New furnace installed for upstairs with: New drain pan Flue mods Duct wrapping (basic) New filter rack and filter
Installed customer supplied shower valve in downstairs hall bathroom
For this job, the customer had us complete a car charger outlet eight years ago and has recently been getting heat error codes on her Tesla car. I inspected the work we completed and everything looked in order. The voltage is correct and the connections are tight. I gave the customer options to replace the outlet and breaker or to install a hard wired wall connector.
Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater, repiped hot and cold lines above unit, new check valves, expansion tank, drain pan, and isolation valves. Installed a new Grundfos recirculation pump (Comfort series 10-16 T BU/LC Autoadapt). New gas line stub out with shutoff and whip. Everything is working properly and I insulated water lines after testing.
Nice work, very personable.
Troubleshooting gas leak (hvac) x4
TE certified will cut out and replace approximately 20 feet of drain line located in the basement ceiling from the bedroom up to the bathroom. In the process of gaining access to the piping ceiling tiles and light fixtures and sheet rock may need to be removed and will probably be damaged in the process. TE certified will not be responsible for any repairs. The drain piping replaced will come with a lifetime workmanship warranty.
Replace defective charger and install new outdoor outlet
Today I performed a troubleshoot on an issue with outlets in the pantry. My findings are detailed in the invoice. I also noticed multiple unlisted breakers present in the panel, all of which I replaced. I also had to splice together multiple circuits as the panel has no remaining spaces. I also noticed the neutral bonding screw present in the main panel, which is not the first point of disconnect, so I removed it. I installed a new 15 amp dual function breaker for the pantry outlets, and I replaced 4 outlets in the pantry. I also installed a whole home surge protector in the main disconnect outside.
For this job, I worked on running a new 20 amp dedicated circuit to the back side of the home underneath the porch on the first floor. outlet is being used for a new 120 V Jacuzzi that pulls 15 A. Tested all voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly. Left a safety recommendation with homeowner for his sub panel.
Toilet in the master bath is not flushing properly. I cleared the blockage and the toilet is flushing properly. The hose bib on the front of the home is steadily dripping. Replaced the gasket and applied a vacuum breaker. Tested with no leaks.

Came in today because system was not working properly. Customer mention that we were here, not too long ago and replace all the main components in the system. System is only one year old. Customer also mention that there was a power outage a couple days ago. When testing system there was power but it was showing am error, when resetting the system furnace came back to normal and heat started working properly. This prior error was caused by a power outage. Costumer also signed for home care maintenance to make sure everything is working as it should. Proceed Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat. System is working properly at this time. Thank you for choosing TE Certified!
Came on 11/11/25 for a no heat on upstairs system After diagnostic found out that the gas valve is bad, no wet safety switch, bad capacitor, trace of cracks on heat exchanger. Gave option to address the above issues.
We replaced two can light in kitchen with wafer lights. These lights are dimmable and were installed in the existing locations of the previous can lights. We reinstalled new devices in the customer’s garage. Customer now has new GFCI device near the electrical panel and new outlets and switches throughout the garage. We installed a second EV charger for the customer and did so without creating any damage to the drywall. The EV charger is commissioned and ready for use. All work completed has been tested and functions as intended.
Installed new circuit for Tesla wall connector and two surge protectors.
Customer called us out for mainline blockage that was affecting 2 bathroom groups on left side of home. Pulled toilet in the master bathroom and ran cable to clear obstruction. Camera inspection is scheduled for tomorrow 11-2 to provide permanent solution.

Replaced aged sewage ejection pump with new liberty 1/2 hp pump and new lit with gaskets and bolts. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.
Microwave breaker was reading no voltage when in the on position so I removed it off the defective breaker onto a breaker that is working and the microwave circuit came on. I Replaced (4) breakers in main panel, after replacing breakers I verified that each circuit is reading proper voltage. Unfortunately microwave has a short in it and needs to be looked at by an appliance technician. I unplugged the microwave and plugged in a charger with a battery and I let it run for 5 min and did not have any issues but once I plugged the microwave in and started it the breaker would trip. No issues with oven when starting it and letting it run.
Troubleshoot can lights having issues above the breakfast table. The switch for the basement stairs has gone bad. It will need to be replaced The current setup for the furnace is not up to code and safety standards. It is currently ran off of the other furnace and zip tied on the gas line to the junction box. We will install a dedicated circuit, new breaker and make sure the circuit is properly wired to code and safety standards.

Michael and Darian did a great job! I appreciate their professionalism, skill, and communication.
Arrived at the customer’s home to perform a one-time inspection on both HVAC systems in the home (upstairs and downstairs). Tested heating and cooling from the thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked the 1” air filters. Reported findings to the customer.
Erik was great, very professional and knowledgeable. Worked fast too The $189 for the toilet auger was high
Jonah did not seem confident in any communication. Was on the phone and checking the how-to manual. Other guy with him looked at the giant furnace and asked if it was a heat pump. They were pleasant and professional, but didn’t give “we’ve got this under control” vibes. Price for diagnostic was fine. Repair quote seems high.
We are so sorry to hear expectations were not met. Please reach out to us at 770-291-5566 so that we can work towards a remedy.
Cory is Excellent!

Being fair, TE overcame supplier failures and did a good job.
Professional detailed estimate is what earned the job. Work completed per estimate and was very neat and clean.
Replacing a 50 year old electrical panel is not fun, but the job was completed with as few dings as possible. The work was well done, and the mess cleaned up.

Great work
Chase, the electrical technician, was very professional and apprised me of several options to fix a complicated electrical configuration caused by a general contractor I had hired. He got everything up and running again, including a new fan and recessed lighting that had not been working. Highly recommend this company.
Out of nowhere, a bathroom outlet started hissing and grinding. We got scared. I Googled “electrician Dunwoody” and started calling places. The first outfit I called said they could send someone- in three days! Next I called TE Certified. The answering agent said our outlet issue was urgent and she put us on the top of the list for same-day service. Within three hours, Jesus arrived. He called first, when he was a half-hour away. He arrived when he said he would and couldn’t have been nicer. He tested things and explained everything. He gave us options for fixes, and then he fixed us up. Very grateful to TE and Jesus, and the woman who answered my call!
