Install EV outlet Back to back with the meter Surge protection

Heat exchanger replacement under parts warranty

Perfor 1 system inspection for whole home. Located in crawlspace. Found unit door switch bypassed, dirty blower, flue piping connected by mastic tape, dirty condenser, and a restriction in lineset causing refrigerant level to not equalize at shut down. Also pressures for high side were at a higher range. Due to nature of repairs and cost or repairs as well as age of unit Custimer opted to receive an estimate for replacement of the unit to get everything up to code. Unit may also need to be relocated. Customer was also considering expansion of home so may need to relocate lineset and condenser to the side of the home near crawl space entry. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Faced with inexplicable rising water bills, I contacted TE Certified to evaluate my toilets which I thought were the culprits behind the increase. Luis and Jose from TE arrived promptly, carefully listened to my concerns which they clearly understood. I expected them to get straight to the job and repair my toilets. Instead they outlined a plan to evaluate my entire house water usages to make sure they didn't miss any other problems. They efficiently did so and discovered my water line was leaking. Though I received the news with a deep sigh because I realized things were more complicated...and more expensive than I was prepared for...I really appreciated their going the extra mile to provide a complete picture of what actually was going on in my house. Yes, the toilets were problematic but the water line also was problematic and all things were repaired within a 24-hour period. Luis is a not only a wonderful skilled professional but he has great communicative and interpersonal prowess. I am a repeat customer of TE Certified Electrical. They have met both electrical and plumbing issues in my home with accuracy and efficiency - fixed the right way, the first time - at reasonable costs. They are my go-to for my home's needs. I highly recommend them.

The customer called out TE Certified plumbing 4/25/2025 due to Atlanta Gas Light performing a gas leak search on the customers gas line and was able to find a leak outdoors where the black iron pipe goes under ground. 4/28/2025 I arrived to the customers home and performed the gas line replacement coring a new penetration into the crawl space and running approximately 30 feet of gas line. I tied back in the main line where it branches off to feed individual appliances. I performed three separate gas tests at 15 psi, for 15 mins to ensure no gas leaks. All of the approved gas work has been completed and tested for leaks. A concern about the customer’s venting and open “box” on their vent line was addressed and there’s a risk of carbon monoxide but the customer declined any services. Also the customer was informed that TE Certified would not light the customer’s 1922 furnace due to the potential harm that may be caused relighting it. The customer understood and declined a professional

Back hose bib is dripping continuously. I shut off the water to the home and drained the line. Removed the hose bib and replaced. sealed all connections and turned on the water. Tested with no leaks.
Appreciate the quick tuneup!

Full system diagnostic. Found capacitor is bad and needs to be replaced. Contactor does not release the contact fully. No flood protection on drain line or pan no IQ on system. Changed capacitor filter as customer supplied. System is now up and running.
Performed comprehensive AC tune-up on 5-yr-old Trane system. Coils were moderately dirty - cleaned thoroughly. Refrigerant charge checked (spot on). Electrical connections tightened at disconnect and air handler. Replaced capacitor showing early wear signs. Condensate line flushed and treated with algae tabs. System efficiency improved approximately 12% based on temperature differential readings. Recommend duct cleaning service next visit due to visible dust accumulation at registers. System ready for summer heat!

Galvanized water service in yard leaking causing high water bill, galvanized pipe not repairable. Replaced with new 2 inch sleeve and 1 inch black poly from street meter to inside home in basement. Installed new 1/4 turn shutoff valve and prv. Both ends of sleeve insulated and secured, also replaced all innards in both upstairs toilet as courtesy for customer, water turned back to test all and ensure proper function.

Tested system not cooling for the upstairs level. Found the unit empty of refrigerant. Also found the system has lots of growth inside and around the unit that was caused by ductwork being undersized. The main level system is struggling to keep the house cool and is on its last leg with it being 19 years old. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Replacing two breakers to dual function breaker #1 15a Garbage Disposal #3 15a Dishwasher

Include with a 5yr warranty Tech installed turbo 200 at outdoor unit. Tech tested system to insure system is operating in cooling. System is cooling and running at this time. Thanks for choosing TE Certified if you liked your technician service today don’t hesitate to leave a 5 star review!

Came out today to preform a no cool service call. Upon arrival found that the compressor and condenser fan not coming on but contactor pulled in. Upon inspection found that the capacitor was completely dead. Also upon inspection found that the outdoor coil had buildup, causing compressor to work harder. Upon inspection of the inside, found that the filter is completely dirty and needs to be replaced. Furnace on the in the crawlspace is new. Blower will on furnace has minimal buildup upon presenting customer with options of repair. Customer agreed to have install manager come out to give a quote to replace condenser and AC coil only. System is not currently working. Customer wants somebody to come out as soon as possible to get this handled.

Installed two dedicated 20 amp rated circuits in a crawl space for a nice family in Decatur.

