Install Two Ceilings Fans From Scratch In Upstairs Bedrooms, Panel Restoration
For this job, I worked on replacing water heater, went ahead checked for leaks and cleaned up area.
Customer is experiencing several issues They want a gas line in the basement rerun They want to look at options as far as rerunning the drains in the basement There is some scale buildup in the master shower There is a drip coming from a copper tee in the basement They smell a sewer gas coming from the laundry room when the toilet upstairs is run. and sometimes an odor from an upstairs bathroom Fix the leak coming from the copper tee in the basement Remove drywall in the laundry room and inspect the washing machine trap. Te is not responsible for replacing removed drywall. The smell is coming from only from the laundry room The trap assembly is completely up to code, there’s no crown venting or any siphonage of the trap, there is proper pitch from the laundry trap arm to the stack sanitary tee. There is 20 inches of space between the trap and the santee. Ran several tests and can’t find anything out of the ordinary other than smell. I recorded the water in the trap moving
On arrival customer had a section of 3” cast iron broken in the ceiling of the basement and giving customer options they decided to replace cast up to 10ft. With customer approval I cut dry to access the cast iron beside the wall. Once all Install I also installed customer supplied kitchen faucet. No other issues was found thanks for choosing TE certified.

Tech arrived to perform inspection on two systems in home. Both systems are roughly 11 years old and homeowner had no concerns at the moment. Inspected systems. Changed out 16x25x1 filters for customer in both systems. Flushed drain lines on both systems. Neither system has adequate flood protection. Cleaned flame sensors, cleaned inducer ports, cleaned furnace cabinets. Upstairs flue pipe which is single wall has a few cracks in it and should be replaced. Checked cooling. Outdoor units are operational and fair condition. Temperature split on both systems was within specs at this time for cooling. Units are in need of cleanings. Brought recommendations to homeowner. Homeowner signed up for HomeCare on two systems in home. Sent quotes to homeowner. Made note of flood protection. Thank you for letting TE CERTIFIED service your home.
Upon arrival customer stated that upstairs system was not cooling properly and working. Did full inspection of system, found that outdoor unit was giving an error code that system was in a high pressure lockout. Reset board and found that defrost board is not putting out 24volts to allow system to come on. Standing refrigerant pressures are very low. Contactor is very pitted and burnt, outdoor capacitor is bad. Checked indoor system, drain line has the proper flood protection but the drain pan does not. Evaporation coil is badly rusted and leaking refrigerant, there is a lot of oil in drain pan and rust is clogging primary drain line. Advised customer to of repairs needed for system, new evaporator coils, wet pan switch, defrost board, capacitor and contactor. Advised customer doing repairs for system are a risk because outdoor unit was in a lockout and without power from board have not been able to see the outdoor unit start and come on. Recommended speaking with our install superviso
Homeowner called us out due to constantly leaking and running shower. We replaced all 3 Gerber stems and seats, examined the valve body and cleaned the evident sediment, tested and checked for leaks.
Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the upstairs right bathroom. I tested the toilet and it drains slowly. Running water in shower and sink did not affect the toilet. I recommended clearing the toilet with a closet auger and customer agreed. Customer also has cast iron but does not want it looked at this time. I ran the closet auger down multiple times successfully clearing the toilet. I tested throughly with large amounts of toilet paper. Everything was draining fine.
The customer called us out to do a camera inspection on his main sewer line to check the integrity of it. Upon doing a camera inspection, I was able to trace the pathway in which the sewer line was run and was able to discover a separation in the piping, a crack in the piping, buildup of scale, and discuss the age and condition of his galvanized waterline. At this time, the customer just requested for the email to be sent over
I cut out and replaced 8 feet of drainage pipe for a kitchen sink and added a Studor vent. I thoroughly tested my work to ensure there were no leaks
Completed a through investigation on the electrical panel and the Washing Machine breaker. Checked voltage at the breaker and at the mashing machine outlet. Checked the outlet for any loose taps. Tightened all connections within the outlet and the panel. Found at the panel that the busbar holding the breaker for the washing machine was signs of arcing as well as the breaker. Found that certain breakers were not allowed in the panel. Informed customer about the panel and everything mentioned.

I then turned the water back onto the house and primed, everything out of the front yard hose bib and inform the customer that there is also a leak coming from the pipe for the front yard hose bib. That can be shut off at the emergency shutoff.Valve inside of the home. Afterwards, we cut a roughly one foot by two foot hole in the ceiling of the basement.Living room to expose the piping for the old backyard hose bib. Removed and installed a new one with new emergency shutoff. Antonio knows what he is doing.
Nice work, very personable.
Michael and Darian did a great job! I appreciate their professionalism, skill, and communication.
Erik was great, very professional and knowledgeable. Worked fast too The $189 for the toilet auger was high
Jonah did not seem confident in any communication. Was on the phone and checking the how-to manual. Other guy with him looked at the giant furnace and asked if it was a heat pump. They were pleasant and professional, but didn’t give “we’ve got this under control” vibes. Price for diagnostic was fine. Repair quote seems high.
We are so sorry to hear expectations were not met. Please reach out to us at 770-291-5566 so that we can work towards a remedy.

Replacing a 50 year old electrical panel is not fun, but the job was completed with as few dings as possible. The work was well done, and the mess cleaned up.

Chase, the electrical technician, was very professional and apprised me of several options to fix a complicated electrical configuration caused by a general contractor I had hired. He got everything up and running again, including a new fan and recessed lighting that had not been working. Highly recommend this company.
Out of nowhere, a bathroom outlet started hissing and grinding. We got scared. I Googled “electrician Dunwoody” and started calling places. The first outfit I called said they could send someone- in three days! Next I called TE Certified. The answering agent said our outlet issue was urgent and she put us on the top of the list for same-day service. Within three hours, Jesus arrived. He called first, when he was a half-hour away. He arrived when he said he would and couldn’t have been nicer. He tested things and explained everything. He gave us options for fixes, and then he fixed us up. Very grateful to TE and Jesus, and the woman who answered my call!
