For this job, we worked on replacing a GFCI WR outlet in the chiller.

Upon arrival customer stated that system for whole house was not working. Unit has two zones. After inspection of 24 year old furnace, 3 year old ac/coil found that in attic zone board had no power going to it, main breaker at electrical panel was tripped. Reset breaker, sent call for heat and system then came on, let system run and unit would then begin to trip breaker again, found that blower motor is bad and over amping, blower wheel is very dirty, inside system is very dirty, there is a lot of rust inside system. Inducer draft motor is over amping. Drain line is not strapped and properly elevated, there is no flood protection on the emergency drain pan or the primary ac drain line.(16x20x1) system filter was dirty. Recommended updating furnace due to age, condition of unit, price of repairs, customer declined recommendations at this time. Gave customer estimate for new blower motor, blower wheel cleaning, blower motor capacitor, emergency wet pan switch, in line ac flood protection
For this job, we worked on replacing three customer provided smoke carbon combo smoke detectors. one in the basement, the second on the main hall, and the last one upstairs hallway. checked voltage and connections upon completing, they are all working properly. Homeowner is aware that we cannot provide a warranty on the smoke detectors themselves since we did not provide them, but they do have a lifetime warranty on our connections.
Customer has 4 y/o 3-zone Goodman system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in attic. Customer stated that water was in pan, which tripped wet switch. Northern that drain line was clogged preventing proper water removal. Cleaned drain line. Dampers are operational. Safeties are good. Blower wheel clean. Model 413 media filter needs replacing. Apco Ultra operational. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. System is currently working.
Perform one system diagnostic for main system. Found thermostat operational . Found system running blower only, the door switch was bypass, the blower motor was drawn, high amps, failed run capacitor, board had burn marks and micro capacitors failed, burners were rusted and furnace is from 1987. The flu pipe was also single wall and had multiple joints with adhesive tape wrapped around it. Due to age of system and cost of repairs would like estimate for replacement of full system. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Replaced hose Bibb on front of home to stop consistent leak
Customers 2 gallon thermal expansion tank was actively leaking at the time of inspection. A water pressure test was performed and measured 90 psi, which is above the recommended safe operating range for a residential plumbing system. The elevator pressure lightly contribute to the fair of the expansion tank. The home has a 50 gallon electric water heater. That is approximately eight years old and currently operational. However, due to its age, and the recent pressure concerns, I advised a customer that future issues may arise and replacement should be considered in the near future. I reviewed replacement options for the water heater, expansion tank, and pressure regulation solutions with the customer. At this time, the customer has elected to address only the leaking expansion tank and high water pressure. Customer will reach out when ready to move forward with the water heater replacement. All findings and recommendations were explained in detail. Today we replaced the existing

Came out to give quote for toilet constantly running and leaking faucet from cold side. Upon inspection noticed thermal expansion tank leaking; as well as the PRV leaking with insufficient pressure. Installed new expansion tank as well as brought it up to code. Installed new PRV and set it to 65 psi. Replaced Kohler flush tube stop cap. Tested and inspected everything works properly. Send information to Travis for faucet stem to be ordered; will need to return in the future once parts arrive.
For this job I came out to replace a flood light and perform a troubleshooting shoot
Came out to investigate noise coming from master bedroom. Upon arrival customer let me know this is not the same tapping noise we previously dealt with. He told me that noise is virtually gone now and he is satisfied with result. Showed me video of new noise and it sounds like blower motor humming coming from return vent. Checked air handler in heat, cool, and fan only. Blower amps fluctuated from 1.00-1.04amps (motor rated for 2.5) which is normal. Blower capacitor rated for 15mfd and reading 15.8 which is also good. Visually inspected full air handler, blower housing and fan blades do not see anything obstructing at this time or means for concern. Was not able to simulate exact humming as the video he presented. Did make customer aware even though PSC motors are set to a certain speed, the noise can fluctuate based on the load and airflow but the humming is normal. Did mention that nowadays new equipment has variable speed motors that operate way more efficiently and with less noise.

Troubleshoot, replace melting outlet , replace 2 customer supplied dimmers
The customer is in the process of purchasing this home. I first was called out for a camera inspection on the main sewer service line which was inspected and found to have no structural issues with the piping itself. There was a code violation found where the county clean out within 10 feet of the roadway was a 4 inch clean out. It would need to be upgraded to a 6 inch clean out for county access point and meet code. I was able to find that the water service main coming into the home was ran and CPVC which is not up to code. They had large section of galvanized after water entered in the home with a bunch of shark bite fittings. The pressure reducing valve is very undersized for this home. The water heater is not installed up to code and is manufactured in 2013 making it old. The two toilets appeared to have the flange fall through the sub flooring which resulted in them not properly connected, and resulting in them wobbling and rocking. they have a section of cast-iron drain lines und
Came back to replace ECM blower motor on 11 year old furnace, cleaned flame sensor, checked amp draw of both inducer motor as well as blower motor, temperature rise on furnace looks good, checked capacitor on outdoor unit, also checked amp draw of compressor as well as condenser fan motor, tested system operation, refrigerant levels look good, recommended UV protection, also recommended wet switch to prevent any water damage. Also recommended homecare service. Customer declined homecare however may sign up at a later date
Wonderful service and knowledgeable staff.
Hose bib of the front side of the home is leaking. Replaced the gaskets and resealed all components inside of the hose bib. Turned on the water and pressurized the system. Tested with no leaks.

Javier and his partner did a great job fixing an electrical box I dismantled! They even offered to hang my new light. On top of that when they found out that my HVAC guys were out to fix an issue with the electrical supply to the AC he offered to take a quick look at the fuse box that was serviced last week to make sure everything looked good. He went above and beyond and did a beautiful job in the light!

I called TE certified after I didn’t receive a call back from the company that installed the plumbing with my builder. They sent Anthony out and the response time was very impressive. Anthony was very knowledgeable about the assessment and went through all of my options to fix the issue. Anthony even suggested additional quotes to update the work that the builder seemed to have skimped on by using cheap supplies and solutions. I appreciate TE and Anthony for their responsiveness and honesty.
Mario did a super job today presenting me with clear options and expertise. He also was very helpful in discovering some previously hidden issues with my electrical system.
