Install surge protection to both the main panel and sub panel, install 2 gfci outlets in kitchen
Performed two system Homecare Daikin upstairs system pressures and delta T were spot on. Electrical components met manufacture specs. Cleared drain line and homeowner purchased an AprilAire 213. Goodman unit was low on refrigerant. 70 SH found leak on suction valve on outdoor unit. Tightened the valve core. Tested and it didn’t have a leak anymore. Added refrigerant until Subcool was 8. Superheat was 23. Had to go to the indoor unit and adjust the metering device to 12-14 superheat. System is now cooling. Swapped out filter and cleared drain line. System is working at departure.
For this job, I worked on quoting service protection to main panel and sub panel along with replacing GFCI outlet in kitchen

Doug at TE was great. He took the time to explain all the issues and promptly did the work to ensure our satisfaction. I feel much better knowing all the safety issues were addressed by a professional. I would recommend TE to anyone looking for high quality electrical service.
Homeowner has a pinhole leak on a 3/4” copper water line in his basement. I also found the water pressure to be about 105 PSI. Cut out and removed approximately 1’ of failed 3/4” type M copper. Installed approximately 1’ of new 3/4” type L copper. Cut out and removed existing multi turn main shutoff valve and removed failed pressure regulator. Installed new 3/4” quarter turn shutoff valve. Installed approximately 8” of new 3/4” type L copper into a tee. Installed approximately 6” of new 3/4” type L copper. Installed new 3/4” Watts 25AUB pressure regulator valve. Connected onto existing plumbing system. Tied onto existing hose spigot before pressure regulator. Homeowner has an irrigation line break in the backyard, left homeowner with a price to fix damaged piping. Water pressure is 60 PSI
For this job I came out and replaced a moen shower cartridge that would not turn off. After performing thorough evaluation of the plumbing system I noticed a previous leak on the expansion tank , I let the customer know that they can have an active leak soon to keep an eye on it. Customer has decided to hold off on replacement for the time being.
I came out to consult about adding a new line for a EV charger and for a welder. Unfortunately, your max amperage on your panel is 150 and you are using 167. Your panel needs to be upgraded before you can add any other circuits and once we add the EV charger you will actually need more than 200 A. If Georgia power will allow it I would recommend a 400 amp service. Since you are not ready to move forward at this time, I did go ahead and give your panel some maintenance, including changing out the breakers for your AC units since they were the incorrect size, separating the neutrals out so that they were not double tapped under screws for both the panel and the subpanel, tighten down all the connections in the panel, which there were several loose ones, which may have been causing power flickers for you. I also fix the wiring on the doorbell, which did not have the ground in the neutral attached and put a new blank in the panel for the open space. If you do not upgrade your service,
Homecare completed ** changed filter as needed for Lennox communication system ** Indoor air quality devices are operating as they should currently ** APCo x and iWave ** no reported issues ..unit is cooling at this time **
Restoring panel
Manually Start the generator. Then Test the generator in automatic mode to simulate a power outage. Test for proper voltage while Generator is running.
I troubleshot power loss in various bathrooms and discovered an old, tripped GFI. Recommended various replacement options but the customer ultimately just wanted it reset at this time.
Sparking outlet in kitchen Upon inspection of the outlet causing a problem and sparking, I found that a neutral wire popped right out when I took the device out. The connections were back stabbed, and not even fully tightened. This option is to redevice the home and safeguard from future incidents, as this has happened at least one or 2 other locations as well.
We install full system new drain new condensate pump new plenums new filter and ductwork
Customer was having loud noises whenever turned on the irrigation system, come to find out it was a bad PRV, replaced it and also replaced the expansion tank that was full of water and not supported to anything, put the proper bracket to hold it to a wall. All work tested no issues water pressure was left at 60 psi!
Replaced corroded gas cap that is acting as a sediment trap below where the hvac line is tied into. Inspector thought it was an underground gas line but it was not. Tested for leaks and everything is functioning properly. Tightened the toilet bolts down for the powder room toilet as a courtesy and tankless vents are ran properly, if the new homeowner chooses to do so they can spray foam around the ceiling penetrations for peace of mind but there is no backdrafting happening.
Troubleshoot
Replaced 12 Delta hot and cold cartridges, seats and springs throughout the home. Cleared all handles, escutcheons, and valve body of debris and deposits. Applied plumbers grease to all moving parts, then tested for proper operation with no issues.
