Replaced pressure reducing valve and main water shut off for
Customer says upstairs AC is not cooling properly. Inspected Lennox AC located in attic which services upstairs and found leak on line set near compressor. System needs a 12” return. Recommended replacing outdoor starting components and super cleaning condensers. Customer moved forward with repairs on line set. Replacing filter. Charging system back up to specs and super cleaning coils. Repaired leak. Replaced filter. Super cleaned coils and charged system back up to specs.
Arrived on site for hvac noise call. Checked in with customer and he showed me mini split head in basement of house. A super loud clanking was coming from unit that got faster when the speed of the fan was increased. Took head off the unit itself, cleaned off filters and head with nitrogen. Then adjusted base because the set screw on shaft was rubbing against casing creating the noise. After adjusting mount, noise is now gone.
Replaced pool pump breaker
Perform Condensate drain line repair for the air handler unit. Homeowner is having issues with water. P-trap was plugged solid with no clean out. Drain line did not have a vent tube after the p trap. The unit is 3 1/2 tons. We are missing a lot of ductwork. Explain to the homeowner this is going to cause the unit to condensate more than it should. Drain line is repaired. NO LEAKS! Added condensate tablets to the evaporator pan. Also treated drain with endure. The drain line runs into a contraption/main drain inside of the return plenum. The grills on the outside of the closet do not match the holes made for the return air. System is 10 years old. Compressor is pulling higher starting amperage. Homeowner is aware that the evaporator coil is very rusty. She is trying to get a few more years out of the existing system.
Ran 25 foot natural gas grill whip underneath back porch from gas stub out point to where grill is located. Strapped line underneath and then on the side of back porch for stability. Tested for leaks and turned grill on. Temps reached 700 degrees.
For this job I rebuilt the inside of the tank in the ,aster bath toilet. Water was running through the flush tower making the fill valve turn on every so often and causing water bill to be higher than usual. Toilet tank has all new parts including fill valve, flush tower, gaskets and bolts, also have a new water supply line. Tested all work and left work area clean. Meter box was checked and did not get any readings when water was in use. Also heard and unusual clicking noise coming from the meter itself.
Main floor has bad capacitor 40+5. Upstairs has bad capacitor 35+5. Wet switch for upstairs would illuminate but not turn off power, unit would continue cooling. Homeowner agreed to replace both capacitors. Homeowner was concerned why this was never mentioned before, I did not see estimates for it. Gave additional $50 discount.
Installed new Daikin 12k Minisplit. Leveled outdoor and indoor unit. Ran new 1/4x3/8 lineset. Pressure tested and vacuumed system to below 500 microns. Tested system in both heating and cooling. Cleared and tested drain line. Checked air temperatures at indoor unit. Added Uv protection to line set and applied expanding foam to drain and lineset penetration.
Performed home care plumbing inspection. Flushed tankless water heater.
On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a slow bathroom sink drain. I tested by running water it backed up instantly. I wrote up options to perform work and receive approval to start. I took apart the p trap and pop up assembly and cleaned it. I then put everything back together to test for leaks. The sink is now draining as it should and the homeowner is satisfied. I also did a super cleanup as well. *Clean p trap
Installed a stand alone tub and connected the drain. Installed the trim for the tub. Turned on the water and tested by filling up the tub. Tested with no leaks.
Arrived at 11am for a condenser coil cleaning and a 10” return duct run add on. Spoke to homeowner and informed them that I would be here past three doing today’s task. Homeowner said that they would only like to have the condenser cleaned today and the duct run for another day due to time. Cleaned condenser coil in today’s visit. Disassembled the outdoor unit cleaned it with solution and put it back together. Tested system system in cooling and it is operating at this time. Need to come back on 6/30/26 at 8am to do the duct run for the return. Will need a helper to do duct run. Homeowner also wants the maintenance done as well. Collected payment and signatures today and system is cooling at departure.
Full system swap out with new plenums. Vertical to horizontal conversion.
Kyle also went over other concerns that he shared with me for a later plan to execute. He also shared with me the pricing plan for future management of the electrical concerns. I realize my home needs further services that I feel comfortable having Kyle to complete.

