On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed wanting a toilet and kitchen faucet replaced. I replaced the toilet with a new customer supplied kohler toilet. I put new wax rings as well as new bolts and supply line. I leaked tested and flushed several times. I swapped out the old mown kitchen faucet with a new one. I leaked tested and did a super clean up. The homeowner is now happy and satisfied with the work completed.

Performed leak investigation on indoor plumbing. Customer noticed moisture coming from outside of what is determined to be a vent pipe on second floor. Went into attic, entire vent pipe and insulation and other components are all completely dry with no signs of water ever having been present. Cut hole in wall to expose vent pipe going through second floor interior bathroom wall. Entire pipe and wall cavity is completely dry with no signs of moisture ever being present. Leak has been determined to be originating from back side of master shower at the wall and floor junction point. Customer only notices moisture occasionally after showering. Tv outlets in bedrooms protected by previously installed arc fault breakers.

Today we came out because the homeowner purchased new appliances when the oven and microwave venting was running at the same time it would trip the breaker. The new oven does use more power than a standard oven would with the igniter. Today we installed a dedicated circuit for the microwave to prevent an overload.

2 System Inspection Cleaned flame sensors and adjusted gas pressures. Checked blower speeds and flushed drain lines. Checked refrigerant pressures and outdoor electrical. Main floor system is low on refrigerant and the contactor is burned. System also has a dirty outdoor coil. Upstairs system has a dirty outdoor coil. Both systems lack proper water safety devices on the units in the attic. Emailed estimates for repair options.

I troubleshot a power outage in the upstairs bedroom and found a loose wire on an outlet that was speed wired. I replaced the outlet that the wire popped out of.

Installed a new Gen 3 Tesla wall connector in the garage on a dedicated 60 amp circuit from the main panel.

Client stated that airflow is inconsistent throughout several rooms in the home on both the ML and UL. Initial observations revealed the system is controlled by zoning for these two levels. Both zones have been identified and are currently operating simultaneously and independently. The UL zone damper control wire was wrapped around the actuator arm so I untangled it as it was restricting its movement. It is also struggling to open completely without shaking the actual motor and will require a replacement motor. The ML damper is opening completely when calling for operation without assistance. Since this single stage system does not have a bypass damper for excess air to be redistributed back through the system, the dampers have been adjusted to allow some airflow bypass through each zone when not calling. This allows the system to breath adequately and assist the zone’s temperature regulation. I did observe the supply trunk lines are not as long as they should be at the dampers thems

Ran a new dedicated circuit from the main panel to the pool pump and installed a new switch/disconnect and switched outlet for the pump.

Customers initial issue was a tub to overflow seal that was dry rotted and cracked anytime. They desired to use the tub to take a bath. It would leak eventually we were able to find this out by putting a cup over the overflow filled with water and eventually it would leak out while on site. We discovered that the PRV was at a pressure of 80 and it was original to the home over 20 years old customer agreed to our quote to replace the overflow seal and pressure regulating valve and emergency shut off valve did so by turning the water off to the home and draining everything and then replacing the seal on the overflow in the master bathroom afterwards we went into the crawlspace and replaced the pressure, regulating valve and emergency shut off valve. Turn the water back on all the way to the emergency shut off valve with no leaks, and then slowly pressurize the home and tested for leaks and good aeration. Everything worked well we then tested the overflow seal. It did initially start leak

Customer had pinhole leak on uponor pex on the hot side of the water heater. Customer agreed to our quote to do a repair on the line. This is the third repair on the exact same line I expressed to the customer that they should consider a re-pipe and have left quotes on this situation upon a grill to our quote, turn the water off to the home and drain down and then cut out a roughly 1 foot section of pipe and replaced slowly turn the water back onto the residence, ensuring that everything was flowing correctly and that there were no leaks no leaks thank you for choosing and trusting TE with your plumbing needs

For this job finished up, running power to shed and powering up shed. Everything was tested and is working properly.

On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a toilet that wouldn’t fill properly. I wrote up estimates to perform work and received approval. I swapped out the old fill valve with a new one. I tested for leaks and also flushed the toilet several times to insure the toilet was filling properly. The homeowner is now happy and satisfied with the work completed. Replace fill valve, flapper, and supply line. Fill valve and flapper will be of basic design and application. Supply will be braided stainless. Specialty or proprietary parts not included.

For this job the customer stated that the shower head would not turn off and runs constantly. Upon arrival the homeowner had the water shut off to the home. Further inspection showed that the shower had a failed cartridge and would need to be changed. I also explained to the customer that the underlying issue for why the cartridge went bad was due to a failed pressure regulator and the customer agreed to change both. The old moen shower cartridge was removed and replaced with new and a new pressure regulator and ball valve were put in. The pressure was set to 65 psi and all work was thoroughly tested for leaks and proper function.

For this job, I conducted lead detective services for original technician Jeff Curry. During my investigation, I introduced compressed air onto the service line via the hose bib on the right side of the home adjacent the garage. Once I got the plumbing system completely pressurized with air I listened again to the service in the unpaved areas of the yard and heard nothing however when I got to the sidewalk Where the water is bubbling up, I heard the leak clearly about 8 inches in from the edge of that sidewalk.

For this job the customer stated they had a leak that was showing itself in the living room ceiling. Inspection of the bathrooms upstairs showed no visible signs of water damage or an issue that could be causing the leak. I informed the customer the only way to know where the leak was coming from would be to open the ceiling. The customer opted to have property medics come out and discuss options with them before I cut it. I also noticed the pressure to the home was excessive, approximately 85 psi, as well as two supply lines and shut off valves in the upstairs guest that were in poor condition. I explained the findings to the customer and they decided to repair everything mentioned. Water was shut off to the home and the pressure regulator, expansion tank, both shut off valves and supply lines were all replaced with new. The water pressure was set to 65 and all work was thoroughly checked for leaks and proper function.

2023 3 ton carrier system not working Upon arrival, the IDU was getting called for cool, but fan was not running Checked voltage through circuit traced it back to the ECM motor not working but getting proper voltage determined the ECM motor is bad With homeowner approval, we replaced the ECM motor, which was under the five-year parts warranty Replaced motor and tested system which system has been running for over a half hour with no issues I did run some more test on the outdoor unit cause because I noticed that the breaker was tripped from earlier I checked amps capacitor, contactor, wires, compressor ohms and to ground and there was nothing that was showing why the breaker was tripped. It could have simply been because the indoor unit was not working and outdoor unit overheated. System is running properly at departure Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Upon arrival spoke with customer about leak coming from behind the water heater. Customer has uponor piping in the home and there was a pinhole on the hot side. Gave options. Cut out section of piping above the water heater and replaced. Restored water to the home and bled air from the recirculation line. Plugged pump back in and tested the system. No further leaking was observed.