Install 30 amp single pole breaker and 30 amp 120 outlet in garage

Homeowner had us out today because the system is not cooling properly. Upon arrival we noticed there is a heat pump system from 2018. We checked electrical and found that the 35/5 capacitor was completely dead and needed to be replaced. Customer approved to have capacitor replaced and continue to check out the rest of the system. We checked refrigerant pressures and noticed that the system is extremely low on refrigerant indicating a leak within the system. We performed a quick search and follow that the evaporator coil was leaking. We also noticed that the outdoor coil was dirty and needed a cleaning. After adding refrigerant, we informed customer that the system will leak and they will no longer be able to cool the home advised on replacing the evaporator coil

Homeowner had us out today because their system is not cooling properly. Upon arrival, homeowner informed us that they have been dealing with a leak in the system for the last two summers and I’ve had thousands of dollars worth of work done and the system still does not cool. We noticed that the system is from 2024 with a 2023 AC. We checked refrigerant pressures and noticed that the system is holding -7.4 PSI. We performed a quick leak search on the system and noticed that the service valve for the suction line has been damaged and is leaking out of the valve. We also noticed that the outdoor system is dirty will need cleaning. The filter dryer for the system was never replaced at the install, and the line set would have to be redone. We noticed that there was no flood protection on the system and no UV protection on the system. We also recommended adding the Apco X air purifier

Home care visit for customer with a 3year old Goodman furnace and AC. All amp draws normal. Pressures normal. Capacitor strong. Blower wheel clean. Condensing coil dirty, recommended cleaning, customer agreed to have it done today. Briefly spoke with customer about APCO-X air scrubber for whole home air purification. Told him that the AC produces a lot of water which allows biological growth to occur in system on and around the evaporator coil. APCO-X rids the system of biological growth, keeping it very clean, and it also rids the air in the house of allergens, particles, dust, pathogens like bacteria and viruses. Estimate included for APCO-X, once you sign we’ll be back out to install it for you.

Leak on main water service. Replaced water service from meter to PRV in crawlspace. Added front hose bib. Set water pressure to 65PSI.

Installed switch and upstairs office for fan. Tested and functioning properly. They complementary electrical inspection and left several estimates available to talk in the evening if needed.

Came out for hall bathroom leaking gave estimate customer agreed once toilet was pulled found flange too low gave estimate customer agreed added flange new wax ring set toilet tested no failure at this time.

Installed new RAB Flood Light in back yard

Technician completed diagnostic to find rust and corrosion at evaporator coil, safety pan switch not up to code, no in-line safety switch at furnace to prevent ceiling damage, air filter to properly matched for filter cabinet. Low R-22freon pressures, this type of refrigerant is phased out by government. I explained these issues and concerns to customer and only option is to have full system replaced due to age, performance and conditions. Customer wants to move with a CA out today for price on full upgrade upstairs system only. Thanks for choosing TE Certified if you liked your technician service today don’t hesitate to leave a 5 star review!
Chad was great! Professional, friendly, and efficient!

Our client reached out to us in reference to some aged water heaters underneath their home in the crawlspace that needed replacement as well as a recirculating pump. The old units were uninstalled. The new ones were installed. They both were tested for leaks, and no leaks were found. The recycling pump And water monitoring device were all tested and no leaks were found there as well. However, homeowners had to leave out for our dinner and so the stream labs was not set up.. I would recommend that we set up another day to make sure that it is functioning properly for reassurance.

Checked systems for homecare and found that both outdoor units/coils needed to be cleaned also found no switch on both of the systems found biological growth inside of the upstairs system added UV light and wet switched upstairs unit and added a UV light for the main floor system cleaned both outdoor units cleaned indoor blower wheel for upstairs unit and no other issues at this time.
TE Certified recently completed the installation of two heat pump systems in our home. From initial consultation to final cleanup, the process was handled with a high level of professionalism. Stephen, the HVAC Install Supervisor, provided a clear explanation of available options and outlined updates in HVAC technology since the original systems were installed over two decades ago. The installation teams—Aaron and Fransly for the downstairs unit, and Hunter and Jayden for the upstairs—took care to protect the home during the removal and installation process. They answered questions thoroughly and provided information that helped me understand how to operate the new systems. After the installation, I received a walk-through of the equipment and guidance on using the digital thermostats. The team ensured that all old equipment and packaging materials were removed, and the work areas were left clean and orderly. Although it's only been a few days since the installation, there is a noticeable improvement in indoor air quality. Based on this experience, and especially the way in which the service was provided, upgrading the systems appears to have been a worthwhile investment.

Great service!
As the years go by, I am not as sharp as I used to be. Thank goodness for T.E. Electric! I was making a simple wall light switch change in our dining room and could not get it to work! I bought a new one from a large retailer. I was getting frustrated but, I knew I had TE Electric that I could call. I have called them in the past and knew I could count on them now. They sent out a technician named Mike the same day that I called. Well, Mike was right on time and from the first time we talked, I knew he was a winner. Mike was very sharp. He asked simple questions and went through a thorough testing process. The result was…..the brand new switch I had bought was bad. There is no explanation for why but, he tested it, and showed me how the switch was not carrying the current. He offered to replace it, gave me a quote and five minutes later we were done! The great thing about this whole mixup is that I have renewed confidence in our electrical repair provider. I am retired, we have six grandchildren who visit us regularly, and I will never hesitate to call TE Electric the next time we have an electrical need. You should too!
