Customer renewed HomeCare Membership. Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 14 y/o Trane system. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Safeties are good. Electronic filters are good. Pressure levels were normal. Replaced pitted 1-pole contactor. Other condenser electrical components are good. System is currently working.

Complete a home care inspection, on up and downstairs system. Client mentioned that the upstairs system will stay running on cool not reaching satisfying temperature. Check all the system mechanical and electrical components check refrigerant pressure find out that the system is running a very low refrigerant charge the AC and coil for the upstairs 2006 to get it replaced furnace is from 2022 Downstairs system was installed in July 2023 check refrigerant pressure blower speed replace filter system is performing properly at the moment The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Customer has 12 y/o Goodman system that operates for whole house. System is not cooling due to failed dual capacitor. Replaced 45/5 MFD capacitor. Noticed that system does not have water protection. Flex gas line entering furnace is incorrect. No sediment trap present. Dirty blower wheel. Condenser coils are also dirty. Pressure levels are correct, however, head pressure is a little high. Systems are well past life expectancy. Experiencing significant decline and component failures. Performed blower wheel cleaning for both systems. Upgraded water protection for main level system. Replaced 40/5 MFD capacitor and 1-pole contactor for upper level system. Replaced four 20x25x1 filters. Informed customer of findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Wayne did an excellent and thorough job with our electrical outlet update. He improved the outlet installation, brought the impacted breaker up to code and suggested improvements to the electrical box. He also went out of his way to help correctly install and test the new appliance.

Jamie from management was great to work with and very responsive, calling back when he would say he was calling back. Payton and his team were awesome as well. They got in gave a great estimate and installed the Tesla universal charger the same day. They had to go through the roof and out the house about 35 feet. The work was clean and tidy and no issues. They even fixed a loose breaker wire as a bonus. Definitely would recommend them.
