Job Locations and Reviews
We were called out due to a high water bill. We found that the upstairs jack and Jill bathroom toilet was running. We turned it off and watched the meter to verify that this was the source of the high water bill. Performed a leak search to track down cause of high water bill. We found one running toilet and two other aging toilets. We replaced all three aging toilets. Upstairs jack and Jill bathroom, master bathroom and half bathroom. Estimate assumes that floor flanges are in good working order. Performed work as per estimate. We found and replaced a broken floor flange in the master bathroom. After work was finished we verified that the meter was no longer running when no water was in use.
The customer called us out because he was experiencing gurgling in the upstairs. he explained to me a year and a half ago. He was running a drain snake and it got stuck inside the drain line. Today I did a camera inspection through the shower drain. Approximately 26 feet into the sewer line, I found the cable stuck inside the drain line. I discussed with the customer, their pressure reducing valve, their thermal expansion tank, their water heaters, and the benefits of an automatic water shut off and water filtration system. The customer is going to discuss with his father-in-law and let us know which option he’d like to go with.
For this job I came out and replaced existing shower valve and shower trim also replaced customer supplied lavatory faucet. Replaced over flow cover. Checked and tested for leaks. Conducted a super clean up
Customer called us out for a clogged shower, clog in all upstairs sinks and a smell from the water. I tested the water and it was high in chlorine content. The wife and daughter’s sinks were both clogged, the sons had stung in the drain but was not clogged yet and the husband’s sink was clear. I recommended cleaning the ptrap and stopper for the three sinks that had stuff in them. Customer also wanted me to clean the one that was clear. I also recommended Endure for drain maintenance. I tested the shower and didn’t see it back up and heard the water leaving near the exit from the house. I removed the ptraps from all four sinks cleaned them and the stoppers. I put everything back together and tested the sinks. All were draining well and had no leaks. I cleaned throughly and treated kitchen sink with Endure.
Caleb was on time. Professional. And did the job well and quickly.
Troubleshot and replaced 2 switches
Install whole home system (HALO5)
Chad was great from the start. He was considerate of what we needed fixed and even added extra work which he was great about listening to our concerns and fixing other repairs while here. He was friendly and worked great with us and our dogs since they are inside. We appreciate all the time Chad spent at our home today and quality work he did. We’d recommend Chad if using TE.
Replaced leaking water heater relief valve, installed and properly mounted a new expansion tank. Hard piped water heater outlet that was plumbed in pex. Tested all work. Customer states that toilet fill valve sometimes gets stuck and doesn’t. We replaced toilet fill valve and flapper as well as the toilet shutoff valve and supply line.
For this job I came out and replaced a 15 year old water heater that wasn’t recently installed leaking. Replaced with a 50 gallon Rheem 6 warranty water heater. Properly strapped expansion tank. Double checked my work tested for leaks. Conducted a super clean up.
Bottle of endure for preventative maintenance Customer was experiencing mainline blockage in 2nd floor, upon inspection we ran water for a long period of time and were unable to recreate blockage. The 2nd floor bathrooms were the only ones being affected. The cleanout had proper flow.
Homeowner’s water company alerted them that there was a water loss of 7 per hour. After checking toilets, I searched the crawl space to find a moderately sized pinhole on the copper piping spraying water on the HVAC system. I cut and replaced a 10ft section of old copper piping with pex. Tested and checked for leaks. Explained to the homeowner about the condition of the existing water piping and recommended a full repipe.
For this job, we came back out to finish work quoted last Friday. We installed 5 new emergency shut off valves 4 in the master, one under the kitchen sink. We also installed a new thermal expansion tank with the proper strapping, and pressure in tank. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
Install customer supplied wall Charger on exterior at garage.
Customer has a hose bib that will not turn off. I gave her some options and she wants to wait until she can schedule her drywall repair man before we schedule the hose bib replacement. Just isolated the line today using the existing isolation valve.
Today I came out for 2 system inspection. Josh is selling the house on Monday and wanted me to do full inspection on both systems. Both the main level and upstairs furnaces have cracks in the heat exchanger. I did a carbon monoxide test and both floors have up to 4ppm of carbon monoxide leaking throughout the house. Both furnace capacitors are failing. Both blower wheels are extremely impacted with dirt and debris on fan blades. Both condenser coils are heavily impacted with dirt and debris. On of the outdoor fan motors is deteriorating on top. Both AC units come on and cool. I did a full inspection, but given the ambient air temperature is below 40 degrees I was unable to get any refrigerant pressure readings.
Only System - 2006 Rheem furnace System operational and home 72° on arrival. System is having intermittent heating issues. All parts in furnace are subject to failure at this age. The flame sensor and igniter are weak, the inducer draft motor is weak and over amping and the bearings are worn. The blower wheel is dirty and the blower motor is over amping weak. The heat exchanger is compromised with rust and metal fatigue. Due to the age, condition, and reliability, I recommend updating the equipment. After testing the heat cycle a few times the system was going out no flame detected. I offered to remove the flame rectifier, clean it and reinstall it. The homeowner opted for this option at the time. After completing the work I cycled the system through heat 3 more times and checked resistance on the flame rectifier. System is currently heating. Still recommend updating the equipment due to reliability. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!
