Was called out to replace upstairs shower cartridge
Home owner was having problems with the gfci in his guest bathroom nuisance tripping. The gfci is old and we replaced it with a new one to fix the nuisance tripping.
Upon arrival, I met with the owner. They asked that I inspect the Liberty 405 pump TE installed in 2023. The pump is tied to the washer drain and nothing else. They have been finding their clothes are very wet after washing and want to troubleshoot if there is an issue with the pump or washer. I tested the pump, confirmed it is functioning. Ran a load from the washer, inspected and found the pump functioning properly and no water was left in the washer. At this time, they will continue using as normal and will have the washer inspected. I provided didn’t options for the future if necessary and a bottle of Endure for maintenance. Includes one bottle of Endure professional grade drain treatment to help breakdown organic buildup and maintain free flowing drains. Designed for residential and light commercial use as a preventative maintenance solution. This is not a mechanical clearing service. No warranty.
Quick, efficient and very friendly
Upon arrival, I met with the owner. The toilet in the main level half bath recently clogged. They augered the toilet and now it drains sluggishly. Nothing else affected. I was able to auger and clear the blockage from the toilet. I tested and confirmed no leaks or errors. Perform draining clearing on toilet. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.
We came out today and meet the homeowner and we had requested to have a new location ceiling fan box installed in the upstairs media room, 1st door on the right upstairs. We removed the single gang nail on box and cut a bigger opening to allow for a new 2g cut in box for the new 14/3 switch leg and switch. Before cutting into the ceiling we had the customer confirm the location of where he wanted the fan to be installed. We made an opening and installed a new fan rated pancake box and bonded the box as well and capped off the other wires. The customer was informed to use the black wire to hook up the ceiling fan. We used a blank plate that he provided to cover the box until he gets the fan to install it. We found that the circuit controlling this room is located on circuit number #12
For this job, we installed a 92% furnace for the main level.
Checked filters and ductwork. Completed full inspection of system. Furnace is getting older and starting to rust out, should start thinking about replacing upstairs furnace. Replaced blower capacitor, cleaned stopped up drain and cleaned condenser coil with coil cleaner.

For this job, the customer showed me a pipe in the wall behind the refrigerator which had signs of something chewing on it causing the leak. The leak was on pex. To fix issue I cut out leaking section, and put back new pex. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
Price quote leak search Price quoted to simply charge main level unit. Return visit to perform leak search on 2018 carrier Infiniti 2 ton AC system that is for the main level of the home. Last visit this unit was confirmed to be flat on refrigerant. Code 83 was present. This is a low pressure code. Performed leak search by pumping system up to 300 psi nitrogen. 300 psi nitrogen held. We’re almost an hour. No leak found. Bumped up to 350 and searched longer with no results. 350 held as well for over 30 minutes. Went to talk to homeowner and they approved simply charging the system and we were returned in two weeks to perform a maintenance visit to double check charge. I am not convinced this is a good repair. The system was completely flat on refrigerant. The only two explanations are someone has removed this refrigerant or there is a leak somewhere. Checking again in two weeks. Will let us know if there is possibly a leak somewhere. Customer crew charging made them aware there is no
Today we had a third-party digging company dig a 70 foot trench from the house to the shed. In the trench, we laid PVC conduit and ran the wire through the conduit to feed the disconnect on the shed. We also added a new circuit and disconnect for a future mini split. We also added a new outdoor outlet on its own circuit. We also added a photocell controlling the sconces lights on the front of the house.
Work Performed: Upon arrival, I met with the owner and set up in the hallway bathroom. I shut off, drained and removed the toilet. I cleaned and inspected the toilet flange, set new closet bolts, a wax ring and supply line. I assembled, installed and tested the new toilet for leaks and errors. At this time, everything is functioning properly. Provide and replace the existing toilet with Kohler Kingston high efficiency 1.28 GPF toilet w/ soft close seat. Disconnect water supply from the toilet, remove water from the tank, remove tank and bowl from the floor, check drain and flange condition, install a new toilet, check proper flush and clean up the work area. Includes toilet and seat.

