Home owner had floors redone and needed two flanges set to correct height. Once two flanges were glued into place and screwed down, a wax ring was applied and new mounting bolts were used for both flange corrections to toilet. Was able to reconnect to plastic fill valve in two bathrooms we did flange work in. Could not connect to cross threaded plastic fill valves in other two bathrooms we were changing the supply line out in. So I had to install two fill valves with brass connection to replace the supply lines. All 4 supply lines to toilets were installed as a courtesy since we had to replace fill valve in two. Once everything was installed it was leak checked with no leaks present. Thank you for choosing Te certified.

Home owner had a leaking 40 gallon gas water heater. We replaced it with a 50 gallon gas with a 4 year extension kit making it 10 year warranty total from today. Reworked the drain pan line to drop pan without stand and replaced shut off valve for water heater. The pressure to the house is in range at time of install at 44 psi. Once everything was installed it was leak checked with no leaks present of any kind. Thank you for choosing Te certified.

Will need a new filter for ventilation box, checked heating and cooling operation, system had no wet switch or in line. Added a wet switch and in line switch. I called on Saturday and the technician, Chadwick Rowe was here early Monday morning. Chadwick was very pleasant and explained in detail the job he was doing!
