Perform ballast bypass on fixture in closet and supply two new bulbs
Installed new LED panel light in kitchen, installed a chandelier and guest room and installed a new light fixture with electrical box and whole bathroom
Customer had a leak under the sink, after further investigation, I had found that the faucet had failed internally, causing water damage to occur in the cabinet and under the floors. I installed a new faucet as well as 3 water stops to prevent further damage from happening.
Replaced faucet and pop up assembly. Tested for leaks and function.
3 system homecare …main level and basement r32 systems installed same date …verified refrigerant charge for unit ** flushed drainages ** client changed AprilAire filters for all three unit …new unit are working fine upon inspection ** UPSTAIRS ** immediate ; dirty outdoor unit and failed / weak capacitor ** Furnace is 2017 , blower wheel is showing some dust / indoor coil is Ductboard plenum with signs of biological growth around metal collars for ductwork / opened manual damper *** for AC …2008 outdoor unit / 2013 indoor coil both by Trane ** Took top off to remove leaves / used vaccum to remove debris out of condenser ** cleaned coils using water ** system is 2008 at outdoor unit / hopefully this extends the lifespan until client is ready for system replacement when it applies **
I replaced a 50 gallon gas water heater that was leaking from the cold side nipple. I also replaced the second heaters expansion tank and rebuilt a toilet in the upstairs guest bathroom. I tested my work thoroughly to ensure there were no further issues
Marco was very professional. He inspected everything in question as well as everything pertaining that could contribute to the issues we were having. Once he had done so he took the time to explain all options. When we chose the route we wanted to take he was adamant about staying in touch while the parts were on order. When parts arrived we were notified by Marco an scheduled an appointment he was very respectful of our property and pets. Upon arrival and approval, we began the previously quoted work of re-piping the water supply pipes in the home. This included new shut off valves at each fixture and shut off valve for the incoming water supply to the home. This also included a new pressure regulator and thermal expansion tank at the water heater and re-piping the Waterlines at the water heater. We installed a new washing machine box as well as installing a new hose bib on the backside of the home which meets building code requirements. We also installed a new temperature and pressure relief line that discharges to the exterior of the home. Tested everything for leaks and proper function
Opened drywall in basement bathroom ceiling in attempt to locate source of the leak. Located pinhole on 3/4 hot water line. Advised client about issues and class action lawsuits with the Uponor piping they have in the home. Repaired section of pipe with new 3/4 pex piping and left quotes for repiping the home. Tested system for leaks.
Homeowner has a leak on the main water line, after the tee of point for the irrigation, on the irrigation. The leak is on a 1” PVC coupling before a dual check valve and after a shutoff valve. Unthread and removed check valve. Removed failed coupling and section of brass pipe. Installed 3/4” male into ball valve. Installed 1” female onto dual check valve. Installed section of 3/4” and 1” type L copper into a 1x3/4 adapter. Connected onto existing water line. Pressurized water line and tested for leaks.
No cool. Found low voltage wires for condenser chewed up and broken causing system not to run. Quoted repairs, customer opted in to have low voltage repair done, connected wires back together correctly and tested system after repair, checked refrigerant pressures, system running as it should at this time.
For this job customer had previously had a charge point car charger installed and plugged into a NEMA 14-50 outlet. The connections in the outlet were not tight and had completely melted the plug almost causing a fire. Installer also had ran a short piece of 6/3 romex out of the panel and then installed a tap box and continued the run in 8/3 romex. Circuit was installed on a 50 amp breaker. Installer error was the cause of the issue. We removed the old charger and circuit. We ran a new 60 amp circuit with 6/6/8 SEU cable which is rated for continuous loads. Installed a new Tesla universal charger and connected it to the internet and customer account. Everything functions as it should.

For this shower Friday estimate to homeowner for busted waterline. The water service is about 500 feet long and there is no way to isolate it as it exists right now it goes from the meter into an old pump shed ties into the old pump house, plumbing tease off, feeds an old trailer on the other side of the property and then on the other side of the tea runs 500 feet through an old cow pasture, and a forced area and finallyto the homeowners residence.

Ran propane line from bottom deck to the upper for firepit. Added shutoff valve underneath where we tied into the main line and tested for leaks. Turned the firepit on and everything is working properly.
Customer was having black carbon flakes stuck in the aerators in the kitchen faucet from a carbon filter that was installed by another company. We installed a post filter after the carbon filter with a bypass valve for the filter.
Customer had the gas company at his home recently, when they were here they noticed a few issues with the way the hvac system was piped in, I installed a new sediment trap facing the correct way, and also rewroked the gas line so there was hard pipe coming trough the hvac cabinet
Possible callback on myself not a callback. Customer stated at 10 at night he set thermostat for heat and at 1010 the ac was running. Tested thermostat as we recently replaced it. Tested thermostat in heating, cooling and auto. System functioned as designed and all systems operated as called for. System is a 2017 2-5 ton Lennox ac with a 2019 Lennox furnace. System was previously zoned and zoning has been removed however zone board is still in use. Throughly inspected system. Throughout the inspection and testing the issue did not duplicate. Advised customer of my findings. Found system lacks secondary drain pan, and adequate flood protection, condensation pump is dirty, blower and ac are dirty. Filter was dirty. Contactor very pitted and burned, gas line improperly connected and flue pipe improper as well. Quoted repairs. Advised customer issue did not duplicate however possible cause were, zone board unnecessarily called for cooling, furnace control called for cooling or
Performed 1 system diagnostic for main system.found unit low on charge performed complimentary electronic leak search. Could no pinpoint leak. Recommend nitro leak search. Also gave estimate for compressor and coil under warranty. Also recommended joining homecare. Customer opt for charge only . Understands refrigerate isn’t covered under warranty and cannot be charged again. Unit is cooling at this time.

Rebuilt an American Standard Champion toilet in the bathroom. New fill valve, flush tower, flapper, tank to bowl kit, and supply line. Installed a new flapper in the upstairs hallway bath. I recommend rebuilding this toilet Water pressure is at 50 PSI

Faulty breaker replacement Breaker is tripping randomly to kitchen fridge gfci along with garage fridge and garage freezer with an icemaker plugged in. It has been working for a year up until this point. Breakers over 18 years old. That is a lot of compressors and motors on one circuit that could be spiking all at once, creating a fault to the regular breaker. Ended up just checking the circuits in the breaker replaced old CH breaker to see if it trips again. We may need to separate the loads depending on the equipment or do a thorough troubleshoot
For this job we installed a customer supplied Tesla wall connector on the front wall of he garage. We installed a new dedicated 60 amp circuit in the basement out to the garage. Programmed and connected the charger to the internet. Everything functions as it should. Left estimate to install whole home surge protection in the main panel
Arrived today to find that the heat on the main floor was faulting out from a bad control board. The inducer is not getting power as well as the hot surface igniter that share the same port. Tested inducer by direct power and it is working, just not from the controls as designed. Also I’d like to go over redesign of drain lines. Both drain lines do not have water safety or have a proper pitch for drain to operate properly.
Dalton was very professional and polite. The service was great. I will definitely use TE Certified for future service and will request Dalton for any electrical work in my home.
