Recently just moved to the ATL area and our house needed some major work done: Converting rusted cast iron sewage lines to PVC and replacing HVAC/Furnace with ductwork .TL;DR: TE isn’t the cheapest nor the most expensive company out there. But the people at the company (phone operators to HVAC techs/installers) will make you feel like a million bucks. This company may seem like a massive, big corporation, but every interaction has been extremely positive and I cannot recommend a better company to take care of your house—full stop.Longer Version:Sewage Lines:I did the normal 3 quotes and and called TE. For the sewage lines, the plumber came by, walked me through what was exactly wrong and provided 3 estimates, a low-mid-high. I opted for the middle range and they were able to begin work the next day. The plumber was fantastic and worked promptly without delays. The job hit several complications and needed up taking several days. They did everything they could to provide minimal intrusions.HVAC:The next month I began looking for quotes as my AC bill went up a very high amount. I called PV Plumbing for a quote and was floored at the quote. I then had TE send a tech who showed me exactly what was wrong and walked me through his use of the equipment so I could verify as well. I’ve never had that offered before and was incredibly happy to see what was going on. Same day, a quote was drawn up by another guy from TE. They even threw in a repeat customer discount! Same estimate options as plumber and they were able to get the work done immediately.The HVAC installers were some of the most hardworking people I’ve ever met. They began work on the HVAC AC and furnace w/ duct wrapping at 9AM and left at 8:30PM. No lunch breaks, just solid work the entire day.Always do your homework for major services like this, but I think I found “my guy” for home care items and TE is it. They will always be my first call for anything related to the home.

Yet again, another home run from TE. Vincent was great. These guys are incredibly professional, the communication is everything you hope for, reasonably priced, and the work is guaranteed. Talk to any one of these guys and you can tell their owner takes great care of them.

Ricky and team were excellent! From the initial inspection all the way through to the completion of the project, Ricky was professional, friendly, transparent, communicative, and thoroughly explained every step of the process. The pricing for the work completed was more than fair, and the workmanship was top notch. Ricky provided solutions for the issue I was facing, but I never felt like I was being upsold on something I didn’t need. They even went above and beyond and checked other aspects of my plumbing to confirm there were no other issues. (And even took out a wasp nest in a bush near the house after being stung!) After the work was completed, the area was spotless, like they had never even been there. I have used many plumbers from different companies over the years, but Ricky and TE Certified will be who I prefer to work with for any needs at my home going forward. I would highly recommend!
