For this job I replaced a leaking pressure regulator that was also allowing over 100 psi into the home. I installed a new regulator and a new cut off ball valve to be able to turn the water to the home easier. I set the pressure on the new regulator to 65 psi. Tested and left work area clean.

Troubleshoot outlets not working - ground was improperly connected and the box was sticking out of the drywall. Replaced the box and outlet. Replaced the outlet in hall bath with a GFCI Replaced the outside outlet with a weather rated GFCI and a new bubble. Blanked off 2 boxes and provided a Decora plate

For this job I replaced a customer supplied bidet sprayer that was leaking. I installed new and tested to leaks. I left work area clean. I also tried tightening a kitchen faucet. I was unable due to the threads on the faucet being stripped. Left quote to replace faucet

Replace (3) outdoor gfi outlets with new devices and bubble covers. There was no ground in wiring found in front porch outlet. Installed new weather rated duplex and dual function (AFCI/GFCI) breaker on this circuit. Per NEC 406.4(2), a new grounding type receptacle can be installed in this location as we have supplied this circuit with new dual function breaker.

Vacuum breaker on the rear hose spigot had failed. Replaced hose spigot on the back of the home and installed a new vacuum breaker.

Clear blockage in pTrap Customer was experiencing a clogged sink. Tested for mainline blockage late but sink was only fixture affected. Stopper for sink was stuck and would not move. Was finally able to relief system when stopper came up. Cleared sink gunk buildup inside drain, tested for leaks. Clearing Blockage successesful.

Toilet fill valve was making a high pitched noise during the fill cycle. Water pressure is at 62 psi. I replaced the toilet fill valve and braided supply line. Flushed 5 times to ensure proper operation.

Customer mentioned to me that the transformer for the doorbell is continuing to make a loud humming and buzzing noise. Craig has turned off the breaker to this location to ensure that everything is safe for the time being. We will be going through and conducting a diagnosis of determine where the fault is taking place on the circuit and either providing a simple solution to the issue or replacing a piece of the circuit that is required. After conducting diagnosis, we determined that the doorbell chime is the culprit as to why the doorbell is buzzing. We tested the transformer and we are getting proper voltage to and from the transformer. We removed the wires from the chime and tested them coming off the transformer and we’re receiving 19.6 V. This is adequate for operating a smart doorbell. Once we installed those on the door doorbell chime, the voltage dropped to 4.3 V. This indicates that the chime is creating a lot of resistance, not allowing the doorbell to operate with proper volt

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Completed ductwork and inducer repair

Water heater condenser was freezing up due to exhaust fan being too close to wall. Technician turned water heater to proper orientation and drained water heater to install water heater pan. Installed vacuum breaker and re-piped copper lines. Installed new thermal expansion tank. Installed leak alarm. Checked and tested for leaks. Leak strip on water heater was exposed to water. Technician discussed this with homeowner and homeowner will use fan on strip throughout the night.

Troubleshoot doorbell not working

Install new customer supplied transfer switch and box for furnace. Install new box and gfi outlet below this for condensate pump.

Bad blower motor and capacitor. Grease behind blower motor. Customer declined full repair today as he wants to make it past winter and look into full replacement in about 6 months. He understands that blower may fail before then and need replacing. Signed up for HomeCare today for both systems and provided last fall Homecare today.

New system, installed in June/25, not heating. Main level system, located in the garage closet. Filter was very dirty and overheating the furnace, and consequently activated high limit switch. Replaced filter (customer provided) and tested system multiple times. Drain line is clear. System is working properly with no issue.

Replaced PRV and gate valve. Replaced with 25aub PRV and ball valve. Also replaced Roman tub cartridges on both hot and cold side.

Needs new blower motor and wheel. Home is in remodel and thermostat is not mounted on a wall, loose next to air handler in basement. Communicating Carrier system. Customer needs quote for ductwork and rerun on copper lines. Need advisor to come out and quote ductwork and rerun of copper line set

Ran six CAT 6 runs from multiple rooms to office for internet. Ran switchleg and installed outside front porch light. Reran ceiling outlet in conduit. Ran additional wire and added outlets to the garage door.

Installed new Kohler Kingston along with bidet attachment in main level half bath. Tested and checked for leaks.

Today we came out for master bedroom and office area not heating properly system is a Gibson 2006 LP 70k furnace with matching 2.5 ton ac r22. Cycled equipment from thermostat found control board giving one flash fault indicating open limit. Inspected heat exchanger with digital camera found failed heat exchanger showed client findings and tagged furnace unsafe. System uses obsolete r22 refrigerant also. Gave client band aid repair and scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system for the master
