Customers master bathroom toilet had the water on.But the toilet was completely dry. As well, customer has a five year old tankless water.Heater that has never been serviced. Customer agreed to our quote to do a replacement of the phil.Valve and flapper on the toilet as well as flush and maintain the tankless heater. After picking up supplies for the flush, I isolated the water heater and began the flush process and then rebuilt the toilet.And tested by turning the water on to the toilet.And flushed multiple times. After allowing the flushing process to continue, I then took the panel off and cleaned off the flame rods. Checked for any visible past leaking or staining. And cleaned out the filter on the bottom of the cold water inlet. I then flushed the remaining cleaning solution out of the tankless water.Heater and then ran hot water throughout the house.And then plugged in the recirculation, pump and tankless heater again. Everything works as expected. Readjusted, the timer for the e

2 system homecare complete. Cleaned drains and flame sensors. Changed filters. Checked IAQ products. Upstairs- added TE Certified flood protection and replaced contactor. Main- added TE Certified flood protection, replaced contactor, and replaced blower run capacitor. All systems are working well.

For this job I came up with some estimates for Miss Christina for her Watermain break issue that is right outside of the foundation wall. The homeowners had already located the water main service break before I got here because it’s only about 6 inches underground and spring up like a geyser

Dig down 6’ to repair PVC sewer line due to roots growing into pipe. Provide a lifetime workmanship warranty on repair. Replace wax seal in main level toilet. 11-13-25. Work completed.

Compression fitting leaking after the meter connecting to the 1" hdpe piping. Shut off the water, remove the fitting and cut back 1" piping as necessary. Adapt to the dual check and install new piping and fittings as necessary to connect back to the 1" main water line. Pressurize and test.

Homecare inspection 3 systems. checked electrical components, checked temp rise, checked blower wheels and cabins, cleaned flame sensors, checked safeties, flushed drain lines, tested condensate pumps, added pan treat tabs, replaced all filters, checked heat strips, tested heating operation at thermostat. Found basement air handler with no flood protection and struggling condensate pump, quoted repairs.

We install three new smoke detectors in the hallway upstairs one in the bedroom and one in the basement.

Install owner-furnished kitchen fixture lead free components (fixture meets low flow water mandates) - which includes: shut off water supply, remove service lines, clean debris from base, install trim plate, center mounting bracket, tighten to base, install new supply lines, check for proper function of fixture, clean up work area. Upon arrival I was pointed to a leak repair attempt that had gone wrong. This leak was in the kitchen ceiling and flooded out the kitchen. We were able to walk the customer through turning off the water to the home before arrival. Upon approval, we repaired the piping. After the repair, we restored water to the home and checked the pressure. The pressure was at 105 psi indicating that the pressure regulator had failed. Due to the age of the expansion tank we are recommending changing that as well as the pressure regulator that has failed. Checked everything for leaks and proper function (while checking the pressure to the home I discovered that the vacuum breaker had fallen apart. I was able to remove the vacuum breaker and we replaced the vacuum breaker free of charge.)

Costumer had water leak on the basement and we realized that water was leaking from a gate valve for the hose bib, and also when hose bib was on water would leak through the water service hole, so we replaced the pipe going through the water service hole reconnected everything and put cement and tar on the outside and inside.

Old wire is ran from panel to disconnect already, we will just need to demo out old wire and install it correctly

Customer has a high water bill. I removed the old cpvc main water shut off valve and installed a new main shut off including a new prv in order to isolate the house from the meter at the street to confirm that there is a leak in the front yard.customer signed estimate for a main water line replacement and will be completed next week. I tested everything thoroughly and ensured that there were no leaks inside the house after completing my work. The new PRV is set to 65psi

Replace GFCI outlets

Upon arrival, customer notified me that the microwave stopped working while she had something inside as it was heating up. We will be conducting a diagnosis to determine where power has been lost, and if it is a simple fix, it will be included in this cost to restore power back to this location. Homeowners microwave doesn’t work, after tracing down the circuit we discovered it comes from the master bedroom GFCI. It is our recommendation to replace the GFCI and the other GFCI that the broken one comes off of, because both are old and the second one looks to be on its last leg. It’s also our recommendation to replace the kitchen GCFI as it looks old as well. We replaced the receptacle for the microwave as a courtesy since the customer decided to go with a larger package

Repaired two toilets that had issues with running occasionally. Both toilets had failed flush seals. Replaced one Kohler flush seal and one American standard flush seal. Thanks for choosing TE Certified!

Home owner has a good grounding system with a ufer ground to rebar system. Homeowner has a bad GFCI in basement next to water heater that needs replacing, and a car charger circuit running through the service wire connector into the panel and it needs to be re-routed into a J box and ran properly. Homeowner has also expressed interest in surge protection. There’s a breaker for the garage GFCI that is sized wrong and needs to be on a 15amp breaker
