Dig down at meter and replace meter nipple and double check valve, install courtesy valve shut off box in front of existing meter tie back into irrigation system. Trench from meter to left side of home down the left side of the yard dig down at new penetration area, sleeve new HDP water, main service pipe from meter to new penetration at left side of home. pipe from new penetration area over to existing penetration area and tie into existing plumbing system. Cap off old line. Installation: Successfully installed new main water line. We ran the new water line under the porch and created a new penetration. We sleeved the water line in two inch pvc. Provided a courtesy valve in its own box in front of the meter. We tied the irrigation line back into the new main water line. Inside we replaced the old shut off and PRV with new ones. Kitchen Outlet Redevice Replace Breaker For Kitchen Countertop Outlets and Disposal

Customer just purchased the home and there were some plumbing issues noted on the inspection report. We decided to replace the water heater rather than fixing the issues reported due to the age of the heater. Installed new Rheem 50 gallon natural gas water heater. Installed new ball valve on the inlet and outlet and repiped to remove sharkbite fittings. Installed a new expansion tank on a bracket. Replaced the gas shut off and flex hose. Customer just purchased the house and there was some failed inspection to be done. Extended and brought back to code the 90% pvc furnace outside exit going to the side of house. Silicone behind the disconnect boxes, extended outside drain lines and connected supply flex to the supply plenipotentiary , going into the basement bathroom. Also, did a home care inspection in all three systems. Upstairs system is in good shape and working properly in heating and cooling. Main level system has a very rusted and compromised heat exchanger, old condensate pump and no drain pan under the furnace. Also, no sf,old safety switches installed. Basement system is low on Freon and heat exchanger very rusted and compromised, as well. All systems are heating and cooling, but both (main level and basement) has heat exchanger compromised, and main level is possible undersized (45 k btus only) and both furnaces are single speed motor. Due tot he age (basement 13 years old and main level furnace 19 years old

Was called out to look at wall hung toilet and low pressure throughout entire home. Come to find out county did a line repair down the road and a bunch of dirt and rocks and sticks got in the water, causing the PRV to back up a couple of the fixtures to back up the toilet to constantly keep running, cleaned out the entire system of debris Went through checked all aerators test tested for leaks no leaks at this time thank you for choosing TE certified

No heat. Found system for upstairs off with error code for ignition failure, customer getting quote to replace both furnaces and does not want to repair systems as they are 19 years old. Customer also opted in to replace failing capacitor for main floor AC system, replaced capacitor, tested ac operation everything working as it should.

Replaced hose spigot outside of the garage. The water supply to the utility sink was tied into the hose spigot line using a steel tee. I replaced the tee and added a water stop to make the sink serviceable. I replaced all three sink stoppers upstairs and replaced a lift and turn stopper in the hall bath tub. Shut off supply at main water service, drain down water in down, cut out existing area, install new 3/4" pressure reducing valve, secure all piping. Set new PRV to 65psi. After installing I pressurized the system, bleed the air, and checked for leaks and proper function. Everything is working the way it should be.

Replaced master bathroom toilet with a Kholer Highline pressure assist toilet. I removed and disposed of the old toilet and installed the new toilet with new closet bolts, china caps, wax ring and supply line. Tested toilet throughly.

For this job, I troubleshot landscape lights that were not working

Replaced pressure regulator and main shutoff valve. Cleaned the trap and sink drain in the master bathroom to correct a slow drain issue. Replaced the stopper in the hall bathroom as a courtesy to the customer.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Arrived on site for a leak discovered yesterday while the shower was in use. The leak left water stains around the vent cover for the hvac. I performed a leak search opening drywall in the ceiling beneath the upstairs bathroom. And couldn’t reproduce any leaks. After running water from the spout for several minutes we diverted the water to the shower. We allowed the shower to run for almost 1 hour still no signs of a leak. We went on to open the walls behind the tub/shower faucet and was able to locate water stains along the base of the tub directly over the hvac vent. The leak is a result of water going onto the floor when the shower was in use.
