Homeowner called us out due to moisture coming from flooring in the kitchen living area. The sink is located in the kitchen island. During the investigation I ran a pressure drop test to be certain that it was from the homes pressurized water system. The pressure was at 60 psi with the water on, and dropped down immediately below 20 when I shut the water off at the main. This indicated water loss inside the home. After the homeowner had a water loss detection company out, they pinpointed the issue near the back of the kitchen island, in the slab. We had to removed flooring, the back of the island, the bottom of the sink cabinet, and concrete to expose the issue. After exposing the loss, we discovered the failed piping. The pipe had ruptured from an extreme bend during the initial installation. We cut and removed the area and replaced it with new pipe and fittings correctly. Flushed standard gas water heater. Encountered a high water pressure reading in the home. Informed the homeowner and provided quotes to address the issue.

Installing 6 ceiling fans. Throughout home.

Homeowner is experiencing a leak from the toilet between the tank and bowl in the master bathroom. The homeowner also had concerns about the toilet in the hall bathroom leaking from the base. After checking the pressure, I found that it was over 80 psi, at 90 psi. Replaced master toilet with Kohler Highline, PRV, and pulled & reset hall bathroom toilet. Tested and checked for leaks. Pressure set to 65psi

Installed witches outlet, appliance cord and gfci breaker for disposal.

No heat, thermostat was burnt. No power to thermostat from air handler. There was a short at the air handler contactor and low voltage wire was connected to the top of the contactor, sending 120volts to the thermostat. Replaced contactor and thermostat. Heat worked as emergency heat. Turned heat ON. Outside heat pump works but not the compressor. Inspected heat pump, and it was wired as straight ac, not heat pump. I turned cool ON, at the thermostat, to checke the pressures, but compressor didn’t work, only the fan. Checked capacitor and it’s in range (reading 35 on a 35 microfarad). Will need to re wire the entire outside system, as a heat pump to do a full diagnostic and troubleshooting the compressor and the entire system. Other company installed this system (2023) and they didn’t wire as heat pump outside, consequently, house is using emergency heat only , to heat the house, and ac is not cooling due to compressor not working. Discovered leak in the middle of the driveway halfway up the hill about 65 feet from the meter

Today Josh has us out here because of a major leak that he is experiencing . Advise Josh that it could be as simple as a spot repair or a new penetration. Found that the leak is coming somewhere in between the concrete of where the mainline comes into the home. Advise Josh, that a new penetration would need to be completed as it is also not under code compliance for depth for frost compliance and requires it to be 6 inches below frost line which it is at a current depth of 12 inches (bare minimum) which recommended needs to be at a depth of 18 inches. For today, I repaired the mainline that is leaking at the penetration of the house between the concrete foundation replaced copper piping that had cracked due to pressure of the house settling on the pipe and did not have proper protection of burial tap or sleeved. Customer wanted to move kitchen sink location from island to exterior wall. As well as install pot filler and icemaker. Ran new water lines and drains for kitchen sink, ice maker, and pot filler. Set customer supplied sink. It was not fully installed and customer is doing the remaining work so discounted rate was applied Installed customer supplied faucet Tested work and everything works at this time. Tech was out for no cooling. There is 2 systems in clinic one does one side of clinic and the other does the other half of clinic. Tech found blown compressor . Wire going to contactor is burnt. Some wires inside condenser unit rubbing. This is caused by not properly securing wires. Contactor burnt due to burnt wire. Compressor was replaced at some time. Reason why compressor failure is due to over size equipment and zoned. System is a 5 ton system. This is to big to cool just one side of health Clinic . 2.5 ton should have been used. 1 damper motor has been disconnected due to motor failure it has been bypassed to stay open. Other damper motor is premature, failing. Zone board wiring is needing to be rewired properly. Wiring is tied into other wires. There are no safety switches on drain line or wet switch in drain pan. Install two customer supplied faucets due to old faucets and leaks on the bottom of the sink where pop up assembly is. Also installed new shower heads for bathrooms on first floor.

Homeowner had leak coming from the shower in the master bathroom above. The shower is a fiberglass insert and I gave options for full replacement, drain replacement, or reset drain. Homeowner understands that resetting the drain is not a permanent solution and will need to be worked on in the future. We tested water pressure and visually inspected the water heater. The pressure was high at 80psi and the water heater was missing the thermal expansion tank. These were replaced and added in new 1/4 turn shut off valves. Pressurized system and verified connections.

Excavate repair area with excavation machine and hand digging as necessary to make spot repair. Locates will be called in prior to work and the locate# will be recorded. Dig/excavate down to pipe depth using any safety requirements needed. This may include trench bracing, shoring, trench stepping, etc. Cut out damaged section of sewer and replace with PVC and approved glue or mechanical fittings. Install cleanout if required. Ensure proper slope and connection integrity, test for function, then bed in pipe properly. Backfill ditch, tamping dirt every 24" of backfill depth. Backfill to rough grade to allow for natural settling. Cut cleanouts down to ground level. Apply wheat straw to excavation site to aid in grass regrowth

Replaced eight year-old PRV in the garage with a new high-pressure regulating valve to ensure consistent pressure throughout the house. Tested daughter’s bathroom to ensure consistent hot water was being produced.

Customer called about a main line blockage. Upon arrival the exterior cleanout was holding water. Upon further inspection the cleanout only goes towards the house, for that reason we recommended we pull the toilet to run the drain machine. We pulled the 1st floor guest bathroom toilet and ran the cable and had roots on the cable. We cleared the blockage and tested for about 15 minutes with a tub and we flushed every toilet in the house. We reset the toilet and cleaned up the drain is flowing properly. We scheduled a camera visit for Monday 11/03/25 from 2-5.
