Customer got a new microwave. The old outlet was behind the microwave and she needed a new one installed in the cabinet above. I had no other choice but to leave a junction box behind the microwave and run a wire from there up to the cabinet. There is notation on the back of the microwave outlet post stating where the junction box is. The junction box will be hidden behind the new microwave. I dual functioned the circuit. I also replaced 2 GFCIs in the kitchen. Everything is working properly.

Doorbell.

On this job, we installed a customer supplied Tesla charger. Customer ran the wire from main panel to garage wall. Charger was derated to 40 amps due to customer running 6-3 wire. Customer may want to switch to NEMA 14-50 so the neutral wire is available for the outlet, just need to switch to a GFCI protected breaker.

Performed a two system inspection today. I checked all the electrical components on outdoor indoor systems, clean flame sensors, cleaned, inducer ports, inspected flue pipe conditions. I got great temp rise and amp readings. The Lennox furnace filter needs to be changed, outdoor condenser coil needs to be clean and system has minimum flood protection. I recommend installing a wet switch. The basement system breaker is under side. It is on a 25 amp breaker which needs to be on a 50 amp breaker. This system also has minimum flow protection and needs to have a wet switch installed. I quoted repairs and emailed estimates to customer.

No heat. Upon arrival found condensate pump constantly running and not shutting off causing system to stop running due to safety feature. Quoted repairs, customer opted in to have drain repaired. Cut out vinyl tubing and attached it to barbed fitting in crawlspace in order to run 3/4 pvc pipe outside and prevent freezing. Insulated drain to ensure issue does not happen again. System back up and running as it should no other issue present.

New attachment point and replace weather head

Today Kyoko and Mike has us out here for a stain in the ceiling that they noticed a couple of days ago and don’t know where the stain marks are coming from. I advised that I would had to cut open the ceiling and identify what is there that could be the source. I opened up the ceiling and found that it was the freestanding tub that’s in the primary bathroom that is leaking from the drain that is in between the subfloor. In order to gain access to get to where it’s leaking would require an additional hand to remove the freestanding tub for better access to the drains and replace the seals that have gone bad. I advised to not use the tub for the remainder time until it gets fixed. Kyoko and Mike Did mention that they were planning on remodeling the bathroom sometime in the future so they will have to discuss together if they want to get the tub fixed or wait until the bathroom is remodeled. Replace ballast in light fixture of kitchen

Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: lights and outlets not working LOCATION: master bath, living room, tankless hot water heater outlet FINDINGS: customer experienced a flood in the crawl space. The home remediation company ran extension cords to crawl space to power large fans and two dehumidifiers. All fans were working, but both dehumidifiers were not. They seem to have overloaded the circuits and tripped the breakers. Upon resetting the breakers, power was restored to all areas RESOLUTION: reset breakers and informed customer that the dehumidifiers had tripped the breakers. I also informed the customer about his challenger panel and left an estimate to replace it.

For this job I installed 2 customer supplied bidets, one in master bath and another in hall bathroom. I also replaced a stop valve In hall bath to make bidets work on hall bath. I added a tee for bidet to have hot water. I also helped home owner find cut off valve behind sheet rock in basement. I tested and left work area clean.

Customer had lime scale buildup that was collecting in the shower. Customer said it backed up like once every quarter during the year after running my cable I saw there was a ton of limb scale so I have to move in as much lime scale as possible and running my snake down the line I pulled out hair as well, but the main issue is the lime scaling but after testing the drain was working perfectly,

Replace ch dual function faulty breakers

Replace toilet with customer supplied toilet. Caulk around base of toilet that takes 24 hr cure time. Checked for leaks and showed customer the toilet that was installed. She is happy with the work and we are all set.

Performed customer 2 system fall (HEAT) home are maintenance check Both systems have two zones. Customer called us out today in regards to the 3rd and 1st floor not heating properly. Stated that these floors seemed to never get to the temperature he set them for. Did full evaluation for system, changed (20x20x4) media filter. Changed zone board to have emergency heat activate off a timer from zone board due to not coming on from thermostat. This did help increase the heating temperature for this system. Blower wheel is dirty, blower motor capacitor tested good, evaporator coil was clean inside system was clean. Condensation pump was working properly. System did not have the proper flood protection and there is no flood protector the primary drain line. Checked outdoor unit, defrost board is working correctly, tested defrost mode and system went into defrost with no issues. Arrived for home care and the customer said he had a weird smell coming from crawl space to main floor . Completed homecare and checked all electrical and ignition components on both systems in heat mode. Checked all electrical and refrigeration components in Ac mode for both units. Found crawl space main unit low on refrigeration. Found biological growth all over the evap coil and inside the evap coil for crawlspace unit. Found supply plenum for crawlspace area with biological growth. Recommend a complete AC system and supply plenum replacement for crawlspace area unit. Reliable heating and air only changed the furnace units . Customer has only lived in the home since July 25.

Homecare Inspection 2 systems. Checked electrical connections, checked coils, checked IAQ, checked safeties, replaced customer supplied filters, cleaned flame sensors, checked blower wheels and cabins, checked temp rise, flushed drains, tested condensate pump, tested thermostat operations. Found bad contactor, bad thermostat and no drain switch for main floor system. Ac running all the time due to stuck contactor and bad thermostat sending false signal for cooling. Quoted repairs, replaced thermostat and contactor per customer request. Tested all system operations after repair everything working as it should at this time, ac only runs when needed.

Today Jane has called us out here because she had water spilling out from inside of the crawlspace over the weekend and would like for us to take a look of where the leak is happening. I entered into the crawlspace to inspect the plumbing and found that the in-line water filter that is plumbed in to the home had a crack on the canister. This was likely due to high-pressure that caused the crack to the canister that is made out of plastic and can only handle a pressure of no more than 80psi. I removed the filter and reconnected the piping together to turn the water back on and check the pressure. I found that it was sitting at 80 psi but a pressure spike could’ve caused it to go higher sometimes pressure spikes happen often during the nighttime when no one in the community is using water and builds up. Customer is experiencing several issues They want a gas line in the basement rerun They want to look at options as far as rerunning the drains in the basement There is some scale buildup in the master shower There is a drip coming from a copper tee in the basement They smell a sewer gas coming from the laundry room when the toilet upstairs is run. and sometimes an odor from an upstairs bathroom Fix the leak coming from the copper tee in the basement Remove drywall in the laundry room and inspect the washing machine trap. Te is not responsible for replacing removed drywall. The smell is coming from only from the laundry room The trap assembly is completely up to code, there’s no crown venting or any siphonage of the trap, there is proper pitch from the laundry trap arm to the stack sanitary tee. There is 20 inches of space between the trap and the santee. Ran several tests and can’t find anything out of the ordinary other than smell. I recorded the water in the trap moving

On arrival customer had a section of 3” cast iron broken in the ceiling of the basement and giving customer options they decided to replace cast up to 10ft. With customer approval I cut dry to access the cast iron beside the wall. Once all Install I also installed customer supplied kitchen faucet. Called out for a potential slow drain snd a locked disposal. Reset and unjammed disposal and tested drain line line is open and flowing at this time
