Home inspection
Replaced a 50 gallon tank style water heater with a Rheem pro G 50 model
Replaced to tub faucet carts in a Gerber wall mounted to handle valve, attempted to remove the seats, but the seats were seized in place replacement of the stems only did not fully resolve. The issue informed customer that the only solution at this point is a replacement shower valve, which the customer does not want to do at this time.
Cut out zurn Wilkins PRV to install new ball valve and watts PRV, also
Installed new Halo H2Zero water filtration system.

We visited Mrs. Edge today for her HomeCare inspection During the inspection we found a few issues Today , we replaced the primary bathroom toilet and both faucets, along with the hall bathroom toilet and delta tub/shower cartridge (blue)
Troubleshoot vent hood breaker tripping. Vent hood was on a generation 2 Eaton breaker, which is known to have nuisances tripping. Neutral is not bonded in the meter. Ufer wire went from rebar to the ground bridge. Ufer wire needs to go from the rebar to the neutral in the meter, then from the meter to the ground bridge. We replaced the 2nd generation vent hood breaker with a 6th generation dual function breaker. Provided quotes to fix the Ufer ground and for panel replacement and or repairs.
For this job, I worked on running a new cooktop circuit through conduit from the electrical meter to the kitchen.
My water heater broke, and I called very early in the morning. They scheduled me on the same day, and Steve replaced it. He explained a lot of technical issues and made sure everything was perfect. He was very knowledgeable and nice. Now I have peace of mind for many years from now! Thank you!
Customer initially contacted us due to a concern about a leaking hose Spicket on the side of the home. During the evaluation, the area of the customer identified as leaking was determined to be the water heaters temperature and pressure, relief valve, not the hose spigot. As part of the inspection, the home water pressure was tested and found to be 115 psi, which is significantly above the recommended safe operating range. The water heater was also evaluated and found to be a 2016 unit. Due to the excessively high water, pressure and unknown duration of exposure, the water heater was at an increased risk of failure. After reviewing the findings with the homeowner, we proceeded with replacing the water heater and correcting the high water pressure issue. Today we installed a new 12 year warranty, Rheem water heater, along with a new expansion tank and a new pressure reducing valve to properly regulate incoming water pressure. Upon completion, the system was fully tested and inspected
Installed a new Kohler toilet in the master bathroom also install a new quarter turn stop so the toilet can be shut off in the future if need be attempted to replace shower cartridge downstairs with Delta t type cartridge, which has been discontinued I had a unit, but it seemed to be bad out of the box so I swapped the cartridge to a standard single handle. Delta multichoice cartridge, and bought new trim to accommodate for the single handle.
Homecare visit for 3 systems. Treated condensate pumps and drain lines. Checked heating and safeties. Changed air filters

Customer had a mainline blockage that was affecting one bathroom downstairs one of the fixtures upstairs was affecting it as well, but not all of them, we ended up pulling the toilet and running a cable to clear the blockage. A little bit of water was sitting in the pipe, like the pipe was backed or something, but have to thoroughly testing. The blockage was definitely cleared , was scheduled for a camera tech to come out to run a camera Wednesday morning, customer do have a septic tank that was pumped within the year, after testing and running a bunch of water, the water was flowing camera tech were running from the basement bathroom, if looking at the lake on the left side, also scheduled for a service tech to come out to replace gate valve with the ball valve for outside hose bib
Leak Detection and Drain Kit Replace
-Replace broken box -take down light and reinstall -check wiring for any damages
Anthony was our plumber and he was wonderful! He educated us on so many aspects of plumbing. We learned that our water pressure was in a good range. He gave us options for repair. He listened to my questions and gave me direct honest answers. Anthony is an asset to TE plumbing. I will use TE again and request Anthony to be our technician.
Troubleshoot lose of power to red room lights. Garage switch bringing power to basement rec room was flipped off. The rec room was wired improperly originally so we informed her we could redo the wiring but she was not interested in that at this time. Voltages and connections were checked. Dimmer switch was checked and reinstalled and all lights are working inside the rec room. Homeowner was made aware that the garage switch needs to be on to make the switch work and that it is a temporary fix.
Replaced Delta shower cartridge in upstairs bathroom to fix the leak. Verified water pressure in acceptable range at 60 psi and a functioning Thermal expansion tank were present.

Customer had a bathtub and a sink that was slow draining , I gave the option to clean both out and once I cleaned them both out I removed hair from both of the drains , once I was done I tested by running water and both drains is draining perfectly without any leaks or back ups

The quality of work is not what I expected for the price of the job had to correct the workers because the way they tried to force the panels to fit ,did not fit right because they were twisted,no pride in their work.If you’re not watching them and you don’t know what to look for you might get a crappy job , one worker that was supposed to know what he was doing, but was letting the trainee that he brought along to the work. would not recommend them.
