Came out today and corrected shop power feed that was illegally tapped on to service wire. Customer has been imformed of current electrical condition and will be correcting in the near future. Also ran two dedicated 240v 20A outlets for cord drops for future machines. All equipment is functioning 100% upon completion of work. Customer will need to correct current electrical hazards before any warranties can be valid.
Tech was out for no cooling on one system located in the attic. The following is what tech came across. Indoor unit : Emergency pan full of water. Flood protection on the evaporator coil or drain line is attached. There is no wet switch in emergency drain pan to shut off system when detect 2 to 3 drops of water. However, there is a safeguard in the emergency pan. This will shut off the system when the emergency pan is full of water. Drain line is clogged and would need to be cleared for proper drainage. Capacitor on blower motor is failing it is a 7.5 and reading 5.1. Ductwork on return side is incorrect there isn’t enough return air going to the system. Would need to add returned to system for the correct CFM. As of right now, the system is pulling 640 CFM. Your system calls for 1200 CFM. System is a 3 ton. Evaporator coil is completely rusted. Disconnect box is laying on the ground beside the emergency pan that is full of water. This would need to be rerouted off the ground to one
Ran a new three wire to each fan in the secondary bedrooms upstairs, installed 2 gang boxes to separate the switches for the fans and lights and installed fan rated boxes in both bedrooms. I also provided a new LED over head fixture and installed it in the laundry room.

Dimensions: 4” Center Lav Faucet

Main floor system in basement/garage leaking water all in the floor It was believed to be the condensate pump but after inspecting it I determined it was working properly I checked the drain line going to the pump and it was severely clogged due from rust and build up from system being old and causing water to backup and overflow into the system and onto the floor With homeowners approval we reran the drain line and tested everything and it is working properly now Homeowner has an appt set up for Tuesday with project manager to come out and quote for new equipment Spoke to homeowner about our Homecare program as well and he wants to discuss it with his wife. For this job, the customer called us out due to power fluctuations and smoke coming out of an outlet and light fixture. After performing a troubleshoot, I found that the customer had lost a neutral. I found that the service wire coming from the power pole was damaged. I called Greystone and they came out to fix it before I left.
Troubleshoot kitchen outlet not working and replaced incorrect breaker in panel.
Homeowner called us out to assess stain in bathroom ceiling. After opening the ceiling, I found a section of failed piping causing water to spray in ceiling and below. The spraying was mostly contained inside insulation but once it reached capacity, it spilled all throughout the ceiling. I cut and removed a section of 5ft and replaced it back new. All work was tested and checked.
Upon inspection, the system is approximately 2016 model. The indoor blower wheel is heavily impacted with dirt and debris, reducing airflow across the evaporator coil. Refrigerant readings and temperature profile indicate a partially restricted TXV and a restricted evaporator coil, resulting in reduced system performance and efficiency. Tenant also stated a previous company poured cold water over the compressor to restore cooling. While this cannot be confirmed, it may indicate the compressor previously experienced thermal overload due to operating conditions. Considering the age of the equipment and the multiple major deficiencies affecting system reliability, efficiency, and repair costs, I recommend having an Install Supervisor provide a free estimate for replacement options.

Customers water heater was set to a low temperature. Recommended setting it to at least hot. As well, customer stated that their inspector said that there are dishwasher was leaking. The customers actually fixed a latch on it. I had them run the dishwasher and I inspected for leaks by allowing it to run and then physically watching it drain. There are no leaks. As well, while on site, I noticed that there are water temperature was slightly off and notice that the recirculation pump was not on at all.I turned it to the on position and now there is instant hot water everywhere. Allow the water to heat up to a hundred and twenty degrees. And then we tested in multiple areas. The water temperature is fine. I did notice a slight sulfur smell coming from the hot side. I explained to the customer that they should run. The temperature on the hot water heater at a higher for the next few days. And that should alleviate the smell. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs

Afterwards installed a new supply line and reinstalled toilet. Flush toilet multiple times and then caulked into place. After finding no leaks. Removed the old kitchen faucet and install the new one. Made customer aware that the new layout does not cover one of the holes which was for the original side spray. Customers stated, they are going to pick up their own cap for that. Tested with no leaks. Took a picture of the small amount of water damage underneath the kitc

Made sure the water heater was up to code. Cleaned up the work area and confirmed the homeowner was satisfied with the completed work.
Upon arrival for a no-cool call on the upstairs system, I found the primary causes of the issue to be a heavily soiled condenser coil and a dirty air filter, both of which were restricting proper system performance. I reviewed my findings and recommendations with the homeowner, who chose to enroll in the HomeCare maintenance plan and approved the condenser coil cleaning today. The homeowner elected to hold off on installing the recommended condensate safety (wet) switches at this time. Although this was not a full system inspection, I went ahead and replaced the air filters for both the main and upstairs systems, flushed both condensate drain lines as a courtesy, and thoroughly cleaned the upstairs condenser coil to restore proper airflow and heat transfer. After completing the work, I tested system operation and verified the upstairs system is cooling properly at the time of departure. In summary, services performed today included replacing air filters for both systems, flushing bo

Kevin came to review what we wanted (EV home charger install) around 2pm. He gave us the quote and they were able to install and get everything up and running by 5pm. The impressive part was they have the charger delivered by uber to install. While they waited for the delivery, they worked on the area needed so it was es less once the part arrived. We expected to have to wait a few days for the charger to be ordered and delivered.
