For this job we demoed a disconnect for the heat pump heating the pool. Disconnected the wires in the main panel as well. Also demoed a flood light and a camera on the back corner of the house looking towards the pool. Everything is sealed up and protected.

Performed trouble shoot on icemaker valve. It is a 1/4” turn type with hammer arrestor, it was painted and hard to turn on and off. Homeowner was worried about the functionality of the valve. I worked the valve on and off to loosen up the paint. Valves shuts off all the way. And will turn on all the way. Removed hose checked for no water in off position. Reconnected ice maker line Tested fixture working properly. Full pressure. No leaks

Removed existing water heater and replaced with new 50 gallon electric tank, includes all necessary code upgrades.

Arrived customer stated system is not keeping up. Takes a long time to cool house to temperature set a thermostat. Check system and found multiple closed dampers. No in-line safety and no wet switch. 14 inch supply detached at some point customer reconnected and duct tape. Checked outdoor unit. Check capacitor, contactor, and pressures. Opened all manual dampers. Brought temperature inside the house to 68°. Unit not operating and moving air as should.

Performed scheduled work. Replaced supply and return plenum for main floor and upstairs system. Were previously duct board Plenum‘s and now replaced to metal Plenum’s everything is sealed and properly reattached. And also added three Remi halo air purifiers for each system which is main floor,upstairs and basement. Everything else is working.tested uv lights. (3) Advanced Air Purifiers & (2) Plenums (Upstairs & Main)

Repaired leaking water line by penetration through home. Sleeved line through penetration and tied back into main water line. Sealed outside and inside with hydraulic cement and tar. No additional leaks in home.

For this job, we worked on replacing 2 bulbs with customer provided ones.

Customer says AC is not cooling. Inspected AH located in attic which services whole house by zoning. Found secondary drain pan full of water. Cleared water and cleared drain line. Gave drain line proper pitch. Inspected heat pump and recommended a super coil clean pressures were not to specs. Also recommended replacing starting components. System is cooling at this time.

Replaced hose bib on front right side of home. Installed code required vacuum breaker and shut off valve.

Figure out why dock does not work

Installed a new homeowner provided Tesla charger directly next to the panel. The car was not on site for me to plug it in and to test the vehicle. The charger was installed, voltages were tested, and the charger was commissioned through the Tesla app. I offered to pair the wall charger to the Tesla app on the homeowners phone, but since it’s his wife’s vehicle and she wasn’t home, he elected to set it up with her together at a later date.

For this job, I came to look at a system that was not cooling. Once I arrived, I noticed that the drain plan was completely full of water. I proceeded to vacuum up the water and properly tested drain and noticed that the drain was clogged. Proceeded to clear the drain as well as pressures and all electrical components to make sure the system was good on refrigerant. The system refrigerant but unfortunately, the capacitor has failed. Explained all customer provided estimates, and the customer decided to do necessary repairs. This included repairing the drain line, adding a switch and an Ss1, and replacing the capacitor. I completed the repair tested the unit and everything is working as it should. Thanks for choosing TE certified.

Arrived spoke with customer he stated in the middle of the day system is not reaching set temperature. Checked air handler and found partially frozen evaporator coil. Bad run capacitor, and failing blower motor. Dirty blower wheel. Rusted and dirty evaporator coil. No water safeties. Clogged drain line. Dated condensate pump. Dirty return Plenum and ducts. Found the pressure is low. Pitted contactor. Failing outdoor fan motor. Exposed line has no armor flex. Exposed low-voltage wires. Highly recommend system replacement. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
