Troubleshoot, replace safety breaker

Added two outlets, one in main floor closet, one in basement

Replaced Gen 2 CH breaker

Replaced two lights on front and back porch of home.

Came out to a recall because the customer stated that he had a reoccurring problem that the previous tech missed diagnosed. I checked the system and found that it had a bad control board at the air handler. The customer was told that he had a bad blower motor so he then ordered and changed out the blower motor himself. I did verify that the wiring was correct and that the new blower motor wasn’t faulty. I Installed a new control board then replaced the new blower motor with the one that was diagnosed as being bad. The blower motor is now working. Jon the service manager authorized me to give the customer a $200 discount for his inconvenience. We ran the system for 30 minutes and the system is now working according to specifications.

Add new dryer circuit, plug, & cord

Today we replaced the PRV to remedy the pressure, replaced the shower cartridge that had failed due to the high pressure and reset the toilet to stop it from leaning. Also replaced failed expansion tank

Cut, hot and cold waterlines above water heater and disconnected electrical in order to remove screws and top lid of proterra hybrid water heater to gain access to wiring inside and replace thermostat connector Reset everything and reconnected waterlines as well as electrical to test and initial proper function LABOR ONLY

Install ceiling fan and Install fan rated box . Replace switch box and install new switches.

Replaced refrigerator ice maker line and shut off. Rerouted water main in crawl space to allow client to easily shut off water to the home if necessary. Replaced PRV and set pressure to 65psi. All connections were checked for leaks with no issues.

Came up to date to perform one system HVAC inspection. Po arrival customer stated that they had just recently bought the house and wanted everything inspected to ensure there were no issues with the system. Upon inspection of the system found that a return duct ran over the top of the unit, which is not code Due to there is no clearance for combustible material. Upon further inspection of the unit found that the outdoor condenser coil was very dirty, the system had a water float switch, the blower wheel was clean, the indoor coil was clean, the main power for the system was ran to a breaker that was connected to some bedrooms, an electrician will need to come out to give quote to add a breaker solely for the HVAC system, all functions and operations of the system were working properly. After speaking with customer, customer elected to go with Band-Aid option which included cleaning the outdoor coil, adding a water sensor, and re-running the return duct. Troubleshoot light turning on with delay.

For this job, it was required to replace two bathroom lavatory faucets,a Studor vent, shutoff valves for 2 vanities,and a frost free hose bibb. All item were tested for leaks and no leaks were found.All work was is documented w/ photos. Water pressure is 61 according to stream labs. Our client is happy!

Troubleshoot low pressure issue.

Customer had a few drains that was slow draining. She had a shower upstairs and her master bathroom and the same bathroom sink on the right side of the his and her , also had her toddlers bathtub that she just wanted it cleaned out, so I gave her the option to clean all the drains. After cleaning the shower. I removed a bunch of hair and told the customer that she had lime scaling inside the pipe and I recommended it to do some type of treatment to help do away with that buildup of lime scale after testing the shower drains perfectly next I removed all buildup in the sink. It was a ton of hair and gunk after cleaning the sink thoroughly I tested it and it was no leaks and no backups. Lastly, I cleaned the bathtub and I removed a little bit of hair but not much after testing the tub was draining perfectly after testing all of the fixtures. Everything was working perfectly.

Completed first time homecare maintenance. Homeowner stated that the bill for electricity spiked up. Noticed that the return ducts was undersized. The zone damper for the first zone was not fully opening. The bypass was not functioning either. We checked the outside unit the dual capacitor was below manufacture specs on here side. Homeowner decided to swap the bypass and zone damper. Also added a 10” duct to the return plenum because it needed 300 CFM. Homeowner also paid homecare upfront. Collected payment and signatures. System was functioning at departure.

Replaced downstairs bathroom toilet with new kohler highline arc toilet.

Removed an old Renée tankless outside and replaced it with a navy 240 A2

Removed old toilet flange and installed a new one.

Customer had a wet spot coming from the dining room area, closest plumbing was icemaker box in kitchen. Pulled back fridge to find icemaker box steadily running from bonnet cap, so replaced icemaker box with new valve.

Replace bad recessed light in the foyer hall

Install light midway of stairwell

Came out to replace cast iron 3 inch pipe cut out old leaking cast iron replaced with pvc 3 inch tested no failure at this time

Replaced ringflood light on the left side of home
