The average cost to repair or fix an air conditioning unit near Roswell is around $350. On the low side the cost can be $50 for repairing a thermostat or $1,500 or more for more costly repairs. The average cost to install a new AC unit near Roswell is around $7,500. The range is from $3,500 to $12,500 and that depends on several factors, including the brand you choose to install, the square footage of your home and size of the unit needed, the units SEER level and if duct work needs to be repaired or replaced.
The most common plumbing problems in the Roswell area are clogged drains and toilets. Grease is one of the chief causes for clogs in toilets and sinks. It can accumulate on the inside of your pipes, growing thicker over time until the drain hole is completely blocked - rendering your plumbing useless! Other common plumbing issues we get called to do plumbing repairs on include leaky faucets and pipes, water heater issues, low water pressure and running toilets.
The top things to consider when choosing a licensed electrician include:
- What are their reviews saying and how many do they have?
- Check licenses and insurances.
- Is their quote fair and competitive?
- If your job is specialized, do they have experience in that field?
- Has somebody recommended them or can they show you references? Do they have a professional attitude and appearance?
Keeping all these things in mind will help you to choose the best qualified electrician near Roswell, GA.

Excellent Service by Ben
Bret - Roswell, GA 30075
Ben was informative and answered my questions. He did not try to sell me anything and gave me his recommendations on when something should be replaced. He cleaned the unit before he left. As usual the only bad part was writing the check. Very professional.

Mike - Roswell, GA 30075
I use to love TE certified and recommended them to friends. I used them for yard lighting electrical and to install a new heating and air unit. They replaced our dehumidifier. But this service call changed my mind! The call was the start of my twice a year heating & air service. The service man was here for almost 6 hours. He spent almost 30 minutes explaining to me the numerous things I needed for preventative measures, or to have better air quality, or just to keep the system running smoothly. I thought that was what the twice a year service was for. I paid extra for the coils to be cleaned. I have used a few other companies in my lifetime and never had a company pressure me into buying so many things. Or to pay extra to have the unit cleaned. If I bought everything they suggested, it would have cost over $4000. And the technician was so extremely long in explaining EVERYTHING that I felt violated and like I was listening to a high pressure sales pitch. It really made me angry. To add to it, they offered me a free electrical inspection. DON'T fall for it. The electrical technician also took way too long explaining everything our house needed which added up to a little over $5000. I was shocked at the gall of them making me feel like I needed to do all these things to have a safe home. They knew all the buzz words to say. "Up to code", "will need to have for resale inspection", etc. I will see how my next inspection goes but will most likely change companies after our warranty is up. I really hate it because other than that, the technicians are nice, respectful, knowledgable and clean cut. That is why I was so disappointed!!

Marco and Tyler did a great job assessing our electrical situation and provided us with three options to solve our dilemma of how to provide power in the garage to best charge our hybrid. In addition to using part of a previous install to run wires, they spent a time and energy to get it done today (thanks, guys!). They left the garage clean, and fully explained the new breaker install. They also went the extra mile to advise us on future work we may need if we choose to use an existing charging outlet. We're always happy with the work TE does for us, and have been pleased with the service we've received from all of the techs that have entered our home.

Homeowner was having issues with a gfci outlet that was tripped. I checked the connections on the gfci outlet and tested the voltage. Once I confirmed that everything was good, I reset the gfci outlet. I checked the voltage at the gfci outlet and was getting 123v. The gfci outlets in both of the upstairs are controlled by a switch. I talked to the homeowner about fixing this issue as bathroom outlets should have constant power. I also discussed with the homeowner about fixing the double tapped neutrals in his electrical panel. I discussed with him about replacing his electrical panel as well. They are planning on moving soon so he did not want to proceed with any options at this time.
