Best Advice to Customers: Always check reviews of any company that you have do work in your home. I always like to say that you get what you pay for. So if a price for a certain task in your home seems to good to be true then it probably is.

Alexis, who answered the phone, was very helpful and pleasant while scheduling my service call. Wayne, my technician, was very friendly. I appreciated the fact that they sent a text with Wayne's photo and bio before he arrived. They also have a tracker so that you can see the tech's progress towards your home. I would use them again.

Wayne came to our house today to give us a quote to hang a new light fixture very high up over our stairs. He gave us a very fair price and offered to take care of it same visit. It was a hard job but he said he would give it a shot. He had the new light installed in less than an hour. We were really impressed by his willingness and ability to figure out how to get it done. He also raved about the company he worked for and said they take great care of their employees. If you need an electrician call this company.
Wayne visited to take care of a problem we were having with our GFCI continuously tripping. He evaluated, saw the problem, gave a temporary fix, until he could get an appointment scheduled to overhaul the outlet. Got a call that same day to set an appointment, to come back with all the needed parts. He showed up both times, with a 30 minute call in advance. Showed up exactly when he said he wold. Came in a good looking vehicle, well dressed, and professional. Throughout the process, Wayne kept me informed as to what he was doing; always checked with me first, before making any changes. He represents the firm well. Did everything we expected, and with a positive and professional attitude. Would not hesitate to use again; as we have many times previously, with your firm.
