Great Service

Both Tyler and his assistant Josh, we’re incredibly professional and very proficient after the task at Hand at my house today. They both explained everything that needed to be done in a way that I could understand. I will definitely be requesting them again. The next time I have any plumbing issues at all.

My technician, Gary Heard, did a great job identifying and then repairing an exterior outlet at my house that had gone bad. Because the previous electrician, who installed the outlet, had not identified the breaker controlling the outlet, Gary first had to figure where the power source was before he could conduct repairs. Throughout the process he kept me informed on what was required and what the cost would be. In the end my outlet was repaired and there was no cost shock. Gary is very personable and knowledgeable. I would strongly recommend him for any electrical work i need at my house

Chad Armstrong was very good at installing a new ejector pump for our basement restroom. He was very professional and very talented at the work. GREAT JOB. I would want Chad back for any further jobs i need done.

They’ve done a great job installing the light fixture for us. I gave the 5-star for cost because I got a $100 discount for this job. Without the discount, I would think it’s a bit too expensive. However, this company has free estimates while most other companies I called require a trip fee. This might be something to consider when customers shop around.

Leo was of great help this week replacing bathroom plumbing fixtures. Highly professional, did not mind that he had to return as I had ordered the wrong pieces! As usual, TE does not disappoint.

From scheduling through problem diagnosis and execution of the solution Jordan Nelson at TE Certified did an excellent job for us. The prices were fair ( I researched it), and Jordan worked with me to stage the work to accommodate my budget. He came up with several ways to minimize the expense while making sure we had the right equipment to match the needs of our home. Request him, you won't regret it!
