Customer states second Flr shower was leaking into garage. I opened the garage ceiling to diagnose the issue. I had customer run multiple fixtures as I waited for the leak to occur. Water was flowing for about 45 minutes and the leak never occurred. Mr and I believe it may be a roof vent issue because he remembers the day it started it was raining out. Mr will monitor and reach out if anything changes.

Install new lights on each side of fire place

Install customer provided Tesla charger with new breaker on right side of home outside of garage. Run conduit and 85’ of 60a rated wire, commission and register Tesla wall connected to customer. (Permit and surge protecter quoted separately at add on rate).

Toilet had a hand sanitizer bottle lodged in the ptrap , removed toilet and to the sanitizer out to avoid it going down the main line . Successfully removed and toilet is flushing normally

Inspect the line

Removed ceiling fan that fell from a non rated junction box, and installed a new box and rewired the ceiling fan!

Checked both systems for no cooling and found that the main floor system has a refrigerant leak and the upstairs unit compressor is grounded and needs to be replaced. Recommend investing into a new upstairs unit.

Nema 14/50 charger

Arrived found thermostat error code E 43 loss of communication between thermostat and router. Customer does not use Wi-Fi thermostat. Wanted it sent to manual. Disconnected Wi-Fi. Thermostat now operating. No more error code. Dirty blower wheel. No in-line safety or wet switch. Found bad capacitor and burnt contactor at condenser. Customer approved repairs. Installed new capacitor and contactor at condenser. Cycled system on. System now cooling. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Fully Variable, Communicating 16seer Includes Ductwork & Filtration Upgrades

Installed new water heater and pressure regulator

Includes ecobee thermostat for the main floor. Install full system with drain pan, safety switches, thermostat, pad, electrical whip, and new flue pipe. Brazed, pressure test with nitrogen, vacuum, and properly charged the system. Test the safety switches and pour a gallon of water down the drain. Test unit on heat and cool. System is currently working.

Charge point

Checked system for no cooling and found that the system has little to no refrigerant due to a leak in the system and recommend investing into a new system due to age and cost of repairs.

Install expansion tank

Customer has 19 y/o Carrier system with 2 y/o evaporator coil replaced. Lack of airflow for system is due to ductwork not being ran properly and inefficiency of system. Recommend ductwork modification for specific rooms. Noticed during inspection that filters were dirty. Replaced 14x20x1 filter. Blower motor is failing. Run capacitor is bad. Blower wheel cleaning needed. No form of water protection present, so wet switch is recommended. Pressure levels were slightly low. Dual capacitor is bad. Suction line insulation is missing. Condenser fan motor is overheating. Informed customer of all findings. Advised customer to seek quote to replace system. Customer declined quote at this time.

Troubleshooted both upstairs and main floor systems. Both systems have no water safeties, run capacitors are out of manufacture specs, blower wheels are dirty, blower motor bearings are worn out, evaporator coils are rusted out, capacitor and contactor for upstairs are out of manufacture specs, upstairs r22 pressures are low, and main floor is completely out of r22 refrigerant. Recommend replacing both systems. Repairs cannot be done due to the system being r22.

Pulled toilet and ran 400 down mainline to clear blockage

Replace light fixtures and install light fixtures from scratch
