Troubleshoot landscape lighting at main entrance: Removed the existing 120v live wire currently buried beneath the pine straw that was used for the previous lighting at the main entrance monument. This included cutting out and removing the visible wiring and conduit at the meter and main panel along with removing the wire from the breaker where it’s currently feeding power to those lines and removing any 120v wiring or fixtures readily accessible that are no longer being used.

Arrived on site to complete quoted repairs. We replaced the dual capacitor for the main floor, pulled/cleaned the blower wheel and deep cleaned the condenser coils. Upon completion I tested the system, making sure all power was restored to the system and it is operationally sound. We documented before and after photos and collected payment via credit card upon completion. System fully operational upon departure. Call complete.

We performed a trouble shoot on a dual function. The issue ended up being in a floodlight by the back door

Wobbly toilet in master bathroom causing leak in dining room on first floor. Pulled toilet replaced wax ring and reset with nylon closet bolts. Floor tiling around toilet is buckled likely due to the water being trapped from the leak. NO WARRANTY on work performed.

Customer called us out for a blockage affecting the whole main floor. I checked the hall bathroom on arrival and the bath tub was full of sewage. I recommended pulling the toilet and clearing the blockage an a bottle of Endure for drain maintenance. Customer agreed. I confirmed that the tub drain was closed and pulled the toilet. I then ran a cable machine down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I drained the tub and cleaned it up making sure the toilet flange did not back up again. I then reset the toilet and tested it.

Finished panel restoration by replacing the main breaker that was special ordered. Voltage is good, restoration complete.

Upon arrival, I met with the owner and contact. They recently found all of the lower level bathrooms backing up. Both tubs, shower and toilets were holding water when I arrived. I checked the foundation and tap cleanouts, found both empty. Due to access, I ran my cable up towards the house from the foundation cleanout. I found the blockage to be within 10’ of the cleanout and was able to clear it. We ran water from all fixtures in the home and confirmed the line is open at this time. A supervisor has been scheduled this morning to perform a camera inspection. Use large drain machine to clear line from the exterior accessible cleanout, and locate source of drain issue with sewer camera. Includes drain machine and inspection camera (no additional fee). Does not include digging, replacing lines, or repairs. Cleared lines may clog again without a permanent repair.

Upon arrival, I met with the owner. They had several things to look at today. For today, we moved forward with pulling and resetting the powder room toilet due to a sewer odor. The toilet was loose before removal. I shut off, pulled the toilet and found the wax ring was dry rotted and the likely cause to the odor. I cleaned the flange, set a new wax ring, closet bolts and replaced the supply line. I set the toilet, tested and confirmed no leaks or errors. I also inspected several faucets and drains in the home. Advised replacing two of the lav drains in the master and basement. I also found the water heater is 12 years old and we scheduled a supervisor to provide options on replacement. Shut off water supply to fixture, remove all fluid from fixture, remove china caps and bolts from fixture, pull water closet from base, clean flange and inspect for damage, set new wax gasket on flange, install new nylon bolts, reset wc on flange and tighten bolts, install new supply line shim to pr

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with him regarding their issue. Customer showed us inside and upstairs to the main level. Customer’s kitchen sink is not draining properly and has flexible piping ran for the drainage underneath. We also did a thorough evaluation and inspected the customer’s water heater and a wet spot on the basement drop ceiling from the kitchen drain leaking. Customer also has a leaking stop valve on the upstairs master bathroom toilet. We presented the customer with options to fix these issues. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval we began work. Removed old stop valve and supply line for toilet and installed new quarter turn stop with a new braided steel supply line. Removed flexible tubular underneath kitchen sink and installed hard tubular piping. Kitchen sink was still backing up after repiping the waste so we informed the customer there is a blockage further downstream and would need to run a machine. We were unable to clear with the fle

Troubleshoot smoke detectors beeping. All hardwired smokes were up to date and not beeping. Found old wireless smoke sitting on top of kitchen cabinet. Then re-secured recessed light in the dining room that had fallen down.

The homeowner requested installation of three customer supplied bidets, two customer supplied showerheads, and one customer supplied toilet. The technician installed all three bidets and confirmed proper operation. Both showerheads were installed and tested for function and leaks. The new toilet was installed, sealed to floor, and verified for leaks and functionality. At the homeowners request, the old toilet was stored in the basement.

Troubleshoot no power to garage GFCI and back exterior outlet. Install surge protector at the breaker box.

Home inspection

For this job u came out and replaced an electric water heater that was installed incorrectly. Brought water heater up to code. Tested and checked for leaks. And insulated my hot and cold lines. Conducted a super clean up.

Added an outlet in upstairs hallway for fridge and in master bath for bidet

Leak in home coming from water heater outlet piping. The water pressure has been recorded at 110psi. The homeowners are unable to locate the main shut off inside of the home. Tech suspects the PRV and main shut off are behind walls of a finished room that is in the garage space.

Needed to install shutoff valve on the Recirc line for leak detection.

Installed Uv Light and Flood protection system for unit in attic. Verified Uv light is operational and flood protection does shut down system when needed.

Did a panel restoration of a Square D Homeline panel in basement. All breakers have now been replaced with new, listed SquareD Homeline breakers, the panel schedule has been rewritten, ground and neutral wires have been separated, and panel cleaned out. There was a dead lizard on the bus bar which I cleaned out as well. Still need to return to install special ordered main breaker, part was ordered through Mayer and scheduled to be delivered to kennesaw, when that comes in we will schedule the follow up.

Arrived on site for a 2 system inspection. Client recently moved into the home and wanted a thorough look at each unit. We completed a thorough evaluation of both systems to determine system condition, performance, safety and efficiency. We have a 2006 Rheem split that controls the lower level of the home, and a 2021 Rheem split that controls the main floor. Both systems have duct work that is original to the home and each system has some shortcomings. The main floor has a failing capacitor, a dirty blower wheels, dirty condenser coil and undersized duct work. The lower level unit has a compromised heat exchanger, underperforming r22 refrigerant circuit and some biological growth that has spread through the duct board plenums. We have some repairs we will be coming back to address Monday the 6th, and have a comfort consultation scheduled for the same day. We signed up for a 2 system Homecare while on site today as well.
