For this job, we came out to diagnose leak issue somewhere in the kitchen. We found one under the sink. It was the shut off valve for the dishwasher. The dishwasher has also failed, causing a leak as well. The customer is buying a new dishwasher. Thank you for choosing TE certified.

Installed 2 new flush mount Aquor frost free hose spigots. Drilled brick to accomodate new hose spigots. Sealed penetration and connected to existing water piping in the home. Opened Sheetrock for access and removed section of spray foam insulation to access the piping. Tested for leaks and proper function of the new spigots. Also performed routine flush and service of the Navien tankless water heater.

Arrived on site and customer stated that there was a leak coming from the shower head in the master shower. I went ahead and started diagnosing the issue and found that cartridges on the shower valve needed to be replaced. Customer agreed for me to start the work, as I proceeded to start the work shortly after I was then asked if we could if I could come back because they had to catch a flight by noon , and they wanted the water on as they got ready. I went ahead and stopped at work took a partial payment of 159 and customer will call to schedule when they are ready for me to come back to complete the work.

The pressure in the home was 120 psi, the expansion tank was water logged, and had a leak under the kitchen sink. The original PRV in the home was a 1", after a discussion with the home owner it was decided to install a 3/4" PRV instead. A 3/4" PRV should be more than sufficient for the size home, but it was discussed that if it they have deminished flow they may need to go back to a 1" PRV. The leak under the kitchen sink was found to be the supply line to the dishwasher. Shut off the water and installed a new PRV, expansion tank, and supply line for the dishwasher

Arrived on site and customer said that he had a leak coming from the hot side line down in the basement. Upon inspection, I found a leak on the hot recirculation line ran in the basement which had a pinhole leak. I found that the line was uponor, which I informed the customer of the issues and lawsuits related to the supplied piping. I went ahead and removed the broken piece and repaired the section of the pipe. Customer is going to get with insurance on possibly repiping the house .

Today I came out for 3 system home care. To Lennox furnaces are located in the attic and they control main level and upstairs level. I checked all electrical components, gas pressures, static pressures, duct work, blower wheels, heat exchangers, evaporator coils, cleaned flame sensors, and changed filters. Both blower wheels are impacted with dirt and debris. Both capacitors are failing. Both heat exchangers have some rust build up. The air handler is located in the basement. The inducer motor for the main level is over amping itself. This is a sign of it failing, but there is no timetable when it will go out. I checked all electrical components, changed filter, checked temperature splits, blower wheel, and cleaned cleaned condensation pump. The blower wheel for the basement also has dirt and debris build up. For the out door units I checked all electrical components. Removed broken bulbs out of light sockets

Replaced main water service and re drilled a new penetration to connect back to the prv previously installed. I thoroughly tested for leaks and ensured that everything was working properly

Existing toilet rocking front to back. Pulled toilet to inspect wax seal and mounting flange. Existing flange is in good shape and properly secured. Removed the old wax and added new reinforced wax ring. Toilet rocking due to uneven tile flooring. Added rubber shims to from of the toilet and new bead of white silicone. Tested for leaks and verified no further rocking.

Install new 20 amp Circuit from panel to bathroom using pvc conduit outside

Replace older diposal with 1/2 HP Disposal Customer was experiencing slow draining due to garbage diposal being stuck. Garbage diposal was a 1/3 HP and very rusty inside disposal. Replaced diposal with 1/2 HP. We now have proper flow, tested for leaks. Clearing successful.

Replace keyless in garage and install bulbs for dining table light and master closet

Replaced existing Pressure regulator that had failed and was original with new dual union Watts 25aub regulator. Reworked existing piping to accomodate new isolating shutoff valves for main line and front hose Bibb. Also replaced failed thermal expansion tank and advised homeowner of aged water heater. Replaced shower cartridge in master shower per client request and repaired powder room toilet as a courtesy. Tested all work for leaks and verified function of the system. Set pressure to 65psi and thermal expansion tank to 70 psi.

Replaced fixture over island in kitchen and replaced two fixtures in master closet

Troubleshoot breaker tripping. Water heater circulation pump had gone bad and was causing the breaker to trip.
