Made all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Replaced ecm motor and chemically cleaned blower wheel. Started and tested system, pressures look better than previous visit. System is running with a 20 degree split

Performed 1 system cooling diagnostics on a 2004 comfortmaker hvac system that had a failed capacitor on the condenser. With the homeowner permission I replaced the failed capacitor. I ran the system in heat and cooling mode; tested the entire hvac system. The furnace is over 20 years old will what appears to be all original parts. The blower wheel and motor are in poor condition along with many other electrical parts in the furnace. The outdoor unit is running but at extremely high pressures due to its very old age and will burn itself out in the near future. The compressor. Condenser fan motor and contactor are in very poor condition. The AC system runs on obsolete r22 refrigerant which is no longer available. Upon arrival I met and talked with the customer who showed me the chandelier that they wanted to have changed. They also told me about an issue they were having with their Eco flow back up power system that was not properly charging. The customer decided to mount the crystals for the chandelier themselves and only needed the fixture mount. I successfully took down the old fixture, and after confirming height with the customer, I proceeded in mounting the new one. The install went perfectly, and I cleaned up the area. I then proceeded to call customer service for Eco flow, and after about an hours worth of diagnostic was not able to come to a solution. Install new 3 x 2 wye at sewer injection Tie-in fitting and new quiet check valve in basement at sewer injection pump/brand methane tested in the job. Everything was clear.

Replaced Trane thermostat with ecobee thermostat, programmed and tested it to ensure operation. Homeowner mentioned that some rooms were warmer than others. Noticed that the ducts weren’t sized correctly, informed homeowner and gave estimates on what it would take to fix it. System produces lots of water and there is not adequate flood protection to prevent ceilings, walls, etc. from getting wet if the drain line gets clogged and can’t get the water out of the house. For this job, I came to replace a capacitor as well as deep clean condenser coils.

The customer called us because she had her home re-piped years ago, and they did not tie in the front hose bib. I cut sheet rock to a bathroom group directly on the backside of the weight room where I ran the hose bib to the customer’s choice of location. I also re-piped their water heater due to it, missing a thermal expansion tank and was not stubbed up with copper 18 inches from the vent. I also replaced the pressure reducing valve and set the pressure in the home to 56 psi

The customer called us out with no hot water, and upon discussion of their plumbing system I was able to recommend that they locate their main water shut off to the home somewhere accessible, consider installing a pressure reducing valve that was sized appropriately to their home, I went over the benefits of water, filtration, and tankless water heaters with the customer, and I needed to upsize the gas line in order to meet code. I installed a Navion 240A2, a halo H2 zero ultimate water filtration, a watts 25AUB pressure reducing valve, I installed a ball valve as the shut off to their home, and I installed a crossover tee in the master bathroom to help with recirculation throughout the home. I installed all of the plumbing and insured no leaks and full function throughout the home. When performing a chlorine test at the end, there was no chlorine. The temperature set point on the water heater was 120°.
