For this job, I completed a three system springtime inspection. I proceeded to check all the electrical components of the unit as well as thoroughly inspecting the evaporator coil. I cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water and vinegar. I proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all electrical components as well as get pressure readings. I explained all my findings as well as provided estimates. I completed a quoted repair which involved replacing a burnt disconnect whip from the outdoor condenser for the upstairs unit. Customer also wanted me to notate that for any future services she will only like for me to come out and service her systems.

Performed tune up maintenance, changed filter ,added clean out , cleared drain. Checked all electrical,ignition,and refrigeration components on the system. No wet switch in attic pan, and informed customer of homecare program with booklet.

Today we installed two Moen widespread faucets in the second-floor master bathroom, including new pop-up assemblies. We also supplied and installed four new water supply hoses. After installation, all connections were thoroughly inspected and tested for leaks. A water pressure reading was taken at the time of service and is currently holding at 55 PSI, which is within a normal operating range. Additionally, we provided the homeowner with an estimate to replace the existing 84-gallon electric water heater due to its age (10 years old). The unit is currently functioning properly with no active issues at this time; however, the estimate was provided as a proactive recommendation to help avoid unexpected failure in the near future.

Installed new front hose Bibb and vacuum breaker. Secured with anchors and sealed with clear silicone. Turned on water and tested for proper operations.
