Install new generator feeder and inlet box for customer’s portable generator. Install new breaker and generator interlock kit to prevent double feeding. Install feeder 6/3 awg wire from inlet box to panel.

Installed 50 gallon electric water heater with new thermal expansion tank, ball valve, and drip pan. In addition to the code compliant upgrades technician also installed an extended warranty anode rod in water heater. After installation technician then restored water back to home checked new heater for water leaks and found none.

Met with customer and spoke with her regarding the issue they’re experiencing. Customer showed us inside and to the master bathroom. Customer states she has been experiencing reoccurring gurgling sounds from the master bathroom toilet that happens when she runs the left sink in the master bathroom. We confirmed the gurgling and presence of a blockage. We also inspected the drain lines from the basement and vents in the attic to determine that the bathroom is vented properly. The toilet is leaking from the bottom due to back pressure so we recommended pulling the toilet, clearing the line with a machine, and setting it back in place. The customer agreed to the estimate presented and after getting signature approval we began work. We also recommended that a sewer supervisor comes out to inspect the drain lines with a camera after we clear the blockage. A sewer supervisor will be out 02/07/2026 9-12AM. Clear main floor master shower blockage Customer was experiencing a blockage in the master bathroom shower on main floor. Upon arrival we ran water to test for mainline issue. After running water for a long period of time, only the shower was being affected. I ran k45 cable to clear blockage and we’re successful. We ran water in the shower to ensure we restored proper flow and we’re successful.

For this job customer is experiencing a small shock when walking into 3 upstairs bedrooms. After inspection of main panels and switches, everything is wire correctly and the grounding system is correct. Customer also has whole home surge protectors in the main panels. The customer is receiving a static electric shock when touching the switches, as all the bedrooms have a shag carpet installed as flooring. The master is hardwood floor and they are not experiencing the shock in that bedroom. Nothing dangerous or to be concerned about. The electrical system in the home is installed correctly.

Upon arrival I was pointed to the master bathroom sink where the pop-up assembly had broken. I was also pointed to the master bathroom toilet, which was rocking. During our safety inspection of the home plumbing system we discovered a leak on the water heater. This leak is coming from the weld seam where the element connects to the tank. After providing options and upon approval, we replaced the sink pop-up assembly. We also pulled the toilet and confirmed that the flange was not broken, reinstalling the toilet, and properly shimmed and silicone the toilet. We gave the customer a leak alarm in the event that the leak gets worse. Tested everything for leaks and proper function

Relocate modify gas line for drain work clearance//modify toilet flange in hallway, bathroom, cut out old flange and raised entire system up one and 1/2 inches

Removed aged 50 gallon gas water heater and installed new Navien NPE-240A2 tankless water heater. Modified existing water lines to accommodate new water heater configuration, installed ION-6 inline scale filter to protect unit from scale buildup, capped old exhaust vent and gas line and ran approx 30ft of 2in PVC exhaust piping and intake vent to the exterior of the home. Sealed penetrations with silicone and added dedicated 3/4in gas line to new tankless unit approx 60ft. Tested system for leaks and verified proper function. Also installed and programmed navilink wifi controller. Also replaced pressure regulator on the home that had failed allowing 120 psi into the home. Also installed new 1/4 turn ball valves for the main shutoff and a secondary valve to make servicing the regulator in the future much easier.

Upon arrival, I was pointed to the basement where there was a water pipe failure. Upon investigation and approval, we discovered that there was a freeze burst in the downstairs bathroom wall. This burst pipe was behind the tile of the shower. Upon approval, we gained access by means of removing drywall to the hot and cold water supply. These two lines feed the entire downstairs bathroom. We capped off these two lines eliminating the downstairs bathroom from the water supply system. This burst pipe was sudden and unpreventable. Once we restored water to the home, we checked everything for leaks and proper function

We replace a fountain outlet in the exterior end of a community lake. Customer has an issue with the fountain connection, they will get a fountain company that previously replaced the pump.

For this job, I worked on installing a generator inlet circuit

Repair pinhole leak on a red pex hot water line. This pinhole leak was caused by wear and tear of the pex water line eventually causing a pinhole leak. This leak cause a large portion of Ms. whites drywal, insulation, framing and possibly subfloor to be very saturated with water. My repair for this was to cut out the section of damaged piping and replace it with a new section. After making my repair I checked Ms. whites water meter to see if there was any movement and no other water was being used in the home. No other leaks were found after making my repair.

Installed new 50 gallon gas water heater in garage with new dedicated Grundfos Recirculation pump. Repiped entire area in copper with new isolation valves for the main shutoff to the home, hose Bibb, cold line for heater and recirculation line. Added an expansion tank and capped the old drain for the expansion valve. Water heater now has a drain pan underneath it with a new gas shutoff and whip as well. Everything is working properly and warranty has been registered. This is a 4 year anode rod extension kit water heater.

I was called out to Jeff’s house where he rents for an inspection. Jeff has been here for awhile so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered that the flame sensor was loose and likely cause the heating issue that Jeff spoke about, the heat exchanger is rusted and has pinhole leaks as the supply air is registering CO making it unsafe for use, the run capacitor has failed, the flood protection is minimal, the sediment trap is installed incorrectly, the wheel and A coil both need cleaned as they are coated with dust/dirt, the drain runs flat across the attic, and there is some biological growth inside the system. Due to the cost of potential repairs, lack of warranty, and age replacement is a viable option to update everything to today’s standards.

For this job came out for a shower cartridge that was having temperature issues. After performing diagnostics concluded that the cartridge was failed. It only was producing hot water and wasn’t able to switch temperatures back to cold. Replaced Kohler shower cartridge. Tested for leaks and conducted a super clean up.
