Furnace is 23 years old AC and coils at 13 years old checked all mechanical electrical components had a carbon monoxide reading for PPM with three minutes of the system running on heat Supply boots are not insulated system would need ductwork replacement return and supply Plenum replacement inducer motor replacement blower cleaning media filter cabinet UV light compressor hard start condenser cleaning. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

For this job, we did a leak troubleshoot on the water heater and the TP valve and checked all outside plumbing fixtures mainly as a courtesy because there was no leak on the main. and the initial tech Dee conducted his own search inside of the home yesterday. The water meter showed no sign of a leak before we isolated it and obviously after we isolate it, there was no sign of a leak either.

Our client reached out to us in reference to have a possible leak coming from the base of the primary bathroom toilet. There was a minor leak that has occurred due to a slightly improper application of a toilet flange and hot water being ran to the toilet instead of cold water. A pull & reset was done. toilet was checked for leaks and no leaks were found. our client also had a couple of improper plumbed drain lines in the crawlspace that needs attention as well as cast-iron that needs to be replaced. Several estimate estimates have been left to resolve these issues. A follow up on estimates will be conducted on October 10.

I’ve had 6-7 T&E technicians come out and look at my top floor AC handeler for 2 years. It’s a 5-6 year old system and we are furious we have had some many TE technicians work on this same unit. Mason found and resolved problems that 5 or 6 TE technicians should’ve caught months and years ago. We called in 3 other vendors because we had lost confidence in TE at this point and was ready to throw in the towel with TE. TE owes Mason a huge thank you for retaining us as a customer because we were ready to leave TE for good.
