No heat for the upstairs system, due to a dirty flame sensor. I was able to clean the flame sensor, and heat works. Inspected entire system. Found heat exchanger very rusted with crack, return plenum is extremely dirty and blower wheel is dirty, as well. Air quality in the house is compromised. Sent estimates for potential repairs (not recommend). At this age (furnace 25 years old and ac 6 years old), the best option would be to upgrade the system, for safety, comfort and efficiency purposes. No diagnostic fee. We did home care inspection this month. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the upstairs furnace for tomorrow after 12. We should credit 89,00 back, if customer replace system,

Upon arrival, customer showed me that they had water dripping down in their unfinished basement ceiling. There was a rather substantial amount. Afterwards, they brought me to the kitchen and there was a large amount of staining in the corner of their dining area. Customer agreed for us to open up the ceiling within the dining area. I made 2 cuts approximately one foot by one foot in diameter for both 2 expose, a medium to severe pinhole. Leak, i'm directly underneath the hallway, bathroom toilet, distribution line. Customer agreed to have that repaired, as well as install a new shutoff and pressure regulating valve within the basement.As their old shutoff valve did not work completely. I turned to the water off at the meter and then performed the repair in the kitchen ceiling after the house was drained down. On arrival customer had water coming from an over hang of the house with customer approval I removed the siding to find that there water leaking from the riser going to the bathroom sinks. Once leak was found again with customer approval approval I replaced both 1/2 copper riser on the the sink also installed two straight stop. The leak has stop told customer they still may see water dripping there in the area due it the leak was between the sun floor and cabinets. No other issues was found thanks for choosing TE certified.

Customers sewer is backed up and rolling out of left side clean out. He stated that about 5 months ago he ran over the clean out with a lawnmower and then noticed paper collecting around clean out. Attempted to perform camera inspection from two way cleanout, but go only to back towards home. Appears some of the piping that broke fell into the sewer pipe and it is broke below grade. Homeowner had a previous leak due to defective Nibco Pex. Handyman found leak between the hallway bathtub and master shower. The 1/2” pex connected to the hot side of the bathtub was leaking. Handyman had already made access through sheet rock. Due to the wood blocking I was not able to access and replace all of the piping. I replaced what I was able to access. Pressurized the system and verified connections. No warranty on defective piping connections.

Their technician Cody did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the electrical problem. He explained the cause and offered solutions to fix it. While here he took the time to explain other electrical things to me and “watch outs” to be aware of. He was very professional!

I upgraded my home theater and naturally wanted to protect the investment from dangerous electrical surges. After researching the best way to protect home electronics, I determined whole home surge protection was the way to go. I Googled the average cost (about $500 to $1500), submitted an on-line request for quotes, and TE Certified was the first to respond. They followed up more than once and set an appointment. Andrew and Justin showed up on time, gave a quote that met my expectations, I agreed and they went to work. Additional professional advice was given regarding my panel, to which I agreed. All work completed within 3 hours at a reasonable price. We chatted as he worked, he explained the how and why of the safety changes, and I feel very good about the upgrades. Andrew was friendly, skilled, and very professional. Can I give more than 5 stars?
