This guy is the absolute best !! He knows his stuff about everything he does...and he performs it with great pride...a trait that exists very very infrequently in today's world. He is a great problem solver and explains everything in detail about every question asked by me...and I ask a lot of questions. If all of T E Certified's employees had his level of competency and job enthusiasm...well, life would be a whole lot more beneficial to all concerned.

Kory was amazing and I could not be happier with the service today. Not only did he walk me through the area of trouble but also politely suggested other areas of service for either today or future. He was not pushy toward adding on service but did let me know on areas that could be improved from the previous home owner. Not only did Kory help me with the original task assigned, but helped answer a few other questions about my home not related. I cannot express how I feel SO MUCH better today about my home from Kory's visit. I am so thankful I was referred this company by a neighbor, I will refer them and will be a customer for life

Clay Reinhardt did an excellent job. The wiring in my home was a crazy mixed up mess. He traced through and figured out a messed up 3-way and 4-way circuit and now everything is to code and works fine. Prices are a bit high but the work is always good. This was Clay's second visit to my home to do such work.

Diagnostic.. quoted price to remove drywall directly below the laundry room and determine the orientation of the drain system. Quickly determine the drain system could possibly support a floor drain but not required recommended due to the current fittings that are in the floor that will be in line with the washing machine and floor drain. Remove drywall to extend up the hot and cold water supply for the laundry tub that was capped off by our other technician. Removed the hot and cold water supply that was attached to the box. Installed new boiler drains with hammer arrestors at the metal box and tested. Secured the box in the wall to help prevent it from moving. Alpharetta inspector on site during discussion at which time all three parties decided a floor drain was not the best solution for an issue with the washing machine. Recommend client purchase a heavy duty washing machine pan and attached to the existing 1 inch drain. This recommendation was also from the inspector of Alpharetta

For this job, I worked on helping Thomas by checking out the GFCI that came up on inspection report that’s by the pool panel. after investigating and doing a thorough evaluation, It’s functioning properly. checked wiring, connections and voltage as well. Lastly checked it with my GFCI outlet tester to make sure the GFCI trips and everything checks off. Also ended up replacing a weather resistant outlet outside of house, where his low-voltage transformer plugs into to powers up all the landscape lights. the old outlet had a long screw going through the middle as well as an extension cord that was buried underground, which was causing the GFCI to trip daily. after replacing it I checked the voltage and monitored the outlet and circuit for over an hour and it’s holding which is a positive sign because Thomas was telling me it was to the point where it was tripping the GFCI almost instantly. Also ended up replacing three single pole breakers in his main panel due to previous electricians i
