Wilson solved my main problem within the first 15 minutes of arriving at my home. Some of the lights in my bathroom were not working, Wilson tracked down the problem to another bathroom on the same level. He pushed the reset button and magically all the lights in my bathroom came on! I was amazed and happy.I asked Wilson if he could replace an outdoor plug which was no longer working. He did that very quickly. He then told me that my breaker box was in pretty bad shape. He asked me who had done this work and I really couldn’t tell him. He showed me pictures of wires that were not properly connected., It really was a huge mess.He gave me three options of fixing the problem. I chose the Band-Aid because I could afford it. It took him and his partner Martin a number of hours to do all the rewiring, but when he was done, the lights came back on, and I felt safer With a reliable new system.He was professional, friendly, clear in his explanations, and obviously was very knowledgeable. He was in my home for a long time my whole family met him, including the cat, and we all liked him and we’re grateful for his expertise. I would certainly use TE electrical again, and hope that Wilson would be the technician who came to my home.
