1 System Inspection - 9 year old Rheem system Performed inspection on single system. Cycled system through heating, cooling, and emergency heating from the thermostat. Tested all motors, power enhancers, and safety switches. The system is currently heating and cooling properly with no immediate issues. The system lacks a wet switch in the emergency drain pan. The system has a small amount of biological growth both on the outside and inside of the indoor unit. Recommend adding UV light and wet switch. Thank you for choosing T.E. Homeowner called us out due to a gas smell coming coming from the water heater in the garage. After further inspection, I found that the water heater vent hood was completely disconnected from the flue. I also found that there was a small gas from a connection on the heater. I replaced and adhered the vent hood along with new b vent connections to be heater, and I also replaced the sediment trap connecting to the water heater. Further work for the heater were recommended. Tested and check for leaks.

Replaced aged Roman tub faucet with new customer supplied. Tested for leaks and function. No issues.

Don called us out because his 2 pole gfci breaker wasn’t working. During my diagnosis I noticed the breaker went bad. Replaced the breaker and it worked perfectly fine

Replace boxes and light fixtures with ceiling fans in kitchen and dining room.

Arrived on site to troubleshoot garage door not working and entry hall lights not working. The garage door outlet had faulty connections. The outlet was backstabbed causing the connections to become loose over time. I remade the connections and the garage door is now working as it should. We checked the switches in the entry hall. The hall lights work intermittently. These switches are the deako rocker switches. These are known to not make good connections. I recommended to the homeowners to replace these switches with standard decora style switches. We also noticed a burn mark on the main electrical panel. This is a QO panel. I recommended we replace the internals of the panel with a new bus bar. This will allow for all bus bars to be operational. I recommend to the homeowners not to put a breaker on the damaged buss in the panel. Everything is working as it should upon departure. We also scheduled an hvac technician to come out 9/9 between 2-5 to look at the furnace.

8/7 lvm to sell and schedule The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Replaced drain pan that was leaking at drain port. Tested and working fine at this time.

Installed new water line do to Burst in ground. Leak detection came out and was not able to locate due to hard ground and water showing up on neighbors front yard. Installed new line and fixed issue.tested and checked for leaks.

Customers master bathroom left lavatory slowly leaking from supply line connection near the faucet. This caused substantial damage to the cabinet and to the subfloor below able to take pictures of the subfloor via the unfinished basement. Customer agreed to have both stop valves and supply lines replaced. Turn to the water off to the house and drained.And then replaced the supply stops and supply lines. Primed, the air out of the freshwater system and tested the newly installed parts for leaks. No leaks. They have been scheduled with property medics for monday visitation. Replaced aged and non working disposal with new badger 5 1/2 hp disposal. Tested for leaks and function. No issues. Informed customer of backup on other compartment of sink and showed customer that part of the undermount sink had lost its seal.

Customer was inconsistently experiencing pressure issues throughout the home. Discovered that the PRV was the original builder grade one which was 20 years old. Recommended replacement due to age and poorer quality of builder grade valve. Also, noticed two sharkbite fittings that were used to transition between copper and cpvc likely when water softener was installed. Recommended replacement of sharkbite due to likelihood of leaking Cut and removed sharkbite fittings with proper transition fittings. Installed new PRV. Turned water back on and tested all work. For this job, I detected the leak for the homeowner in the front yard that is manifesting in a giant pool in front of the neighbor’s house. Homeowner has a very big leak just in front of the meter.

For this job, we completed a troubleshoot and replaced a bad breaker.

Replace exhaust vent fan in hallway bathroom, includes new 110 CFM bath fan, 6” duct vented to exterior.

The homeowner had active water running from the street to the main shut-off valve in their home. However, the homeowner was unable to isolate the source of the water to confirm whether it was coming from the front yard. To address this issue, I replaced the old main shut-off gate valve with a new ball valve, allowing me to isolate the water flow after shutting off the supply inside the house. Upon further investigation, I discovered that the water was actually leaking somewhere in the yard and was emerging near the front of the neighbor's house. It was unclear whether the leak was the responsibility of the city or the homeowner because of the unusual location where the water was pooling. (See Attached Video) I advised the homeowner to contact the city first to determine if the issue was on their end. If it turns out to be their responsibility, I suggested having us return to perform a leak detection to locate the source of the leak. Additionally, if a repair was needed, I left homeow

The homeowner had a leak in front of the water meter. I dug in that area and found that the leak was in a 1-inch PVC pipe. I repaired the pipe using 3 feet of PEX piping connected to the PVC. After completing the repair, I tested the system and checked for leaks.

Installed new outlet for water purifier. Customer wanted to reuse old hot tub circuit wire since it was in the perfect location as well as them not having a hot tub anymore. Took off of 2 pole breaker and replaced with 1 pole duel function. Installed whole home surge protection.

Installed a new Halo 5 whole house water filtration and conditioning system. A new water pressure reducing valve and external filtration system bypass were also installed. Water was restored to the home and all work completed was checked for leaks and proper functionality. Water Pressure was checked and confirmed to the home at 65 psi. Filtration system was properly flushed and activated to the home. Walk-through was completed with the customer, work area thoroughly cleaned up and payment was successfully collected. Customer is aware that the newly installed filtration system was programmed to perform the required regeneration cycle every 9 days at 2 AM.
