Replaced existing 40 gallon gas water heater with a new 50 gallon. Repiped area above unit, new isolation valves, pressure reducing valve, gas valve, drain pan, and expansion tank. Registered warranty and aired out system. Everything is working properly.

Customer called us out for multiple clogged drains. There is a sink that is slow to drain in the master bathroom on the right hand side. The shower drain in the master bathroom is also clogged. I will attempt to remove stoppages by using the snake machine on each drain line individually. I was successfully able to remove stoppages in both the shower, drain and the sink drain. I tested with lots of water in the presence of the customer to ensure proper drainage. Everything is draining properly at this time. I also provided the customer with our ENDURE drain maintenance product. Customer is very satisfied.

Upon arrival, discovered a pressure of 75 to 80 psi at the rear hose bib which was after the pressure regulating valve. I was then able to test the pressure from the front hose bib that is inside the meter box next to the front door on the right side. This hose bib is before the pressure regulating valve and I was able to find out the street pressure was 75 to 80 psi indicating the pressure regulator had failed. Upon further investigation, we discovered that the expansion tank had failed. The expansion tank was not securely mounted with a proper expansion tank bracket. Wrote up two options one being just an expansion tank the second was for the expansion tank and pressure regulating valve replacement. Upon approval, we began with the option to replace the expansion tank and the pressure regulating valve. After completing the work, tested everything for leaks and proper function.

Dug down in located area approx 3 feet deep to locate the damaged section of blue poly waterline. Cut out damaged pipe and replaced with 1 in pex. Pressurized system and tested for leaks. Verified proper function and wrapped fittings and rings in burial tape to protect from corrosion and backfilled the hole tamping every 6 in. Client will set the sod back.

Jason came out yesterday to repair a leaking furnace. I could not have asked for better service. he worked diligently and explained everything thoroughly . he did a great job. Was able to get a next day appointment for a non-emergency plumbing issue. Chris was on time, diagnosed the problem quickly and made the necessary repairs same day. We have used TE Certified for several different services throughout the past 7 years (HVAC, gas line plumbing, electrical and water plumbing repair) and have always been very pleased with the quality of work from ALL of the TE Certified technicians.
