Replaced aged sewage ejection pump with new liberty 1/2 hp pump and new lit with gaskets and bolts. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.
Microwave breaker was reading no voltage when in the on position so I removed it off the defective breaker onto a breaker that is working and the microwave circuit came on. I Replaced (4) breakers in main panel, after replacing breakers I verified that each circuit is reading proper voltage. Unfortunately microwave has a short in it and needs to be looked at by an appliance technician. I unplugged the microwave and plugged in a charger with a battery and I let it run for 5 min and did not have any issues but once I plugged the microwave in and started it the breaker would trip. No issues with oven when starting it and letting it run.
Troubleshoot can lights having issues above the breakfast table. The switch for the basement stairs has gone bad. It will need to be replaced The current setup for the furnace is not up to code and safety standards. It is currently ran off of the other furnace and zip tied on the gas line to the junction box. We will install a dedicated circuit, new breaker and make sure the circuit is properly wired to code and safety standards.

Michael and Darian did a great job! I appreciate their professionalism, skill, and communication.
Arrived at the customer’s home to perform a one-time inspection on both HVAC systems in the home (upstairs and downstairs). Tested heating and cooling from the thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings. Inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked the 1” air filters. Reported findings to the customer.
Conducted electrical home care inspection and replaced (2) breakers.
Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet.
The customer had a 1/3 hp garbage disposal that was not operating properly, and was leaking from the base of the unit. We replaced the disposal with an 3/4hp Badger garbage disposal. We filled the sink halfway and drained twice to test for leaks and proper function.
For this job rendered leak detection services as a TGL for technician Corey Strickland. We isolated the Watermain service from the irrigation system and between the heater and the shut off in the basement we did detect what sounds like a leak about 3 feet off of the driveway in the middle of the yard Just south of the flower bed in the center of the yard we marked location with a flag due to the depth of the line however, if this is a spot repair, I recommend and exploratory dig before moving forward. Due to the depth of the line and how small the leak is, we did put compressed air on the line and we’re only able to detect any sound of a leak in the area located.
Erik was great, very professional and knowledgeable. Worked fast too The $189 for the toilet auger was high

Tested system not heating for the main level of the home. Found the blower motor, not kicking on due to a failed capacitor. Fully tested the system with a new capacitor and found carbon monoxide readings coming from the vents. Inspected the heat exchanger through the high limit and found a crack on the eyelet along with around the first bend of the heating exchanger. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Jonah did not seem confident in any communication. Was on the phone and checking the how-to manual. Other guy with him looked at the giant furnace and asked if it was a heat pump. They were pleasant and professional, but didn’t give “we’ve got this under control” vibes. Price for diagnostic was fine. Repair quote seems high.
We are so sorry to hear expectations were not met. Please reach out to us at 770-291-5566 so that we can work towards a remedy.
Tested system not heating for the whole home. This unit is a 90,000 BTU furnace with a 5 ton AC. Found the positive pressure switch was not opening and causing a fault on the board. Found that there was a good bit of water inside the drain and got all of it out. The system again was getting the same fault. Inspected the heat exchanger thoroughly and found multiple holes in the primary heat exchanger. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
10 years parts warranty
Came out to master bath room, bar basement and partial kitchen remodel. Previous electrician clean up and restore power to basement bar area, microwave, kitchen switches, pre wired back deck heaters and rewired master bathroom. Surge protectors installed in both main panels. Most materials were customer supplied. No warranty given on previous work. If return visit is required that would require a charge.
The homeowner had a leaking garbage disposal, so I replaced it with a new one of the same size, featuring a one-horsepower motor. Additionally, I re-piped the main water line that enters the slab, replaced the main shut-off, the pressure regulator, and the hose bib shut-off for safety concerns and for homeowner to have higher water pressure. After completing these repairs, I insulated the pipes and thoroughly tested everything to check for leaks.
Cory is Excellent!
Replaced penetration for water line due to a break. Sealed with cement and tar. Tested for leaks and function. There is a leak somewhere else on the main line. Quoted a line replacement and scheduled leak detection at customer request.
Replace damaged section of return pipe upstairs . Replaced damaged ductwork. Tested upstairs and downstairs units in heating and air . The drain upstairs was almost completely clogged cleared drain added drain tablets. The systems are performing well now .
Called in for water pouring through ceiling. Homeowners turned off the water to the home. Upon arrival found that the ceiling was bowed, cracked, and holding water. Laid out plastic, and removed the drywall to determine what was burst. Found that a previous repair coupling had failed and burst causing the damage. Cut out the failed pipe and fittings and installed new pipe and fittings connecting back to the good, existing piping. Pressurized and checked the system.
Upstairs system is not heating due to a low voltage issue. I also noticed no ss1 on condensate drain, recommend wet switch to ensure no water issues, run capacitor is out of manufacture specs, gas sediment trap isn’t up to code, blower wheel is dirty, inducer motor is over amping, hot surface igniter is worn out, evaporator coil is rusted out, and system is low on return air by a 10 inch duct. Also noticed rust, burnt, and small hole on heat exchanger. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Jeff did a wonderful job identifying our problem and giving us options so that we could select the best fix for our family. He was friendly, timely, and did a great job.
Customer had a three eighths inch soft copper gas line that snapped off just below the shut off for the gas clothes dryer. There were two fixtures running off of the same three eighths line, which happened to be the dryer. And the range. They're dryer area within the utility room has an option for electrical. They opted to swap out their dryer for an electric dryer and simply cap off the line at the t for both fixtures. Capped off the line and tested with bubbles after turning the gas back on. I then tested the range for usability. It lit up on all burners. Thank you for choosing and considering t e for your plumbing needs
Replaced two lights on stairs
Being fair, TE overcame supplier failures and did a good job.
Professional detailed estimate is what earned the job. Work completed per estimate and was very neat and clean.
Replacing a 50 year old electrical panel is not fun, but the job was completed with as few dings as possible. The work was well done, and the mess cleaned up.

Great work
Chase, the electrical technician, was very professional and apprised me of several options to fix a complicated electrical configuration caused by a general contractor I had hired. He got everything up and running again, including a new fan and recessed lighting that had not been working. Highly recommend this company.
Out of nowhere, a bathroom outlet started hissing and grinding. We got scared. I Googled “electrician Dunwoody” and started calling places. The first outfit I called said they could send someone- in three days! Next I called TE Certified. The answering agent said our outlet issue was urgent and she put us on the top of the list for same-day service. Within three hours, Jesus arrived. He called first, when he was a half-hour away. He arrived when he said he would and couldn’t have been nicer. He tested things and explained everything. He gave us options for fixes, and then he fixed us up. Very grateful to TE and Jesus, and the woman who answered my call!
