Install two customer supplied faucets due to old faucets and leaks on the bottom of the sink where pop up assembly is. Also installed new shower heads for bathrooms on first floor.
Homeowner had leak coming from the shower in the master bathroom above. The shower is a fiberglass insert and I gave options for full replacement, drain replacement, or reset drain. Homeowner understands that resetting the drain is not a permanent solution and will need to be worked on in the future. We tested water pressure and visually inspected the water heater. The pressure was high at 80psi and the water heater was missing the thermal expansion tank. These were replaced and added in new 1/4 turn shut off valves. Pressurized system and verified connections.

Replaced eight year-old PRV in the garage with a new high-pressure regulating valve to ensure consistent pressure throughout the house. Tested daughter’s bathroom to ensure consistent hot water was being produced.
Customer called about a main line blockage. Upon arrival the exterior cleanout was holding water. Upon further inspection the cleanout only goes towards the house, for that reason we recommended we pull the toilet to run the drain machine. We pulled the 1st floor guest bathroom toilet and ran the cable and had roots on the cable. We cleared the blockage and tested for about 15 minutes with a tub and we flushed every toilet in the house. We reset the toilet and cleaned up the drain is flowing properly. We scheduled a camera visit for Monday 11/03/25 from 2-5.

For this job, we replaced a dual-function breaker that was tripping intermittently. The customer said that the breaker had been tripping for months and was getting more and more frequent. I have the customer the option to replace the breaker or to complete a troubleshoot for the circuit. The customer decided to have us replace the breaker. If that does not solve the issue we will come back to troubleshoot.
Customer has a two bathroom home. All fixtures and toilets and tubs were in good proper working order. The water heater is almost nine years old as well as the.Recirculation pump. The pressure on the house was at a hundred and twenty five p s, I, and the thermal expansion tank was no longer effective. The customer agreed to have the p.R v and emergency shutoff valve and thermal expansion tank installed. Turned the water off to the house and drained and replaced p.R v and emergency shutoff, I then repiped in a new thermal expansion tank that is properly bracketed to the wall. Turn the water back on to the home and primed all of the air out of the lines.I then turned the recirculation, pump back on. Checked fixtures for proper flow. No further issues at this time. Thank you for choosing and trusting t e with your plumbing needs

Customer had a leaking sink drain in basement bathroom. We noticed the old pop up was a cheap plastic one and the nut was cross threaded causing a small amount of water to make its way out. We recommended replacing the pop up and customer agreed. We replaced pop up assembly and tested for leaks and proper function.
For this job, I completed a troubleshoot for a dual-function breaker tripping.
The installation team from TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling who recently installed my new heating & air unit and new ductwork work were simply top notch. 10 years parts warranty
Customer has CPVC water lines in the crawlspace. The water lines are in complete disarray, and most of the water lines are broken. The drain lines in the crawlspace are also completely wrong. We replaced the customer’s PRV and added a new ball valve in an attempt to restore water to the system, however when we turned the water on, we noticed multiple cracks all through the CPVC water distribution system. We left the customer with quotes to replace all the water and drain lines.
Troubleshot a flickering light in one of the offices, I found a loose connection at the light location on the neutral wire, along with a 1900 box above the drop tile ceiling with barely made up junctions. I re-secured the connections at the hall junction box and light location and installed a new 20a switch for the office that was buzzing and starting to fail.
Replaced bad breaker
Steven was great, great electrician, very approachable and friendly. I had a very positive experience
Their technician Cody did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the electrical problem. He explained the cause and offered solutions to fix it. While here he took the time to explain other electrical things to me and “watch outs” to be aware of. He was very professional!
I upgraded my home theater and naturally wanted to protect the investment from dangerous electrical surges. After researching the best way to protect home electronics, I determined whole home surge protection was the way to go. I Googled the average cost (about $500 to $1500), submitted an on-line request for quotes, and TE Certified was the first to respond. They followed up more than once and set an appointment. Andrew and Justin showed up on time, gave a quote that met my expectations, I agreed and they went to work. Additional professional advice was given regarding my panel, to which I agreed. All work completed within 3 hours at a reasonable price. We chatted as he worked, he explained the how and why of the safety changes, and I feel very good about the upgrades. Andrew was friendly, skilled, and very professional. Can I give more than 5 stars?
