Also ran a new jumper from the right to left side of the closet in bedroom 2. Installed dual function breaker for this same circuit. Everything tested and working properly. Called out for fracture fault in main potable water line. Replace line from meter to inside garage next to original stub up via bore. At meter we installed new meter nipple, new check valve and courtesy valve for any future access. Inside garage we busted a 2’ X 2’ square to pull new line through. Connect line to existing copper underneath hot water containment system. Tested line and ensured everything is working. All is good at this time.
Replacement of sunroom outlets, basement bath gfi, and mismatched breaker in main panel.
For this job, I worked on troubleshooting why half of the bedroom on first floor did not have power. turns out contractors covered up outlet with sheet rock so the circuit was not complete. had to locate it and then uncover the box, installed outlet and plate. The whole circuit is now working properly. tested each device. Also added an outlet in the coat closet for future use. tested voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly. Will return Thursday to install special ordered outlet for stove as well as install google nest video camera on top of the garage.
Install 60a circuit from main panel A in basement through unfinished ceiling and into secondary garage. Install wiring from secondary garage up to garage attic and back down to other side of attic. Install charger on left side of home outside. Sheetrock may need to be cut to get wiring to this location. Install customer supplied Tesla charger outside secondary garage. Install breaker on circuit.
Run Ethernet Line w/ Switch
Separate neutral wires and relocate light fixture above sink

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
Tankless water heater having inconsistent hot water issues. Unable to recreate the problem however client stated there have been no error codes, and the unit has never been flushed/serviced. Issue likely attributed to scale buildup causing restrictions in the flow sensor. Flushed and descaled the unit and cleaned all internal filters for water as well as fresh air. If issue persists we will need to isolate the return line and verify proper check valve function.
We will replace the current CH panel with a new square D QO panel with a warped bus bar and all new safety breakers with a new whole home search protecter. This also includes all current smart breakers to be replaced with new ones.
At arrival on 12/06/2024: system was constantly heating non stop on main floor. System is a dual zone system. The upstairs zone was working properly. The main floor thermostat was set at 74, but was not reaching the temperature set. Room temperature was more than 74 and thermostat was showing 68. Consequently, the thermostat is bad. Recommended to replace the thermostat.
ISSUE: cross over on one of the shower cartridges LOCATION: one of the showers in home FINDINGS: cross over most significant at upstairs bathroom tub fixture. RESOLUTION: replacement of this cartridge, and or proactively replace all three shower cartridges We did turn up the water heater a little higher at 126. And set all shower heat guards to highest setting. Home owner tested the upstairs bathroom we replaced the cartridge in and was satisfied with the temperature in the master as well. Once everything was installed it was leak checked with no leaks present. Please note: did notice some condensation inside of cover in between foam and electrical cover for lower element. At this time there seems to be no active leak anywhere. Could be the temperature difference from the attic room since there is no hvac duct inside this room. Thank you for choosing te certified.
Issue: no heat System: upstairs Finding: bad thermostat, bad zone board, low refrigerant, weak condenser capacitor, weak Contactor, dirty blower wheels, microbial growth, bad ductwork design, ductwork tearing a part. Recommendations: system is 20 years old, recommended to replace full system and address ductwork issues. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

I was called out to Paul’s house for a heating issue on his upstairs system. Paul has lived her for 3 years so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered that the furnace was from 2000 making well past normal life expectancy of 10-13 years, the heat exchanger is visibly cracked making it unsafe to use, the capacitor has failed, the inducer failed its electrical test, the wheel is extremely dirty, the blower motor is worn out, the circuit board has heat stress, the filter needs replaced, there isn’t any flood protection, and the drain line needs to be rebuilt before it breaks. Due to the cost of repairs, lack of warranty, and reliability replacement is a viable option. The main furnace is the same age and would be cost efficient to do both at the same time.
