Tested system not cooling for the whole home. Tested and found the thermostats are not turning the system on, also, the filter and the condenser coils are extremely dirty. The blower wheels, also dirty, and inside of the ducks/Plenum have lots of dust/dirt buildup. System is zoned for upstairs and downstairs but this unit does not have a bypass installed. Today we replaced both thermostats with ecobee, replaced the filter in attic, cleaned the condenser coil outside, signed up for homecare maintenance, and scheduled for duct cleaning on Monday. After all repairs were completed today tested all mechanical functions and found no failures at this time

Replace 2 customer provided bathroom timers

Installed customer supplied toilet.

Performed electrical diagnostic on multiple issues and installed a dedicated circuit for a blow dryer in the master bathroom. We installed a customer supplied bath fan and various switches and outlets.

Install 3 20amp circuits for red light therapy lights

For this Job I quote a service upgrade and a whole home Redevice. I also did a lighting damage inspection while I was here due to many issue that had occurred over the prior weekend.

Pulled toilet in upstairs hallway bathroom to clear mainline blockage with cable machine.

For this job, we worked on installing new 1/4 turn stop valve for toilet and we installed new stainless steel braided supply line.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Complete system observation found a bad capacitor system. Compressor was only running. The fan was not. Recommend a new capacitor plus a kickstart This was not a callback. Problem was not related to the previous work done.

Install customer supplied Insta hot and installed a new toilet

Ran new gas line to stove
