The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. upon arrival found bad thermostat. After replacing thermostat did a full inspection on system and also found that the system is low on our 22. Recommend to customers to have system replaced. Customers declined for now and said they were going to think about it

New lighting in storage areas inside the house and also new recess lights in office closet. Replace several switches around the house. Replace outdoor speaker install and new speaker at the detached garage. Added a new outlet away from the house for a pool cleaner. Install search detectors at the detached garage.
Installed two hose bibs on front and side oh home, replaced shutoffs in basement and checked for leaks. Created return estimate to install the toilet and replace the flange. Ceiling will need to be opened up in kitchen to replace broken 90.

Kitchen under cabinet receptacles. Existing wire mold power strip kept causing breaker to trip on test mode cycle over night. Existing system had numerous chewed wires and no grommets or connectors for wiring. Installed new pvc wire mold boxes and TR receptacles on undercabinet sections. Reinstalled existing under cabinet lighting. Tested all receptacles and lights upon completion of installation. All equipment is working 100% upon completion of installation. There may be unseen junctions boxes buried in the wall behind backsplash that aren’t accessible without cabinet removal.
I was called out to take a look at the hose bibbs and the master toilet stop valve. Homeowner elected to replace both hose bibbs and the stop valves under all 3 toilets. Both hose bibbs were replaced. All toilet stops were replaced.
Install whole home surge protection and install new wire for a light fixture
Upon arrival, owner stated his downstairs system is making a loud noise. Found multiple concerns with 1997 up flow system in attic with condenser on right side of home with multiple concerns. Owner understands this system is past its life expectancy and any attempt to keep it in operation is likely a waste of money. Owner had to leave before putting together quote for repairs to attempt to keep it in operation. System is not operating properly and should not be operated in current condition. We have set an appointment for an installation manager to come out today between 3-6:00.
Performed full system diagnostic. System was low on refrigerant due to a lineset leak. Lots of oil found on the suction line outdoors. Low pressures were causing the system to run and shut down due to the low limit switch. Found microbial growth inside the evaporator coil as well. Unit is still under warranty as it was registered. Quoted different solutions.
Upon arrival to customers home we noticed the electrical panel and meter outside either took an electrical surge or lightning strike. The main electrical panel has run marks and melting at the main lugs. The main electrical panel bus bar also has burning. Outside the meter shows signs of melting on the neutral lug where it screws into the meter can. WAS NOT DUE TO AGE ORWEAR AND TEAR. We installed a new meter with outside emergency disconnect/ service disconnect. Updated grounding system and installed new 42 space panel. Updated gfi devices where needed and also installed smoke detectors

Reworked venting on water heaters per inspection report while homeowners are trying to sell home. Everything is up to code on the vents now.
Performed 2 system homecare. Flushed drain lines with pump. Replaced 2 16x25x1 inch filters. Checked all major components and verified proper refrigerant charge at this time. Presented all findings to homeowner. Recommend system replacement before it actually fails as it will be far more expensive in the summer and next year too. Units heating and cooling upon departure.
Technician shut down water to the building from the riser room in the barbershop. Meter was checked to see if a leak is occurring. Meter is still spinning very slowly, while water is off. This indicates the customer has a leak somewhere underground, between vault box and building. Underground leak detection services will be needed in order to further diagnose.

No cooling on upstairs system. Found outdoor fan running but not compressor. Checked capacitor readings and found compressor readings very weak. Replaced capacitor with new 45/5 capacitor and system is cooling again.

Johns Creek Panel Replacement
Replace failed evaporator coil, install wet switch, and sign up for homecare. Replaced leaking evaporator coil, pressurized entire system with dry nitrogen, vacuumed equipment below 500 microns, reattached drain line, reloaded trap, installed wet switch( tested operation), and installed blue tube uv light. Ensured proper operations of the equipment. System is operating properly.
Led bypass and wire tap
Estimate is to replace main level system with new system, install media filter, fix improper single wall flue and complementary HomeCare plan for systems. If you wanted to add a UV Air Cleaner, the new total would be $11,237.
Replace switch box and outlets
I was called out to Michael’s house to replace his 2 thermostats with the 2 nest thermostats that he is providing. I replaced the thermostats but he is trying to link up his thermostats with his google app but since they are having connectivity issues the systems won’t run until they are linked up.
Install RHEEM 14 SEER2 series 4ton single stage air conditioner with aluminum cased evaporator coil and ecobee thermostat for upstairs.
The thermostat for the downstairs system is not working. The system is 20 yrs old low on refrigerant and in poor condition. Consider replacing the system. Replace the thermostat for the downstairs system
Tub repair in master bathroom
HVAC service call
Removed venting and inspected visually for possible obstructions and overall condition of piping. No issues were found. Noticed expansion tank was not operating properly and advised replacement. Swapped expansion tank and pressurized to 65psi. Secured new tank to structure with mounting bracket.
Installed garbage disposal in kitchen, replaced supply line on hot side for faucet in powder room. Replaced pressure reducing valve and main shutoff in mechanical room. Tested for leaks. Pressure is at 60 psi.
Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Performed scheduled warranty replacement for ecm motor and board for outdoor unit. Performed 2 system homecare. replaced filters provided by customer, check and tested electrical components, inspected flue, tested operations and checked pressure. Customer elected to clean condensers as well. No other issues found at this time.
Install new enthernt wire for tv
The system needs a contactor and the outdoor coil needs to be cleaned. Cleared the drain line, replace the 3amp fuse and checked the air filter.
Performed 2 system homecare visit 1/2. Checked all major components and verified proper refrigerant pressures. Cleared drain lines and added union to upstairs for future service. Units are heating and cooling and presented any findings/recommendations upon departure.

Repaired leak on 3/4” copper T between basement ceiling subfloor and bottom of kitchen cabinet. A small section of kitchen cabinet bottom had to be removed in order for technician to gain access to leak. TE certified will not be responsible for replacement of kitchen cabinet bottom.

Tapped onto 1 1/2 inch gas line in backyard to run new gas line into ground and underneath deck approximately 5-6 feet away and up properly strapped and supported to home and set with floor mounted flange on deck and new shutoff. All black iron spray painted and taped to avoid corrosion. Turned gas on and tested for leaks, also turned on and tested grill for customer.
