Installed Tesla charger inside garage, also installed a Nuero kits for the Tesla charger. Installed 2 Siemens twin breakers to make space for the nuero kit breaker. Swapped the surge protector breaker with the dryer to make space for the charger breaker

I arrived to the customers home and he had an issue with a backups on his drain lines. A septic company confirmed it was a collapsed drain field line. He is scheduled for a septic repair. He did not want to go forward with the camera inspection, but I pulled and reset the toilet.

Install customer supplied Tesla wall connector for at home charging

Removed non-functioning garbage disposal and replaced it with a new unit that the customer provided during installation. I noticed that the face plate on the electrical outlet was missing. Customer actually had a face plate and provided me with it so I installed it as a courtesy thoroughly tested for leaks and functionality of the garbage disposal. Everything is good. Customer asked if I was able to change a filter underneath their sink. We later discovered that it was incorrect filter and I asked the customer if they would like to not have to change filters for the next 10 years and she loved the idea so we discussed options of where to put a halo whole house filtration system in the basement.

Furnace install

For this job, we worked on replacing the main electrical panel and we finished replacing the LED Trims.

Customer wanted 7 light fixtures to be replaced, as well as wanting the Ethernet ports to work. Six light fixtures were regular & one was a larger fixture located at 14’ foot ceiling. We performed a short inspection of the LV panel and came up with an estimate. This was to install a 8 port switch, redo the terminations for the CAT 5e cables, & add a jumper for the switch to the router. Wrote up an estimate for the customers needs and presented. Customer did not agree to the price of the larger light fixture & wanted to wait on the Ethernet. Customer agreed to the estimate to replace 6 fixtures. Install regular light fixtures in various upstairs and main floor bathrooms, the laundry room, & master bathroom toilet room. This included assembly, installation, and wiring of new fixtures. This also includes removal and disposal of old fixtures. Customer performed a walkthrough and was happy with the work. We then were paid.

Performed 1 system heating/cooling diagnostics on the upstairs system (2002 gas furnace). Findings: the furnace has a failed gas valve. The gas valve is receiving 24 volts but the gas valve is not operating. I also found that the thermostat wire from the furnace to the outdoor unit is broken and the condenser is not receiving 24 volts. I will email an estimate for a new gas valve on Monday afternoon. The homeowner has setup a time for an install supervisor to come out to give free estimate for a new HVAC system on Monday.

Customer had concerns regarding lukewarm water throughout the home. The existing water heater is approximately 5 years old and the system includes a recirculating pump and a thermostatic mixing valve located in the master bathroom. At the time of inspection, the homes water pressure was holding steady at 65 PSI. Today we replaced the recirculating pump, the thermostatic mixing valve, and both the upper and lower heating elements in the water heater. After installation, the system was pressurized, all connections were inspected for leaks, and the lines were fully purged. At this time, the system is operating properly and producing hot water.

For this job, we worked on repairing the dryer connection and started on replacing 6inch LED Trims.

Customers garbage disposal wasn’t getting any power. She said she dumped powder down the drain and the disposal stopped working after the diagnosing. I gave the option to reset the disposal and after resetting the disposal, I got it to work properly disposal was recently replaced two years ago and after testing the disposal has no leaking or backups present .

Installed outlet for powered bidet, replaced lights with ceiling fans, installed a Caseta switch in master bath, replaced broken switches across home.

Today we replaced the 50 gallon gas water heater after determining the unit had begun leaking internally. During the visit, we also check the home water pressure, which was holding steady at 55 psi at the time of inspection. In addition to the water heater replacement, we installed a Halo ion six water conditioning system, a new main water shut off for the home, and a new hose spigot shut off valve, as the original shut off were found to be heavily corroded. We also installed a new 2 gallon expansion tank and securely strapped into the structure for proper support. After installation, all waterlines were purged, pressurized, and thoroughly inspected, and no leaks were found. The system is operating properly at this time.
