Investigate for potential leaks in the basement ceiling. Water was found in the basement ceiling but could not find or re-create any indication that the water found in the ceiling was a plumbing issue. Advised customer to monitor the area and contact the company if they do see water again. Also recommend a mitigation company to inspect for water damage that effected the areas water is was visible.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. We need to return to complete home care for the upstairs system completed main unit homecare and repairs. Also completed service mini split diagnosis forstudio above the garage.

Dug up and located damaged section of 1in soft copper water service. Removed damaged section and replaced with new 1in copper piping. Pressure tested and checked for leaks. No further issues at this time, however we advised homeowner that the line is buried very shallow and is not installed to current code requirements. If further damage or freeze breaks occur as a result TE would not be responsible.

Completed a re device is of the home. We supplied and install new receptacles, switches and plates only leaving the newer things while checking the terminations. The receptacles that are installed are a tamper resistant (child proof device). We supplied and installed Duel function breaker (shock and fire prevention) on key places in the home for safety which include bedrooms, playrooms, bathroom's the basement and other living spaces. I troubleshooted the open ground situation in the bathrooms and it is still present after the redevice. I used a toner to trace the wiring and it is effecting the bathroom receptacles, the garage and the devices in the front and back of the home. A new wire may need to be pulled in order to fully correct this issue. I have life safety breakers installed to provide as much protection as possible until the issue is fixed.

Completed home care inspection, and up and downstairs system Main system is 26 years old furnace with a crack heat exchanger With the low refrigerant charge for the AC and coil Highly recommended to upgrade to a new system due to all the work and repairs that need to be performed on the system

Dehumidifier install for kitchen system as well as three Apco uv lights.

Replace basket strainer, p trap, cut into cabinet backing to install proper transition, install sanitary tee and air admittance valve Reaplce hose Bibb next to garage. Provided customer with two options: one being a simple replacement using existing threads and the other being a full proper replacement cutting into wall behind hose Bibb to gain access and replace that way. Customer chose band aid option of simple replacement there no warranty if any issue with existing threads

During our visit, the leak on the cold side valve was resolved. Both hot and cold valves were replaced with quarter turn valves and hammer arrestors. This repair was tested for leaks after completion of the work.