Replace failing fill valve Replaced a failing fill valve in master bathroom toilet. Toilet was not giving consistent flushes due to bowl not having enough water. Replaced fill valve and now bowl was getting sufficient amount of water. Toilet is not giving consistent flushes. Tested multiple times with and without toilet paper. Clearing successful.

Inspect the main electrical panel and the meter. We will ensure the electrical system is functioning properly. we tested power at the meter and electrical panel we were getting all correct voltage. We took off all of the electrical breakers and inspected the main bussing. The panel has slight discoloration. We informed the homeowner to keep records of when/ where buzzing occurs. We also informed them to contact the power company to inspect the transformer. We discussed with the homeowner about installing a new electrical panel.

Biological growth on sheet rock in garage. Poured water down drain to make sure drain isn’t leaking. Cut sheet rock and noticed line set rubbing against sheet rock. Insulation is now very thin and condensating onto Sheetrock. Home owner has a maintenance with another company and wants to cancel with them before joining our home care.

Arrived on site to diagnose a no heat for a 2023 Goodman split system. Client says the system will randomly stop heating. The system becomes completely unresponsive. It was off when I arrived so I completed a full evaluation of the systems performance. Client was blindsided by the service call fee, she shared a text she had with somebody in the office that stated that we didn’t have a trip charge after asking about diagnosis costs. During our inspection we discovered some shortcomings with the system that weren’t addressed during installation. The sediment trap was installed wrong, low voltage wires are exposed outside, drain is poorly pitched and the uncovered cleanout isn’t above the drain. Indoor blower and outdoor coils are very dirty. Flue pipe was not installed properly either. We tested everything in heating and cooling and made sure the system was running as designed. The system has some major needs for maintenance. Upon arrival homeowner stated he had a tripped breaker. I looked around and everything seemed fine except I found a junction box in the attic that looked really bad. I also quoted to revise the whole room just in case that would be the problem. I told him I would throw in the junction box if he went with the red device and he went with the red device, changed every outlet and switch in room.
Stairs, air conditioner, not cooling properly. Upon a visual inspection, noticed the media filter was extremely dirty and unable to pass any light through. Removed filter and turned cooling on. No further immediate issues noticed at this time. System currently has refrigerant in it, by checking the standing pressures, though unable to get an accurate reading due to the cool temperature outside. Homeowner has a 50 gallon electric water heater manufactured by Rheem. T.E. was at this location prior to diagnose an issue with this heater. Through contacted Rheem, it was concluded that the lower element has failed. The lower element was provided by Rheem under warranty. Isolated water heater via shutoff valve above heater, drained heater down and removed lower element. The lower element is rather corroded. Installed new element. Pressurized water heater and purged air from water distribution system. After heater was filled, power was reinstated to the heater. The heater immediately threw an error code A104, or emergency cut off (ECO). Contacted Rheem and was instructed to reset the ECO. After resetting the ECO, the heater prompted another error code, A105, or lower element failure. Rheem then concluded that, due to the lower element having just been replaced, and through some ohm and voltage testing, that the user interface is malfunctioning. A new user interface is being supplied
Customer called us out for a clogged toilet in the bathroom closest to the kitchen. I tested the toilet on arrival and it was not backing up. I then pulled the cap on the outside clean out and saw there was a small amount of water being held near the clean out. I flushed two different toilet and one I could hear and see the water coming and the one that was having issues I could not. On the next flush the toilet backed up and the customer heard gurgling in the kitchen sink. I recommended pulling a toilet and running a cable machine down the line to clear the blockage and a bottle of Endure drain cleaner for drain maintenance. Customer agreed. I pulled the toilet and ran a cable machine down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I tested the toilet with the kitchen and bathroom sink while I cleaned up. I reset the toilet with new wax ring, closet bolts, china caps, and supply line. Customer has an appointment with a sewer supervisor tomorrow 11-2.
Wayne showed up on time. Was friendly and did a professional like job. I am pleased with the work. Thought the price was a little steep for installation of two fans (installation costs was significantly more than the actual price of the fans). But, in regards to Wayne's responsibilities, I was very pleased with his services and workmanship.

Sam and his team arrived early in the 2-5 pm window and after giving several reasonable options for our water heater replacement were out of the gate working hard as soon as I gave them the okay. Overall it probably took roughly 2.5 hours to replace the water heater and have us back up and running with hot water.
