Great service-very thorough. Gavin Answer all my questions in detail. He was very polite and informative.
Andrew worked on two projects. One on first visit to install a PRV. Had to order parts to repair our instantaneous water heater. I couldn’t find the leak. Andrew did. And repaired once parts arrived. Great dedicated service at a reasonable price. O have a master plumbers license but no time for this work. Andrew was very proficient.
There’s nobody better than Vinny at his job. I’ve been with Fortune 100 companies for the last 10 years, primarily in customer facing sales and as a people leader - I’ve met guys that are great with people but lack work ethic or skills, I’ve met people that have incredible skills but they’re not trustworthy or lack the ability to build rapport. However you want to slice it, Vinny checks every box and after two days of work at my home I’d hire him 100x over and recommend my friends and family to him directly. Don’t let him leave TE and consider giving him a raise/promotion. Because wherever he goes he’s going to find incredible success.
