Upon inspection we found that the hot water return line was going cold when hot water was ran in the home. The hot water from fixtures would also go cold. We replaced a failed check valve with a spring check valve on the return line and the hot water issue now appears to be solved. This does however, indicate that the internal check valve inside the Navien has failed. The unit was also throwing an occasional code 438. I spoke to Navien and they stated that this was likely due to the failed check valve. We have given an estimate to also replace the failed internal check valve.

For this job the customer stated that the PRV was showing signs of leaking. Further inspection showed that the PRV was faulty. In addition, we discovered an undersized as well as failed expansion tank at the water heater. We replaced the PRV as well as the expansion tank with the right size and secured to a bracket on the wall. Work was completed and thoroughly tested. Thank you for choosing TE Certified

Replaced damaged GFCI at back door and replaced 3 battery operated smoke alarms with 3 hard wired smoke alarms. The circuit was in place for the alarms, but the alarms the customer had were battery only. Tested the alarms and they all talk to each other and go off in unison. The replaced GFCI works properly Originally we were replacing only one smoke alarms. When I went to test it it did not set off 2 other alarms. That is when we found out those 2 alarms were not hard wired. So we replaced those ones so they would talk with eachother

Customer called about a slow draining toilet in the upstairs master bathroom. We tested the toilet and it did drain slowly. We ran water in all of the bathroom fixtures to test for drainage. There was no backup after about 5 minutes of testing, which showed that the issue was in the toilet. We recommended a new toilet as the toilet was 22 years old and most likely had a calcified trap. We replaced the toilet there was no standing water in the line once we pulled the old one. We tested the new toilet and everything is flushing properly. Water heater and pressure are good.

Customer called about a toilet clog in jr preschool boys bathroom. Upon arrival the toilet was not flushing. There was a clump of diaper wipes in the toilet. We reached into the toilet and pulled the wipes out the toilet. We tested the toilet with multiple flushes the toilet is now working properly.

Run sewer machine through 2-way cleanout

Arrived on site and customer stated an issue with the mainline drain leaking down in the basement. Upon my investigation, I found that the mainline to the house seemed to be backing up. I went ahead and got with dispatch to have the Drain Team come out to fix the blockage. I went ahead and did some more investigating throughout the home and found that the pressure to the home was 100 psi , which was caused to a failing PRV. I also found that the expansion tank on the water heater was full of water because of the increase in house pressure. I informed the customer that due to high water pressure coming into the home that the expansion tank had failed, and recommended both the PRV and expansion tank be replaced, as other issues could arise. I went ahead and installed a new PRV in the Basement along with a tagged Shut off Valve, and set the PRV to 65PSI. I then removed the Expansion tank, strapped the new tank in place and pumped the tank to 75PSI. I also installed two vacuum breakers on

Replace garbage disposal that was leaking previously that had rust caked around it and repair waste basket strainer that was leaking with new tubular piping connected back to the plumbing system. Tested and checked for leaks that did not appear when inspecting the work that has been performed today. Did a walkthrough with the client and showed the functionality of the garbage disposal. Also sent Peter a quote to replace his ten year old heater that is in the garage.

Installed a Tesla charger. Ran the 60 amp circuit from the mechanical room, over the basement stairs, and into the garage. I also ran a 20 amp circuit with the 60 because the customer wanted an outlet as well. I installed the charger and outlet. The customer had a breaker slot for a jacuzzi that they do not use, and told me to disconnect the jacuzzi line and use that breaker for the garage outlet. The Tesla charger and outlet are working properly. I did have to cut a few holes to run the lines, but the homeowmer was ok with this

Arrived on site for a 2 system home care. We changed filters, flushed drain lines and completed a comprehensive evaluation of all heating and cooling functions of the system. We tested safeties, tested all mechanical components and made sure the system were performing within spec. We found one of the dual capacitors was out of spec, both blower wheels were dirty, plenums were dusty and condenser coils were beginning to accumulate dirt and dust. We were able to get both blower wheels pulled and cleaned, replaced the dual capacitor and thoroughly cleaned the plenums. We made sure to test everything once work was complete and can confirm the systems are fully operational upon departure. Call complete.

The customer had a new fridge put in his garage and found that it was tripping the GFCI that controls the garage receptacles. We informed him that many issues between the two have been coming up and to find out if it is the fridge we would have to install a new circuit. For the garage circuit it has a rain bird, a recirculating pump, the garage door opener, and some wall receptacles. We wired in a new dedicated 20 amp circuit for the fridge in the garage just to the left of the existing GFCI receptacle per customers request. We also supplied and installed a new GFCI breaker. After the installation we tested the safety of the breaker.

Today I replaced Dakota and Ashley toilet in the hallway bathroom/laundry room. Tested work and functionality and did not see any signs of leaks. Also will leave them with estimates of other repairs and replacements they had brought to my attention.

We came out today to wire in and install a new generator 2p50a inlet at the meter main. Please follow the steps below durning the event power is lost to the home. 1) Turn off all breakers inside the main panel and sub-panel inside the home. 2) Roll out the generator and plug the cord into the inlet and generator 3) Use Interlock to shut Main off to turn 2p50 breaker on 4) Turn generator on and wait for idol 5) Go to main panel and turn on breakers When power has been restored reverse the this process. Only turn on breakers for lights and receptacles. Do not let the generator run out of gas. I made the homeowner aware of the non listed 2p100 in the main panel that feeds the sub-panel along with the double taps in the main panel as well. I left an estimate for the repairs along with surge protection.

I was called out to Bob & Rosemary‘s house to install an APCO-X, iWave, replace the furnace breaker, sign them up for Homecare and to clean the ac.
