Replace outlet for equipment, replace cord end for equipment,
For this job I replaced both master bath sink drain pop up assembly’s. I also completed 3 full toilet rebuilds including all components of the parts inside of the tanks to all toilets. Including gaskets, bolts, washers, fill valves and flush towers. I tested and all work and left work areas clean.
Arrived on site and installed a new toilet in the master bathroom . Once toilet was set we tested the toilet by flushing several times to ensure no issues . In addition we replaced a cartridge for the mainfloor bathroom .
John was a pleasure and extremely knowledgeable, as have all of our TE craftsmen have been! What a great team!
Installed new ice maker box in garage with ice maker braided supply line. Also, in basement bathroom pulled and reset toilet, moved supply line over to the left side of the toilet were needed to be, cut Sheetrock and put back in place. Shud off water at main, drained system, unplugged recert pump. Moved toilet supply line, installed new ice maker in garage, tied into cold line under floor joist above water heater. Pressurized system, connected fridge with braided supply, patched walls back as needed. Purged air out of all fixtures, plugged recert pump back on, working as it should be. No leaks.
Arrived for no cool and unit freezing. Found unit very Low on refrigerant. Customer wants us to come back out Monday June 1st to do an electronic leak test. System is currently off and not running .
Take down ceiling fan and install lighting fixture.
Troubleshoot
Homeowner has a sewage ejection pump that backed up over the weekend. Upon inspection, I found that the pump is working, however the pump is improperly installed. The vent for the pump is nonexistent, the the pipe for the vent loops directly into the discharge about 3 feet off the basin lid. Cut into drywall in basement soffit. Cut into wall in basement bathroom. Installed approximately 8’ of new 2” pressure PVC across basement ceiling below drywall. The vent had to be installed this way as otherwise it would’ve had to have turned downwards further down the line, leading to an improper installation, homeowner was made aware of this before any work was completed. Installed approximately 7’ of new 2” pressure PVC in soffit. Cut drywall behind vanity. Cut drain line for vanity. Drilled new 2” hole through floor. Rerouted drain line for vanity so as to allow vent for sewage ejection pump to tie in above vanity tie in. Drain line for vanity move approximately 6” over within wall. Reattache
Today we came out for both systems not working main level system 2 ton ac came on checked all amp draws on motor and compressor and they checked out. In addition checked refrigerant levels and they were fine. On upstairs 2014 Goodman 3.5 ton found failed compressor pulling 14 amps on start up then it seized up. Checked manufacture warranty and it has expired scheduled project manager to give options on updating upstairs and left band aid repair option.

Replaced dirty filter. Cleaned drain and hp panel. Checked all operations, capacitor, contacter, coils, motors and ductwork. Noticed ductwork has biological growth and is falling apart. Installed blue tube to keep air handler clean from biological growth and to help purify air. Sealed and repaired ductwork. Ductwork is still old and needs to be replaced. Home owner wants ductwork to last a little longer.

We arrived on site, secured parking, and greeted customer. We confirmed what we were there to do and began troubleshooting. We found that the thermostat to the 2016/2017 lennox 2 1/2 ton unit was getting voltage but had no display showing. We confirmed that to be the problem and wrote up some estimates based on the faulty thermostat and other things found during inspection, including cleaning blower and condenser coil. System also lacked wet switch. The customer wanted to go through with replacing the faulty thermostat as well as sign up for a Homecare. We replaced the thermostat and also informed customer that thermostat size was different and that some paint will be visible from previous colors. Customer stated they were fine with it and it posed no issues. We verified unit operation, began cleaning up and got payment.
Troubleshoot
I performed a trouble shoot for a water hammer issue. During my investigation, I was unable to replicate any sounds that the customer was experiencing, I left estimates for possible fixes and the customer declined at this time due to not being able to hear anything. I recommended to document and video if/when the sound occurs again and to call us back out for further diagnosis
To much information that was difficult to decipher. When we landed on what was going to be done only half was done. Within 18 hours it was determined before started that the other half could not be done
For this job, I worked on replacing GFCI outlet in garage that powers outdoor outlets, replaced front porch sconces
At arrival on 05/28/26 Issue: no cool System: whole home Finding: bad outdoor capacitor, low refrigerant, clogged up drain line, water in the drain pan, dirty outdoor unit, dirty blower wheels. Recommendations: address the above findings. Homeowner approved to replace the outdoor capacitor, add a Superboost kit, add 2lbs of refrigerant to the system, clean the blower wheels, install an ss2 safety switch, install a wet safety switch, clear the drain line, add a vent to the drain line. Properly performed all services and tested system for normal operations, system is cooling properly at this time.

Homecare complete ** 2 systems …upstairs unit under 10 Lennox furnace / attic is hot insufficient insulation ** flushed drainage upstairs / tested flood protection ** duct board plenum for this system ** verified refrigerant charge for upstairs ** Client had concerns about unit not cooling ** stated she changed filter , and unit would cool( this was yesterday ) ** checked system *** in mechanical closet 4Ton AC for basement and main level ** possible humidity issues ( witnessed condensate pump terminate drainage quite frequently while doing an outside inspection ** unit did look to be undercharge / not leak territory based of refrigerant pressure ** got subcooling up to 10-11 degrees** Provided additional estimates for indoor air quality **
Today we came out due to a class room not getting cold air. System is a Trane Air Handler located in closet and is zoned for 3 classrooms. Reason why one class room isn’t receiving air is one of the Honeywell Damper Motor is bad. I also inspected whole unit to make sure no other issues might be present. Both blower wheel and evaporator coils are impacted with dust and debris. Biological growth is present underneath evaporator coils filter is heavily impacted and needs to be changed. The outdoor unit is surrounded by 2 dryer vents and the coil is extremely impacted with dryer lint. Capacitor is failing as it’s rated for 35/5 +/-6% and the actual reading is 32.04/4.98. The Contactor is becoming pitted as well. After going over all findings and options, Chase has agreed to move forward with replacing the damper Motor. Motor has been replaced and system is operating at time of departure. It was a pleasure to meet you today and I hope you have a great summer!
For the job, I worked on replacing three weather resistant GFCI outlets, adding new bubble covers with weatherproof silicone, adding conduit down to earth to take away exposed wire from showing.
Leaving estimates Customer called us out for a kitchen sink not draining. Upon arrival customer explained to me that the garbage disposal on the right side was not draining and it would backup when the dishwasher would drain and when running water on the right side. We performed some tests in the kitchen sink. We ran water in the left side to ensure there was not a blockage in the kitchen drain line, after running water for a long period of time we saw no signs of a blockage further down the line. We inspected the disposal and there was standing water inside the garbage disposal. The disposal started humming and the customer agreed to turn the blades manually to clear any obstructions inside. We found food debris inside the disposal and we were able to move the blades freely. We went to run water in the disposal and noticed it was leaking from the bottom and I let the customer know about this right away. The disposal is about 8 years old, and we recommended to the customer to replace
I performed a homecare inspection. During my investigation, I found that the prv had failed. I replaced it along with a new main shut off and left estimates for other minor repairs in the home. I thoroughly tested my work to ensure there were no issues and had proper function

Our hot water heater stopped working and i tried to reset the pilot light multiple times without success. I was going to wait until Monday to call thinking that no one would be available today, Saturday afternoon. My wife decided to call and low and behold we had service men at our house within 3 hours. We got our hot water back within 3 hours and the service men were very nice, polite and competent. I feel very good about the work they did and very pleased with the quick response from TE Certified.
