Replaced the customer-supplied bath fan/light combo and installed a 6-inch-to-4-inch vent adapter. Installed six customer-supplied light bulbs. Removed and replaced the dining room chandelier, ensuring all fixtures were properly installed and operational.

Initial observations of system revealed the 16x25x1 filter is clean. The drain does run flat across the attic floor for a very long distance and could be a concern for the drain getting clogged from buildup of bacteria, calcium, rust etc. I blew through the drain line and it did have some resistance but it is now clear at this time. I adjusted the pitch of the drain due to the furnace being in the horizontal position so increased drainage efficiency can be achieved reducing the risk of sediment buildup and clogs. The flood protection devices are both float switches. One is in the pan and the other in the drain line itself. The pan float, while functional, is not the most effective method. The pan has to fill almost completely before the switch trips the system off. This leaves it vulnerable for overflow or leaks. We came out today to see why the dining light wasn’t working and we troubleshot which we found out the dimmer was bad and needed to be replaced. We gave her an estimate to replace the dimmer and the 5 gang plate which was broken and she agreed. We also inspected her electrical system and gave her an estimate to add surge protection for her panels and to separate the neutrals.

Come from the main Eletrical panel dive into the crawlspace and punch outside on the front of the house and set a quad outlet device box. Install a dual function protection breaker in the main Eletrical panel to protect the device.

Pulling a new thermostat wire for a new HVAC unit and replacing a breaker

Did a leak search and gave a couple estimates for some issues that need to be addressed

Customer has a garbage disposal that we installed in 2022 and is out of warranty window. Manually unjammed disposal with key and provided estimates for future replacement, recommended 3/4hp should issues continue. Travel fee was charged.

First job I worked on moving three-way switch to the outside of the closet so that the custom shelves that the customer is putting in won’t block the switch

Customer called us out for a shower drain that was slow draining. On arrival I checked the drain and could see some lime scale build up. I gave the customer multiple options and they chose to have the drain scrapped clean and a tub gun ran down. I removed the drain cover, scrapped the edges and ran my flex shaft down the line. I then throughly cleaned the drain and tested it. Customers water pressure was 82. One of our service techs will be in contact with them.

Technician replaced water line underneath ground in front of the water meter. Existing pipe nipples that were installed were black iron pipe which are not approved to go underground. New connections were made with pex piping and new check valve was installed. All connections were tested and lines were bled of air.

I replaced two tankless water heaters with new Navien 240A2’s. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no issues and to verify the recirculating system is working properly

Upon arrival stream labs was pinging for pressure spikes up to 111 PSI, after further investigation we came to the conclusion that the Thermal expansion tank was the culprit for pressure spikes in stream labs. (Missing check valve and corrosion noticed on the main check valve may be what was causing the pressure issues.) We needed to rework and Repipe around the water heater for the new thermal expansion tank replacement to properly install and due to code requirements. We needed to replace the check valves and install new shut off valves near the water heater for the dedicated recirculating line. We installed the check valves on the dedicated recirculating line for they were missing upon our arrival and inspection. For the thermal expansion tank was set to 70 PSI for proper operation and set due to your existing pressure inside the home. We also installed an additional shut off valve to isolate the recirculating pump for future replacement to be made easier which we courtesy for

Customer says both AC systems are not keeping up with desired temperatures. Inspected 2005 carrier furnaces. Found both heat exchangers cracked and Blower motors over amping.(TURNED OFF GAS TO FURNACES) Inspected AC coils both are rusted and corroded and are leaking. Condensors had high head pressures so coils needed to be cleaned to get accurate pressures. After cleaning coils found pressures low on r22. Compressors are over amping needing replacement. Customer is out of town lead may have to be over the phone. Tech made a video for Mr Kim. Systems are not cooling properly at this time.

For this job, provisions for a future pendant light were added into the finished basement along with a dimmer switch for the future fixture.Additionally a recessed media outlet was added for a media center in the basement .

Trouble shoot Tesla charger overheating Replace breaker for Tesla charger

For this job we removed 6 square ft of concrete in order to access leak under ground. We dug up section where leak detection marked. We found a leak on the flow control connection, we removed failed section of piping and tested for leaks. We found another leak towards the other side of the sidewalk. We repaired that leak as a courtesy. We tested for leaks again and we did not find anymore. We backfilled area.

Customer had a sink slow draining do to hair and gunk build up and I provided a option to clean the drain by hand and after cleaning the drain is flowing properly

Per Rinnai tech support I replaced the heat exchanger, burner assembly and ignition module with flame sensor and spark igniter. In addition, the air intake was piped outside. The unit was turned on and run under normal conditions with no issues.
