Job Locations and Reviews
Ryan and Xavier did an outstanding job! Ryan made great recommendations throughout the process, and I’m extremely pleased with the quality of the work they performed. They had to deal with more than their fair share of adversity on this job—including our HOA management company not being on the ball, a broken main handle for our townhouse row’s water main, and even a particularly nosy neighbor. Through it all, they remained professional, patient, and completely unphased. And doing this kind of work outside during a Georgia summer is no small feat. They worked their butts off and absolutely deserve the recognition. We’re very happy with the finished work. Great job, Ryan and Xavier!
The townhomes have one main valve box that controls the water feeding each unit (4) client has leak on his outdoor valve that controls his unit on 1 inch copper and also has a seized inside main shutoff and older pressure reducing valve that we will replace. With this job and Hoa approval I would shutdown main water to the building to make underground repair with a new shutoff, replace indoor shutoff and pressure valve and turn system back on. The other three townhomes will be responsible for airing out their systems once water is back on to the building. Update: main shutoff for this building is broken underground so cannot use it therefore I had to do an entire shutdown for back area of the neighborhood in order to make the repair underground. Once a new shutoff valve was installed outside I turned meter back on and pressurized system. Completed all work inside which was replacing the main shutoff/pressure reducing valve and hose Bibb and moving them where the main feed enters the

Today, we replaced the second-floor tub and shower valve. We carefully cut through the tile to access and remove the existing valve, then installed the new valve with a tile cover plate to eliminate the need for tile repair. After installation, we restored the water supply, purged the lines, and inspected all accessible connections for leaks. We also caulked around the shower trim plate and tub spout to provide a watertight seal. The home’s water pressure is holding at 65 PSI. The new tub and shower valve is operating properly, with no leaks observed at this time.
Run new gas line from crawlspace to new grill on back deck
We troubleshot a light fixture in the basement and replaced an oversized breaker for the living room
TGL….Installed new PRV with a 3/4 ball valve only system that didn’t have one for some reason and did a leak search for living room ceiling leak found out that it’s an hvac issue scheduled hvac to come out and take a look at it. The HVAC appointment is scheduled for Monday between 2 and 5 PM.
Control board(Upstairs) Control board downstairs (downstairs) 10% Homecare membership discount included *Savings 160.00* Replaced both control board on each system. Replaced main level control board, started system and unit gave error code of 68 indicating that blower motor has failed. Was able to see outdoor unit fan, board and compressor come on. System needs blower motor to start back working properly Replaced control board for main level. Blower motor did not come on. Unit has failed blower mode, control board gave error code e61 indicating failed blower motor. Have no see pan outdoor unit come on for the system. Neither unit is working at this time. Sent estimates for blower motor.
For this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. Once I arrived, I performed a diagnosis and noticed that the capacitor has failed. While here I also determined that the blower wheel and condenser coil was dirty and the system was low on return. This can be a big factor as to why the capacitor failed on the compressor side. I explained all my findings to the customer as well as provided estimates. He agreed to have the capacitor replaced for today. I Explained that due to the age and wear and tear of the outdoor unit, I highly recommend that he considers replacing that system. Thank you for choosing TE certified.
Provide Estimate to install EV wall charger Provide and install EV wall charger and surge protector
Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Troubleshoot a living room and garage light.
Arrived to appointment and in line safety switch was tripped. Open evaporator cabinet and had a piece of insulation blocking the exit of the condensate line. After removed the piece of insulation system started draining on its own and started cooling. Outdoor condenser coil needs a cleaning. Also jumped the capacitor so it could have the correct MFD for the compressor. Collected payment and confirmed email.
Upon arrival customer stated that a tree in neighborhood fell on main power line and blew the transformer. Customer stated that hvac units both upstairs and downstairs were affected by this and lost power. Did full inspection of system found that both transformers inside system were burnt and blown. Advised customer of issue, advised customer even replacing the transformers units can still have issues due to voltage surge. Customer proceeded forward with seeing if transformers for both systems would resort the unit. Installed transformer for upstairs system started unit and found unit has a failed blower motor and control board. Control board was giving an error code of e61 indicating communication lost to blower control module. System would never start in ac mode or heat mode. Installed transformer for the downstairs system. Started system and found there was power going to control board but the lights on system on board never came on. Downstairs system had a failed control board and
Troubleshoot foyer lights working sometimes and sometimes not
Arrived to appointment installed a 8” return duct upstairs on the main hallway by the thermostat. Also cleaned the evaporator in place. Condensate drain line was re-done and is in the pan. Also changed out the outdoor capacitor because it was out of tolerance for the compressor side. The system is a little bit over charged. Currently has 15 Subcool when the target is 11. As far as the concern with the main floor bathroom would recommend for a free quote from a comfort advisor to get the best plan of action done to get a supply run to the main floor bathroom. System is running and cooling properly at departure. Collected payment and signatures.
Today we replaced two light switches with dimmers and rewired the four switches in a junction box to make the switch order more intuitive.
We completed multiple projects including replacing a breaker for the range, replacing the doorbell transformer, and replacing the furnace switch
Performed 1 system diagnostic for main level unit not cooling. Found pan full of water, no te flood protections, rusted evap coil, rusted inducer motor, restriction in lines causing system not equalize during shut off , dirty blower, dirty condenser, compressor drawing high amps and pressures when running are also low, evidence of refrigerant in pan. Due to age of system and cost of repairs recommend replacement and joining homecare.unit is operating but not efficient at this time. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Customer called us out for a basement bathroom toilet that was not flushing after investigation concluded that the mainline was clogged. Originally quoted to pull the toilet and clear blockage, but once blockage was cleared noticed that ejector pump was not turning on. After performing a reset on pump, concluded that it needed to be replaced. New pump was installed, and all fixtures are now functioning properly.
For this Job I installed a 54 Space Square D QO Panel with whole home Surge Protection. I also ran 3 dedicated circuits 1: 20AMP Circuit for future mini split 2: Another 20AMP Circuit for a a future back deck. 3: A Car Charger Circuit with a NEMA 14-50 Receptacle
Arrived spoke with customer. She stated basement is warm and first floor is getting warmer. First floor thermostat set to cool. Basement thermostat was set to off, but sending signal for heat. Checked all wiring and reset system. Basement thermostat is failing. No in-line safety no wet switch. Dirty blower wheel. High superheat and low subcool.
Replace foyer switches and redo connections
Customer called to have trim installed after tile was completed. Customer also asked to lower flange, because new floor tile is thinner. TE arrived and finished installing trim. Cut out old flange. Furnished and installed new flange. Installed customer supplied toilet. Tested for leaks. NO Leaks.

Yesterday, Brandon & Xavier installed our water heater and spent several hours on it. The previous tank was in the same spot for 28 years and it took some extra effort on their part to remove it. Brandon’s experience showed through in a difficult situation. Once the job was finished, the rising star Xavier walked us through everything and showed us the new shut offs for gas & water. I cannot recommend Luis Lopez highly enough. Luis completed a full kitchen electrical makeover for us over the course of two days, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He is methodical, thoughtful, highly skilled, and incredibly meticulous. He is the neatest, most careful, and most organized skilled professionals I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Every part of the job was handled with professionalism, precision, and clear attention to detail. What stood out most was how seriously Luis took every electrical need and concern. I felt completely confident that the work was being done correctly, safely, and with great care. It is rare to find someone who combines skill, reliability, cleanliness, and genuine professionalism at this level. I am very grateful for the work Luis did and would trust him with any future electrical project without hesitation. 10 out of 5 stars.
