Did a panel restoration of a Square D Homeline panel in basement. All breakers have now been replaced with new, listed SquareD Homeline breakers, the panel schedule has been rewritten, ground and neutral wires have been separated, and panel cleaned out. There was a dead lizard on the bus bar which I cleaned out as well. Still need to return to install special ordered main breaker, part was ordered through Mayer and scheduled to be delivered to kennesaw, when that comes in we will schedule the follow up.

Arrived on site for a 2 system inspection. Client recently moved into the home and wanted a thorough look at each unit. We completed a thorough evaluation of both systems to determine system condition, performance, safety and efficiency. We have a 2006 Rheem split that controls the lower level of the home, and a 2021 Rheem split that controls the main floor. Both systems have duct work that is original to the home and each system has some shortcomings. The main floor has a failing capacitor, a dirty blower wheels, dirty condenser coil and undersized duct work. The lower level unit has a compromised heat exchanger, underperforming r22 refrigerant circuit and some biological growth that has spread through the duct board plenums. We have some repairs we will be coming back to address Monday the 6th, and have a comfort consultation scheduled for the same day. We signed up for a 2 system Homecare while on site today as well. Troubleshoot outlets not working.

For this job, the customer showed us a leak coming from the master bathroom shower. He had already cut the hole for us to be able to see the leak. The leak was coming from the shower drain where it attaches to the shower pan. To fix the issue we replaced the drain. Once complete we ran hot water in the shower to test our work. No issues found. Upon arrival, I met with the owner. Their sewer main recently started backing up into both showers both bathrooms. I inspected the crawlspace plumbing. Found the line clogged just after the two bathroom groups come together. The kitchen drain is the last tie in and is unaffected. Home is on septic with no visible outside cleanout. I was able to run a cable upstream from a cleanout in the crawlspace and cleared the blockage. I ran all fixtures to test. During my inspection, I noted that several sections of the drain system was either flat or back-graded. A supervisor is scheduled to further assess and provide options for long term solutions. Use large drain machine to clear line through interior accessible cleanout, and locate source of drain issue with sewer camera. Includes drain machine and inspection camera (no additional fee). Does not include digging, replacing lines, or repairs. Cleared lines may clog again without a permanent repair.

Troubleshoot: Installed a new outlet to replace the burnt counter top outlet in the kitchen to the far right of the fridge and the stripped out outlet to the left or the oven.

Sent by Eric miller in regards to finding another option for terminating condensate tubing that needs replacing. Found multiple options involving sinks. Spoke with customer in regards to best option. Chose to route new drain line into basement dining area sink. Purchased new sink down spout with dishwasher connection. Ran tubing through back of sink into storage area behind it. Supported new tubing with one hole straps and connected larger diameter hose behind basement air handler over drain pan. Tested pump multiple times also filled sink with water and allowed to drain. Verified no leaks are happening at this moment.

Upon arrival, I met with the tenants in Unit A. They recently started experiencing a mainline backup in their single bathroom, coming up the shower and toilet. I found there are two cleanouts in the backyard, for each unit. Unit A’s cleanout had overflowed and is holding water. According to the owner, each unit has its own septic tank. The tank for Unit A was reportedly pumped two years ago. I ran a cable down the cleanout and was able to clear the blockage. I pulled a lot of paper back but found no wipes or other debris. I ran water to test and confirm the line is open and flowing at this time. Price quote to move low voltage connection under the weather guard Upon meeting with homeowner, found the inspector for the buyer did not like the way wires were ran to the outdoor condenser unit. Did a visual inspection of this and this unit is about 40 feet away in the attic, and I cannot get to the portion of the attic where it runs into the wall and outside to unit. Running a new wire was not really an option today. Gave customer the option to do a repair outside and put the repair under the weather guard and insulate wire really well. This repair was approved. I did make customer aware. This will come with no warranty as we are not doing a thorough inspection. Customer just wanted the repair done that the inspector did not like. We did test in air conditioner mode after this and made sure the outdoor unit came on and the system is blowing. The repair performed looks much better than what was there. Assessed the water pressure in the home at the 2 hose bibs located on front, and side of home. The current pressure is recorded at 65psi at both hose bibs which is within the safe operating range for a residential home.

For this job the customer stated they were selling the house and one of the toilets in the upstairs guest bathroom was not flushing properly. Further inspection showed that the toilet was aged and flushing with very little volume. I advised the homeowner of the situation and recommended replacing the toilet with a new one. The homeowner agreed and the toilet was replaced with all necessary connections. Work was performed and thoroughly tested for leaks and functionality. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.

For this job, I did a leak troubleshoot for homeowner. During the investigation, we realize there is no leak on the main service, the homeowner has two old toilets that are both running, a dripping hose bib and an outdated water heater from 2008. Homeowner wanted to have the work done but was declined financing and is looking into other avenues to fund the project

Came out to complete quoted work from the last visit to clear the basement toilet. Customer had the toilet pulled for me on arrival and I ran the flex shaft down the line successfully clearing the blockage. I brought wipes back on the line and have scheduled a sewer supervisor out to double check that the line is clear. Tested line using sink in the basement bathroom.

Customer requested reconnection of irrigation line. Installed 1-inch double check valve with double meter box, reconnected line, and tested system, no leaks. Customer was satisfied with work performed.

Homeowner suspected a leaking toilet in upstairs office. Pulled and reset the toilet, flange in good condition as well as wax seal. Found bolts for tank to bowl gasket were loose and had residue from dripping water. Tightened bolts, tested toilet, no leaks at this time. Homeowner is also experiencing hot water fluctuations in the showers. After checking the pressure and thermal expansion tank, I told the homeowner the water heater may need to be flushed although it’s not fully recommended. I also told the homeowner, the shower cartridges may need to be renewed.

Upon arrival spoke with customer about a shower in his hall bathroom that was functioning properly. Removed price pfister cartridge and the pressure balance was broken. Replaced cartridge. Tested for functional and leaking. Handle was broken upon arrival so I did not put handle back on. Customer opted to order a replacement and install on his own.
