Cut out leaking water line to toilet. Replaced water line with new pex 1/2 water line to the toilet. Tested and ensured everything is operating properly and no more leaks are present at this time.

No Cool Upon arrival, the hard start kit had erupted, and the compressor was stripped on a thermal overload. I cooled off the compressor, disconnected the hard start and fired up the system. While the system was running had became evident that the outdoor fan motor was having intermittent failure, which was likely directly related to the compressor overheating overtime. The equipment is over 10 years old and hasn’t been maintenance consistently. Due to the condition of the equipment and the cost of repairs customer would like to get a quote for replacement.

For this job, I worked on replacing an exterior light fixture provided by the customer. As a courtesy, I got two lightbulbs out that were stuck in sockets.

For this job, I replaced the electrical meter, installed a new shower light from scratch, and installed 9 battery operated smoke detectors.

I replaced an electric 50 gallon water heater with an anode rod upgrade kit to extend the warranty by an additional 4 years. I also installed an inline grundfos alpha recirculating pump. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no issues

Whole home Redevice Panel Repairs including: Installing all new dual function (AFCI/GFCI) breakers in panel separating neutrals by adding ground bars Install two new Eaton brand surge protectors in panels Wiring to the dock has a fault in it and must be installed properly with a new circuit. We are unable to install a GFCI breaker on this at this time(dock breaker is GFCI). At customers request we installed this on a standard breaker. Customer did not want new workshop redeviced at this time.

For this job we fixed a cut in box and replaced a GFCI on the backside side of the home. The outlet next to the AC units was in a metal box and the screws were touching the metal box causing the GFCI to trip. Everything is functioning as it should.

Clear bathroom drain Customer called us out for slow draining shower drain. Upon arrival we tested for mainline blockage. Shower drain was only fixture affected. Took off drain cover and removed calcuim buildup. Then ran tub gun to remove remainder of blockage. Ran water for a long duration of time, no signs of system backing up. Clearing successful! Attempt to clear laundry drain blockage We came out today for a laundry drain that was experiencing a clog. We had our service department come out first to investigate the issue, and they confirmed the laundry drain was clogged. We came out and inspected the issue, the customer stated they noticed water leaking from the drain and it was coming down to their kitchen. We noticed the hvac condensation drain line was going down through the laundry drain as well. We recommended to the customer to attempt to restore proper flow and they agreed. We ran our cable machine through the drains multiple times, and we were successful. We performed a cycle test with the washing machine and we let a big volume of water drain and we did not see any backups. The customer was present during our test and they are satisfied. We let the customer know that with the hvac condensation drain line this builds up algae/mildew. We recommended our enzyme drain cleaner to help with any buildup. Thank you for choosi

Troubleshot garage outlets due to loss of power. Verified the circuit breaker was operating properly with no visible damage to the breaker or bus bar and confirmed there were no loose wires. Proper voltage was verified at the circuit. Upon removing the GFCI outlet, it was discovered that the line wires were incorrectly terminated on the load side of the GFCI. The GFCI outlet was rewired correctly, restoring proper voltage and operation. All garage outlets were tested and are now functioning properly.

For this job we installed two customer supplied LED fixtures. One in the master closet and the other in the laundry room. Also installed a toggle dimmer at each location. We also installed new smoke/carbon combos at existing locations. Everything functions as it should. Left estimates for whole home surge protection as well.

Customer was having various pressure issues in the home, the pressure in the house was over 100 psi. We opted to replace the PRV, expansion tank, main shutoff and a leaky shutoff for a hose bib. Checked the meter and saw no unusual activity. Tested work after letting the solvent weld the CPVC together and saw no leaks. Set PRV to 65 PSI and expansion tank to 70 PSI. Customer has a garage bathroom that he is not getting water to. The line had an old gate valve on it, I recommended that we replace it before going further. We replaced it and had water to the sink but no water to the toilet, customer requested we dig outside and see if we can find where the line comes in, I dug for approximately an hour and didn’t find anything, I left the customer with quotes to cut concrete and rerun the toilet line

Arrived to appointment system had built up water. Condensate pump was being blocked by build up gunk to turn on. Also drain line was clogged because water was building up to the clean out. Did a diagnostic and found short duct work for the system. Found biological growth on supply plenum. Both capacitors are bad and blower wheel is dirty. System does not have a drain pan nor flood protection. Heat exchanger is in fair condition. Homeowner said they would clean the pump and drain line. I did offer estimates to do the work as well. Set a lead for tomorrow at 8am.

Install a ceiling fan and move a light

Client has a leak between the meter and the home. Further inspection showed the leak was at the foundation wall. Advised homeowner about repair and replacement options. Client opted to have it repaired. Dug up and removed 2 holly bushes for access to the existing service. Dug down to the pipe approx 4.5ft deep at the penetration and cut damaged section of piping. Abandoned old service penetration and drilled new penetration at higher depth of approx 18in. Ran new soft copper piping thru the foundation and wrapped piping in burial tape to protect from corrosion. Replaced main shutoff valve inside the home and tied new service penetration back to existing pressure regulator at the homeowners request. We advised replacement of the regulator due to age (2008) and the nature of the work taking place, which the client refused at this time. Sealed the penetration inside and outside with hydraulic cement and tar and backfilled the hole. Replanted one of the removed bushes, however we did advis

Customer had a leaking disposal, they had picked up a disposal prior to my arrival, they had also picked up a kitchen faucet they requested I install, the old drain set up would not accommodate the new disposal, I gave the a quote to redrain the kitchen sink and install the two customer supplied fixtures and they accepted, I cut out all the drain work under the sink, removed the garbage disposal, removed the old faucet, installed the new faucet, I glued a 90 degree fitting on the existing drain line and angled it toward the right side of the cabinet, I used another 90 to come up and then used a 2x2x1-1/2 tee i put a Studor vent out of the top and a trap adapter out of the side, I then installed the disposal, i used a tail piece extension and a end outlet waste kit to tie the disposal and strainer together. I then ran water approximately 5 minutes and then filled the sink up appropriately 3 times to ensure there were no leaks, I also ran the disposal multiple times to ensure proper func

Received call regarding roof vent. Customer had been informed by roofers that a vent had become disconnected in the attic, and was completely loose through the roof penetration. They also noted to me that there was a ceiling stain in the master bedroom. Investigated attic (all vents) and found that the two units on the highest level are fully connected and in fine condition. Discovered the third completely disconnected (improper glue joint). Prepared estimate for issue resolution, and work was approved. Applied new primer and glue to existing joint and successfully united piping. Wiped glue joint clean as per best practice, and advised homeowner to call roofers back now that the repair has been made in order to ensure that the roof penetration is still water tight. Ceiling stain was not saturated Sheetrock, and therefore Sheetrock replacement is not necessary at this time. Homeowner is intending to paint or patch affected area.
