No heat main floor. Found system to have failed blower motor, single wall flue pipe, minimal flood protection and dirty ac. Low ambient temps don’t allow for outdoor unit to run. Replaced blower motor and tested system. System operating at this time.

Installed customer provided smoke detectors and TE provided to smoke carbon detectors

Homeowners power vented water heater was leaking and homeowner wanted to upgrade to a tankless water heater. Shut water off inside the house and drained tank. Cut out CPVC water lines, transitioned CPVC to copper piping. Mounted tankless to studs and installed new ball valves for hot and cold water lines. Installed a new halo ion 6 water filter for tankless. Ion 6 will prevent lime and scale build up in the tank. Homeowner only has to flush tankless every 5 years for maintenance. Secured piping to the studs and connected water lines to the tankless. Removed section of 3 quarter black iron piping, and installed a T and ran trac pipe to unit. Installed new gas shut off and sediment trap. Ran new section of half inch of CPVC for condensate. Connected exhaust piping to 2 inch pressure exhaust vent. Ran new 2 inch PVC vent line outside, turned water on and purged air out of the system, turned gas on and set up tankless. Installed a grundfos T under master bathroom right side faucet. Recircu

Install 2 new customer supplied lights at 2nd floor in garage. Install new wiring for these lights. Install 6 new customer supplied 8ft led lights at garage main floor. Install new wiring for these light fixtures. Provide and install can light at entryway of garage. Provide and install flood light with photocell at garage.

Pull toilet Setup camera inspection follow up Customer was experiencing a mainline blockage on mainfloor hallway bathroom. Blockage was only affecting that one bathroom group. Cleanout outside was not holding water but does seem to have some sort of gunk at bottom of pipe. Pulled toilet and k400 cable to clear blockage. After clearing we ran water in bathtub and we saw no signs of system backing up again. Setup camera inspection follow up for Friday 2-5.

Replace two garage sconce lights and one front door light

Troubleshoot tripped breaker for back yard outlets. Found a short in an outlet box. Cut out damaged wire. Replaced all outdoor outlets with new weather rated outlets and bubble covers. Added surge protection One breaker had 3 wires under its terminal screw. Panel had space for 2 breakers so I separated the circuits

repaired hot side line just above the water heater approximately 2 feet of pipe to correct pinhole leak verified customers pressure is within an acceptable range and expansion tank is functioning Customer states that they have had multiple leaks. It seems that they have a recalled pipe material advised customer they do not wish to move forward with any more extensive repairs as they plan to move.

Replace (3) smoke detectors and (4) smoke/carbon detectors.

Troubleshooting ceiling fan not working properly

For this job I did a diagnostic on an electric water heater. I got on the phone with the manufacturer and they have determined the control panel is damaged. They are shipping out new part via fedex. Tracking info is sent to customers email and will ship part to customers home. Left quote to replace part.

Installed CS diverter cartridge for kohler HydroRail shower, removed old cartridge, installed new cs cartridge, connected handheld, tested, working properly. Also, quoted for Halo r/o system and Halo whole house filter system for customer. No leaks

Homeowners were experiencing cold water from the hot side of the faucets. After inspection found that no check valve was present on the return line. If the pump was not running and the hot water was used it would backflow through the return line to the hot side. At times the water heater would not even detect flow. Also found check valve to be on the wrong side of the expansion tank, and no shut off valves for the inlet and recirculation line. Shut off the water and installed necessary check valves and isolation valves in the proper locations. Pressurized and put back into operation.

Replaced bad remote receiver in fan, supplied by customer. Synced remote and fan. Fan is working properly now

Estimate is to redo partial flue pipe to raise height for future closet in basement. I was able to install flue pipe the way home owner wanted it, without cutting sheet rock. Double wall flue pipe is secured, strapped and sealed. Checked water heater and furnace before leaving.

Replaced failing Laing recirculating pump with new Grundfos Alpha series inline pump. Replaced and installed any required check valves and purged the return line. Programmed the pump and set the schedule per client request. Tested for leaks and verified proper function.

Customer had issues with her washer not working. I went to the panel and saw it was on an Eaton BR DF breaker. I checked the breaker and it had the error code showing the breaker needed to be replaced. I checked the other dual function breakers and they were also showing a fault code. I informed the homeowner if this but the customer wanted to just replace the washer breaker.

Changed out a recirculating pump on a rain tankless

Arrived for no heat call on basement 90% furnace. Tech was let in to basement by homeowners father and did not access main level. Inspected furnace heat exchanger, electrical, LP gas components, filter and drain lines. Gas pressures are very low for propane conversion at 3.97" w/c. Manufacture specifications for propane are between 10"-11" w/c. There are 2 pressure switches in furnace that were both tested. One pressure switch is not opening and closing signaling it has failed. Burner assembly is very rusted to the point multiple burners are disintegrating. Heat exchanger has failed and condensation water has been running down the collector box. Heat exchanger replacement would be a difficult task as manufacturer states new heat exchanger will not fit unless furnace is modified. Plastic piece connecting 2" pvc flue to inducer is broken from flue not being properly secured overhead. Blower motor is significantly dirty impeding proper air flow. For this job I replaced a kitchen faucet, I had to drill a hole on the counter top for new faucet to work. I disposed of old faucet and installed new customer supplied faucet. I installed new soap dispenser as well. I tested and left work area clean

Complete a dock inspection. Complete repairs on post panel by adding a ground bar and moving neutral wires to neutral bar.

Demo (3) can lights in bedroom. Install new ceiling fan box. Install new customer supplied ceiling fan in bedroom. Install new customer supplied Ring video doorbell.

Replaced whole home pressure regulator and thermal expansion tank. Set pressure to 65 psi. Tested all work and everything is working at this time. Purged lines of air and cleaned up Thanks for choosing TE Certified

Troubleshoot breaker tripping.

Evaporator coils are clean, smell is most likely caused by growth on the duct board plenums. Was able to show homeowner where the growth was and explained proper treatments to handle this. Quoted I wave whole home, ionizer systems and UV bulbs to help sanitize the immediate area. The smells will persist until we can sanitize and kill any growth in the immediate area and with an I-wave to help neutralize growth inside the house where it will then enter the AC system and grow again. Customer declined Home Care today, offered to include today’s visit with Home Care plan. Will also receive additional discount to remedy indoor air quality as a home care member.
