Interesting Fact About Me: 2016 is my eleventh year in the electrical industry. I have a two year old son and my second son will be arriving in February 2016.
Best Advice to Customers: Don't be afraid to dream big...we can do it!
First, would like to start with calling up the company. All the kind voices over the phone that answered every time we called was very pleasant. Next, receiving a call from Jacqueline to verify if the electricians could come earlier than scheduled and receiving notice via text and phone call of who would be coming out was very helpful. Justin and Luis arrived and were professional and polite with their introduction and explanation of what needed to done before and after troubleshooting. They were also patient with us, our questions and our electrical problems. They needed to pick up a few extra parts, came back and started right away. They did an awesome job with the few issues we had. There was one little hiccup that came up with a switch when first discussed, but immediately Justin had a different solution and like magic, with Luis’s help, the one thing that didn’t work, worked. Being new to using this company and after a few frustrations we had very recently, they, and everyone we interacted with face-to-face and over the phone, was a breathe of fresh air. We felt very comfortable with the two electricians being on the property and felt like we were cared for, respected, and in good hands, all around. What’s even better was the electricians didn’t seem to fret or complain about the work that needed to be done - around four to five hours worth of work. Overall, the customer service given from all was excellent! In these currently weird times, we could all learn from them and everyone we were so kindly able to interact with. Thanks to all and keep up the great work!

Replaced a 40 year old fuse box which fixed all our electrical issues.
Justin and McQuann are a good team. They installed our ceiling fan and did some electrical work to hide wires behind the TV in our family room. Very satisfied with their work. Will use again.

Panel restoration. Installed two surge protectors. Replaced outlets and switches in home. Installed chandelier. Installed shower can light.
