When I scheduled service there were only three items on the list, but before Russ arrived we found that we wanted to replace and or repair many additional items. It took all day and he completed the work, maintaining his great, upbeat attitude. He is very respectful and pleasant to work with. We have been customers of Thrasher for a number of years - they are reliable, accommodating, professional. They may cost a bit more, but we always feel secure that we are getting excellent service. You know exactly what you are getting and the cost. In addition you know who is coming to your house and their trucks even have their picture on it.

Another worker questioned some wiring that TE had done so I asked TE to re-visit. Joaquin showed me exactly what had been done and helped me understand that it was the proper way for the kitchen to be wired. I was sorry to have troubled him for the visit, but he was gracious and very helpful, and there was no charge. They will definitely be back to wire the rest of our renovation project!

Fast! And friendly
Katie - Alpharetta, GA
I called this morning to see if I could get a quote for service, expecting next week, Marie was totally friendly and sent Kevin out right away! My ceiling fan is up! I am cheap, so it was more than I expected, but from what I can tell, reasonable compared to others and worth the convenience of not having my ceiling fan fall off if I'd tried to do it myself.

What are you up to?
Just finished a home inspection. Everything looked good except the "double tapped" neutrals in the main breaker panel. This is a serious fire hazard due to the neutral wires not making a solid connection under their respective connection point. Loose neutrals causes arcing which, essentially, acts just like a welding machine and when any material is welded on long enough it will most certainly catch fire. Do you know if the neutrals in your electrical panel are connected properly? CALL TE !
