Customer needed replace shower cartridge. Water to home was off on arrival. Removed old cartridge and replaced with new.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the second and first floor systems are not working properly on cooling mode. After complete troubleshooting I found the doble pole bracker at main bracker panel at the Garage was tripped after reset the bracker system start working. I found the outdoor doble bracker disconnected box is broken from the top is made of plastic and is possible water get into the Service box and tripped the bracker. Recommend to upgrade complete doble Disconnect box. Recommend for second floor unit add wet switch to prevent water damage Reset indoor bracker and systems are up and running at this moment. Provide and install landscaping lighting

Performed 1 system diagnostic for main level unit. Found unit operational however unit had restricted metering device, failed condensation pump, clogged condensation tubing through finished basement, failed dual run cap, no water safeties, dirty condenser coil and dirty blower. Also found dirty filter causing unit blower motor to draw higher amps. Due to age of unit and being out of warranty would recommend replacement of system over repairs due to nature of failures. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Troubleshoot kitchen outlets

Customers 3 inch 90 was leaking in the basement catching the kitchen sink. Replaced 3 inch 90 and 2 inch PVC going through the floor to the kitchen sink. All work was tested and documented with pictures.

Installation of three surge protectors. Replaced all remaining outlets.

Customer has 19 y/o Lennox furnace matched with 9 y/o Lennox AC that operates for Pink room. System is not cooling due to damaged blower motor w/module. Blower wheel is also damaged. Possible electrical surge caused damage to blower motor and module. Customer also has 19 y/o Lennox furnace matched with 4 y/o Goodman AC that operates for Kayla room. System is not cooling due to outdoor not receiving power. Unable to find breaker for system. Unable to completely diagnose system for possible failure. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

After leak search opened up sheet rock in garage and found water dripping in about four different spots right below the tile shower. Inspecting around the shower found several areas that had been previously clear silicone to try to remedy leak customer still has leak in grout lines of the tile in the shower. All work was tested and documented with pictures.

Investigated source of leak in kitchen ceiling

Upon arrival, I spoke with the customer about an issue of not having power and half of the building. As a courtesy, I opened up the panel and tested all the breakers in the main lines on the breakers. I found that all the breakers were working properly and that the main lines on the panel were fine. I let the customer know that there would be a $150 diagnostic. The customer agreed and we proceeded. I started by testing multiple receptacles around the store and found the left side facing away from the panel not to be working but the right side working fine. After moving a few things I found a tripped GFCI receptacle that after resetting returned power to the rest of the building. I spent some time and evaluated the area and left the customer multiple estimates to what I think would best assess their power needs. Customer was experiencing a blockage in toilet. Ran closet auger in toilet, cleared blockage.

Customers showerhead had water dripping out of it. Replaced Delta cartridge in master bathroom upstairs. Quote for new PRV and another cartridge replacement in son’s bathroom. All work with testing and document with pictures.

Replaced expansion tank and properly strapped, replaced water heater ball valve to install behind expansion tank. Also replaced double union Wilkins prv. Pressure set to 65

Upon arrival I met and spoke with a customer about a need that they have to have a purchased bath fan installed as well as a light switch, which they had already purchased. I gave the customer an estimate that he agreed with for the install and we proceeded. I started by removing the old fan and expanding the sheet rock to hold the new housing. I then screwed the new housing bracket into the joists and due to not having the right adapter and ceiling tape, I went to purchase the necessary materials. After returning, I was able to put on the 6 to 4 adapter And seal the ducting with foil tape. after mounting up the housing for the unit, I installed the guts and went into the attic to put on the adapter piece for the retrofit. After fitting on the adapter piece that had the electrical and air I returned downstairs to finish assembly the unit. During install a GFCI had tripped, which I found in the bathroom mounted low on the wall. After resetting, I tested and found that there was a loose
