Remove damaged, overloaded ac unit circuit. Install new 50 amp circuit with disconnect.
New circuit for ac unit
Noticed drains terminate very close to houses foundation. Drains are also dirty. Extended drains passed condensers. Cleaned both drains. Noticed ductwork going to son’s room is kinked at boot and breaking. Home owner joined home care today. Didn’t have time to complete 2 system home care. Cleaned drains under home care. Will come back to replace flex and complete home care. Replaced filters home owner provided.
Homeowner called us out to inspect floor moisture in the half bath. After several tests, I found the best option was to pull the toilet and inspect the seal, placement of toilet flange. After pulling the toilet, I found that the wax ring had failed and was not properly sealing the evacuation of toilet waste. I also used my moisture reader and the surrounding area of the floor was saturated quite a bit as well. I referred the homeowner to Property Medics Mitigation and left the toilet off at this time.
Tech was out for no cooling. Found the following. System is Trippin due to wiring from disconnect going to breaker panel is incorrect. This needs to be upgraded to an eight gauge wire breaker is a 30. This would need to be replaced to a 40 amp. Reason for breaker, tripping incorrect wire size and too small of a breaker. Outdoor condenser is needing to be chemically cleaned. On the furnace. Blower wheels need to be cleaned due to all the debris and buildup on. It would need to just replace the blower wheel . Capacitor on blower is a 10 and reading three this is failing. Under the cross fail is not conditioned burners have rusted hot surface igniter has oxidize need to be replaced. Flame sensor is needing to be replaced unable to get cleaned. There is no emergency drain pan under the system. In case of flooding or freezing up. There is no way to stop the water from going under crawlspace. There is no safety switches for flooding instead of having a PVC drain line. There should be a cond
Tech was out for no cooling. Found wet switch tripped . Checked drain line to see if drain line was clogged . Suction line sweating causing wet switch to trip. Tech used some Armo flex to stop dripping. Checked the system and found fan speed not set correctly. Tech set fan speed correctly. Checked out door system and see condenser dirty and pressures high spoke with customer about cleaning. Customer agrees to condenser cleaning chemically. Rechecked system pressures are good. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today
I was called out to Kiersten’s house for a cooling issue. During the thorough evaluation we discovered the system is single stage with zoning which is a poor application, there was a leaking core in the air handler, the supply duct is significantly undersized indicating the system may not be sized properly, the whip to the hp is improper wire, the system was low on refrigerant, and the dampers both had failed closed. Due to the poor installation, cost of ongoing repairs, and reliability once our project manager verifies the sizing we can properly offer repairs to ensure proper operation.
Customer contacted us regarding a leaking water heater that was originally installed in 2013. After evaluating the issue, we removed the existing unit and installed a new 50-gallon gas water heater with a 6-year manufacturer warranty. Following installation, we tested the system and verified that all components were operating properly and the unit was functioning as intended.
Upon arrival we met with the customer they experienced an issue with a clogged sink, the sink was holding water. The customer stated that this was something that started today. We were able to try to plunge the sink on the garage disposal side to clear the clog. We also left the customer an estimate for a garbage disposal replacement. The customer is happy and satisfied at this time.
Compressor windings open and upstairs system. Attempted to cool off and close. This was unsuccessful. Advised homeowner to try turning the system back on around dinner time as it was left turned off. Homeowner wishes to do some research and get some knowledge before agreeing to discuss further options with the project manager. Thank you for choosing TE certified!
Blower motor failed on carrier air handler. The part is no longer under warranty. Estimate estimates left with homeowner. All options were declined at this time. Recommended discussing replacement options with a project manager, is the homeowner mentioned that she has had nothing but trouble with this unit the last few years. At arrival on 05/22/26 Issue: water leak System: whole home Finding: water in the return plenum, water in condensate drain pan, clogged up drain line, no ss1 safety switch, no wet safety switch, capacitor is going weak. Recommendations: address the above issues. Homeowner only approved to only clear their condensate drain line. Properly cleared their drain line. Tested system, system is working properly at this time.
