Local Roswell Electrical, Plumbing & AC Service FAQs
The average cost to repair or fix an air conditioning unit near Roswell is around $350. On the low side the cost can be $50 for repairing a thermostat or $1,500 or more for more costly repairs. Consider signing up for a HVAC Service Plan so you can avoid more expensive repairs in the future and keep your home comfortable all spring and summer long.
The average cost to install a new AC unit near Roswell is around $7,500. The range is from $3,500 to $12,500 and that depends on several factors, including the brand you choose to install, the square footage of your home and size of the unit needed, the units SEER level and if duct work needs to be repaired or replaced.
The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. It can accumulate on the inside of your pipes, growing thicker over time until the drain hole is completely blocked - rendering your plumbing useless! Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Job Locations and Reviews
Located circuit breakers, shut power off to kitchen island outlets and demo outlet boxes and connections.
Homeowner had several plumbing issues today including a leaking kitchen faucet sprayer hose, a dripping bathroom sink faucet, an abandoned sink bar trap leg that was improperly capped and a hose bibb shutoff valve that was aging. The Homeowners will get a new sprayer hose and purchase a new widespread faucet for the bathroom. We left an estimate to take care of this. Today we installed a new quarter turn shutoff for the hose bibb and capped off the abandoned sink drain for the coffee bar. We also adjusted the temperature on the water heater down to 120 and turned up the scald guard on the shower valve that was installed last fall. Water pressure was at 50 PSI Water heater is from 2025

Upon arrival, customer surely let me know that the light over the kitchen sink is not working as intended. The bulbs were replaced at this light fixture by her grandson, and it still did not turn the light fixture on. We will be conducting a diagnosis at this location to determine where power has been dropped and to restore power back to this location with a simple repair. If there are any additional requirements in order to restore power, this will be brought to Shirley’s attention before we move forward with any additional work. Findings: bad fluorescent lightbulbs Resolution: install new fluorescent lightbulbs

I replaced the flange and brought up to floor level, I replaced the wax and re set the toilet back in place. I tested and sealed around The toilet. Left water heater sticker with home owner.

Jon came to the house because replacing my thermostat batteries did not go well. We finally concluded that there was something wrong with the thermostat (could not clear why it was "holding"). Next day he was able to install new thermostats. These were Honeywell and were only three years old so very disappointed in the lifetime of these units! Trying Ecobee!
Very personable, friendly, competent and thorough. We appreciated his review and suggestions.
Great service
Was friendly, Reviewed potential, future issues, explained clearly and didn’t try to over sell or pressure. Gave us the facts for us to decide. We appreciate that.
Polite guys, but they suggested a lot of unnecessary work for my A/C problems. I’m looking for minimum, basic, budget friendly repairs, and was left reeling at suggestions of over $4,000 worth of repair and/or replacement costs some of which, when discussed, were unnecessary. I will likely call an independent heat and air guy who will identify my problem and address only that.
We are sorry to hear of your frustrations. Please reach out to us at 770-291-5566 so we can work towards a remedy.
Agustin did a fantastic job and was a pleasure to have in our home. He replaced our leaking and problematic kitchen faucet which we were told could not be fixed. He fixed it!
Nate was able diagnose, explain and resolve the impact of the lightning strike that had our home. He noticed that I had recalled circuit breakers in my panel that needed to be addressed. He went above and beyond and provided the company’s warranty number, the breakers needed. Thanks for your help Nate! I won’t use another company for my electrical and plumbing in my house.
Dani was excellent and took care of everything we needed very efficiently! We will calling TE again in the future!
