The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Shut off the water to the home and drain the system down. Pull the toilet and remove the drywall to access the piping for the rear hose bib and locate the leak. Once the toilet was pulled found that the flange was below the floor and broken, removed the existing flange and installed new flange setting to the proper level and mounting to the floor. Cut into the rear of vanity and drywall to remove and replace the valve for the hose bib. Remove the leaking section of piping and install new hose bib mounting to the siding. Reset the toilet with new wax ring, bolts, supply line, etc, pressurize the system and confirmed it is no longer leaking.
