Job Locations and Reviews
For this job finished up, running power to shed and powering up shed. Everything was tested and is working properly.
On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a toilet that wouldn’t fill properly. I wrote up estimates to perform work and received approval. I swapped out the old fill valve with a new one. I tested for leaks and also flushed the toilet several times to insure the toilet was filling properly. The homeowner is now happy and satisfied with the work completed. Replace fill valve, flapper, and supply line. Fill valve and flapper will be of basic design and application. Supply will be braided stainless. Specialty or proprietary parts not included.
For this job the customer stated that the shower head would not turn off and runs constantly. Upon arrival the homeowner had the water shut off to the home. Further inspection showed that the shower had a failed cartridge and would need to be changed. I also explained to the customer that the underlying issue for why the cartridge went bad was due to a failed pressure regulator and the customer agreed to change both. The old moen shower cartridge was removed and replaced with new and a new pressure regulator and ball valve were put in. The pressure was set to 65 psi and all work was thoroughly tested for leaks and proper function.
For this job, I conducted lead detective services for original technician Jeff Curry. During my investigation, I introduced compressed air onto the service line via the hose bib on the right side of the home adjacent the garage. Once I got the plumbing system completely pressurized with air I listened again to the service in the unpaved areas of the yard and heard nothing however when I got to the sidewalk Where the water is bubbling up, I heard the leak clearly about 8 inches in from the edge of that sidewalk.
For this job the customer stated they had a leak that was showing itself in the living room ceiling. Inspection of the bathrooms upstairs showed no visible signs of water damage or an issue that could be causing the leak. I informed the customer the only way to know where the leak was coming from would be to open the ceiling. The customer opted to have property medics come out and discuss options with them before I cut it. I also noticed the pressure to the home was excessive, approximately 85 psi, as well as two supply lines and shut off valves in the upstairs guest that were in poor condition. I explained the findings to the customer and they decided to repair everything mentioned. Water was shut off to the home and the pressure regulator, expansion tank, both shut off valves and supply lines were all replaced with new. The water pressure was set to 65 and all work was thoroughly checked for leaks and proper function.
2023 3 ton carrier system not working Upon arrival, the IDU was getting called for cool, but fan was not running Checked voltage through circuit traced it back to the ECM motor not working but getting proper voltage determined the ECM motor is bad With homeowner approval, we replaced the ECM motor, which was under the five-year parts warranty Replaced motor and tested system which system has been running for over a half hour with no issues I did run some more test on the outdoor unit cause because I noticed that the breaker was tripped from earlier I checked amps capacitor, contactor, wires, compressor ohms and to ground and there was nothing that was showing why the breaker was tripped. It could have simply been because the indoor unit was not working and outdoor unit overheated. System is running properly at departure Thank you for choosing TE certified!
Excellent service!
Upon arrival spoke with customer about leak coming from behind the water heater. Customer has uponor piping in the home and there was a pinhole on the hot side. Gave options. Cut out section of piping above the water heater and replaced. Restored water to the home and bled air from the recirculation line. Plugged pump back in and tested the system. No further leaking was observed.
Re-routed the existing dishwasher circuit to the adjacent cabinet and installed an outlet for the new plug in style dishwasher with a GFCI breaker to protect the circuit and a switch for the new disposal, installed a whole home surge protector and replaced the hallway smoke and carbon detector.
Customers, master bathroom toilet had a fill. Tube that was cracked and not allowing the toilet to properly fill up after being used and causing bad flushes. As well, the hallway bathroom toilet was leaking from what appeared to be. The phil valve seal customer agreed to having the master bathroom toilet rebuilt with a new phil valve flapper, and supply line and rebuilding the tank on the hallway bathroom toilet. Did so by turning off and draining the water from both toilets? I rebuilt the master bathroom toilet and turned it back on adjusted and tested for leaks by flushing multiple times no problems. I rebuilt the tank to the hallway bathroom toilet. And after clearing off some rust from the old bolts found a hairline crack on the toilet tank. Itself and notified the customer. Took pictures. We decided to move along and ahead with the. Rebuild. After replacing flush valve, fill valve supply line tank to bowl, seal and bolts. I turned the water back on to the unit. And allowed it to s
Tech is out for cooling. Only system on a 3 zone . Zone 3 is not opening and closing . Zone 1-2 opening and closing . No flood protection on system, however there is a safeguard float switch this will turn system off when emergency drain pan is full of water. Drain line is needing to be cleared. Blower motor failed. Condenser is needing to be cleaned. Tech is unable to check pressures due to blower motor failure. Capacitor is failing . Reason for blower motor failure inadequate ductwork for return. System is a 4 ton . Unit calls for 1600 CFM as of right now return is pulling 1380 CFM the reason why blower motor failure is damper for zone three has failed. It is not opening to let air pass on the other side of home. To add extra duct work for return plenum would need to be replaced due to no more to add 10”.
