Customer experience with seem to be a mainline back up over the weekend, mainline from the outside, clean out tap to the sewer was inspected by County, they were no visible signs of a obstruction or backed up and that portion of the line. After asking customer hey series of questions, I’ve been began to run a diagnostic by way of running water in attempting to clear blockage with plunger. Which was successful. Customer does not need additional work nor a camera inspection. Will also do a clear on Master bathroom pop-up assembly. As well as a minor repair on the toilet in the master bathroom.

Install brand new toilet provided by the customer. Also, due to a leaky shut off. We did go lay eyes on the PRV, which seem to be very old, and could be in the failing process. Customers contractor handle this job for them. It is recommended to have our service team come out to check the water pressure as well as the PRV.

Brandon & Jimmy were able to come by earlier than first scheduled which was extremely helpful. They found all the problems with the tankless water heater we had installed only two years ago, unfortunately by another company. Learned our lesson, will only use TE going forward. They were able to replace with a better unit and install the proper venting, etc. for less than we had paid for the previous unit. They were very thorough and made sure to update me along the way. I HIGHLY recommend TE for any Plumbing/HVAC/Electrical needs!
