I pulled and reset a tankless unit as well as added a second one to accommodate for the amount of bathrooms the house has. I also replaced 2 faucets, a water stop valve and did a minor toilet rebuild in the guest house as a warranty. I tested everything thoroughly to ensure there were no issues

At arrival on 07/30/26 Issue: no cool System: main floor Finding: someone wired wrong the outdoor unit contactor which damaged the contactor, weakened the capacitor and compressor. The condenser coil is dirty, dirty air filter and wrong size filter. System is r22 refrigerant and 19 years old. Recommendations: address the above findings or upgrade your AC & Coil. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Installed new halo 5 water filtration system.

For this job we installed two dedicated circuits from the main panel to the break room for the fridge and the microwave. Installed circuits on GFCI devices. Also installed a quad outlet for the computer desk and the treadmill section. We also installed an outlet for an open sign on the front wall of the store. We also bypassed the lighting controls and timers and installed a single pole switch for the outdoor sign. Everything functions as it should.

Hooked up dryer and washer in laundry room. Connected new water supply lines, steam water line, dryer vent, and drain to washer. TE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PROBLEMS WITH DRYER VENT FUNCTIONALITY. Capped off gas line. To old dryer.

No work was done here, it was just a tamper resistant outlet, and the homeowners had not heard of that before and did not know why it didn’t allow them to plug in their fan initially. For this job, customer stated the upstairs/main ex zoned system was not cooling. I turn the thermostat to cool. I found the outdoor fan motor was running. The compressor was not. I checked and saw the contactor was getting 24v. I turn the power off to the outdoor and checked the capacitor. I found the herm side was out of tolerance. I spoke to the customer to get it replaced. I replaced it and tested the system on cool. I took delta T of 20*f. I had 58*f in supply and the return of 78*f. I pour water down the drain line to test the condensate pump. System currently operable.

Today we came out for second level not cooling 2012 carrier 3.5 ton ac with matching furnace. Evaluated complete system found circuit critically low on refrigerant 410 system has major refrigerant leak. Performed electronic leak search found leaks in evaporator coil located in attic. Called carrier and evaporator coil is no longer being manufactured due to R410 phase out. Gave client option on rheem evaporator coil and scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating.

Rinnai unit is experiencing fan blower issues again so turned dip switch one on the tan bank to increase fan speed and overcome resistance. This is not a long term solution but can buy them time until additional repairs need to be made or replacement of the unit entirely. Will discount todays charge on a future replacement

Upon arrival spoke with customer about a leak in the living room with the ceiling beginning to fall in. Water was off to the home upon arrival. Did a leak search and opened up the ceiling. The sub floor around the toilet had severe water damage and discoloration. Pulled master toilet to assess. Flange was below the floor and the wax ring was stuck to the bottom of the toilet making no contact with the flange. Toilet is old and in ruff shape. Fill valve is compromised and flapper is deteriorated allowing a steady stream to flow into the drain system. Gave options. Added a flange extension kit to bring the flange above floor level. Installed new wax ring, bolts, caps and supply line. Reset toilet. Flushed multiple times and no further leaking was observed. Customer opted to rebuild toilet himself and water was left off to the toilet at the service valve until he makes repairs on the internals.

Today we came out for only system not cooling 2012 ruud 3.5 ton single stage zoned. I will note that This system is single-stage, builder-grade equipment and is not designed to support a zoned application. Installing zoning on this type of system can lead to improper operation, increased wear, and premature equipment failure. Zoning systems are best suited for equipment with variable-speed or modulating capabilities, which can adjust output to match the varying demands of multiple zones. Cycled equipment from thermostat checked operations found system critically low on refrigerant system has major leak in circuit. Installed new duel addition found condenser coil impacted with dirt and evaporator freezing up leaking water through furnace. Gave client options and she would like to do a band aid and get a quote to update. Cleaned condenser coil and adjusted charge left equipment operational. There is no warranty on refrigerant and it could leak out at anytime

Install new Square D QO 54 circuit main electrical panel Install new square do QO type dual function breakers in panel. (17) Install whole home surge protection at main panel Permit Fee.

Rerun a new disposal circuit

Today we came out for main level not cooling 2012 amana 2 ton 16 seer with matching furnace. Found system locked out from high pressure due to failed duel motor starter. With this part failing condenser fan motor has been damaged. Gave client repair options and scheduled install supervisor to give replacement options for tomorrow morning 8-10. Performed band aid repair and installed new duel motor starter and got system back online. Equipment could fail at anytime left equipment operational.

This quote will involve digging down at the penetration if that’s where leak detection finds the break. Feed new line through penetration and seal at each side and test for leaks Drilled new penetration due to the old one being broken inside. Fed soft copper through penetration wrapped in burial tape to the existing line. Existing line was over 4 feet deep so ran pex up to new penetration line and then tied back inside before main shutoff. Tested for leaks and aired the system out with customer. Sealed penetrations inside and out and backfilled area. Meter is reading 0.00 gallons per minute.

Upstairs system not running or cooling Checked IDU which was not running and noticed the pan was full of water which set off the float switch It appeared the drain line was clogged and overflowed in the pan With homeowner approval we cleared the drain line with the pump and solution mixture Tested drain line with 4 gallons of mixture and is all clear Water was removed from pan and system tested and is working normal at departure Homeowner decided to sign up for our Homecare membership as well Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

Replace fluorescent light fixture in laundry room LED panel light. The light will be provided by TE certified as a courtesy although we are not going to warranty the light because we are not providing the product. Home Depot is providing the product. Install whole home search protection at the main electrical panel located in the garage Replace outlet at garage location with GFCI outlet to protect the circuit and personnel from electrical shock HVAC damaged one of the customers light fixtures in the kitchen. The customer has supplied a new light fixture and would like to have it installed at the existing location of the previous lighting outlet.

Upon arrival we met with homeowner and she showed us to the kitchen sink. Customer supplied new disposal. We removed and disposed of the old disposal. The new disposal was installed and tested to ensure proper function. Work area was cleaned. Remove existing garbage disposal, install new owner-furnished garbage disposal, connect electrical wiring, connecting all drain lines, test unit, clean-up, product overview and maintenance care with customer. Customer supplied unit

Second floor System shutting off after running for a little bit Not cooling well either Checked safeties which none were tripped at the time of arrival and system was working I checked system charge, airflow and drain line which drain line was clogged which is believed to cause water to back up and trip the in line safety until the water was able to drain or evaporate then system would turn back on again Cleared drain line as a warranty on us due to previous tech was out here for HC and drain line was still clogged. Noticed outdoor coil was pretty dirty and needed to be cleaned which was done with homeowner approval System is running and cooling at departure Thank you for choosing TE Certified!

On today’s visit I met with the homeowner. The homeowner expressed an issue with a clogged toilet. I tested by running water to confirm it was a single fixture clog. I then wrote up estimates to perform work and received approval. I ran my auger cable and was successfully able to clear the clog. I tested after clearing the clog by flushing the toilet. The toilet is older so it has a weak flush but it is back operational at this time. Perform draining clearing on toilet. Drain clear only. Does not include repairs or main line clearing. No warranty on drain clearing.

I performed a plumbing inspection, I created estimates for all of my findings and went over them with the customer. The customer is forwarding them to the seller of the house to see what they will cover and will let us know.