Arrived to home to evaluate sewer for customer is looking to buy the home. Sent camera down yard cleanout near garage and made it out to the tap. Found that the line is completely pvc and I didn’t find and issues with the drain at the time. I did however notice that the water heater was 22 years old. I recommended a replacement with a hybrid and to change out prv and first valve. I also recommended installing water filtration system and monitoring system as well
Re wire AC unit new disconnect and breaker
Replaced blower and capacitor. Cleaned blower wheel. Verified equipment is operating
Install customer provided charge point EV charger in garage on new 50 amp circuit.
Install two ground rods and move wire for ground gas line
Blank thermostat on the main level system. S30, Lennox thermostat not getting power from smart hub. Will need to replace thermostat, in order to do a full diagnostic. System is 8 years old and installed by another company that is possible under warranty. Customer will call the other company for warranty purposes. Sent estimate to replace s30 Lennox thermostat or replace it for an ecobee thermostat.
HVAC Noise Blower motor amps are high as well as the motor is very hot to the touch. Customer advised that he has one filter in the system and one filter in the two return grills in the ceilings. The equipment has poor flood protection. Due to years of using multiple filters, the blower motor has been straining which is likely the cause of the sound the motor makes when it starts as well as the amps that are higher than normal while it’s operating. The blower motor could go any day now. The compressor amps are also high and it is emitting a lot of heat while running the cooling. This is single stage equipment in a zoning application. Zoning should be set up with modulating or variable speed equipment. Advised customer of multiple options and due to the age and condition of the equipment I strongly recommend looking into options to replace..
Came out to meet our in house leak detection to perform leak detection on the main service line. Removed rear hose bib vacuum breaker to allow leak detection to connect air lines to system. Detected leak in front yard. Installed new vacuum breaker. Customer will have tree removed in front yard and have us back out for line replacement.
For this job, I conducted leak detection services as a TGL for original technician Dylan. During my investigation, I introduced compressed air onto the main service via the rear hose bib on the home. During my investigation, I listened along the main service between the meter and the front of the home I discovered the leak on the main service to the right of the driveway underneath the tree about 46 inches off of the front sidewalk area has been marked with flag
Tech was out for no cooling. Checked the the system and found Emergency drain pan is full of water. system low on Freon. Checked evaporator coil seen it was leaking. Biological growth growing inside air handler. System is a zone unit. No wet switch in emergency drain pan. However, you do have a safeguard float switch. This will only shut off the system when drain pan is full of water . Spoke with customer about repairs that are needing to be done. Let customer know with all the money that she has paid for with repairs including this one if she decided to replace evaporator the money that she paid could’ve went toward a new system. Tech verified if system is under warranty. Warranty expired July 2025 . Let customer know that the builder did not register equipment for the 10 year warranty. Let her knowBased on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

On today’s visit I installed a weather rated outlet and bubble cover at the back patio of the home and two duplex outlets in the garage.
Clear shower drain Run cable machine to clear blockage Customer called us out for a slow draining bathtub. Customer also had concerns about hot water/cold water handle, not turning on in master bathroom sink. Left side sink had hot water push/pull angle stop closed. Right side sink had cold water push/pole angle stop closed. Upon arrival we tested for mainline blockage but bathtubs had individual blockages. Customer went with option to clear after blockage on main floor hallway bathroom. Removed a lot of hair buildup and ran cable machine in tub overflow. Reassembled the drain and tested by running water for a long duration of time. No signs of system backing up again. Clearing and successful. Thank you for choosing TE certified!

Excellent service!
Kevin came to review what we wanted (EV home charger install) around 2pm. He gave us the quote and they were able to install and get everything up and running by 5pm. The impressive part was they have the charger delivered by uber to install. While they waited for the delivery, they worked on the area needed so it was es less once the part arrived. We expected to have to wait a few days for the charger to be ordered and delivered.
Same day service. Good job - would do business with again.
