Replaced existing toilet with new Kohler toilet supplied by TE

Recall: Found pinched drain tube for mainfloor system. No way to run new drain line without cutting sheet rock. I have the mainfloor pump, pumping its water into the basement systems pump. Both pumps now share the same condensation tube. I installed 2 water safety relays and tested both of them. I checked the refrigerant pressures for the mainfloor system. I tested both condensation pumps. ** The water safeties for the mainfloor condensation pump were not wired in and the condensation tube was pinched.*** I wired in the pumps safeties. Both pumps and AC systems were operating when I left.

Replaced kitchen faucet as well as all 3 stops under kitchen sink. Found pressure right under 100 psi. Replaced pressure regulator. Found meter showing constant usage. Found upstairs jack and Jill toilet running. Performed minor rebuild on the toilet. Tested with no leaks or failures at time of service.

Deep cleaned condenser and changed customer supplied air filter. Checked static pressures and found poor return and in need of new supply plenum for better air flow. Checked refrigerant levels and found to be ok.

Leak in garage ceiling Cut drywall to access leak. Found drain to shower has been leaking, possibly since originally installed Wood subfloor is black and adversely affected by water damage Customer is going to have it looked at to deter If they need to tear out shower or possibly more

The customer was experiencing a leak through the shower to the finish ceiling of the garage beneath. I told the customer it’s likely to be a shower pan issue. Given the fact we see some patchwork on the sheet rock and metal sheeting on the subfloor beneath with screws facing up towards the shower pan. I advised the customer it’s more than likely going to be a shower pain issue, but if it is on the shower drain, then we are fully capable of addressing the issue. The customer proceeded with troubleshooting. I stuffed the drain and filled up the shower and it started leaking through the ceiling beneath without water flowing through the drain. I advise the customer to have someone come out to quote for a shower replacement. Property medics was able to be referred out.

On this visit… I installed new Tesla charger directly next to electrical panel. I ran a new 50 amp circuit with new breaker. I installed Tesla charger, terminated connections, and set up wall connecter for customer.

SERVICE CALL: upon arrival homeowner stated the basement dehumidifier unit is not working properly. After complete troubleshooting I found the Basement system is in Poor maintenance conditions the media filter Honeywell for dehumidifier was highly impacted and the gas furnace Pleated filter 20x25x1 was highly impacted check gas furnace Ruud 1999 model is in poor conditions check blower wheel and blower motor are Dirty. Flexible gas line connections are not up to code. Test outdoor condenser unit Goodman 3 ton capacity 16 years old check condenser coil Is highly impacted test dual run capacitor is ok 45/5 uf test refrigerant charge pressures are low it’s possible system may start leaking refrigerant Unit life expectancy are 10 to 12 years unit already past life expectancy. NO TE FLOOD PROTECTION PACKAGE. Homeowner is aware of the conditions of the equipment. DUE TO AGED AND CONDITIONS I RECOMMEND TO UPGRADE COMPLETE SYSTEM. THANKS FOR CHOOSING TE CERTIFIED. For this job, we replaced a full heat pump system, both plenums, put 2 Wyes one for the return and one for the supply, cut a new return in, put a media cabinet, UV bulb, surge protection outside, and a new whip outside

Remove existing gas water heater Cap of gas line at ceiling, cap vent at ceiling Purchase and install new 50 gallon short water heater Install expansion tank mounted to structure, install water heater pan and drain outside to the garage Install new ball valves on hot and cold water going to water heater Remove and replace PRV as set pressure to 65 psi Expansion tank is set to 70 psi Install water alarm Haul off old heater

Install whip and run wire from disconnect to water heater if plumber is unable to do so as part of water heater installation. Install new cs timer for water heater next to disconnect

Replaced hot and cold stems in the master bath Roman tub faucet found PSI at 90 replaced pressure regulator. tested with no leaks or failures at time of service

Cut out back of cabinet in guest bathroom. It was very easy to pull out as water has been leaking for a long time Found leaking junction of copper fittings Cut out leaking copper fittings and valves. Install new ball valve and stop valve and new copper pipe and fittings No more leaks

Installed two new front porch lights and gave estimates to add surge protection.

Troubleshoot

Customer had to run in toilets that was causing the water bill to be high and ended up being too full valves that wasn’t working. I let the customer know I did suggest replacing the toilet due to it being 20+ years of age because the bolts were heavily rusted, and the gasket was deteriorating. Customer just wanted to go with replacing the fuel valve to make it stop running the master bathroom bolts are heavily rust and have a small drip on the right bolt , I showed the customer and she said she would pass it along to the homeowner and hopefully we’ll replace soon, the middle bathroom. I replaced a fill valve as well and it isn’t running anymore. That toilet is 20+ years old to let the customer know overtime. I recommend replacing the toilets instead of doing a major rebuild due to the age of the toilet. The master bathroom toilet rocks due to it having rusted bolts. I did not try to tighten it down to avoid breaking the toilet or the bolts or the flange. I let the customer know replaci

Changed air filters and treated drain lines. Checked cooling. Deep cleaned AC systems

On this visit I… Installed a new 30 amp circuit with 30 amp breaker for new electric tank water heater. Run circuit from panel to water heater room. Customer has not had the plumber come out yet but wanted me to install a 30 amp circuit. Customer is aware that not all water heaters are a 30 amp circuit although most will be. Plumber will install whip from disconnect to water heater, or if unable, I’ve left a separate quote to come back and install the whip.
