TE Certified is owned and operated by its founder, Josh Brooker, a fourth-generation master electrician. Josh started TE Certified in 2003 to serve the Metro Atlanta area, adding Plumbing and HVAC over the years to better serve the community. Josh lives in Milton, GA, with his wife and 3 boys. Since 2003, TE Certified has grown from one employee to over 400 team members and 300 trucks serving metro Atlanta homeowners every day

TE Certified has physical locations in Roswell, Kennesaw, Lawrenceville, and Jonesboro, providing electrical, plumbing, and HVAC services to the entire metro area. TE Certified focuses on providing excellence in service and quality through continual tech training. TE Certified Technicians are trained certified professionals who have passed a background check, drug screening, driving training, technical proficiency testing, and trade-required licensing.

TE Certification Program

We started the TE Certification Program as a way to ensure the highest standard in our company. Our company focuses on providing outstanding service and that service starts and ends with our technicians. To be a TE Certified Technician you must have over 5 years of residential service experience (not just any kind of electrical work will do), pass a written exam, pass a national background check, be drug-free certified by the State of Georgia, attend weekly and annual training, and maintain a clean driving record. In addition, TE Certified Technicians are licensed, insured, bonded, uniformed, clean-cut, polite, and equipped. In short, they are the type of professionals you would want in your home.
