For this job, I worked on installing a generator inlet circuit

Repair pinhole leak on a red pex hot water line. This pinhole leak was caused by wear and tear of the pex water line eventually causing a pinhole leak. This leak cause a large portion of Ms. whites drywal, insulation, framing and possibly subfloor to be very saturated with water. My repair for this was to cut out the section of damaged piping and replace it with a new section. After making my repair I checked Ms. whites water meter to see if there was any movement and no other water was being used in the home. No other leaks were found after making my repair.

Installed new 50 gallon gas water heater in garage with new dedicated Grundfos Recirculation pump. Repiped entire area in copper with new isolation valves for the main shutoff to the home, hose Bibb, cold line for heater and recirculation line. Added an expansion tank and capped the old drain for the expansion valve. Water heater now has a drain pan underneath it with a new gas shutoff and whip as well. Everything is working properly and warranty has been registered. This is a 4 year anode rod extension kit water heater.

I was called out to Jeff’s house where he rents for an inspection. Jeff has been here for awhile so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered that the flame sensor was loose and likely cause the heating issue that Jeff spoke about, the heat exchanger is rusted and has pinhole leaks as the supply air is registering CO making it unsafe for use, the run capacitor has failed, the flood protection is minimal, the sediment trap is installed incorrectly, the wheel and A coil both need cleaned as they are coated with dust/dirt, the drain runs flat across the attic, and there is some biological growth inside the system. Due to the cost of potential repairs, lack of warranty, and age replacement is a viable option to update everything to today’s standards.

For this job came out for a shower cartridge that was having temperature issues. After performing diagnostics concluded that the cartridge was failed. It only was producing hot water and wasn’t able to switch temperatures back to cold. Replaced Kohler shower cartridge. Tested for leaks and conducted a super clean up.

Conducted electrical troubleshoot.

Today we came out for main level not heating 2000 comfort maker icp 50k located in basement. Found failed ignition module, performed safety inspection with digital camera found multiple cracks in furnace. Tagged furnace unsafe to operate due to potential carbon monoxide fumes. Furnace is 26 years old and needs to be updated. Customer is going to get ahold of owner and reach back out if they would like a quote.

The basement stair light switch is on the other side of the wall from where it should be. We will install a 2 gang box at the bottom of the stairs to replace the 1 gang and pull the wiring back into the new 2 gang box We will install 1 low voltage transformer above each sets of cabinets. We will then run the low voltage wiring and strip lights above the cabinets and below To solve this issue we will junction the wires and install a blank where the outlet is originally located. We will then add a new outlet to the left of the stud that the current outlet is on. Delete wiring for security alarm panels

Repair damaged section of water line in basement ceiling

High pressure in home caused ice maker line to fridge to fail. Due to this I provided the customer with options for different PRVs and an expansion tank. The customer opted for a Wilkins PRV, expansion tank and new ice maker supply line. After installation everything was checked for leaks and functionality. Everything works good and the PRV was set to 60 PSI

Install new customer supplied dual stage water filtration system underneath kitchen sink no reverse osmosis tank.

I replaced a 3/4hp garbage disposal as well as did a leak troubleshoot as a courtesy underneath a lab faucet in the master bathroom. There is water damage from a leak but I was unable to replicate any issues at this time and told the homeowner to monitor the situation. I thoroughly tested for leaks to ensure that everything is working properly

For this job I replaced a water filter supplied by the home owner, I also replaced the gate valve and installed a handle quarter turn ball valve for easier use. I replaced 2 water supply lines going to the basement bathroom faucet on the left side. The one on the hot side was leaking and I replaced the cold side as a courtesy. I tested and left work area clean.

Troubleshoot no power to kitchen lights

For this job I came to see a leak underneath the kitchen sink, after inspecting I have options for either re tightening connections or install all new components for a worry free solution with warranty. I tested and left work area clean. I also left quotes for a new heater with recirculating pump. I also left a quote for a zero maintenance full home water filtration system.

Today we came out for main level not heating 1993 carrier 66k furnace with 2018 nordyne ac 2 ton. Found rusted out safeties causing bad continuity on connections putting furnace into lockout mode. Performed safety inspection on heat exchanger found cracks at 7 o clock with digital camera. In addition found severe metal fatigue hot spots and rust. Tagged furnace unsafe due to potential carbon monoxide fumes and scheduled install supervisor for tomorrow 10-2 window.

Replace defective GFCI outlet in basement.

Rework navien fresh air intake venting so it is able to use air from the outside rather than the garage. Remove 2 sharkbite caps and replace with pex plugs. Hot water was ran for 10 ,minutes to ensure the tankless was functioning properly. No further issues were found.

Upon arrival, I was pointed to the kitchen sink Left side basket strainer was leaking. After providing options, we replaced the basket strainer, cleaning and reconnecting the P-trap. Tested everything for leaks and proper function no further issues at this time.
