TE Certified Support Staff
Our support staff consists of Call Center Representatives, Dispatchers, Bookkeepers, Human Resources, Marketing, and Warehouse Personnel. Support Staff Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience working with customers and/or vendors in the department they wish to apply. (Home Service experience is a plus, but not required.)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in QuickBooks is plus but not required.
- A team mentality, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service and organizational skills.
- The ability to work a 40 hour workweek.
- The ability to work Saturdays on rotation. (Not required in Bookkeeping.)