Tech was out for no heat. Turn system on thermostat went to furnace found that thermostat is not sending 24 V to control board tech jumper out thermostat wire. Verified 24 V is coming to the furnace, thermostat wire is good. Failed thermostat. Tech jumper wires on it thermostat found inducer motor not receiving 120 V. This is caused due to a failed control board. Also with system not running tech is unable to check all operations of system. Let customer know the following repairs that are needing to be done. There is no emergency drain pan under the system. There is no flood protection. Blower will need to be cleaned , drain line for the condensate pump is needing to be rerouted to the waste line Due to hot water coming from furnace water is freezing outside , condenser is needing a chemical cleaning. Also let customer know if she does go with control board and thermostat. Once system is up and running. Tech is able to test other components tech cannot guarantee that there is no other
Changed out wafer
Replaced front porch outlet and bubble cover. Replaced kitchen 3 way switch.
Water heater disconnect was burnt so we replaced it with a new one and water heater is working as intended
Customer called us out to clear the tub drain in master bathroom and stub out drain in basement. Customer had an inspection done while selling the home and needed these items fixed. I inspected the tub and there was lots of hair in the drain. The screw for the plug was also not there. For the stub outs in the basement there was one fully exposed pipe and 2 that were capped. I recommended clearing the tub and running a cable machine down the stub out. Customer agreed. I cleaned the hair out of the tub drain by hand and then tested it. The tub drained perfectly. I then ran the cable machine down the open stub out 25 feet out and retrieved some unknown object, but had no major obstructions. I then taped up the open pipe. I cleaned throughly.
For this job, we performed a homecare inspection. We found a couple of issues, and the customer stated some issues they have found. We created a pick list, and the customer opted to go with a new toilet, replace the thermal expansion tank, replace 4 shut off valves, and replace the shower drain in the master bathroom. We are returning next Friday to finish the work. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
Performed a 1 system inspection today. Flushed drain lines and tested condensate pump. Got great amp draws and temp rise readings. Tested all electrical components. The outdoor capacitor and contactor have failed. I quoted repairs and sent to customer. I’ll be happy to perform this job.
For this job, the customer stated they had a leak coming from the dishwasher area. We checked all of the plumbing around the dishwasher, we checked the pressure, and thermal expansion, before turning on the dishwasher. There was no issues with the plumbing for, and around dishwasher. The only leak we found was what looked like to be the motor on the dishwasher itself. The customer also showed us an unrelated issue with the drain in the master, and guest bathroom. We found the issue was a mechanical vent in the attic which after testing showed it was tied to all toilets in the upstairs, and one on the main level. To fix the issue we tied the existing vent into the main 3 inch vent for the home. We performed work, and cleaned up. Thank you for choosing TE Certified.
I came out today because the home had failed the electrical inspection and the county had stated that the smoke detectors weren’t to code. The smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed to code but the inspector only tested one location and that spot didn’t have power. I discovered that the hallway smoke detector didn’t have proper voltage and found a buried junction in the attic. I then fixed the buried splice in the attic for the smoke detector circuit and replaced the hallway smoke and carbon monoxide.
Replaced tankless water heater. Installed Navien NPE 240A2. Installed new valve kit, ball valves, check valve, expansion tank, pop off valve, and condensation. Gas piping was replaced and I installed a union after the shut off valve. Ran a new ntake line to the exterior of the house.

The installation team from TE Certified Electrical, Plumbing, Heating & Cooling who recently installed my new heating & air unit and new ductwork work were simply top notch. Their customer service was outstanding. They explained everything that they were doing in detail for my installation. The team included Austin, Fernando, Brock & Lucas. I highly recommend these men. Also, I want to give a shoutout to my salesmen Fabian. He made my experience of purchasing a new unit for my home so comfortable and eased my stress. He fully explained the products I was purchasing. I highly recommend TE. I’m so happy with the service they provided, I even hired this company to handle of my plumbing installation.
Steven was great, great electrician, very approachable and friendly. I had a very positive experience
Their technician Cody did an excellent job diagnosing and fixing the electrical problem. He explained the cause and offered solutions to fix it. While here he took the time to explain other electrical things to me and “watch outs” to be aware of. He was very professional!
I upgraded my home theater and naturally wanted to protect the investment from dangerous electrical surges. After researching the best way to protect home electronics, I determined whole home surge protection was the way to go. I Googled the average cost (about $500 to $1500), submitted an on-line request for quotes, and TE Certified was the first to respond. They followed up more than once and set an appointment. Andrew and Justin showed up on time, gave a quote that met my expectations, I agreed and they went to work. Additional professional advice was given regarding my panel, to which I agreed. All work completed within 3 hours at a reasonable price. We chatted as he worked, he explained the how and why of the safety changes, and I feel very good about the upgrades. Andrew was friendly, skilled, and very professional. Can I give more than 5 stars?
Excellent work

Great service from Cameron! He was knowledgeable & quick! My only concern was it was a quick fix that I couldn’t do myself but a bit pricey for a quick repair just saying 🤷🏻♀️
