Mounted 52" Hunter ceiling fan with LED light kit in master bedroom. Replaced existing light fixture, installed proper ceiling brace to support fan weight. Balanced blades perfectly - zero wobble even at high speed! Wired separate switches for light and fan control. Programmed remote with dimmable feature. Fan positioned 8'6" from floor for optimal airflow. Should help reduce A/C costs significantly this summer. Customer mentioned possibly wanting additional fans installed in other rooms - left catalog of options for review.

Called for leaking tmp line on water heater. Upon further investigation found that the Prv has failed, pressure was over 100 psi. Replaced PRV and 8 year old rheem water heater. Installed new 50 gal rheem gas water heater with 10 year warranty. Installed new expansion tank, strapped and supported to the structure. Installed new ball valve and water heater pan. Purged lines of all air. Tested for leaks, no leaks.

Upon arrival met with homeowner and homeowner stated that unit would run for 20 minutes and then cut off and this would happen at regular intervals. Did a walk-through inspection with homeowner gave him the option to do magnets or one time inspection. Customer chose to become a maintenance customer. Upon inspection of air handler Found blower and evaporator cool to be dirty. Drain to be clogged. Filter was new. So left a 14 x 25 by one filter replacement. Completely cut out drain and took it outside to clean it. As well as the condensate pump. Thoroughly clean both pieces and reinstalled. Tested thoroughly. Drain is working well now as well as condensate pump. Upon startup of air conditioner pressure is low running 95/265 with a sub 14. Condenser coil is dirty as well. As well as leaking traitor and service valve on the suction. Took findings to homeowner and he agreed to do some deep cleanings. Coil blower and condenser coil. We’re all cleaned. Chandler and I installed new flood light location, new door bell transformer, and new bulbs and added box to existing floodlight.

Provided and installed new flood light bulbs for 30’ floodlight, installed a new transformer for video doorbell and installed a new location flood light on the back of the home.

Unit freezing up. Upon arrival unit had been set to off and was thawed. Performed thorough evaluation of system and found system to be EXTREMELY over sized for the ductwork present. This explains why if the upstairs zone is the only one calling it freezes up. Customer chose to unwire dampers to leave them constantly open. Took water out of pan in attic.

Replace Burnt up meter

Leaking was coming from basement ceiling we cut Sheetrock at the dinning room wall behind the refrigerator to trace down where the leak is coming from. We needed up cutting Sheetrock at the kitchen ceiling by the refrigerator and saw that there was water coming from both hot and cold water lines. We cut about 10ft for each pipe and replaced it with new 3/4 Pex pipe. Tested everything and checked for leaks.

Replace most of the sewer main in the garage ceiling. Customer was happy

For this job, we replaced a customer supplied kitchen faucet as well as the three angle stops under kitchen sink. Pressure and thermal expansion was all good. When done we checked for leaks no leaks were found.

Failed condensation pump was the reason for the visit today. Replaced pump and tubing. Found low dual and blower capacitors, pitted contactor and no wet switch nor IAQ. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

04/05/2025 Issue: no cool due to freezing line set. System: whole home Finding: dirty air filter, dirty condenser coil, dirty evaporator coil, dirty blower wheels and ductwork’s, weak blower capacitor, no wet safety switch. Recommendations: take care of the above findings. Customer declined all options at this time.
