Repair toilets in hallway and master bathroom that are having problems with high pressure and one leaking from the other at the base. I repaired the toilet in the hallway bathroom with customer supplied fill valve and flapper and put that all together and it is working properly. I performed a pool and reset on the master bathroom, toilet and repair the flange that was broken and put the toilet back. Turn the water on and flushing the toilet notice that the toilet immediately backs up. Did not find any obstruction inside of the toilet, which indicates that there is something further down the line. Customer advise that there have been flushable wipes that have been put down there over the years and is most likely the cause. I agreed with him that that’s probably what it is and offered to have our train technicians to sneak a camera to see where that clog is and see if we can get that taken care of. Customer declined to have our services to inspect the pipeline with a camera and snake it

Upon arrival the customer stated they noticed the garbage disposal started leaking from the bottom of the unit. We could not test if there was a blockage down in the kitchen line at. We tested the rest of the bathroom groups to ensure there was no signs of a mainline blockage or individual blockages. The customer agreed to replace the failing unit with a new one. We removed the old unit and mounting bracket, we cleaned any residue around the mounting bracket. The customer wanted to use the same basket strainer, so we put the new mounting bracket along with the accessories on the same strainer. We installed the new garbage disposal and connected the drain pipes back together along with the dishwasher connection. We tested for any leaks around our work and we were successful, we also ensured the garage disposal would turn on. The customer was present during our work and they were sati

Came out today for leaking supply stops in the kitchen and first-floor bathroom. The customer explained that the hot water supply piping and dishwasher connection were leaking at the fitting joints. After performing a thorough evaluation, I identified the source of the leaks and provided the customer with repair options. The customer elected to replace the hot water supply piping under the kitchen sink, all three supply stops, the kitchen basket strainer, and the dishwasher tailpiece. Upon completion of the repairs, I restored the water supply, thoroughly tested all connections for leaks, and verified proper operation of all fixtures. At this time, the plumbing system is functioning properly with no leaks present.

TE electrician was here yesterday and isolated the concern to be at the outdoor condenser. Diagnostic analysis revealed the compressor is shorted to ground and has failed which is why the breaker trips. Due to age and condition system replacement is recommended.

Responded to the home to diagnose an upstairs bedroom ceiling fan that was not operating. Upon inspection, found that the wall switch had been backstabbed and the switch leg conductor had come loose from the back of the switch, causing the fan to lose power. Further inspection revealed a physical crack running along the back of the switch, indicating the device was damaged. Discussed repair options with the homeowner, including replacing the damaged switch or bypassing the switch to provide constant power to the ceiling fan since it is controlled by a remote. The homeowner elected to bypass the switch. The switch leg was disconnected from the switch and spliced to provide constant power to the ceiling fan. The existing switch was left in place in the wall box for appearance but is no longer connected to any conductors and has no electrical function. The remote was reprogrammed, and the ceiling fan was tested and is now operating properly with full functionality through the remote contr
Performed a pool and reset toilet to swap out wax ring that was an old and allowed water to leak from the base of the toilet onto the floor. Foster toilet 13 times to ensure we’re not getting any more leaks and we are all set here.
This visit is not a recall. Upon arrival, I notified dispatch that the HomeCare inspection needed to be scheduled and proceeded with a complete system inspection. I performed a full evaluation of both systems, including checking electrical components, refrigerant operation, airflow, condensate drainage, safety controls, blower operation, thermostat operation, and overall system performance. During the inspection, I found the upstairs system’s condensate drain line was improperly installed with insufficient pitch, causing water to back up in the drain line. The upstairs system also lacked both primary and auxiliary condensate safety devices, leaving the home vulnerable to potential water damage in the event of a drain blockage. Both outdoor condenser coils were heavily impacted with dirt and debris, significantly restricting airflow and reducing overall system efficiency. The homeowner also mentioned that the main floor system, which is zoned together with the basement, was struggling
Replaced water heater, reworked hot and cold lines, replaced expansion tank, isolation valve, trap primer rework with isolation valve, and added a drain pan. This unit will come with a standard 6 year tank warranty
Upon arrival, customer notified me that the AC is not operating as intended. Customer notified me that he changed the capacitor at the AC unit. And turned the breaker on at the electrical panel and everything held as intended when the key at the disconnect was removed. Once the key was reinstalled to where it past power to the AC unit that caused the breaker to trip. We’ll go through and determine if there’s any existing fault on the electrical system and let the customer know exactly what is taking place with this circuit.

Responded to a thermostat not working concern. Upon arrival, I tested the thermostat and confirmed it was operating properly. Further diagnostics revealed the issue was with the Honeywell zone damper serving the upstairs floor. The damper had failed and was stuck in the closed position, preventing proper operation. After discussing my findings and repair options with the customer, they approved replacement of the faulty Honeywell zone damper. I installed the new damper, verified proper wiring and operation, and tested the zoning system through multiple heating/cooling cycles. The new damper is opening and closing properly as designed, and the zoning system is now operating normally. No further issues were found at this time. Customer is satisfied with the repair.
Attempt to clear shower blockage in master bath Customer called us out for a shower that was draining slow. Upon arrival customer stated this is the first time they are experiencing this issue. The customer showed me the affected shower which was in the master bathroom. We first tested the bathroom group to ensure there was not a bigger issue going on, and after running water for a long period of time we did not notice any signs of a mainline blockage. We went to take a look at the master shower and ran water and shortly after we noticed the water started to backup. We also tested the other bathroom to ensure they were not experiencing a blockage and everything was functioning properly. The customer agreed to attempt to restore proper flow in the master shower. We took of the cover and we noticed buildup, we ran our cable machine in the drain and pulled back some debris. After multiple attempts of clearing debris in the drain, we were successful in restoring proper flow. We tested by

Customer was experiencing a mainline blockage in exterior drain affecting the whole home. Ran cable machine through exterior clean out and successfully cleared blockage. Camera technician is scheduled for tomorrow 2-5 to assess condition of the line and hopefully provide a permanent solution
System faulted out at furnace for airflow. The 16x25x1 filter was clogged. Replaced filter! Cleared drain line and tested refrigerant. System is cooling. Temp split was also above 20 in the beginning but the system was moving 850 cfms as it continued to run. I left with a 22 degree delta.
I removed and replaced a bathroom sink and faucet in the main bathroom along with replacing the prv. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no issues

Why can’t all companies be like this? Showed up early. Did not try to sell me something I didn’t want. Could not fix my problem due to it being something outside of the scope of the company, but did not charge me for a service that was not provided. Ended up being a septic tank that needs to be emptied. Many other companies would charge thousands and walk away with their hands up like “oh, not my fault, not my problem”. Kudos to you guys. Thank you so much. Bryan was awesome, professional and knowledgeable I appreciate finally having someone trustworthy to fix my issues.

Excellent communication and service! TE communicated, from start to finish, in the best possible way before arrival. Once here, Veaya explained the issue and the options in a way that was educational and allowed me to fully understand what was needed and why. There is no doubt that I would use them again. I'll be a lifetime customer. This company understands logistics and communication and gave us the best service because of it.
