Job Locations and Reviews
Emergency heat does not work. Circuit board is bad and will not send signal to turn on. Found bad capacitor on heat pump and compressor will not turn on. Liquid line is severely kinked and needs to be replaced. Zone motors do not open and close correctly and due to system having bypass removed also should have a discharge air temp sensor with proper zoning equipment in place to handle heating and cooling correctly. Found leak on schrader core on evaporator coils and tightened and added a brass cap. Filled 410a and also ran white wire to electric heat strips relay to have emergency heat running until board can be replaced. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.
For this job, Vlad and I installed two new 1410 AprilAire cabinets with filters, installed two Ecobee thermostats, and installed a dehumidifier package
Panel replacement and install whole home surge protector. Installed safety monitoring breakers on all 120 volt circuits. Everything tested and working properly.
Electrical inspection
Today we performed a plumbing inspection of unit 202 The toilets are residential style toilets and flush poorly, this will lead to constant clogs with high usage. It is my recommendation to install 2 new toilets. I have left 2 estimates for replacement of toilets. For best results we recommend installing the commercial pressure assisted option If toilets are not replaced, they will need to have round front seats installed per code. (The existing toilets are NOT ADA height) Water heater is a 6 gallon tank and runs out of water in 5 minutes or less We are unable to check the water pressure for this unit as there are no connection points to connect the test gauge, however, I assume it would be around 55 psi.

For this job I came back to complete a troubleshoot I started couple weeks ago and to install a fan remote sold previously

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.
Today, we came out to the home for a gas piping correction noted during the buyers home inspection. The inspector identified that the furnace located in the crawlspace did not have a required gas sediment trap installed today, we installed a proper gas settlement trap on the furnace gas line in the crawlspace to bring the installation up to standard and help protect the furnace gas valve from debris. While in the crawlspace, I did observe that the home pressure reducing valve is showing signs of corrosion and has a small active leak. This was brought to the homeowner’s attention and explained at the time of service. The homeowner chose to only move forward with the gas sediment trap today and will continue to monitor the pressure reducing valve and contact us if conditions worsen, or if she would like to address it in the future. During today’s visit, I also evaluate the home plumbing system. The home is equipped with a 50 gallon gas water heater that was installed approximately two
-run circuitry and install breaker for garage disposal -install smart breaker with gfci and afci protection -install box for outlet and switch
Installed outlets in closet and replaced one outlet in family room
Removed expansion tank, it was ruptured Provide and install new expansion tank with mounting bracket, it is mounted to the structure now.
Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater and installed new pressure reducing valve. Replace water shut off valve for water heater and main water line, installed new thermal expansion tank (strapped), water heater pan, exhaust pipe, gas flex line, and water leak alarm. No leaks. Temperature set to 120°.
Install new ceiling fan and garage lights
Replace the flapper and fill valve in customers upstairs guest bathroom during plumbing evaluation found the customer does not have a thermal expansion tank present. Also customers water pressure is at 113 psi advised customer that these two things are putting his plumbing at a high risk for failure, and that any work done today would not have a warranty due to the high-pressure issues. Customer elected to only go with the toilet rebuild and not address the pressure issues at this time.
Install screen in kitchen for POS system, troubleshoot exterior sign, and add a switched outlet

Luis gave a detailed quote and installed 3 toilets within a few hours. Both on the crew were respectful and cleaned up everything.

these guys are awesome!
We had heard of TE Certified on WSB radio and checked their reviews and needed 6 receptacle repairs completed so we scheduled an appointment for a diagnostic / quote. John, the TE certified electrician made contact and was available to arrive a little earlier than the initial window provided. Upon arrival we explained the 6 needed outlet repairs to a house built in 1996. As we walked the house and identified the locations he explained specific requirements related to each issue and how he would have to trouble shoot the issue. He did his review and provided the initial project quote. John then went about troubleshooting each location issue and as mentioned previously, the house was built in 1996, he identified additional issues that we previously thought may have been an issue but the switch or outlet appeared to be functioning correctly but in reality was in process of failing due to the methods used in 1996 backstabbing versus pigtailing or Shepard’s hook. This added to the scope of the project and cost but also removed any concern moving forward with a potential arc issue that could cause a fire. John was thorough in diagnosing each issue and provided updates as to when each location/fault was corrected. The job ended up taking about 5 hours but was finished completely. Upon completion he thoroughly cleaned up any wiring debris from each area he worked as well as vacuumed the carpeted areas around the different work zones. On the post repair walk thru he made sure he explained/ repeated the locations that had new GFCI outlets and what appliances would be affected if the outlet was tripped. This was important because the refrigerator was one such appliance and you don’t want to think your refrigerator is broken and call for a repair if it was simply the receptacle requiring reset. We would recommend John from TE Certified to address any electrical concerns you may have on your house.
