Checked all operations. In attic I noticed 2 inch pipe came loose and fell out of boot on roof. Home owner is now aware of this. Sales rep can possibly quote this with system or have a plumber come out. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

I was called out to Alexa’s house to replace the circuit board on the upstairs system. Once I replaced the board I attempted to run the ac but the blower would turn off after a couple of minutes. During my thorough evaluation I discovered that the backplate for the thermostat has shorted internally causing the board to fail in the process. Alexa Is speaking with google to get the thermostat replaced so the system is still not working at this time until the thermostat is replaced. Alexa mentioned that she wanted to get some previous estimates done which since I had the parts on hand I performed immediately.

Installed new customer provided LED bulb for the living room recessed lights. We removed the existing bulbs and installed the new ones. We replaced the existing light bulbs in the foyer chandelier with new customer supplied light bulbs. We replaced the light fixtures in the upstairs bathroom and closet. We also installed two new outdoor weather rated outlets and bubble covers. We removed the existing outlet and box on the back deck and installed a new two gang box with quad outlets and new bubble cover.

Austin may be the most capable technician I've had come to my house since I purchased it 19 years ago. Not only was he friendly and knowledgeable, but the things he found while doing his initial troubleshooting showed a thoroughness that really impressed me. Because of his proactive actions, some underlying issues with my water pressure were uncovered that may explain some of the issues I've had over the past decade. He was amazing!!
