Removed the failed compressor and installed a new compressor, vacuum the system down to 480 µm and charged system appropriately. At this time the system is operating properly.

We added GFI protection to the bathroom, washer, fridge , dishwasher, disposal, and outlets in pantry. I also install a whole home surge in main electrical panel.

Troubleshot and made repairs of flickering lights by replacing a switch and a dimmer. Added box for light over kitchen sink as well as shifted fixture over so that it is more center.

TESTED SYSTEM NOT COOLING WELL FOR MAIN LEVEL. FOUND MANY FAILING PARTS ON UNIT DUE TO AGE. THE MAIN ISSUE IS A FAILING COMPRESSOR THAT IS OVERHEATING & TRIPPING THE TEMP. SENSOR. THIS UNIT IS R22 & WOULD NEED TO BE RETROFITTED TO 407C IN ORDER TO DO REPAIRS. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Leak showing on master bedroom ceiling. Sheetrock had been partially opened. With approval, we put down plastic and cut additional Sheetrock. We found a leak at a solder joint on a 3/4 copper coupling. We ran all fixtures in bathroom, above that area to be sure there were no additional leaks. We performed a spot repair on the copper piping and restored water to the home. We then purged the air from the system. When removing the plastic sheeting a small section of paint on the bedroom wall came off with the tape. We showed this to the homeowner and they stated not to worry about it, as that bedroom is going to be remodeled soon. Thank you!

Recall on myself. Main/basement unit compressor not starting. Found system to have locked rotor error code. Ohmed compressor out. Ohms good. Turned unit on. Found high amp draw on inrush. Added superboost and tested again. Amp draw went down to 9 upon start up.

Customer called us out to snake 3 toilets. I will auger toilet in master bathroom, upstairs bathroom and downstairs bathroom. Was successfully able to remove stoppages in each individual toilet drain line. I flushed each toilet several times in the presence of the customer to ensure that everything was draining properly up to the customer’s satisfaction.

Remove bulb and Rewire fixture to bypass motion sensor

Replaced existing sewage ejector pump with new liberty pump. Installed new combo check and ball valve. Installed new 50 gallon water heater. Turned water on, purged system and checked all work for proper operations.

Replaced leaking 1/3HP disposal in kitchen sink with new 3/4 HP insinkerator. Mounted new disposal with new bracket and verified no leaks and proper function.

Replaced the fiberglass duct board supply plenum for Suite 4 and installed new collars. All joints were sealed with mastic to help maintain proper airflow. Reinstalled the UV air scrubber to its original position. Dismantled and chemically cleaned the outdoor unit. Replaced the 35+5 microfarad capacitor, which had tested below manufacturer tolerance. Verified that the condensate pump is working as expected. System is operating properly at this time.

Performed a complete toilet rebuild. Replaced all the gaskets and washers with new bolts, new toilet handle, new fill valve, new flapper, new water stop with supply line. After installation I tested and checked for leaks. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

Pulled and replaced Price Pfister shower cartridge in master bath. Old cartridge was discontinued so we replaced with the new 0x8 model. Verified no leaks on the system and proper function of the shower. Checked water pressure as well and it’s set at 60psi.

Client has shower handle that is very difficult to use. Cartridge is old and needs to be replaced. Put in new cartridge with added lubricant for smooth operation of the handle. Tested for leaks, recaulked the plate and cleaned up work area

Customer called us out for a garbage disposal that was not installed properly five years ago. It’s also rusted. I will have to remove the old garbage disposal and install a new one also adjusting the PVC pipe and drain pipe underneath kitchen cabinet. I was successfully able to remove old garbage disposal and install new one. I tested everything for leaks and made sure that everything is operating properly at this time. I also provided the customer with our ENDURE drain maintenance product. **** scheduled for a service technician to come out Monday between 2 PM and 5 PM to reconfigure the plumbing underneath the kitchen sink.***

Troubleshoot post light.

Kitchen can light stopped working. After diagnostic found that dimmer had stop working and preventing 3 way from working properly. Replace both switches with standard 3 way switches per customer request.

New outlet in kitchen

Performed a one-time inspection on both HVAC systems in the home (upstairs and main floor). Tested heating and cooling from the thermostats. Measured the refrigerant pressures and electrical component readings, inspected the safety and cleanliness of the systems. Checked the air filters. Reported findings to the customer.

Sprayer weight was cracked upon opening new faucet box. Install new cs kitchen faucet. Test and ensure proper function.
