Cleared blockage in basement kitchen sink with flexshaft drain machine
Customers' dishwasher is leaking from the door very slowly and over time. We figured this out by cutting a roughly one foot by one foot hole in the ceiling of the basement. Directly below the kitchen sink to expose the plumbing. There has been liquid that has gotten down there at 1 point or another. But everything was dry at this time. Afterwards we ran the fixtures including the faucet and dishwasher and allowed them to drain and checked all of the plumbing downstairs again. When we got back upstairs, there was a small amount of water on the floor directly. Below the dishwasher that was actively dripping from the dishwasher door itself. I have recommended that they have either a different dishwasher installed or have an appliance technician. Come out to replace their dishwasher. Cleaned up after myself.Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs
I appreciate the time and patience Jacob spent with me and the great job he did!
For this job, I completed a one system springtime inspection. I tested the unit and its functions to ensure that everything was working. I inspected the blower wheel as well as the indoor coil. I measured all the electrical components and cleared the drain lines with 2 gallons of water and vinegar. I then proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates.
Alex was very knowledgable and informative. He explained everything during his inspection and gave examples that were relevant to me. I would welcome his work on my HVAC units and recommend his expertise to anyone needing HVAC work.
Jonathan was very professional and knew exactly what he needed to do. He even took the time answer questions that were not relevant to the job he came out for. Very honest pricing as well
Removed supply duct from kitchen.
Client mentioned they were experiencing a high water bill. Verified the leak was occuring inside the home and there were no present leaks on the water line outside by locating and shutting off the inside main water valve. Walked around the property and noticed 2 of the pre-existing toilets had issues where they would run periodically. Performed minor rebuild on all toilets located on the 2nd floor. Verified no further leaks at this time and tested for proper function of toilets. Client also has a 23 year old water heater that we are leaving quotes for.
Perform two system inspection $59 each special. Upon arrival noticed that the flue pipe for the bonus room/master/kitchen area was not connected. It appears to be separated at the elbow. Gave homeowner a quote to perform necessary repairs. Homeowner denied. Strongly recommended getting this fixed due to leaking carbon monoxide into the home. Found the flu pipe for the right side of the house, touching wood, on my evaluation form I have it listed as left. One system is zoned the other one is not. Found the zone system to have a faulty damper motor for the bonus room. Homeowner states that the bonus room overheats in the winter and he’s been closing the vents for it because of that. Damper motor is stuck open. Condenser coil for the zoned system is dirty and high head pressure. Breaker for the zoned system is wrong size for condenser. No doghouses on outdoor units. Replace filters and clear drain lines.
Installed 50 gallon gas Rheem platinum water heater. Install included a safety pan, leak alarm, thermal expansion tank and tank strap, hot side shut off, recirculating line shut off and check valve, new vent pipe up to current local code and a new whole house water pressure regulator. The system was pressurized and tested with no issues.

Troubleshooting
Installed new toilet on the 2nd floor in the sons bathroom. Shut the water off at the street and drained down the system. Installed new Ball valve and PRV at the water inlet and installed a new ball valve for the rear hose bib. Pressurized, removed the air from the lines, set the pressure to 65, and flushed the toilet multiple times to test.
Mainfloor system/ no cool: Issues: Main issue for no cool: failed condenser fan motor. System is out of warranty as of 10/2025 due to builder not registering the system. Additional repairs maybe needed; complete diagnostics can’t be performed without a running condenser fan motor. Refrigerant pressures need to be checked a probably adjusted once the TXV bulb has been properly installed (TXV bulb not installed properly). Additional issues: 1) **** TXV bulb is not properly installed; AC system should not be ran until this issue has been fixed. *** 2) The flood protection has been uninstalled for some unknown reason; recommend installing water safety relay. 3) there is approx 12” section of refrigerant line insulation missing on the other unit that is dripping water (when the AC is running) on the ceiling/dry wall. insulation needs to be installed. 4) outdoor unit is impacted with dirt and needs to be chemically cleaned. Will email repair estimates. Homeowner left and didn’t ans
Technician performed a full inspection on the gas furnace in the home The home does not have any central air-conditioning only has a central heating via gas furnace Well performing the inspection. The technician noticed that the heat exchanger on the unit was severely rusted. The technician also used a carbon monoxide detector inside the home and found levels of 4PPM inside the home The technician ran an amp drill on the indoor blower motor and found it within spec The technician tested static pressure within the ductwork and found that the total external static pressure for the unit was .45 inches of water column And the unit is rated For 0.5 inches of water column The technician also tested the Delta T of the unit The return air temperature was reading 73°F and the supply air temperature was reading 159°F That left the unit with a 86° delta T and the unit is rated to have from a 70° to a 100° temperature rise The relative humidity of the return air was 60%, which is a little high, b
Installed a 240v 50a circuit on a GFCI breaker for a kiln. The outlet is showing proper voltage. Replaced a burnt outlet we had previously installed.
