Mark came out to service our furnaces and replace a thermoset at our house. This is the second time he's been to our house and done a great job! We asked that he be the technician sent again.

I was impressed by the level of professionalism and expertise Albert brought to the visit. He completed a detailed diagnostic of my system, explained his findings clearly, and laid out all of my options in a way that made sense—no pressure, just honest guidance based on what the equipment actually needed and what my choices were. He identified issues that were overlooked by others, clarified what was necessary versus optional, and helped me understand both the immediate repairs and longer-term preventative steps. He was organized and transparent throughout. Additionally, to support his assessment and recommendations, he shared photographs of my equipment and gauge readings. His explanations were thorough and demonstrated a real depth of knowledge. It’s rare to meet a technician who delivers this level of clarity and integrity. TE Certified will continue to be who I call for major home system repairs.

Great tech and great company

Chandler was efficient, professional, and through, clearly explaining to me all issues and options.

John resolved our reported issue very quickly and then checked an outlet that we suspected needed to be tightened up. He recommended that he replace it because it was probably not installed correctly, and that’s why it became loose. He was correct and he installed a new outlet in a plastic box, as it should have been initially. It’s nice and tight now. Great job of assessing, confirming and fixing!