Removed the hot tub whip, disconnected the conduit from the disconnect on the side of the home feeding the pool panel and hot tub and installed a back to back outdoor outlet closer to the gazebo to clean up the extension cords feeding the Gazebo Power.
Arrived on site to perform a no cool diagnostic. The shared that today the system stopped cooling, stating the outdoor unit would click but the fan / compressor wouldn’t run. Inside got up to the low 80s so we completed an inspection and discovered the dual capacitor was failed, prohibiting the outdoor fan and compressor from coming on. We also discovered the condenser coils were extremely impacted and dirty. We also spoke about Homecare and got signed up today for whole home inspections annually. We completed a dual capacitor replacement, replaced filters, flushed drain lines, deep cleaned outdoor condenser coil and completed a full inspection of systems performance, checking motors, compressor, zoning and refrigerant levels. System is fully operational upon completion. It will take a few hours to drop the home temperature due to the elevated outdoor temperature and high heat load in the home. System is clean, safe and good to go for summer. Call complete.
For this job I came,e put for pressure regulating valve that was leaking, I removed and replaced existing water heater with new 50 gallon electric water heater, removed and replaced pressure regulating valve. Tested and checked for leaks and conducted a super clean up.

Homeowner is selling home and needed the master bathroom shower cartridge positioned correctly. It was previously installed in reverse cause the hot to be cold and cold to be hot. This was done at NO WARRANTY because the cartridge in place was not replaced but removed and reinstalled.
Today customers didn’t have any plumbing issues. The was just a maintenance call for there tankless water heater. With customer approval I flush the 1 year old heater once completed I tested to make sure everything was working properly. Thanks for choosing TE Certified.
Try to rebuild showers after some complications customers decided to replace the shower valve with a new one. So with customer approval I replace shower valve with a new delta. After installation I made sure everything was working properly. Thanks for choosing TE Certified.
Electrical Service
GFCI behind fridge kept tripping the fridge every time customer would try to use the water and ice machine. To fix the problem and still protect the fridge we put in a new outlet also with a new GFCI Siemens breaker.
Customer is selling this house and only wanted what the home inspector stated it needed. Spoke with realtor and customer stated they did not what an inspection done on the system only what was stated on the paperwork by the home inspector. Customer approved estimate. Installed new evaporator coil safety switch tested. Please note that TE is not held responsible for any break downs.
Customers shower head arm was leaking from the threads. We unthreaded it and applied tape and pipe dope to it and threaded it back in and the problem was resolved. The customers pressure was at 130 so we replaced the Prv. We also replaced the main shut off and hosebib with a quarter turn ball valve as a courtesy.
Customer called us out for a clogged garbage disposal in the entry way half bathroom. On arrival I tested the toilet and there were no signs of deeper problem. I recommended running a closet auger down the drain and the customer agreed. I ran the closet auger down and successfully cleared the blockage. I then tested and cleaned throughly.
Tech was out for no cooling. Checked system and found capacitor failed and condenser impacted. Also the following is what tech came a crossed during check . System has no flood protection, blower wheel is needing to be cleaned. Both furnaces need plenums. Both condenser are needing to be cleaned . Spoke with customer about issues tech came a crossed. Tech recommended home care. Customer went with The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today a long with home care. Replace prv and t&p to water heater INSTALLATION:Replaced PRV and set pressure at 60 psi,and replaced T&P to water heater and installed an expansion tank as well because water heater requires one.Tested to make sure no leaks
Tech was out for no cooling found the system overcharged outdoor condenser is needing a cleaning chemically. Also, compressor is making loud noise and start up. This indicates that the compressor is starting to fill also was system being overcharged. It does not helping the system outdoor is needing a chemical cleaning for system debris spoke with customer. Customer declined all repairs..

The easy and low cost option was to "bandaid" the problem, but given the age of the unit we decided to go ahead and replace it.