Repaired both supply lines that were resting on flue piped with heat shields. Installed wet switch for attic unit. Systems working properly.
For this job, I conducted leak detection services for homeowner, I discovered a leak on the main service midway through the yard on the left side of the driveway. About 15 feet off of the driveway. Location has been marked with flags, I left multiple estimates with the homeowner including a spot repair, and service replacement options, one including a water heater, because I noticed during my evaluation that the water heater is 10 years old and nearing the end of its lifespan. Homeowner will contact me after they discuss the estimates with their spouse. Who gets home later this evening I do not hear back by this afternoon. I will contact the homeowner first thing in the morning as per our conversation before I left.
Replaced failed recirculation pump on Rheem tankless. Tested everything and cleaned up area.
Install new timer switches at the front and back door
Customer had a tub spout that was not diverting properly, i swapped it out and checked for leaks, everything is functional at this time
The electricity in my house went out late I. The afternoon. I called to see if anyone could come out that day. Even though Jason had already finished for the day, he made the hour trip to my house and got my problem fixed!
For this job I repaired a leak in the basement ceiling by cutting out about 8 inches of copper where pin hole formed, I replaced with new copper pipe and fittings. I tested and there were no more leaks.
Emergency Services: Main Service Splice with Polaris Lug torque to specifications.
Performed no cool diagnostic for upstairs unit. Found extremely dirty filter, blow motor, drawing high amps and intermittently, failing, no TE flow protection, the return was short, duck runs were also not completely taped in massive correctly, the outdoor unit is also dirty causing pressures to seem normal. what unit is clean pressures will drop in cause the unit to actually be low on refrigerant. Furnace is 27 years old, the AC is 20 years old, and evaporator coil is 19 years old. Due to age of system, cost of repair, and type of refrigerant that is now obsolete we would recommend replacement of the full system and properly sizing duct returns and supplies. System is operating, but is not efficient at this time.sizing is requesting to have an install supervisor.
Replaced two faucets and flushed a water heater
Home Owner was having problems with his fan/light in the foyer. We found out the the dip switches on the receiver did not match the switches on the fan/light remote. We corrected this issue and now the fan/light works as it should with the remote. The homeowner was also having a problem with his Tesla charger not charging as intended. We changed out the old Tesla head with a new customer supplied Tesla head at no additional cost. The Tesla Charger now works as intended We also made the homeowner aware that the way his hot tub feed is ran is not code compliant. We will send over after consulting with manager about the repair.
Possibly the most polite person I’vi have ever met! Clemente took personal care to inform me of each step along the way, provide options, provide updates on his estimated finish time, place plastic down to protect my home and took all garbage out with him.
Excellent service
Elijah arrived exactly on time. He was extremely courteous and professional. He explained our options and completed the repair/install quickly.
Great service as always
Mike has a done a great job at our house 2x now.
Exceeded expectations
I checked with 3 companies to replace my 11-year-old water heater that was starting to fail. TE Certified not only came in with the best pricing, but also a range of warranties. From quote to completion, Stephen was excellent. I appreciated, too, that the person quoting was also the one installing. On the day of installation, Stephen and Brandon arrived on time, were exceptionally thorough in completing the job, and were quick to fix a couple of unexpected issues. A very positive experience all the way around. This was my first time using TE Certified. I would definitely use them again. Have already recommended them to a couple of friends!