Troubleshoot
Came out today for a leak under the kitchen sink. During my evaluation, I found the leak was coming from the existing rubber P-trap, which was leaking from both connection points. I reviewed repair options with the homeowner, and Mrs. decided to move forward with replacing the rubber P-trap with a new PVC P-trap assembly. After installation, I thoroughly tested the drain by running the kitchen faucet and operating the garbage disposal while inspecting all connections. No leaks were found after the repair. The drain system is functioning properly at this time.
Due to a lightning strike we had to run a new circuit from the main electrical panel to the new pool panel provided by the pool company. We ran a load calculation to determine the correct sizing of the circuit. We ran the circuit in 6 ga wire and installed a 50 amp breaker to be able to power the pool equipment panel. After installation we verified that correct voltage (243 across hot phases, 121 across each hot phase to ground) was present. The pool panel is now ready for the pool company to come in and hook the pool equipment up.
Arrived at the home due to tripping breaker inside disconnect for pool equipment. Federal pacific disconnect and breaker, we replace it with new disconnect by pool, bypass current disconnect, replaced romex inside of conduit.
Completed service call found a completely clogged condensation drain client. We had to pass it through her manager to get the approval for the quotes. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Upstairs furnace #202 green

Received call regarding dripping shower. During course of evaluation, tested house water pressure and found acceptable range of approximately 48-50psi. Homeowner requested quotes for replacement of water heater as well, given that the unit is 28 years old and has never been serviced. Upon approval, turned water off to the home and drained down system. Removed and disposed of old Kohler cartridge. Installed new unit, taking care to properly grease rubber components for longevity and ease of future serviceability. Restored water to home, made adjustments as needed to ensure proper function. While working, discovered that some of the trim had been poorly assembled and was set in place via hidden caulking. Also discovered a rough in plate behind wall that was causing the trim plate to protrude significantly. Removed rough in plate, brought issues to homeowner(s) attention, and caulked all aforementioned parts back in place. Informed homeowner not to use or touch shower area for
Run new pool circuit to a new pool panel due to lighting strike.

Appreciate the professional manner of Liam …
I cannot recommend Luis Lopez highly enough. Luis completed a full kitchen electrical makeover for us over the course of two days, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He is methodical, thoughtful, highly skilled, and incredibly meticulous. He is the neatest, most careful, and most organized skilled professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every part of the job was handled with professionalism, precision, and clear attention to detail. What stood out most was how seriously Luis took every electrical need and concern. I felt completely confident that the work was being done correctly, safely, and with great care. It is rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, cleanliness, and genuine professionalism at this level. I am very grateful for the work Luis did and would trust him with any future electrical project without hesitation. 10 out of 5 stars.

Doug at TE was great. He took the time to explain all the issues and promptly did the work to ensure our satisfaction. I feel much better knowing all the safety issues were addressed by a professional. I would recommend TE to anyone looking for high quality electrical service.
I think I just found my go-to plumber. I managed to turn a simple attempt at cleaning my bathroom p-trap into breaking the sink drain, and Andrew Fitch came in and saved me from my own do-it-myself fail. Andrew replaced my old p-trap, installed a new faucet and drain, and even discovered that there was no water shut-off valve for the sink, which he also took care of. What I really appreciated was not just that he fixed everything, but how calmly, quickly, and thoroughly he did it. Andrew worked cleanly, was considerate in my home, and never made me feel ridiculous for asking a million questions and going off on side tangents, which I did, at least twice. Andrew was knowledgeable, patient, and clearly takes pride in doing things the right way. I was extremely grateful for his help, and after this experience, he is absolutely the plumber I’ll be calling from now on (sorry, Andrew).
Marco Hernández was prompt, considerate, and extremely knowledgeable. He was clear in communicating the problem and the proposed solution. Marco was efficient on the job. We have complete trust in his work. He is an excellent representative for your company !
Very prompt. professional, knowledgeable and personable service.

Luis L. did truly exceptional work for us. He installed a new LED can light, an outlet/switch combo device, and a safety breaker, and every part of the experience was excellent. He was kind, professional, respectful, and took the time to explain our options clearly without ever making us feel rushed or pressured. His workmanship was outstanding, and he worked so quietly and carefully that it was genuinely a pleasure having him in our home. What impressed me most, beyond the quality of the electrical work itself, was how incredibly thorough he was with cleanup. He left the area cleaner than any technician from any company I have ever had in my home. Luis is exactly the kind of tradesperson you hope for, skilled, thoughtful, respectful, and meticulous. I would absolutely ask for him again and welcome him back for future work without hesitation. 20/10