Customer had a leak coming from the ceiling on master bedroom,
On today’s visit Robert has an issue with the stop valve that is not working properly to turn water off and is trying to get a new dishwasher installed but can’t because of the stop valve. I recommend to replace since it is the original to the home rather fixing it. Today, I replace failed stop water valve for dishwasher so the company who will install the new dishwasher can get the old dishwasher out and install new one while they can properly turn water on and off Also will have a new hose connection for the new dishwasher to be connected to. Mentioned about garbage disposal and drain lines are not connected correctly. Noticed water heater was manufactured in 2004. Highly recommend replacing it before it starts to become an issue. Left estimates to
Performed home care on two systems. Checked all electrical and amperage. Flushed and treated drain lines. Cleaned the flame sensor. Changed filter 16×20×1. Customer will change April air 213 filter. Checked evaporator coils and blower wheels. Checked outdoor units. Checked capacitors, contactors and pressures. Main floor/second floor no in-line safety no wet switch. Blower wheel dirty. Short on return CFM. Supply Plenum poor condition. Outdoor dual capacitor failing. Dirty condenser coil. Second floor/master no in-line safety no wet switch. Dirty blower wheel.
Returned to complete work as per estimate. Turned water off to the home and drained down system. Fabricated connections for new StreamLabs Auto Shutoff Control. Plumbed into place (after pressure reducing valve) and installed subsequent ball valve as an additional courtesy for ease of service. While working, discovered failed expansion tank and brought to homeowner’s attention. She approved a replacement, and also requested a toilet rebuild on a Kohler Cimmaron. Installed new Tankless mini-expansion tank on cold inlet line to unit. Disconnected toilet tank and removed old fill valve and flush valve. Removed old supply line from stop. Replaced internal components with new, manufacturer flush valve assembly, and a new brass shank fill valve. Turned water back on to the home once all work was completed. Spent ample time flushing air out of system before turning tankless water heater back on and powering on the StreamLabs Control. Confirmed that there are no leaks on any work p
Performed HC on Rheem AC located in basement which services whole house. Found coil needing maintenance/cleaning. Customer moved forward with cleaning. Cleaned coil. Confirmed operation. System is cooling at this time.
I think I just found my go-to plumber. I managed to turn a simple attempt at cleaning my bathroom p-trap into breaking the sink drain, and Andrew Fitch came in and saved me from my own do-it-myself fail. Andrew replaced my old p-trap, installed a new faucet and drain, and even discovered that there was no water shut-off valve for the sink, which he also took care of. What I really appreciated was not just that he fixed everything, but how calmly, quickly, and thoroughly he did it. Andrew worked cleanly, was considerate in my home, and never made me feel ridiculous for asking a million questions and going off on side tangents, which I did, at least twice. Andrew was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. I was extremely grateful for his help, and after this experience, he is absolutely the plumber I’ll be calling from now on (sorry, Andrew).
Marco Hernández was prompt, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. He was clear in communicating the problem and the proposed solution. Marco was efficient on the job. We have complete trust in his work. He is an excellent representative for your company !
Very prompt. professional, knowledgeable and personable service.
Home Surge Protection - Excellent Service
Excellent Service
Luis L. did truly exceptional work for us. He installed a new LED can light, an outlet/switch combo device, and a safety breaker, and every part of the experience was excellent. He was kind, professional, respectful, and took the time to explain our options clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His workmanship was outstanding, and he worked so quietly and carefully that it was genuinely a pleasure having him in our home. What impressed me most, beyond the quality of the electrical work itself, was how incredibly thorough he was with cleanup. He left the area cleaner than any technician from any company I have ever had in my home. Luis is exactly the kind of tradesperson you hope for, skilled, thoughtful, respectful, and meticulous. I would absolutely ask for him again and welcome him back for future work without hesitation. 20/10
Very prompt service and clear communication. Our new water heater was installed within 24 hours of my call. Genis was very professional and a pleasure to work with! I will definitely use TE Certified again.
Mike Young did a great job with our HVAC units and new thermostat installations. Highly recommend,
Great service & expertise
The technician was at my home within 3 hours of calling. Less than 2 hours later we had cool air once again.
Good job
The Techs were here on time, very nice and did a very good job.
T. E electrical staff and technicians were always polite, professional and timely. Communication and product recommendations given by Cole allowed a flawless installation. Amando was very talented and skilled in the wiring and installation.
Needed an additional sub panel so my generator hook up would work, ahead of the ice storm. All done in one day! Fantastic work as always.
Professional and really knowledgeable!
James was excellent!
Jordan was a very good communicator and very diligent about acquiring and installing a new water heater for us same day so that we didn’t have to go more than a day without hot water! He was very knowledgeable and extremely courteous.
Knowledgeable and professional plumber!
Michael was very knowledgeable and did a great job hanging our chandelier. Alex responded very quickly to my request and was very helpful
Antonio knows what he is doing.
Nice work, very personable.
Michael and Darian did a great job! I appreciate their professionalism, skill, and communication.
Erik was great, very professional and knowledgeable. Worked fast too The $189 for the toilet auger was high
Jonah did not seem confident in any communication. Was on the phone and checking the how-to manual. Other guy with him looked at the giant furnace and asked if it was a heat pump. They were pleasant and professional, but didn’t give “we’ve got this under control” vibes. Price for diagnostic was fine. Repair quote seems high.
We are so sorry to hear expectations were not met. Please reach out to us at 770-291-5566 so that we can work towards a remedy.
