Client had a failed and leaking recirculation pump. We installed a new pump including new 1/2” and 3/4” spring check valves, new ball valve on the return line and an air purge valve for the return line. The pump was secured, the house was pressurized, air was removed from all of the lines, the return line was purged, the pump was powered on, vented and settings checked.

Found disposal was leaking. Removed and installed new 1/2 hp garbage disposal we provided. Tested and found water pressure was extremely high. Replaced Prv and ensured pressure was in good operating range

We replaced 50 gal gas water heater and recirc pump with a Bradford white 75 gal gas water heater and Grundfos alpha recirc pump. Removed old water heater and modified existing water, gas, and exhaust venting to accomodate the larger tank. Installed 2 new check valves one 1/2 on the recirc line and a 3/4 check valve on the cold line. Strapped new expansion tank and Recirc pump to the structure and set water heater temp to 120°F per manufacturer recommendation. Hauled away old equipment and added new insulation for all exposed water lines. Tested for leaks and verified proper function of the system.

Performed electrical modifications and corrective work to improve the safety, functionality, and code compliance of the existing electrical system. Installed a new exterior electrical outlet by extending the existing circuit and connecting the new outlet in a back-to-back configuration from the existing outlet. The new outlet was properly connected, secured, and tested for proper operation. Inspected the pool electrical panel and identified one defective GFCI breaker. Removed and replaced the defective GFCI breaker with a properly rated replacement to restore the required ground-fault protection for the pool equipment and circuit. Further inspected the breakers installed in the pool panel and determined that three existing breakers were not approved for use with the specific panel according to the panel manufacturer’s listed breaker specifications. Auger toilet Customer called us for a clogged toilet due to cleaning wand stuck inside toilet. Tested branch for mainline but toilet was only fixture affected. Ran auger inside toilet and we were able to retrieve foreign object from toilet. Clearing successful! Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Customer currently has an outlet behind the actual dishwasher, but the plug is too bulky to fit with the dishwasher pushed in, so this option is to relocate the wire into the cabinet with MC, into a metal box and put a new outlet there, and bring the cord into the cabinet.

Fixed leak on sprinkler line

An electrical troubleshooting service was performed to diagnose an intermittent loss of power to the receptacle located at the kitchen island. A circuit toner was used to trace the affected circuit and identify the corresponding circuit breaker supplying power to the outlet. After locating the correct circuit, the breaker and associated wiring were inspected, and a loose wire connection was found at the breaker. The loose connection was causing an unreliable electrical connection and resulting in the loss of power to the kitchen island receptacle. The connection was addressed and secured, and the circuit was tested to verify proper operation. The kitchen island outlet was restored to normal operation following the repair.

An electrical inspection was performed throughout the home to evaluate the condition, safety, and reliability of the existing electrical system. During the inspection, multiple switches and receptacles were found to be damaged, broken, or otherwise in poor condition. These devices should be replaced to restore proper operation and reduce potential safety hazards associated with damaged electrical components. Based on the overall condition of the devices throughout the home, whole-home device replacement is recommended to provide consistent, reliable, and safer operation. Rewired three wafer lights, replacing the existing Wago connectors with wire nuts. Connections were secured and the lights were properly rewired for reliable operation.

Upon arrival, met with customer and spoke with them regarding their issue. Customer showed me upstairs to the master bathroom and stated there is a blockage causing water to come out from under the toilet which also caused a small stain on the ceiling below. Some sewage also backed up out of the shower. I confirmed the presence of a blockage. No other upstairs bathrooms affected. Gave customer option to pull toilet and snake the line. Customer agreed and after getting signature approval I began work. Shut off water to toilet. Removed toilet from floor and cleaned out old wax and caulk. Flange is in good condition for reconnect. Ran k400 machine downstream and cleared blockage. Ran tub and water down toilet drain for ten minutes. Line did not back up again and fixtures are now draining. Reset toilet with new wax ring and closet bolts. Supply line was integrated to stop valve and could not be replaced. Flushed toilet several times. Toilet is functioning properly with no leaks. We did troubleshoot for smoke detectors

Opened drywall below tankless water heater to expose leak. Repaired section of pex piping thru the wall leading into basement area. Turned water on and purged system with homeowner.

For this job we replaced a 50 gallon gas water heater. Customer has been having issues with it not turning on, we made a visit a few months ago to light the heater. Issue continued and best advise to replace the 11 year old heater with no yearly maintenance. We installed a 10 year warranty heater with kit. We installed new pan, expansion tank, gas and water connections. We also modified venting for inspection. Tested all work and left work area clean.

For this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. The customer stated that our electrician team was here yesterday to replace the AC disconnect and unfortunately the system did not power back on. Once I arrived, I performed a thorough diagnosis and noticed that there was water tripping off the safety switch. I proceeded to clear the water and properly test the unit to ensure that it was working. The unit was running. I noticed that it did shut off again. I proceeded to check the breaker panel and noticed that it tripped the breaker. Not only is the ac system from 1992, but given that it turned the breaker off, it shows that the compressor is failing. I Explained to the customer that I highly recommend getting a quote for a new system due to the fact that we may not know how much longer this system can run. Today we were called out because the homeowner bought a new EV. He also bought the wall connector to install. So today we installed a 60 amp circuit. Mounted the wall connector. Also installed a whole house surge protector.

I came out to investigate an issue with a light, not working in the hallway. After diagnosing the issue and checking out the wiring, I found that this was connected to a GFCI outlet, which was in the room with the AC pump beneath the panel. I was able to reset it and everything works great. This is an older GFCI outlet and it would probably be good to replace it. However, it is still functioning at this time. Perfomed 1 system cooling diagnostics on the mainfloor lennox system. The secondary drain pan was full of water. I flushed the drain line out with water and cleaner. I removed some water from the secondary drain pan for the customer with my wet vac. I used the mighty pump on the drain line. I performed diagnostics and found that the system is low on refrigerant due to a leak. The homeowner declined the leak search option and only wanted a temporary option (top off the refrigerant levels). The homeowner was advised that the refrigerant will leak out of the system and there are no refunds or warranty on the refrigerant. The outdoor capacitor and contactor also need to be replaced. I emailed estimates for the contactor, capacitor, leak search and to add better flood protection. I topped off the refrigerant levels. The mainfloor system was operating when I left (see video). Drain line was clear.

Customer wished for us to install 2 customer supplied faucets 1 in the master bathroom and 1 in the garage. Customer also requested we fix her faucet sprayer in kitchen to allow the weight to work. We replaced the stops at both faucets I garage and master bathroom and replaced the faucets testing for proper operation. Then we moved the drainage underneath the kitchen faucet to allow the faucet sprayer weight to properly work. After completing work we did a whole house plumbing inspection as well as quoted a few additional items the customer requested. Including items such as a new rough in for a sink in the basement, a whole house water filtration system and a tankless water heater seeing that the water heater is 9 years old and never been serviced in the past. We left estimates for all items including discounts and left the customer satisfied with our work and information for all estimates and completed work.
