For this job we installed three customer supplied lights fixtures in the main hallway of the home. Also left estimates to install whole home surge protection in the main panel.

Installed American Standard flush valve and supply line. Replaced tank to bowl kit.

Installed Navien tankless unit with Ion 6 water conditioner. Ran fresh air and exhaust outdoors along with new line for condensate pump. Installed crossover tee for recirculation in master bathroom. Added new gas line with two separate isolation valves for unit and will do a high volume meter upgrade as well. Removed old water heater and ran new water lines over to new unit. Everything is working properly and warranties have been registered for both the tankless and the Halo Ion. Also replaced pressure reducing valve and main shutoff to home and pressure is set to 65 psi.

I install a dedicated circuit for outside outlet/garage outlet, we also install a whole home surge protector in main electrical panel and a USB outlet in living room.

Arrived on site and customer showed me to the kitchen where he said the garbage disposal was humming, and the drain was backed up. I went ahead and gave him the option to reset and replace the disposal. Ultimately customer decided to keep the existing garbage disposal and was satisfied with just clearing and resetting the existing garbage disposal.

Only System - Not cooling 2020 Lennox AC not cooling due to a tripped safety switch in the pan. The drain line was backed up and had leaked into the pan. I presented a couple options and the homeowner with option B. I cleaned the drain line, evacuated the water, and tested the equipment. For this job I checked a leaking faucet handle. I wasn’t able to take handle off due to screw being stripped. Home owner will plan to replace faucet once she finds faucet of her choice.

Replace (7) existing nest smoke detectors with new BRK smart Nest/Google home integrated detectors. Assisted customer with setup on first alert app and linked account to customer’s Google home app.

Upon arrival I was pointed to a garbage disposal in the kitchen that was jammed. I attempted to unjam the disposal, but could not get the disposal to unjam. Recommended replacement based upon age and condition of the garbage disposal. Customer chose the badger 5 1/2 hp. option. Upon approval, I replaced the garbage disposal and made the necessary upgrades to the electrical connection to bring the garbage disposal connection to code. Tested everything for proper function and checked for leaks, no further issues at this time.

Replaced AC disconnect due to print breaker and bus bar. Replaced the whips as well because the previous installer used romex instead of thhn

For this job, I did a warranty troubleshoot for a GFI we installed findings light switch for backyard was contacting with metal box, redid the connections and taped up device. provided options to re-device, add surge protection. Everything was tested and is working properly.

Pull a permit for Dekalb Have the power company drop power to the home Install a new 200 meter main disconnect on the right side of the home. We will install conduit up the side of the home with a new weather head and a new feeder to the new QO main panel with breakers. We will need to also install a new carbon-smoke system to the home, a complete grounding system and install GFCI protection per 210.8 requirements of locations. Supply and install surge protection for the main panel, sub-panel and pool pump. Remove the SEU cable feeding the sub-panel and install a new SER feeder cable that will incorporate an equipment grounding conductor. We will then isolate the grounds and neutrals in the sub-panel by adding a ground bar and replace the illegal 15 amp Homeline breaker to a Siemens type. Install a junction box in the basement near the furnace and install a protective whip with a new switch and plate.
