended updating 15 year old system, customer approved to speak with install supervisor about updating system. He would l

Upon arrival …unit was operating as it should ..indoor and outdoor , low t had some reservations about it keeping up for all 3 zones …checked capacitor for outdoor ..which is well within tolerance for AC …filters were impacted …home was renovated prior ….after IAQ was Installed …IAQ products are operating as it should …outdoor coil was dirty as well …charge looks to be within manufacture specifications at this time … did provide option to clean outdoor condenser coil and change out both AprilAire filters as needed …client accepted option and completed worked same day , verified operating status of unit after …insulation could use an upgrade to help keep attic cooler for better AC operations …

Basement system that services the gym is approx 21 years old. The system has a refrigerant restriction. Due to the ago of the unit and it operating on obsolete refrigerant; tech cannot offer repair options. The system is well beyond the average life expectancy of a hvac system. The system is in very poor condition. The homeowner should have the entire heating and air conditioning system replaced; in this techs opinion. I advised the homeowner of the issues and emailed them an estimate for flood protection. System will not be able to cool the gym effectively in its current condition and may freeze up and cause water damage if ran in its current condition. Thank you for choosing TE Certified Heating and Cooling!

Customer called us out for a main drain stoppage. I will attempt to remove stoppage by using the snake machine from the outside clean out. I was successfully able to remove stoppage. Customer is aware that they have a belly in the line and the work cannot be warranted. This is a temporary solution. **** customer said that someone on the phone said the price for this is 270 and some odd dollars but I did show the customer our price book and that that is incorrect information.**** Everything is draining properly at this time. Customer is very satisfied.

We will pull the car charger circuit from the meter, run the circuit outside along the ground in conduit, come into basement, finish the run to the right garage wall and install the car charger.

Upon arrival customer stated that downstairs system has been struggling to keep up maintain temperature in home. After evaluation of system found that main level system has a failed outdoor condenser fan motor and outdoor capacitor. The windings inside the condenser fan motor are burnt. System is 20 years old both furnace and ac and coil. Outdoor condenser coils are very clogged and dirty. Standing refrigerant pressures were 135/135 indicting system is low. Checked indoor furnace. There is no drain pan under system or flood protection on system, evaporator coil is very rusted, blower wheel very dirty, inside duct plenums are dirty. The system filter was very clogged and dirty. Filter was laying on the housing blocking air flow, blower motor was very hot upon checking due to restricted air flow. Due to cost of repairs, system being obsolete, and age of equipment recommended updating system. Customer approved to speak with install supervisor about updating system. Gave customer estimate

Replaced leaking expansion tank and strapped to the structure of home. Checked for leaks and turned back on the electric water heater. Client also would like quote for a bathroom rough in for a bathroom addition to the home.

The arc fault breaker for the kitchen and garage lights trips intermittently. We turned on the loads on the circuit and could not get it to trip. It is a faulty breaker. Install 2 outlets for side mounted garage doors The ground and neutral bars are bonded together. The ground and neutral wires need to be landed on their own terminals. The original installer of the panels installed the ground and neutral wires together on a 4 wire system and bonded the grounds and neutral bars.

Checked basement system and found outdoor capacitor is bad, system is R 22, furnace has cracked in the heat exchanger, outdoor fan motor, failing losing oil bearings are worn. Recommend replacing system. Master bedroom system outdoor unit is losing refrigerant somewhere, not in danger of freezing yet, also our 22. Upstairs system AC running but poorly, the ductwork for upstairs is insufficient. Lower motor for upstairs unit and master bedroom systems are failing. Home care maintenance plan

I replaced the compressor, contactor and capacitor. I cut out the extra line set and installed a new filter drier. I pressure tested the system. I pulled a deep vacuum. I weighed in the refrigerant and ran the system. I found that the system is having additional issues. I system is not metering the flow of refrigerant properly. I advised the homeowner, again that they need to have the system replaced and we would roll some of the money spent today towards the costs of a new system and only an install supervisor and give them an estimate. The homeowners have setup a time with an install supervisor.

Replace water heater and toilet with other misc repairs and upgrades

Repull wire between sconce lights to replace damaged wire

Customer called us out for a downstairs guest bathroom toilet drain clogged. I will attempt to remove storage by using the toilet auger in this drain line. I was not able to remove the stoppage by using the toilet auger. I will have to pull the toilet and snake the drain line and then reset the toilet verifying that there are no leaks and that everything is operating properly. Customer also has an upstairs bathroom sink drain stoppage. I will attempt to remove clogged by using the snake machine. I was successfully able to remove stoppage and restore proper drainage to the bathroom sink. I tested by filling the sink with water in the presence of the customer and letting the sink drain. I was also successfully able to remove stoppage in the toilet drain. I reset the toilet and verify that there are no leaks and that the toilet is filling and flushing properly. Customer is very satisfied.

Penetration and sleeve install

Upstairs system not cooling. Found failed starting capacitor. Outdoor fan went into thermal overload. System running at high suction and low superheat. This means that the refrigerant is potentially going to flood the compressor and over feeding the indoor coil. I believe the compressor is at the end of its life. If you’d like for us to give you a quote on replacing 13 yr old equipment, I have sent a quote to schedule equipment options.
