I performed a home care inspection. Everything was working properly except the upstairs hall bathroom toilet was leaking from the tank bolts. I advised the customer I’d this issue and decided to replace the toilet and shut off valve. I tested everything thoroughly and ensured there were no leaks

Performed customer 1 system fall (heat) homecare maintenance check Gas furnace is 15 years old, ac and coil is 15 years old Changed (20x25x4) media filter Did full evaluation of system. Blower wheel is very dirty, inside furnace is dirty due to dirt and rodent droppings and no top of the furnace is very dirty due to same issue. The secondary heat exchanger behind the blower compartment in very dirty and will lead to furnace overheating activating the high limit switch. Inducer draft motor is failing, windings are very loud on start up and shut down. Cleaned flame sensor and pressure switch tube port. Burners are very rusted. Heat exchange is compromised. Heat exchanger is in bad shape there is a lot of rusting on tubes, and inside the heat exchanger tubing. When system lights unit is having a rollout due to poor heat exchanger. Advised customer of issues with furnace. The duct work is not insulated all the way to the boots causing unit to sweat and will start damaging customers floors.

Call out for two toilet back ups, pulled the first toilet ran the cable through the line cleared. It was tissue pulled the second toilet didn’t need to auger it removed toy from line tested thoroughly line is open and flowing at this time

Customer had gurgling in the sink for the kitchen. I ran my Hydro Jetter down the line to blast the grease that was in there. Didn’t have any blowback at all. It was one spot that I was stuck at, but then I was able to blast through after testing. The sink is draining perfectly around the water downstairs as well to make sure it didn’t move down to be locked up I couldn’t run the Hydro Jetter downstairs didn’t have a way to get a water source , water hose was not long enough to reach and it was nothing but a hot water heater nearby. The closest sink had to be 60 feet so didn’t have any access to get water from a stop from a sink. Camera is coming out tomorrow to run the camera down to clean out downstairs and if it is any remaining grease, we will come back and blow out the rest. Also, when I was hooking the water back up for the sink, the cold water stopped valve didn’t open back up so now I’m in the kitchen sink and only have hot water and no cold water. I’m scheduling for a service

Homecare visit for house with a 2022 and a 2025 Rheem system. Homeowner paid for AprilAire 413 filter for upstairs unit and AprilAire 213 filter for main floor unit.

Installed new 3/4 HP insinkerator garbage disposal in kitchen. Removed old leaking unit and replaced mounting bracket. Mounted new disposal and reconnected ptrap and dishwasher discharge line. Tested for leaks and verified proper function.

Supplied and Installed new Delta single handle shower valve in upstairs daughter’s bathroom. Installed customer supplied wide spread faucet in upstairs hall bath. Supplied Installed new Gold trim pop up drain, trap and anglestops for vanity sink in powder room

Customers upstairs bathroom sink was draining slow due to hair buildup so I took apart the drain and after cleaning all the hair and buildup, I tested, and the drain was flowing perfectly with no leaks and no backups

Tr switch not working for fire place

Perform a 3 system home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. Units are running, however there are some issues that need to be addressed, let costumer know and left details and option on inspection sheet attach to this email follow with quotes. I fix a light repair that was being added in the upstairs bedroom , install a GFI in the bathroom, a stack switch in the bathroom and a dimmer in a bedroom we also trouble shoot dining outlets with no power. Customer supply all devices except one GFi

Completed HC inspections Main Everything is in good working order. Installed Hard start and cleaned condenser unit. Upstairs Everything is working properly at this time. Installed Hard Start and cleaned condenser unit Basement Blower wheel dirty, equipment lacks adequate flood protection, and could benefit from IAQ enhancements. Heat exchanger has multiple areas of rust and metal fatigue. Recommend getting a quote. Installed sheet metal shield inside return plenum to prevent filter decay for previously installed UV system.

Replace GFCI outlet at front door. Customer opted not to change bubble cover at this time.

Arrived on site to install customers shower/tub trim kit, in the upstairs bathroom . Once kit was replaced I went ahead and caulked around the trim, and tested the shower to ensure no issues.

Install outlets and switches

This package includes panel replacement and redevicing the entire home. The panel replacement includes safety breakers, which has ground fault protection.
