Replaced existing smoke detectors throughout home

Convert existing 240v circuit for use in 120v gas cooktop. Install new Polaris lug connectors in existing box for new wiring and install flexible conduit on existing cooktop circuit. Install new outlet below box. Install dual function breaker and Polaris lugs in panel for new 120v wiring. Troubleshoot wiring outlet not working in backyard

No Cool/ service ….*not a recall* …master bedroom heat pump …wet switch DOD defective on arrival.. ..no water in drip pan …dry as bone …inspected attic ..didn’t see any see any evidence of water marks in attic and didn’t detect any moisture while troubleshooting….flushed drain line a couple times ..drain isn’t clogged ….replaced defective wet switch …and wired correctly and tested for confirmation and verified system cooling while here system is working properly at this time upon conclusion of call .. client opted to sign up for 4 system homecare / monthly as well .. Mr / client will call in to schedule in about 3 months when ready ..for. 4 system inspection ..

Old disposal was leaking from the bottom , told the customer we would have to replace , replaced it with a 3/4 horsepower insinkerator , tested for leaks and turned the breaker for the disposal back on and everything worked perfectly

TESTED SYSTEM NOT COOLING FOR WHOLE HOME. UNIT FROZEN DUE TO FAILED DAMPER MOTOR. TESTED ALL COMPONENTS POSSIBLE & FOUND FAILING CAPACITORS, DIRTY COND COIL, DIRTY BLOWER WHEEL, SUBPAR FLOOD PROTECTIONS, & WEIGHTED BYPASS DAMPER. Today I completed repairs, including replacing the damper motor, replacing the blower capacitor, dual capacitor, adding wet switch, SS one, Cleaning, condenser coil, Replacing 1 inch filter, and Bluetube uv light to unit. After completing repairs the system was thawed out and I tested refrigerant levels. Found the unit low on refrigerant by about two and today. I also charged it up. No immediate failures at this time.

Customer has disposal that is malfunctioning due to rust/age. Manually I jammed disposal with key. Left estimates for future replacement.

Install new 50 gallon gas fired water heater. All work was tested and documented with pictures.

Performed 1 system diagnostic for upstairs unit. Found compressor intermittently turning on,. Found failed dual run capacitor, compressor drawing high amps, dirty condenser coil. Connected gauges and tested unit with new capacitor. Found unit short cycling from a restriction in the line set.due to age of unit and unit being out of warranty. Recommended replacing coil and condenser. We replace upstairs furnace 2 years ago. Also gave estimates for repairs and coil/compressor replacement with new refrigerant. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Upon arrival customer stated that system was cooling properly. This is a 2 zone system. Unit is 4 years old. After inspection of system found that unit had a failed outdoor capacitor. Contactor tested good, condenser coils are clean, drain line is clean. Blower wheel is clean. Spoke with landlord about today’s issue, she approved to have capacitor replaced today. Replaced capacitor and tested amps on condenser fan motor, and compressor, everything tested out great with no issues. Refrigerant levels tested good with no issues at this time. Unit back up and cooling.

Arrived to find blower motor and control board had burned up. Blower would trip breaker and burning smell coming from control board and blower motor. Replaced and system had 18 degree delta. Will schedule homecare at a later date.

For this job I cleaned 2 blower wheels, a condenser, and installed a wet switch and ss1 for both systems . After completing the job I tested both systems to ensure everything was working as well as verified the pressures and temperature . The customer mentioned that both of the kids rooms upstairs gets hot and I recommended added 2 return ducts to those rooms. Another option was upgrading the thermostat and adding 2 sensors in each room . Either of these Tstats would work with sensors . Honey well t9 or t10

For this job customers upstairs bedroom had lost power. Customer stated bathroom switch was turned on and a loud pop happened. After inspection the back stabbed switch had broken. We also found a loose neutral wire for that circuit in the main panel causing the power to be sporadic to the room. We replaced the switch with a new single pole switch and made a new connection in the main panel for the neutral wire. We also did a load calculation in the customers home and it came out to 154 amps out of 200.

Came back on April 25, 2025 and properly replaced the upstairs system evaporation coil. Pressurized system. Performed a deep vacuum up to 600 µm. Recharge the system with 8lbs of R-410A refrigerant. System is cooling properly at this time with 20° delta split. Additionally, clean both upstairs and main floor condenser coils.

Customer called us back out again after having septic tank flushed. Tested all fixtures and found no evidence of a blockage at this time. Customer has a bathroom sink drain line that is broken and leaking into crawl space. Camera inspection scheduled for today 2-5 to provide estimates for repair and also perform camera inspection as a courtesy.
