For this job, I worked on running a new circuit for two infrared heaters. We provided and installed a timer to activate a contactor and operate both heaters at once we also extended a cut service ground wire and bonded it to our ground bar.

Replace PRV that is no longer regulating pressure and and replace hose spigot with new shutoff valve to winterize.
Left water heater in basement was tripping the emergency cut off (ECO) switch affecting total hot water capacity in the home. Advised client about the age of the system and recommended replacement. Quoted multiple options ranging from same day repair all the way to Tankless options. Client decided to repair the unit today. While removing old thermostats and elements I noted charring on the lower thermostat and signs of melting components. This was brought to the homeowners attention. Set new thermostats and elements and reconnected wiring to components. Tested unit for proper operation. Advised client that if he decides to replace these units prior to 5/31/2026 we would credit everything but the cost of parts towards the replacements.

Customer has had a loud banging throughout the homes water pipes for the previous year. We have upgraded multiple items in the home that would resolve a water hammer issue but they are still having it. After checking everything in the home and isolating multiple fixtures we were still getting a water hammer. Turned off the water heater and we get zero knocking. This is a very rare occurrence but due to our initial issue being fixed when the water heater is turned on off I am recommending a replacement Replaced water heater, pressure reducing valve, garbage disposal, all water supply stops and supply lines in home, flushed out all of the shower cartridges as well. Debris was lodged in the hot side heat trap nipple on water heater and also inside upstairs bathroom shower valve. There currently is no water hammering at this time but if it does happen again we have isolated it to only the upstairs bathroom shower valve so that may need to be replaced if this occurs again. Dug down 4’ at foundation wall to find leak at a sharkbite fitting. We drilled a new hole through the foundation after cutting Sheetrock at interior wall. We ran copper through the foundation wall and connected to existing black poly water service. We sealed the exterior and interior penetration with water stop cement as well as black tar
Replaced recirculating pump, check valve, and recirculating pump shut off valve.
Pressure regulator was not holding pressure due to failure. Old prv was dropping 20-25 psi when fixtures were open. I installed new pressure regulator and set psi to 65, pressure only drops 5 psi when a fixture is open and can handle the required pressure for normal function. Tested na d left work area clean.

The homeowner is adding a closet in the unfinished basement so the existing switch/outlet combo for the furnace was moved a bay to the right. Old box was deleted, new box and new device were installed. Outlet was checked and the furnace and outlet are working properly

Remove three shark bite stop valves at kitchen sink and installed new pex. Stop valves (x3)
Arrived on site and tenant stated the faucet needed to be replaced and there was a leak under the kitchen cabinet. I spoke with the landlord, Nick, and provided options to stop the leak which included to reinstall the drain in the kitchen and to install the tenant's supplied kitchen faucet. Nick, agreed to have me move forward with the work , which once faucet and drain were installed I tested my work to insure no issues. Faucet sprayer now works without issues and the leak under the sink has been resolved.
Customer called us out to get another bottle of Endure drain maintainers. I successfully delivered the bottle.

For this job I replaced damaged old gate valve in front of meter box. Valve was leaking into the yard. I installed new pex 1 inch ball valve inside of the irrigation box in front of the meter. Tested and held pressure for 15 minutes without leaking. Back filled dug up area. Valves failed from age of valve.
Client experiencing error code 11 on existing Rinnai RL75i tankless water heater. Performed diagnostics and tested for proper operation of the blower motor, ignitor, and flame rods as well as check for signs of vent obstructions. Flame rods showed heavy signs of carbon buildup which is the likely cause of the error. Cleaned the flame rods and reinstalled them. Tested unit for 30 min and no further error codes showed up at this time. Spoke with client about the units overall life expectancy and condition and left quotes for replacement.

Performed spring maintenance on 2 systems. Replaced all filters, checked blower wheel for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensor, cleared inducer port, tested hot surface igniter, took delta Ts, cleared drain line, tested safety switch, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, checked refrigerant pressures, and monitored systems operations. Upstairs drain line not secured The upstairs outdoor unit’s capacitor is bad Main floor does not have a drain pan. No wet safety switch. Homeowner said they never signed for a monthly in the past. So they said they wanted to enroll today. I told them they were in the program, they said No, and they never go charged monthly.
Located leak coming from connections to the toilet. Isolation valve and supply line both show signs of age and corrosion. Toilet was from 2005. Client opted for full replacement. Removed the old toilet and connections and checked for any damage to the mounting flange. Set new Kohler Kingston toilet with new wax ring and mounting bolts. Sealed base of the toilet with caulk. Tested for leaks and proper function. Old toilet was hauled away for disposal. During evaluation we noticed a leak on the water heater cold inlet as well as elevated water pressure. Thermal expansion tank on the water heater is also failed. Left quotes and options ranging from repair of existing system to full replacement.
For this job I worked on adding a new hose bib for the deck. Went ahead and added a new waterline to the system from under the kitchen. Went ahead and tested. Also checked for leaks and cleaned out area. Found a leak coming from the kitchen sink. Informed customer
I replaced a failed water pressure regulator, thermal expansion tank and repaired a pinhole leak in a hot side water line at the water heater. All air was removed from the lines, the system was pressurized and tested for leaks with no issues. Water pressure was set at 67psi
