Removed and disposed of the existing chandelier located on a 16-foot ceiling. Installed the customer-supplied chandelier, including mounting the fixture, completing all necessary electrical connections, securing and leveling the fixture, and testing for proper operation. All work was performed using appropriate access equipment, and the new chandelier was verified to be functioning correctly upon completion. Today we came out for the second level not cooling 2017 heil. Found bad low voltage fuse due to failed contactor. In attic observed no return plenum on either system and ductboard plenums. Gave client options and they approved band aid option. Install new contactor and advised customer they had builder grade equipment with an average life span of 10-12 years. Replaced customer supplied filters and left all equipment operational.

Please conducted leak detection services for Eastside technician, as a TGL. During my investigation, I introduced compressed air onto the main service via the rear hose bib. We discovered the leak 45 feet off the front left hand side of the home/foundation wall. Original technician is on site and has excavated the damage section of the water service, and is making the repair now.

Inspected various areas of the home of concern and made recommendations to customer for repairs

Today we installed a gas tankless water heater which included a gas line, and running venting and a condensate drain to the exterior of the home. We set the temperature at 120 degrees. Thank you! An electrician Is scheduled to come install an outlet.

Recent outdoor renovations clogged up the drain. Flushed and cleared the drain line. Would highly recommend adding advanced flood protection.

Removed existing garage GFCI receptacle and supplied and installed a new 20-amp GFCI outlet at the customer's request. Verified proper wiring, tested GFCI functionality, and confirmed correct operation and grounding. Restored power and ensured the outlet is operating safely and as intended.

Homeowner informed me that another company came by and added refrigerant on R22. They also removed the switches that power in and off the units. The breaker was tripped on the main floor breaker/ disconnect outside. Pressures aren’t making sense and I think there are contamination in the refrigerant loop. Set up install supervisor to go over replacement options.

This option includes me swapping the 20a dual function breaker out that was installed with new 54-space QO panel and replacing with a standard 20a QO breaker on a circuit that is already GFCI protected.

Arrived on site and customer stated they had a plumber come in and reset a toilet , which turned out to be shimmed and a broken flange . We provided the option to cut out and replace the flange , which customer agreed for us to do . Once flange was cut out and replaced . We set up our new wax ring, bolts , and reset the toilet. We then caulked the base and filled the toilet flushing it several times to ensure proper functioning.

The scope of today’s work included replacement of the sewer ejector pump located in the basement and reworking a 1/2” inch gas line in the attic with a properly installed sediment trap. The sewer ejector included a new pump and threaded pvc male and 2” riser discharge pipe with a weep/vent hole. Client declined replacement of the ball and check valve at this time. The new pump was installed, connected and tested several times with no issues to clients satisfaction . The gasket and lid were set and secured. The gas line was improperly installed. We reworked the line with a proper sediment trap and tested with no leaks.

Cut out and replaced old multi-turn gate valves for the main shutoff and both exterior hose spigots with new 1/4 turn ball valves. Tested for leaks and proper function.

Homeowner was concerned about upstairs smoke detector going off. From what I understand electrical has replaced faulty smoke detectors. Went over system and found furnace is 20+. Inspected heat exchangers and found a bit of rust and hot spots. Return cutout is to small and return duct count isn’t enough cfms. Recommend having the furnace, plenums and exterior filter rack quoted by a TE comfort specialist.

For this job I replaced a 10 year old tankless water heater with a new Navien heater with recirculating system. I secured all piping and heater to a board. I replaced the failed pressure regulator as well as the main shut off valve. I made all connections in copper. I took out the new vents for the water heater and caulked around the piping. All work is tested and left work areas clean.

Toilet and cartridge change

Returned to the house to replace dome temperature sensor for the basement system, and APCO-x uv light, for the min level system. Replaced parts, tested systems with no other issue.

Removed 14 inch flex and installed 16 inch flex for better air flow. Installed TE flood protection. Checked filter and home owner is ordering filter. Needs to be changed. Cleaned drain and hp panel. Checked all operations. Noticed contacter pitted and burnt. Replaced contactor. Dual capacitor is weak, condenser coil needs to be cleaned and spade fittings are cracking and starting to break in air handler. Special filter. 313 aprilaire

No cool on a 2020 RunTru but trane HP and AH. Heat pump was not running when we arrived. It was on a hard lock out, we reset the system and it started to run normally. This problem could’ve happened in the winter months which is something we could not test today due to it being 85 degrees outside. Tested the refrigerant, it was all within specs. We noted that the system had minimum flood protection and the run capacitor was weak. Customer wanted the capacitor replaced and signed up for Homecare.
