Installed three new receptacles and boxes in the three closets

For this job, we diagnosed an issue with the tnp valve on the water heater in the basement. Robert showed us where the water was coming from outside. To fix water coming from the tnp we tested the water pressure, and thermal expansion. The two main issues was a failed thermal expansion tank, and to high temperature set on water heater. To fix issue we replaced the thermal expansion tank, and tnp valve. We also set the temperature to 120.

Checked electrical components and safeties, checked and flushed drains, cleaned flame sensors, checked blower wheels and cabins, checked refrigerant pressures, checked coils, changed filters, installed blu-tube uv light, checked operations in heating and cooling, checked airflow, both systems operating as they should at this time.

In the kitchen remove the ceiling fan and verify that a UL approved fan rated box is installed, if not one will have to be installed per code. At the 3g switch box by the back door remove the plate and check the far right switch to see if it’s damage due to the flood light not turning off. Replace (2) single poles and (1) 3way switch in the 3g box by the back door and replace (1) 3way switch left of the stove We inspected the main breaker panel in the basement and found it is over heating on the line side of the main breaker.

Take a whip for a fireplace and hook it up to power. We will also run a new coax cable up into the attic to a splitter and add a new outlet inside the fire place. A troubleshoot will be done on an outdoor flood light and the stairwell light will be replaced

No cool due to condensate pump full of water and not pumping water out. No power to the pump, from the outlet. Outlet gfi was tripped. Reset outlet and pump works. Inspected system. Filter is clean, drain line clear and system is working properly on heating and cooling, with no issue. Recommend to install APCO-x uv light system, to protect the equipment, and give better and clean air quality to the house.

Customer is having new shower base installed and will need shower drain moved. Will need to come back and install cap once part is ordered

Home care inspection on one system with 3 zones. Inspected system, replaced filter and cleared drain line. Outside condenser is dirty, no in line switch (it will help to prevent water damage in the ceiling, in case of drain line get clogged). As of repair/maintenance, recommend to install an in line switch and a blue tube uv light, to give a better air quality to the house, and to protect the equipment from grow biological growth and prolong the life of the equipment, and do a chemical wash on the outside condenser. Replaced filter and did chemical wash on the condenser, as customer requested. Sent estimates and customer will decide for uv light later. System is heating and cooling properly at this time. No issues at this time.

Toilet in master bathroom has been out of operation for a while due to a failed flapper. I replaced the flapper, fill valve, flush handle, and tank bolts. Toilet is operating normally with no issues.

This estimate is to uninstall outdoor unit, build pad/level ground, reinstall unit and provide/install refrigerant back to manufacturer spec.

We came out today due to multiple issue in the garage which were circuit #16 a 20 amp duel function breaker keeps tripping and the (3) exterior GFCIs on the garage lost power. This is what was found today: In the two care garage is a QO sub-panel on the left hand wall and circuit #16 is tripping and flashing twice. Beneath the panel is a duplex receptacle that is on the circuit. After removing the device we found that power is coming in along with (2) other cable assembly’s leaving that is provided power out. The (3) GFCI on the outside of the garage are indoor rated parts, the boxes are non metallic, and it is dead end wiring (one cable assembly coming in). We found junction boxes inside the garage that are not bonded. After removing the GFCI devices outside we applied power back to the circuit and the breaker is holding. We found a 2g box with (2) duplex receptacles that are reading reverse polarity that is not on the same circuit and located in the right corner of the garage we

Customer called about a leak coming from the kitchen sink area. Ran water and tested everything. Kitchen faucet, sink and drain appeared okay. Found no leaks there. Removed cover plate from dishwasher and found drip coming from underneath the dishwasher. Upon further investigation, noticed drip was coming from inside compartment of dishwasher and was not coming from dishwasher supply line. Recommended that customer either replace dishwasher or contact an appliance company to see if repair is a possibility Provided customers information to Property Medics to address water damage caused by leaking dishwasher Customer also has a 10 year old water heater. Average lifespan is 8-12 years. Water service line was leaking at a 2” pvc coupling in the crawl space. I cut out a 10 foot section of the PVC and moved the point of conversion from PVC to PEX closer to the water service entrance. This will reduce the weight of the water in the pipe and prevent the line from sagging. I ran a new 10 foot section of PEX and connected back to the existing water system. There is currently no PRV installed on the house. Water pressure is fluctuating between 70-90psi. I have sent an estimate to install a PRV to the customer.

Observed bio growth on the majority of supply vents. Found two of the three thermostat fan settings were in the on position, circulating moisture in the home. Spoke the the client at depth about this and added note to file for any future technicians to be cognizant to leave the fan feature set to auto only. Performed two coil cleanings, and installed two whole home Apco x ultra UV for bio growth protection and preventions. cleaned residue from the drain lines and cabinets, and removed from the upright vertical system, its horizontal drip pan as it have significant amounts of bio growth present.

I was called out to Bob & Rosemary’s house for a Homecare maintenance. Bob & Rosemary have lived here for about 2 years so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered that the breaker for the furnace is oversized, the ac needs cleaned, the uv on the system isn’t working, the ductwork is outdated being R6, and the plenums are ductboard. I will be returning to install a new uv, clean the ac, install an iWave, and replace the oversized breaker.

Replaced powder bath toilet and shutoff valve. The toilet flange was set too far in the flange so we installed a new flange that raised the height to floor level. Replaced customer supplied touchless kitchen faucet and replace both hot and cold shutoff valves for the faucet. Thank you!
