Arrived to inspect thermostat coming on and going off. Inspected entire air handler cabinet, checked filter , cleared drain and found no water being produced from the unit. Found a small drip puddle coming from the roof into the pan right where the wet switch is located. Moved wet switch and system is working properly. Customer says he will reach out to the roofing company. Heavy storms and rain the customer said maybe some shingles came up. The roof is 1 foot away from horizontal air handler and pan below.
I came out to perform a home safety inspection, as well as to check out some items of interest. During the home inspection, I did find several outlets that did not work in the bathrooms, which are included on the invoice since those wires were cut where an outlet had been removed by the contractors. During the home safety inspection I found the following items: you do not have smoke detectors in each bedroom, your smoke detectors in the hallways are very old and should be replaced with new carbon/smoke detectors. The flex on your furnace does not cover the entire wire. There’s about 4 inches of wire that is exposed so that should be replaced. Overall, your house is an excellent shape. You do have surge protectors on each panel and GFCI protection in most locations. The only location you still need it in the kitchen counter in the basement. For the items that you wanted to have looked at, I was able to wire your cooktop into the junction box and remove the outlet that was attached to

The scope of today’s work included: removing a section of drywall in the kitchen area for access to and installation of a new frost free hose bib, drilling through the wall plate and sub-flooring to install and connect the water supply to the hose bib, installing a copper pro-press tee on the nearest cold water supply line and securing the new pipe to the floor joists, turning the water to the home back on and checking all new connections for leaks, securing the new hose bib to the outside wall, caulking around the hose bib, installing a vacuum breaker and testing for proper operation.; Client is aware that in order for the new hose bib to work properly, when trying to prevent freezing pipe, the hose needs to be unscrewed from the hose bib.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
System was not cooling because of capacitor that runs the compressor side was bad. Replaced capacitor and tested amp draws and found nothing but age of capacitor to be the fault. Upon arrival, Jim notified me that the coach light that’s in the front yard was damaged. While the roofing company was out, they accidentally threw something off and hit the original light which has knocked it off of the post and damaged it to the point that it cannot be repaired. We are going to give them an option to have the light replaced. They will be purchasing the light and providing the light. This estimate is for the labor to install new light fixture at front yard location. As a courtesy installed customer supplied dimmer switch in dining room and replaced 2 light bulbs in basement bedroom.

Following up from our previous visit, we removed and installed a new PVC toilet flange for the primary upstairs bathroom toilet. The existing flange was damaged and had previously been repaired by another contractor. The toilet was sitting approximately ½” above the floor, with silicone and cardboard used underneath as a temporary solution. We cut out the damaged flange and performed the necessary repairs to properly install and secure a new flange. Due to the tile opening being offset, the flange appears slightly off-center; however, it was properly secured and glued in place. The toilet was reset, and we performed multiple flush tests to confirm proper operation. In the downstairs powder room, we attempted a flange repair due to one side being broken, which prevented the toilet from being securely fastened. Upon resetting the toilet, we found a similar issue with a ½” gap between the toilet and the floor. We removed the toilet and replaced the wax seal (switching from a horned seal
For this job, we did a full system install, new boot cut in, new supply flex, UV light, Media cabinet, and drain line re route. Drain lines are not correct, 3 systems are draining into 1 pump. I think I just found my go-to plumber. I managed to turn a simple attempt at cleaning my bathroom p-trap into breaking the sink drain, and Andrew Fitch came in and saved me from my own do-it-myself fail. Andrew replaced my old p-trap, installed a new faucet and drain, and even discovered that there was no water shut-off valve for the sink, which he also took care of. What I really appreciated was not just that he fixed everything, but how calmly, quickly, and thoroughly he did it. Andrew worked cleanly, was considerate in my home, and never made me feel ridiculous for asking a million questions and going off on side tangents, which I did, at least twice. Andrew was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. I was extremely grateful for his help, and after this experience, he is absolutely the plumber I’ll be calling from now on (sorry, Andrew).
Marco Hernández was prompt, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. He was clear in communicating the problem and the proposed solution. Marco was efficient on the job. We have complete trust in his work. He is an excellent representative for your company !
Very prompt. professional, knowledgeable and personable service.

Excellent Service
Luis L. did truly exceptional work for us. He installed a new LED can light, an outlet/switch combo device, and a safety breaker, and every part of the experience was excellent. He was kind, professional, respectful, and took the time to explain our options clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His workmanship was outstanding, and he worked so quietly and carefully that it was genuinely a pleasure having him in our home. What impressed me most, beyond the quality of the electrical work itself, was how incredibly thorough he was with cleanup. He left the area cleaner than any technician from any company I have ever had in my home. Luis is exactly the kind of tradesperson you hope for, skilled, thoughtful, respectful, and meticulous. I would absolutely ask for him again and welcome him back for future work without hesitation. 20/10
