I did a troubleshoot on a ch electrical panel and left estimate to come back and replace them all after receiving them, customer will provide (21 new breakers) (7) 20A AFGF (14) 15A AFGF

Conducted electrical troubleshoot of garage circuit and replaced breaker.

Found pop up assembly leaking due to cross threaded plastic threads. Replaced pop up assembly and re installed ABS tubular drain. Tested the over flow on the sink and proper flow through the drain. No leaks or failures at time of service.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Installed a spring check valve and thermal expansion tank on the cold water inlet side of the tankless water heater.

Replaced cartridges in master bathroom faucet on the right side replaced both cartridges in guest bathroom faucet tested for leaks there are no leaks at this time. Thanks for choosing te certified

Inducer port was blocked and needed to be cleaned. Tested all safeties and heating. No other issues at this time.

Removed old kitchen sink faucet and tub n shower valve and trim. Installed new customer supplied tub n shower valve and trim and kitchen sink faucet. Drained fixtures, installed new fixtures, pressurized lines tested, caulked, no leaks.

System has a refrigerant leak and possibly a stuck txv valve on the outside. After adding refrigerant. Low side pressures remained unaffected and temp split only improved marginally. Overall due to cost of repair, no warranty and condition of system replacement should be considered.

Repair 3/4 pex line in dining room ceiling

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Installed new variable speed blower motor and ignition module. Started system up checked operations and left all equipment operational.

Today I inspected a toilet that was leaking from the tank to bowl area. The issue was caused by Warren gasket and severely rusted bolts. One of the bolts was heavily corroded, so I carefully cut it out with a multitool while taking extra care not to damage the porcelain tank. I rebuilt the tank to bowl connection with New bolts gasket and internal components to stop the leak and restore proper operation. The toilet was filled, flushed, and tested multiple times to ensure everything is watertight. In addition, I re-caulked two other toilets in the home. The old caulking has started to separate from the floor, so I cleaned and applied fresh waterproof silicone for a clean, sealed finish. Your toilet toilets are now properly sealed, leak, free, and operating as they should.

For this job we installed two ceiling fans for the customer. One as installed in the living room with customer supplied down road and the other was installed in the master bedroom also with a customer supplied down rod. We also adjusted the fan I had previously installed in the upstairs office room and got it to quit making noises while it was running.

Troubleshoot to find why water is mixing in the house Found a bad check valve at the recirculating pump Remove and replace half inch swing type check valve and remove and replace delta shower cartridge in the master bathroom

For this job I did a tankless water heater flush, I cleaned filter going in the cold in let, performed cleaning for 1 hour. Also replaced a failed check valve that had failed, and left quote for replacing recirculating pump and a full home water filtration system. Tested and left work area clean.

Replaced diaphragms only in both toilets. Women’s restroom toilet was getting stuck and running constantly. Diaphragm swap resolved this issue. Come diaphragms were replaced, noticed flush was weak in men’s still. Performed pressure drop test and discovered a failed pressure regulator. Provided customer with estimate to replace pressure regulator. Work would have to be performed when restaurant was closed due to water being shut off. Customer is going to check with landlord to see if repair is their responsibility or his. Thanks for choosing TE Certified

Homeowner was experiencing a leak in ceiling below master bathroom shower and dripping tub spout in the upstairs hall bathroom. Replaced the shower drain cup for the master shower along with the trim, tub spout and cartridge for the upstairs hall bathroom. Also replaced the prv due the pressure reading 80 psi. Pressure set to 65 on new regulator. Tested and checked for leaks

For this job, we relocated existing can lights in the basement. We also re-ran some switch legs in order to move boxes over.

Installed new gas 50 Gallon water heater

Troubleshoot lights not working properly. Replace switches in 3 gang box. Install one switch as courtesy.

Install new outdoor lights to neighborhood entrance sign – replace lights only, replace GFCI’s

Water pressure is above 80 psi. I recommend replacing PRV and Expansion tank strap expansion tank to the wall to adhere by current plumbing code. Replace the flush seal on the toilet in the master bathroom. Water heater is 9 years old, while this water heater works well. The typical life expectancy for a heater is 10-12 years old. Left some estimates so my client could see what a ballpark installation would cost.
