Troubleshoot partial no power caused by faulty outlet wiring

I did a diagnostic on 2 Rinnei water heaters and found that both units are at least 10 years old, no body knows the last time they were serviced. We can flush them but I don’t recommend that because they may start leaking. I also explained that they cannot leave the mop sink and three compartment sinks on and turn them off at the spout. I highly recommend that the 2 Rinnei be replaced with commercial use tankless water heaters.

Upgrade old electrical service , add grounding system, smoke detectors, dual function breakers and surge protection as per existing electrical code.

For this job, it was acquired to me to replace a 40 gallon gas heater in the basement that was being vent into the fireplace. This unit was replaced by 40 gallon power of unit by Rheem. The client has a galvanized water service that made the job a little more difficult than needed to be also having issues venting the power vent heater with limited space to get out of the basement. Water heater is currently installed but not vent nor does this unit have water due to the fact, the galvanized line has failed. Water pressure to the home is higher than normal. Removed and replaced the pressure regulator valve, tub cartridge and handle. Rebuilt and resealed back hose bib. Turned on the water and pressurized the water system. No further leaks detected.
