Job Locations and Reviews
Dig/trench from water meter to foundation to depth of 18". Lay new water PEX/copper water service line in trench and connect at both ends. Install new dual check valve and meter nipple at meter location, as well as appropriate fittings at foundation tailout. If foundation penetration point is damaged, run new section of service line through foundation wall and protect. Seal interior and exterior penetration points with hydraulic cement. Test new line for leaks prior to backfilling trench to rough grade. Clean work area. Utilities will be marked prior to work. Ran 1” pex pipe as new potable water main and installed new ball valve and dual check valve in meter box by the street. Tested to ensure proper function. All is working at this time. Lifetime install warranty

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. filter is clean. Blower capacitor is low. Dual capacitor at condenser 48/50uf and 4.69/5uf. Main floor system is 17 years old and R22. System is low on refrigerant with the evaporator coil leaking refrigerant. The leak is non repairable. Can only be replaced. Recommend replacing the coil and condenser because we can not add r22 anymore at the very least. Blower housing has water inside of it due to coil freezing and thawing. Blower housing will need to pulled out to remove water. Furnace is working but due to the age of the furnace I recommend replacing full system at the same time.
The secondary drain pan was rusted out. Recommend replacing the secondary drain pan and adding better flood protection. Also, the drain line by the outdoor unit is buried and needs to be cleared. The evaporator coil is leaking and needs to be replaced.

Installed new customer supplied kitchen faucet and replaced isolating shutoff valves. Installed new 1/4 turn straight stops and tested system for leaks and proper function. Hauled away old faucet.

Replace ceiling fan
Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Performed schedule repair. Replaced both capacitors for outdoor condensers and performed real clean for both condensers as well. No other issues at this time. Custimer signed up for 3 system homecare.
Troubleshoot issues with garage door opener.
Remove the existing water heater and dispose of off site. Install new Rheem 50 gallon water heater 6 year Warranty with anode rod warranty extension kit bringing the warranty to 10 years. Set in a pan with the drain exiting to grade, new expansion tank mounted to the wall, piping, valves, etc. Pressurize, remove the air from the lines, and put into service.
2 system homecare prepaid year. Found bad board for main, weak inducer, and low capacitor. Neither system has a wet switch or ss2 switch. Only floats. Recommend to replace main floor system and add proper flood protection. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Checked system electrical, changed customer supplied filter, checked drain, checked all safety switches, checked charge and monitored system operations. Recommend blower cleaning and blue tube due to dirty wheel and biological growth in air handler. No other issues at this time.
The water heater has stopped producing enough hot water recently. The water heater is approximately 11 years old. Recommend replacement. Shut off the water to the water heater, drain the water down, and replace the thermostats and elements. Rewire, pressurize, and put into service.

Replaced failing recirculation pump and timer. Connected back to existing piping with new flange seals and bolts. Also added missing check valve to the system and replaced other check valve on the cold water side. Tested for proper function and verified no leaks. Set timer to client preference.
