Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with her regarding their issue. Customer showed me inside and to the main level kitchen. Customer states disposal is not working and she also purchased a new kitchen faucet that she would like installed. The disposal had rusted through and I presented the customer with options to install a new disposal and kitchen faucet. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval I began work. During the process I noticed the supply lines for the old faucet were integrated with the stop valves. Informed customer that the stops would need to be replaced in order to install the new faucet. Presented customer with add on price for the stops. Customer agreed and after acquiring the stops I replaced those as well. Finished installing new disposal and faucet. Thoroughly tested for leaks and proper function. No leaks. Cleaned work area. Customer is satisfied.
For this job, I ran three new circuits for the island and installed several outlets for pop up outlets and appliances.
Customer called us out for a garbage disposal in the kitchen that was not turning on. I inspected the disposal and found that it was jammed from rust and also not draining. I recommended replacing it and the customer chose the 1/2 hp badger. I removed the old disposal and installed the new one. Tested it and checked for any leaks. Cleaned area throughly cup the area throughly.
I came out to check where the plug on neutral type breaker in the service disconnect was feeding. I used a toner and traced it back to the back porch which is feeding the lights and fans. I supplied and installed a new duel function breaker that is designed for the service disconnect that feeds power to the back porch. After installing the breaker I went to the back porch and turned all the switches on to verify that everything was working and issues are present.

Replaced thermostat that customer supplied. New thermostat are Honeywell digital/ WiFi. Tech did not setup WiFi to thermostat due to customer selling the home. After installing thermostats tech tested and checked out hvac system. The following tech came a crossed. Main level is a r-22 with over amping compressor , condenser is needing a chemical cleaning. System has been over charged With Freon. Tech is unable to adjust charge due to the type of Freon in system. There is no repairs that are available to keep system in operation Indoor Blower is needing a cleaning. Filter is needing to be changed evaporator coils are rusted. Upstairs system. 410 a system. Blower wheel is needing to be cleaned. Filter is needing to be changed. Drain Line is needing to be cleared. Wet switch is needing to be added to system. The homeowner reported experiencing lukewarm water. As part of our diagnostic process, we consulted with the manufacturer and performed a thorough evaluation of the water heater. Based on our findings, we determined that the thermostat within the gas control valve was no longer functioning properly. We presented the homeowner with both repair and replacement options, and she elected to proceed with replacement of the gas control valve. After completing the installation, we tested the system to ensure proper operation and confirmed that there were no leaks. The unit is now functioning as intended.

Replaced breaker and troubleshoot why it’s tripping.
Troubleshoot: I came out today to troubleshoot an open neutral issue with the dining and breakfast outlets, I found a bad connection at an outlet in the dining room where a back stabbed connection was. While completing the work I discovered a buried junction had been installed to move this outlet location over and the original location was mudded over. I installed a new location outdoor outlet behind the original outlet location to access the buried junction and was able to remove the original box and remake the connections in the new outside outlet box permanently fixing the issue for the dining and breakfast area outlets.
Carlos and his team have been so helpful, kind and professional. We bought our home and we reached out to TE for an electrical inspection. Carlos was thorough, educated and polite during the inspection. We scheduled for him to complete the items he identified during the inspection, as well as install a Tesla charger in our garage. He and his team came out for two days and worked hard, and knocked everything out. TE is very lucky to have such a professional on their team!

For this job, I completed part of a kitchen remodel. I moved some wires in the floor for the new island location and I relocated a switch box.
EV charger
Replaced and installed 6 yr Electric Water Heater. We also ran a new T&P relief line to the exterior of the home. All work was tested and checked for leaks.
Installed car charger outlet in garage and surge protection.
Replaced the faulty 15a arc fault breaker for the guest bedroom with a new dual function and install a dual function back where one was suppose to be for the kitchen lighting and to also protect the outlet on the back porch.
Half power master restored. Refed damaged wire to outlet on opposite end of room. Capped off both sides of damaged wire and installed smart breaker to protect.
No Cool- 2012 Amana System Found the capacitor for the upstairs outdoor unit had failed. During the inspection it was also found that the indoor capacitor for the upstairs system was also failing. Both outdoor units need coil cleanings and better water safety devices since both systems are in the attic. Customer chose to replace both capacitors for today. I made repairs and tested the system afterwards. Checked refrigerant levels and air temps.
No Cool- 2019 Carrier System Found outdoor unit for main floor not running. Diagnostic revealed the outdoor capacitor had failed. Both systems also have dirty outdoor coils that need cleaned. Main floor system also needs adequate flood protection. Gave customer the options and customer decided to only replace capacitor at this time. HomeCare estimate was sent as a request by the customer to talk over with spouse.
Fast Service
Customer called us out for a clog in the kitchen sink. On arrival I could see grease stuck in the sink. I presented multiple options to the customer and they chose to run a flex shaft down the kitchen line. I ran the flex shaft down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I recommended using Endure to prevent future back ups but customer wanted to wait at this time. I tested the sink while cleaning and had no issues.
Arrived on site to completed quoted repairs. We removed and replaced the upstairs drain line, properly supporting and pitching the drain. We tested the drain like upon completion with gallons of enzymes and water to ensure proper slope, drainage, and performance. The drain outlet is unobstructed and flows easily from the top floor to the outdoor unit, secured tightly the entire way. We also deep cleaned the condenser coil for the upstairs. We removed all major surface level debris and chemically cleaned the coils underneath for better system operation. Before and after photos were documented. We also replaced their current thermostats with ecobee thermostats for all 3 systems and all 3 floors. We have them all set up on WiFi, and the app / account is linked to the thermostat as well. All systems were tested after all repairs concluded and confirmed system are all operational upon departure. Call complete.
for this job, we observed the homeowners meter for any sign of a leak for over an hour. The meter even though wide open did not show any sign of a leak.

Tyler came out to assess the situation with our water heater and gave us several options for repair/replacement. The easy and low cost option was to "bandaid" the problem, but given the age of the unit we decided to go ahead and replace it. He got us a fair quote and scheduled installation for the next working day and arrived and dug into the job. We can tell his workmanship was far superior to the builder's installation.
