Great customer service from Barry. You need more guys like him. Friendly, knowledgeable, and he explained everything so well. I walked through the whole diagnosis with him. On another note, I think the service fee should be waived if the customer decides to allow TE to perform the work.

System Are operating fine in heating mode, but both systems are not effectively cooling the home due to lack of maintenance. Outdoor condensers need to be cleaned out and landscaping needs to be maintained . Blower wheels need to be cleaned due to lack of changing air filter.

Upon arrival, owner stated the 2nd/3rd floor 2 zone system in attic is not operating. Replaced batteries in both thermostats. Found multiple concerns with 2013 up flow system in attic. Owner understands we cannot warranty work done on this system due to the likelihood of failure. Updating system is recommended. Owner approved transformer replacement. Found 410A refrigerant Lennox system low/leaking refrigerant. It is cost prohibitive to attempt to keep system in operation along with system reaching its life expectancy. Owner assumes all risk and liability operating air conditioning. High probability of system damaging property. From the first time I called to when the plumbers drove away, everything was handled professionally and informatively. I had to cancel last minute due to a flight cancellation but they rebooked the visit for the following work day without any question. When Tiny showed up, it was all business and they completed the project within hours. As always, it was more than I planned to spend but I know have the water heaters working properly and instant hot water in the house as designed. Hopefully I will not need them again but if I do, I will call TE Plumbing.
